The electrician arrived 1.5 hours late for our appointment. Although we had requested that he wear booties in the house, he didn't bring them. He said he would go out to buy booties and then return shortly to do the work. He never returned. When I called into the office to find out where he was (after I waited a total of 3 hours from our original appointment time), the scheduler told me that he had just texted her to say he was sick. Given this extremely unprofessional behavior, we decided to go with another company for the work. The new company was less expensive, prompt, and extremely professional. I recommend that you avoid using Sierra Electric

Called, scheduled, Chris took the service, out in a day or two.  Wonderful service on the telephone and from Mr Fite.  Recommended by our plumber, so you know they would be good.

The proprietor of this shop, Mike is an amazing technician and delivers excellent customer service.  I have visited his business on numerous occasions and have always left there happy that he has completed the repairs quickly and made a special effort to satisfy my expectations.

Great experience with a local business. I called several businesses for a quote to install a Chargepoint  Home charging station.  Jaime out the same day to get a look at the situation and give me a quote.  I was impressed by his professionalism, costumer service, attention to detail (he checked the wiring inside the panel) and the reasonable price. The unit was fully installed and tested in a couple of hours.  I highly recommend them. They are now my go for any electrical issues.

We love these guys! Adam and his team are just great people who do great work. They have lots of integrity, are super reliable, and also a pleasure to work with! These guys helped us get our first home ready for our first baby, making our electric system safe. We look forward to a long relationship with Kirby Electric! Service Champions made the whole process of requesting a quote and having someone come out and take a look at a possible repair very easy! They were very responsive, easy to schedule with, and adhered to the timing given. Mario has been great.  He texted and called me right away and was able to come the next day.  He came, found the issue and fixed it right then and there.  I highly recommend Mario at Carranza Electric for any electrical work.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother as we are extremely pleased with the service provided by Bay Electric.  Kevin and crew was very professional, diligent and courteous to our immediate needs.  

So apparently PGE had to shut down our electricity and we needed the entire electrical system replaced.  Big job!  Thus we made a few phone calls and came across Bay Electric.  Not only have they been around for many many years, they also had great reviews.

After speaking with Kevin over the phone, his courteousness, politeness and his patience won us over.  The quote was also very reasonable which was another plus.  But the key was that kevin took his time in explaining in detail as to what the steps were and the time it was going to take.  He handled everything from A-Z which was great because we were clueless.

After all said and done, Kevin and crew had really outdone themselves.  Everything looked fabulous and they were able to complete this huge massive project early!

If we ever have any electrical issues in the future, you know who we are calling!  Kevin at Bay Electric!!!!  Once again, thank you to Kevin and crew for making this experience happen so easily and smoothly!

This review is little past due but I gotta say William and Owen were truly the best.  The half of the house was out of electricity where kids rooms were and I needed to be fixed quickly as possible.  The valiant home repair was the first one to respond on yelp and was able to send people to our house that day. William and Owen were very professional and very transparent with their work. They gave me detailed info on what went wrong with the circuit breaker and they fixed it quick!  William and Owen are very reliable and honest workers!!!! Definitely will be calling back if anything were to happen in future!!!

Robert was very helpful when we called him around 10pm. He actually never ended up coming out to our home but I am still writing this review due to the following:

Robert was candid over the phone and said he wanted to save us money by seeing if the electrical issue we were having was an easy fix. He did say he was happy to come out and FIRST made sure we were safe (i.e. no smoke coming out anywhere - need to call 911?). He advised us on how to fix the problem as he was familiar with our type of home in Twin Peaks, and luckily, everything worked!

So even though we have not used Robert's service, we were very grateful he provided free advice over the phone. He is clearly passionate about his job and if ever we come across electrical problems, we are calling A-1 Electrical Contracting.

I honestly don't get the reviews on this guy.  What kind of electrician can't count at second grade level.  As for his courtesy and responsiveness , good luck getting him to reply.  He seems lazy uninterested in all except the most $$$ heavy targets .  Yes if you got a reply and you contracted him , you paid way too much and you probably did not get work done to code.  I tested his knowledge on electrical code and he mis quoted , mid interpreted and miscounted .  Skip this guy unless you wish to be overcharged with low quality non code work.  He will run the other direction when you mention permit .  That's a sure sign of a thief

They are still 5-star.  We called them this morning with our tale of woe and they showed up today.  I love these guys.  Professional.  Efficient.  Competent.  Rock stars of the highest electrical order.

Edward responded quickly and followed up the next day to do a FREE estimate on site! Found the best way to get my Tesla charger to location I wanted and performed the work the week after and cleaned up after himself when done. Highly recommend!

Roger and his team did a good job installing a 240v outlet for charging my EV, it was done within 2 hours and it looks great.

We just got out heather fixed. Sean and Colton are very professional and we can say all the best for them. They cleaned after themselves, were pretty quiet but friendly, they had masks for the whole time and it was very quick fix. We recommend them.
