Amazing service. My husband and I noticed a burning smell in the garage right before we were going to bed. We called at least half a dozen emergency electricians and no one answered, EXCEPT Wright Electrical. They walked us through exactly what to look for to get a safe and worry-free night of sleep. I purchased a Daikin split A/C system from Bellows way back in 2011. The system had been working great for years until I noticed that one of the units was leaking water inside the house. I called Bellows to schedule service (this was the Friday before July 4th weekend). I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back (from, i think her name was Sophie...) within 30 minutes on a holiday weekend. We scheduled the appointment for the following Tuesday.
During the service visit, our tech Steve, was courteous and proceeded to perform the standard service to clear out the drain hose. This seemed address the problem.
A month later, i noticed similar leakage from the same unit. I called Bellows again to have them take another look at it. They sent out the same tech who was familiar with the previous fix to check it out again. After some investigation, he determined that the drain hose needed to be re-run to achieve the proper slope for effective draining. He proceeded with re-doing the drain path and was done with the work within an hour. During this time, Steve took great care of ensuring that he left the serviced area better than it was when he arrived. He always wore shoe protectors and cleaned the area up great. I'm happy to report that, so far, this fix is working great. I hope for many more years of use out of this system.

3. I was happy with the service. Ideally, it would have been nice if the issue was fixed the first time, but I'm still giving 5 stars because when I called back, they responded quickly and gave me a discount for the trouble.
Purchasing an A/C system is a big investment. You want to make sure you get an installer that will stand behind their work past the initial install. I'd recommend Bellows because they will have your back!

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.
