I called these folks a few weeks back to come provide a quote for a bunch of electrical work at my house in New Monterey.... I need a new main panel, light fixtures, 240 volt circuit for dryer, some patio lights... really a bunch of things. A nice lady answered the phone and we scheduled an appointment for 2 PM, three days hence. I had to come home early from work for this appointment but figured it was worth it because they have good reviews. Anyhow, nobody showed up. I called at 3 PM and again at 3:30 PM and nobody answered... very odd. I waited a few days and tried calling again around noon to see if I could schedule another time for my quote, left a voicemail and again no answer and no call back.
Very disappointing experience. This company is obviously very disorganized. I believe many of the positive reviews on here about this company are fake, given my poor experience.

Sal did a great job. We were able to schedule the appointment on short notice, we were kept notified when to expect the technition and even received a text picture of Sal so we knew who we should let into the house. He wad very polite, answered all our questions and careful to check all heater ducts were delivering heat once he got the furnace going. Very satisfied.

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.
