I got a quote for a Mitsubishi heat pump to replace my old furnace. Valentin showed up for the estimate on time and answered the questions I had. I was surprised to get the quote the same day. It was very detailed.
Based on other quotes, I went ahead and had Fuse install the heat pump. They seemed to be the best value. The whole install took 2 days. The electrician stayed one whole day. Alik and his assistant stayed both days. Everyone wore shoe covers while working in my house. I felt like the whole process went very smoothly. They did a very good job cleaning up after. Valentin came to check on the install on the second day.
I had these guys come and do an estimate for installing tesla gen 3 ev charger. The technician that came was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond. Price was also very resealable. Would absolutely do any other hvac or electrical work with Fuse

They responded to my inquiry really quickly with a clear reasonably priced quote and got someone out to my place within a day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and communicated all the steps needed. The whole repair took more than a day but Fuse and the technician communicated with me very clearly all the way. The tech stayed after the repair to make sure all the powered appliances worked.

Stan and Denis came to upgrade my electric panel. They are very professional and patient in doing their job. They didn't rush to finish the job. The outcome was very great and neat. Even though it took 3 days to finish the job, fuse provided us with a generator without charging.
Overall, I like their service and the cost is reasonable.
Denis was the electrician who installed my EV wall charger. I was thoroughly impressed by his work from beginning to end. He did not rush the job. He was meticulous and careful. When he encountered unforeseen challenges to the installation due to the house being so old, Denis completed the work as was quoted.
Furthermore, Denise was extremely clean with his work environment that he left the area of our house he worked in cleaner than when he started. Thank you, Denis, for going above beyond. Looking forward to our future projects with you.

We needed a new power outlet installed in our condo and got estimates from three different service providers. Fuse's estimate was in line with one of the other providers but Mikhail (the electrician from Fuse) was prompt, knowledgeable, and nice so we went with them. They sent me the quote immediately and scheduled the installation for two days later. We were really impressed with how fast they were able to get us on the schedule. Mikhail installed the outlet quickly with no damage. He took pride in his work and it was really high quality. We are very happy with the outcome. They did a great job.

I called Fuse in an emergency because my furnace broke. They sent someone the same day!! Sent me a quote with different options and have been so accommodating and amazing to work with.
After a bit of back and forward on my part because I was dealing with insurance to see if it was going to be covered, we finally have a new furnace. They even talked with the insurance company when they wanted more explanations and info that I couldn't provide.
They removed my old broken furnace and installed the new one in one day adding insulation and all necessary things for making the furnace quieter and safe.
I am very VERY happy with Fuse service from begging to end. And their prices are fair and comparable with other companies. But their service, promptness and overall customer service is way above what I have experienced with other companies.
(And I work with contractors for a living.)
Mikhail arrived on time and promptly began working to address our issue. He was knowledgeable and patient, willing to explain the issue to me in detail and answered any dumb questions I had.
He offered a few suggestions, poked around a few areas and was able to correct our problem within a fair amount of time - no dilly dallying of any sort took place.
Fuse was the most responsive and flexible company when my Yelp request was sent out to multiple parties.
If you go with Fuse, ask for Mikhail by name, you won't be disappointed!
From start to finish, Fuse HVAC's service was prompt and professional. Alex arrived, in a FUSE-branded van, within the promised time window and even put on booties before entering the house. He brought a backpack with equipment and quickly got to work inspecting my stovetop. In the end, nothing actually needed to be fixed, but Alex didn't try to convince me that something was wrong or try to sell me any unnecessary repairs. He patiently answered my questions and offered me a magnetic business card, and that was that!
Communication with FUSE was fast and easy, from scheduling to invoicing. After paying Alex in cash I regretted that I hadn't asked him for a receipt, but no worries -- an invoice was texted to me shortly after the appointment, without my having to ask.
I'd definitely contact FUSE again when in need of major household appliance repairs or servicing. Thank you, Alex!
We had an electrical problem in our garage and needed to installed a new receptacle. Reached out to multiple companies on Yelp. Alex responded to my inquiry promptly. I contacted him on Friday and he got me a morning appointment on Monday with Mikhail. I requested Mikhail based on yelp reviews but I don't think it would matter since Alex was going to send Mikhail to my house.
Mikhail arrived within the appointment window. I don't think I was explaining well to him what I wanted but he was patient. After we agreed on the price, he went to work right away and got the job done in 45 minutes. I would definitely contact them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Mikhail (electrician) has always been very helpful. He does a great job of planning things with you and explaining what he will be doing before he begins.
Mikhail is very good at listening to instructions and recommending what's best. Would definitely recommend hiring him!
Mikhail was kind, courteous, and quick. He even found a fuse box that we didnt know existed! He first fixed the fuse then started working on a ceiling light that hasn't been fixed in years, so he did the wiring and told me just to by a light fixture of your choice and he will come back!

I got a very thorough inspection for some kitchen work - remove/replace a commercial range exhaust hood convert to a residential unit. They declined to make a bid because it required too much custom work. They refunded my estimate deposit upon their declination of the work.
Great experience with Fuse HVAC! Would definitely recommend them to others.
My range hood broke during Covid - and neither my partner, myself, nor my dad could figure out how to fix it. After running out of ideas for asking the handy people in my life, I finally started reaching out to some HVAC / electrical folks.
Some people quoted me $150 for diagnostic - crazy!
Fuse offered diagnostic of $60 and an appointment later in the week. Very prompt.
Stem showed up on time, and took about 15 to 20 minutes to look around before figuring out that the range hood had become disconnected from the electrical socket (it was hidden up in a cupboard, so none of us knew to look there). He re-plugged it in and fixed it immediately! Easy!
He charged me the $60 for the diagnostic and said my range hood worked fine and no need to replace or fix anything.
Amazing! I was so happy with the service. Would definitely recommend Fuse to others! Prompt, responsive, great service, and Stem is awesome.
Will definitely call them back if I have any future electrical or appliance issues!

This is my first time calling Fuse and they did not disappoint me. I called them to see what was wrong with my heater. They were very responsive and answered all my inquiries. Alex very thoroughly diagnosed the issue with my heater. He clearly helped us understand what the problem was and told us all our options for fixing it. We will definitely call them again.
I had an urgent issue in my home where my bottom floor lights were completely out, and I did not know what triggered that for it to happen.
I did not provide much notice and Mikhail was able to come over to fix the issue. He evaluated the issues and in a very short amount of time, he was able to fix the problem.
During the process, Mikhail explained what was going on and the process he was going to take to fix it.
I appreciated his transparency, his efficiency and his friendliness.
I've been looking for 5 years for a dependable electrician and now I have one. Thank you so much!

Denis arrived promptly. He explained everything he was checking and found the problem (wiring issue in attic). He quoted me the price beforehand, and that's what I paid.
He was professional, and I love that he put booties on over his shoes before entering my home, and he cleaned up after. I also really appreciate that the business is prompt, great with communication and that they gave me a 2-hour timeframe for his arrival, and that he did arrive then.

Our technician, Alex, looked at our old stove, he was able to fix a small area where the flame diverted slightly. Was not able to do a total repair at this time because parts are not always available, but he explained clearly what a total cleaning involves and what parts are needed, and the stove actually works fine. Alex was very honest and clear about the entire job. I will definitely use Fuse HVAC again.
They were very professional. They were able to assess our furnace and give us a quote within a day.
Just had Mikhail from Fuse over to take a look at replacing an exhaust fan in our bathroom. He was incredibly courteous and gave me tips on how I might be able to do this on my own. He was gracious enough to take a look at a light fixture in our kitchen and was able to quickly fix an issue that was causing the light to get disconnected.

Was quoted $350-$400 for uninstalling and reinstalling two dishwashers for different locations. Then was given a different price of $700-$800 because Jason said the project would now require two people. Can't comment on the quality of the work but am annoyed with the communication issue with this business.
Updated: Jason reached out and said he would honor original pricing of $400 due to miscommunication. I had already made arrangements with my handyman when he responded which is why we did not choose them.
The business is organized well. It was first to respond. Fee structure was best offered. Communication was consistently good throughout. Michael, the actual technician, was thoughtful and a pleasure to have at the house. I already have a plan to call them again for a different problem.
What a great experience. The technician, Denis, came on time and was so courteous and knowledgable. He put shoe protectors on each time he entered our house from the garage (which was about ten times) without me even asking. I appreciated that extra level of considerate service. It only took about 30 minutes to diagnose and replace an outlet that had burned out. Will absolutely use them anytime I need electrical work.
Mikhail came by for a free on-site estimate and consultation on installing a level 2 charger for our home. He was extremely prompt (arriving right at the start at the appointment window), and quickly able to assess our apartment building's situation. He quickly understood that our garage sub panel wasn't drawing enough power and that our main panel was already fully loaded. He offered a quick estimate for all of the work that would be required to bring the apartment up for level 2 charger install. While he gave me several options he also advised me that these would be large endeavors and a larger cost than typical. I really appreciated his candor and transparency. Just had my panel upgraded for single family home in SSF and I am very pleased with the service from Fuse. The technicians have been friendly and answered all my questions. The work was done relatively fast and they have been very accommodating to my schedule. They even made some cost-saving suggestions that make me want to work with them more. They handled the permit process with PG&E which made the process so much easier. Estimated cost for it was around $5800 for our two story single family home. It ended up being about the same price as other electricians we called but they included the permit process where as other places we called did not but charged the same price. Very happy we chose them!

Needed a video doorbell installed which required adding a transformer. They did a great job, moved our old doorbell, wired it properly and fixed a broken transformer too. Highly recommend!
Mikhail came the next day after we called Fuse and was excellent. He was able to quickly troubleshoot 3 different issues we had and clearly explain each of them. One of them was fixing a ground PG&E had sent us a notice about. He gave us a few different options to solve the problems. Great service, very reasonable price. We decided to install a mini split A/C unit in my office since the portable A/C unit was too noisy (couldn't conduct Zoom calls when it was turned on) and each summer continues to get hotter. I evaluated several companies before choosing Fuse based on their professionalism, responsiveness, and product/pricing. I was very impressed with both the estimate and installation process - from wearing shoe covers in the house and answering all of my questions promptly, to arriving on time (8:00am on the nose!) - Valentin was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. And I LOVE the new mini split system. It is whisper-quiet and quickly cools/heats my home office. I already feel it is one of the best investments we've made in our home and know I will appreciate it even more when it's 80-90 degrees in summer/early fall timeframe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fuse - in fact, I visited their website to see what else they do and realized they also do furnaces, home appliances, etc. They will be our go-to shop for anything HVAC or electrical in the future.

Our washer-dryer unit was making a really loud noise. This started over the holidays so I wasn't able to find someone to do the repairs. I went on Thumbtack and connected with Fuse on a Sunday and had a morning appointment with Alex on Tuesday. I really appreciated that I got an email and text confirmation of the appointment.
Tuesday morning I got a text message letting me know that Alex was en route. He showed up, reviewed the machine, and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He also had all the parts necessary to make the repair. In less than 45m everything was fixed and Alex even helped me clean the floor before moving the washer back in place.

Best HVAC company I have worked with in the Bay Area. Extremely professional. Company provides accurate quotes for you to decide and act upon. Text messages let you know about confirmed appointments, technician en route and job completed. Easy payment options, including Venmo. Valentin knows his business and is an excellent technician.
Fuse is an excellent company. They recently installed a new heat pump, air handler, and ductwork in my apartment. They were worked extremely diligently, were nice, and kept the house clean. The installed system has been working perfectly. I would not hesitate to work with Fuse again and would definitely recommend them.
This is the second time I've worked with Fuse and this time it's to replace my gas furnace.
- Free consultation: Alex spent 2 hours examining my furnace carefully and measuring the carbon monoxide from all my vents. He concluded that the heat exchange was broken and needed to be replaced ASAP. I have never seen anyone so meticulous with a consultation, ever.
- Permit: I then worked with Jason and Alex (dispatchers) who acted as the liaison with the office manager to get the permit completed. So much back and forth and they were very patient and professional throughout.
- Installation: Arthur and Alec did a fantastic job with the installation. They added a T-shaped valve, sealed the exhaust pipe, and raised the furnace system so the filter can be quickly changed. A world better than the previous system I had!
- Service: After the installation, the transformer was making a high-pitch noise. Arthur stopped by to alleviate the noise. A few days later, Stan and Andrew stopped by to replace the transformer. After that, the system has been operating beautifully.
I've worked with so many folks from Fuse and all in all a 5-star service!
We had a technician spend quite a bit of time troubleshooting our dual stage unit heat pump unit. Looks like we need a new electrical board. We'll worth $60 diagnostic and looking forward to repair estimate.
I needed to add a flood light above my driveway ASAP and started seeking out estimates and quotes on Monday. By Tuesday the Fuse team had already sent Mikhail out to do an on-site estimate. By Thursday Mikhail was back to do the install. He was professional, friendly, and ultimately did excellent work. I'll definitely consider Fuse for my next project.
I needed an electrician to look into why my bathroom lights weren't working. I didn't know anyone, so I searched on Yelp and found Fuse. I messaged them via the app about my problem. They responded within 10 minutes. Within half an hour, I had scheduled an electrician to come in the afternoon, for the next day. The electrician even arrived early. He figured out what the problem was (the light switch needed to be replaced) and fixed it within 30 minutes. Fast response and service. Reasonable pricing. I will definitely remember them, the next time I need electrical work done.

Fuse installed a ductless mini-split in two bedrooms. They did a great job, and we had a fantastic experience. It was a two day project. The two2 guys who did the job were fantastic. Very competent and very professional. The job was complicated, involving changing and connecting electrical far from the compressor site, cutting through a roof, etc. They did all of it perfectly, and did not require other contractors.
Mikhail was on time, communicative, and efficient. Will hire him again for other jobs!

Arthur and the team were great! He discussed the project and how long each part of would take, and got my input for where to install the 2nd thermostat. It was a big project: replacing the furnace with a new high-efficiency unit and replacing all the old, sagging flexible ductwork with rigid ductwork for better efficiency for the main floor, plus installing dampers to separate the main and upper stories into different heating zones. Additionally, they ran a new duct to get heat into the entry stairway, which had always stayed cold before.
When the furnace and ducts were all in place, Arthur walked through the house with me to make sure the airflow was the way we wanted it and to ensure that the new zones worked appropriately.
They also cleaned up everything very nicely and took away the old furnace and ductwork. Very nice and professional! Definitely recommend them.
Mikhail was great with fixing our baseboard. Practical and efficient service and scheduling.

Andrew and Alex came to diagnose the problem with our range hood. They arrived when they said they would and were very easy to communicate with. Stan and team were excellent! Very responsive, professional, and friendly! They patiently stuck around even though it took some time to diagnose my finicky heater since it would seem to work intermittently. After discovering a bad part they were able to order and replace it to make it good as new again. Would definitely recommend and will call them again!

Mikhail was great! I had gotten myself into a failed DIY job with some electrical switches and needed Mikhail to come in and bail me out. Mikhail took care of the four switches I couldn't get to work, and did some troubleshooting when I wasn't even sure how the final product was supposed to work. Would definitely recommend for electrical work!

Fuse is very helpful and responsive. I booked a service for next week, and they called me to offer a same day service since they had an extra technician. Michael and Jason with Fuse were extremely diligent and easy to work with. Jason was able to schedule my visit within a day of my initial contact. Michael was on site, diagnosed and successfully serviced the multiple outlet problems, and, had replacement parts at his disposal, elimating having to wait for additional parts and another service visit. He also cleaned up the affected areas after completing his work. They both answered all my questions (I am far from being mechanical) in a concise and kind manner. All follow up inquiries were handled within an hour of my request. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and you should too.
The company responded promptly to my request for service on yelp. The electrician, Mikhail, came out and assessed the problem. Even though he was not able to fix the problem, he told me to call PGE who promptly came out and fixed the problem at the pole. Mikhail was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be done.
I contacted Fuse because my washer either wasn't draining properly or water was slowly leaking in after the cycle finished. I manually drained the machine and shut off the water to avoid it smelling for the few days between when I contacted them and their next availability. Valentin and another gentleman came over on time and ran a couple tests. They were unable to reproduce the problem and didn't charge me for their time. I really really appreciate this gesture and will definitely be using Fuse for my future appliance needs.

I contacted fuse to help me sort out a problem with a brand-new Bosch range which Bosch was not able to be responsive to a warranty call. Fuse arrived the same day took a look and felt that we should have Bosch do the warranty service. They left without charging me which I appreciated.
Super fast super clean. Tech was exceptionally professional. I would highly recommend this company for jobs big or small!!!

FUSE responded almost immediately to my request for service - they seemed equipped to take on a job for which several other companies said they did not provide service. Their consultation fee was also very reasonable compared to others. All in all it was easy to arrange and they quickly resolved my issue. Thanks for the great service!

Thermostat stopped working. Fuse was quick to respond, technician showed up on time and fixed it quickly. Running good ever since!
They were very responsive when I sent them a repair request using Thumbtack. When I described the problem with pictures, they found a way to fit me in the same day. They quoted me a price and were true to their word. The technician was prompt and quick, and cleaned up after himself. A job well done! I am so thankful to have heat during this cold snap.
Jason and Alex are very professional and responsive. Alex came as scheduled, inspected and fix my electric furnace. Highly recommended.
