I contacted AEQ Plumbing thru YELP and requested estimate for remodeling job/ replacement of bath and shower set. I'm really impressed with Tony who went quickly to see the job site, asked all the right questions in order to give customer exactly what they want, did very detailed research to find availability of needed tub and shower enclosure and provided in-depth  Estimate in a day or two after he had all the data.  Unbelievable professionalism and knowledge in addition to great communication skills!  That's what we call great service!    We decided to not to do this job right now as it would inconvenience tenant (COVID time), but we will definitely turn to Tony to do the job when better time comes.  Thank you so much Tony, it was a pleasure communicating with you! Called to report an issue with a leak I have and was given a 9 AM appointment. The techs showed up right on time and after explaining the issue they confirmed it was the condensate line on the air conditioner. No charge professional and courteous. Will use them in the future.

Can't say enough good things about this business!From the beginning Jennifer was very helpful on the phone and Brandon was very informative. Hiring a contractor and trusting them can be a scary process and for sure Brandon took that fear away. He was clear with us, very professional and reasonably priced. Took about a day and a half and the finished work looks amazing. Awesome work!

These guys are the best! Quick appointment time and they accommodated my work schedule. My bathroom sink had been clogged. Brandon Lee was profesional and helpful with all my questions and even looked at a few other things that I hadn't originally requested for my appointment. He went above and beyond!!

Don't use this guy. He goes back on his word, even work orders and bids he gives you in writing. We had discussed things and days before he was to do the job he called and made other demands for the payments and then suggested he wouldn't be able to complete the whole job for the price because he didn't have a guy who would finish the cement after job was done and tried to say he would take off about 300$ and we could do the cement with someone else. Hello, the cemetery job would cost more than 300$ as cement is expensive. There is no way to fix the cement it would cost 300$ only after the plumbing job was finished. So he went back on our agreed contracted price that we had in writing from him, then changed payment acceptance he would take, then billed us for work all while threatening us with court and such. So don't use this guy because his written bids for jobs will change roght before you do the job or even worse probably after the job is done, then he will threaten you and your house!

Was really hoping to write a positive review got my septic tank pumped $400 with no problem whole family very pleasant and helpful thought all was well then my shower was still backed up and told that happens when the septic tank was full fine got it snaked $75 let Alex know my pit was still filling up flowing down the street after being pumped at this point was informed there is no warranty on the work I had done and it's because I didn't want to spend an extra $150 for chemicals in the tank which I'm not understanding how a septic tank that takes normally takes  3 years to fill is filling after 1 week so I'm back to square 1 out of $475 and still having a swamp in my front yard not to mention the smell was hoping for a different more accommodating outcome being $475 is a lot of money in my life to still have the same problem I was hoping would be fixed as I paid for a service that obviously wasn't satisfactory

As to your response we can go back and forth with this but I know what was said at the time and Alex referred to the sludge at the bottom and chemicals for $150 would take care of that at no time was any mention of any major repairs needed but whatever statement makes you feel better about the situation  is fine with me as I know what you told me at the time  wish the outcome would've been better as I have no reason to lie I as I am the one who paid for the service in full  just hoping for a better outcome and resolution

Amazing job by Mark Anderson, I was a few days into my new home and he came the same day to diagnose and start repairs on my plumbing issues. He did this on a weekend, showed receipts and prices up front and was very honest. He would text and call me with updates, arrival times, and extra parts needed. I am beyond grateful for his work ethic, reliability, and honesty. I would call him without thinking twice about it.

I had some work done and it was well done and very reasonable. This is an owner operated business and worth every penny.

He was called a Second time And he responded immediately and was very helpful installing a garbage disposal, in fact he let me buy it to save money and he put  it in I can recommend him now more than ever

In short
I had a pretty bad slab leak
the leak detection service that was there previously had marked  the floor but they were a little off   Mark and Adrian figured it out without alot extensive repairs and took care of the problem!!!!!!!!
I have been in customer service for 38 years and these three guys  were outstanding

thanks again so much I will stick with Carroll Plumbing for all my needs in the future

I've deleted this review.  Hopefully, you get an ethic technician. Several of them are.

First off, Leo knows his stuff. The issue I hadn't wasn't quickly resolved. Suggestions were made to prevent this from happening. If any issues were to happen again, I'm requesting this man again.

I spent an entire summer with Gundlachs trying to figure out my A/C woes. They were diligent, helpful and polite.  They troubleshooted what ultimately turned out to be a PG&E problem that caused my A/C system to malfunction. Everything is good now, they maintain the unit for me and they've become indispensable. Very reasonable for the work too.
