We had the main water line break due to corrosion.  We called Advanced Plumbing and the came out early the next date. The Technican that came out (Chris) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and replaced the broken pipe is short order.

John was just out to de-winterize my swamp cooler. He is upbeat, professional, and explained everything. He went up on the roof four different times to make sure everything was OK.  I will never use any other plumbing service. Irene.

We had an issue with one of the toilets upstairs not draining properly. Looked up some plumbing service and AEQ Plumbing got back to me quickly and with an estimate. Came on the schedule time and did a great job. Super friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend AEQ ! Tony was awesome.

I tried to turn the shower off this morning and the handle came off in my hand, leaving the shower running full blast. I tried to fix it for 15 or 20 minutes and finally turned off the water to the house. Warned my sleeping wife, there would be no shower or toilets flushing that morning and headed for work. Called the Plumbing Doctor at 7:00 am and the owner answered. Listened to my predicament then said he had just stepped out of the shower himself, was wrapped in a towel and could he call me back in 10 minutes. I said sure and started looking for another plumber. Before I could find one, I received a return phone call from a now dried off owner. He said he would have someone out by 9:00 am. His guy showed up on time, fixed the problem and I couldn't be more pleased with their response and their level of service. Plumbing Doctor is now in my phone contacts list and will be my first and only call from now on.

A neighbor recommend Garrett's Plumbing when I was having issues with my hot water heater. When I called, they were very friendly and polite and had a technician to my house in no time. Ozzie, the technician was very polite and professional. In a short time, I had hot water and a reasonable bill! No question, I'll call them first if I have any other plumbing needs in the future.

Replaced some drywall in our living room and garage. They were on time and did a great job!

My home warranty company schedule an appointment... I had to wait a week... when the day came the problem had escalated to emergency levels... I woke up at 6, had someone else take my daughter to school and proceeded to wait. From 7-11 I sat and waited. I called the honest plumber at 11:10 to see why they weren't there... I was told that they had until noon, not 11, but they would call me back once they got a hold of their plumber to find out where he was and his ETA... I didn't get a call back... until 12:10... when they called to tell me that they weren't coming at all and couldn't reschedule me until over a week from today.  they have the worlds worst customer service and ZERO care for you. It doesn't matter to them if you have already waited over a week... or if you gave them your specific work cell so they could contact you directly... or you took an entire day off going into work and lost a days wages. Or you inconvenienced a family member to take your child to school.

They are BS. Don't use these people. Don't let your home warranty company assign them to you!

They could care less if every time you flush the toilet, raw sewage comes up from every other pipe or drain in your house!!!!

Alfredo was professional and honest. I was referred and he did exactly what needed to be done. Right the first time. The entered the roof vent and snaked about 50ft out. Made some suggestions for future prevent as well. And I got a follow up call   I would definitely recommend

The septic tank was full on one of my houses and it was Super Bowl Sunday. When I called they were not available but said they could empty the tank the next day. They had another job first thing and would be by after that. In the afternoon my renter called when he returned from work to tell me the didn't pump the septic tank. In the late afternoon it is impossible to find someone else so I had to arrange for another pumping service for the following morning. I can forgive someone for being too busy to take another job but not for accepting the job and then not showing up or calling. I will not be using Liberty Pumping again.
The last time I used them I caught them using diluted acid. They claimed it was 92% or higher but I weighed the five gallon container and since sulfuric acid weighs almost twice as much as water they couldn't deny it was under weight for full strength acid. They did pour in 15 gallons instead of 10 for the agreed price. I shouldn't have to watch anyone to keep them honest. This time was my fault, I should have learned my lesson last time.

Mark was very thourough and helped us with what we need. Fixed the toilet leak quick. 30 day guarantee if there was wrong with toilet after it got fixed. He was on time and efficient. Reasonable price provided.

I had some work done and it was well done and very reasonable. This is an owner operated business and worth every penny.

Absolutely NOT!  We called them out via American Home Shield, for lack of water pressure in the master bathroom and kitchen.  They said their was a lack of flow from the hot water pipes and they would need to clean them at the quote of a minimum of $750 which may not fix the issue.  We went there and were able to figure out that the valves were clogged, something they didnt even look into.  We are far from plumbers too.  So we had to pay that service call fee for Heros and then another $125 to get a competent plumber out to fix the issue that we were able to self diagnose.  

Very bad - stay away!!

Woke up to my mom who lives with me letting me know about water damage in the bathroom her and my sister share. After a quick Google search I realized this could be a leaking pipe in my wall. I called Roto-rooter right away due to their leak detection services. Joseph A. Showed up to my house much sooner then expected which was nice. He promptly troubleshooted and found out it was just water from my sister leaving the shower open when she takes a shower. He was very professional and courteous not to mention he didn't charge me for his time. He could've easily lied and tried to take advantage of me which has happened with other plumbers before but he was very honest which is rare nowadays. For this I will definitely be requesting him the next time I have any issues. Thank you Joseph!
