Best Plumbing Services in Tucson, AZ
Sergio and his team at On The Way Plumbing were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They always arrived on time, explained the process to me, and completed the work within the agreed upon budget and timeline. Throughout the project, Sergio provided me with regular updates and presented alternative approaches to getting the job done. When I requested additional information about the materials being used, Sergio took the time to share articles with me.
If I have any plumbing work in the future, I will definitely consult with them and I'm happy to recommend them to others.

After more than thirty years in the house, I finally realized that the septic tank needed to be pumped out. Fearless Contracting caught my eye while searching the Internet because of their artwork and colors. We settled on them because of the professional phone service from Claudia and the price. Their team Victor and crew showed up on time and were professional throughout. It turned out to be not as bad as expected. I will absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for this kind of work and will be calling them back again on a better schedule this time. ( Hey Victor: I might have forgotten where it was but at least it wasn't under the house!) I'd give six stars if I could. Thanks!

Bill and his crew installed a new front entry door on my house. When I purchased the home, it had a poorly hung front door that didn't seal correctly. The strike plate had to be adjusted for the lock to even close! I put up with it for a year, probably going through miles of weatherstripping. After an unsatisfactory experience with a different repairman, I contacted Bill and Horton Remodeling Services.
He was very thorough in the initial call with explaining fee breakdowns, the likely cost, and listened to what I needed and even what I hoped to pay. Even though I paid more, it was worth it. I got what I paid for, as the saying goes. The door was done beautifully, and they cleaned up perfectly after the job was finished. They had to remove and replace a security door as well, so it wasn't a simple job! I was kept informed of the job progress with texts, and emails.
* This would be a five star review, but the door had a long scratch from the top almost to the doorknob when installed (the install was done while I was at work and unable to see/view the door). When I contacted them, they didn't offer any type of money off, and told me that was how they received the door from the company. Then they offered to quote me a price to paint the door to cover the scratch. I feel that contacting me when they picked up a scratched door to see if I was okay with it would have been better, and then perhaps negotiating a bit lower price for a damaged door instead of waiting for me to notice the damage and ask about it. I was disappointed about that part of the job and interaction.

UPDATED REVIEW: Bill contacted me and worked out a repair on the door. He was very kind and understanding about it. I appreciated his willingness to do so, and I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again in the future. They do excellent work, and Bill is great at communicating on costs, and concerns.

This company charges $110 hr and they are no bargain. I had them install a toilet (which I supplied). The parts required were a a $10 wax ring, they charged me $200 labor. I think they know what they are doing but i don't think if this is a fair price and i told them so. Their website offered a discount but the the tech said he adjusted the labor which I don't believe. They also would not take credit cards, cash or check only. I believe they charge based on when they leave their shop, travel time is all included, so the simplest job can take 2 hrs. It just seems like a lot of money to swap out a toilet, which the plumber didn't even supply.

Great service! The company was at the house within one hour of our call.
We could hear water flowing, saw no sign of leaks, but the water meter (a modern ERT meter) was recording flow of 0.16 gallons per minute. Seth, a former US Marine, was totally professional in every way. During his 2 hour visit he confirmed the leak existed, mapped the underground and in-wall plumbing, and marked an X with pink flourescent tape inside the master bedroom. He predicted it was a pinhole leak located 12 deep.
After our plumbing contractor (Racy's Plumbing) jackhammered through the foundation at the pink X, he found the pinhole leak at 12 deep, within one foot of the pink X. The pipe location was spot on. The accuracy was pretty remarkable for something that was totally invisible from the surface. The survey cost $375 and was definitely worth it to prevent the possibility of structural damage and/or termites to the house. Their service was perfect.
The company's Tucson office is a family operation with brothers Seth and Tanner, and their father Mark. Use these pros and you'll also be supporting a three-generation family of US Marines. Semper Fi.

I moved from out of town and needed a plumber to fix my guest bathroom. I found Sampson's Plumbing on yelp, and gave them a call. They were at my house the next day, and were able to fix my water temperature problem. They also snaked my sinks (thank goodness, they were totally clogged) . They were on time, friendly, clean, fast, and affordable. I am so relieved that I have a local plumber. Do yourself a favor and call them, they are awesome!

I reached out to the Rancho Sahuarita FB community for a reputable plumber and Joe McPhee from McPhee Plumbing came up numerous times on the recommendations.
Left a message, and within 20 minutes got a call back. Scheduled a repair, and was completed ahead of schedule than previously scoped for. Additionally, Joe communicated some alternative points I should consider for preventative maintenance down the road as a home owner. I really appreciate a business that gets to the point, listens to the customer, executes the job and cares to leave a job site/issue with it being 100% correct.
I personally recommend Joe McPhee as a business for being expeditious and knowledgeable. Consider reaching out to McPheee Plumbing for your Sahuarita or Green Valley Plumbing needs.
I am a paying customer and have absolutely no affiliation with McPhee Plumbing in any way.

I accompanied my parents to pick up an invoice for certain electrical repairs that were done to a home my parents were purchasing. They had to do this on the morning of closing--a Monday--because this electrical contractor did not email the seller the invoice as promised. My parents' realtor was there, and, along with my parents and me, there were four of us in the room representing the requesting parties. This business is operated out of someone's home. The receptionist cum business owner said that she was busy dispatching certain contractors (I saw no contractors in the room or on the property), but that she would attend to the invoice in about thirty (30) minutes, whereupon she left and went into an adjoining room for about two minutes, returning without any invoice. She did not apologize. I asked her whether she had two minutes to print out the invoice, telling her that that's about how long it would take, and she didn't give an inch: she reiterated that it would be about thirty (30) minutes. I called her white trash and left--but she still insisted upon loudly telling me to leave, even as I was walking out of the door. That's not how any of this works: I'm a lawyer in Minneapolis. Some ten minutes later, a guy shows up and hands my parents' realtor a half-assed handwritten invoice.

Very happy with our emergency plumbing service! I've had bad experiences with other plumbing companies (unfriendly techs, not solving the problem, crazy up-charges) so I wasn't looking forward to another bad experience. This was the opposite in every way. From the time we placed the call to clean up and paper work, the service was professional, friendly, and thorough.

If you're in Corona or Vail and need a plumber, definitely give All Pro a call! I had an issue with a bathtub faucet leaking again, 1 year after a different company in Tucson had replaced everything. I called that company back and asked how they were going to address this, as the previous fixture lasted 30 years... They quoted me $400 just to come out and take a look. I did NOT take them up on that. Instead, I started calling around. I came across reviews for All Pro on Yelp and decided to add them to my list of places to call. I was surprised to see them listed as being in Vail, but this turned out to be awesome... because they didn't try and add $100-$200 for a trip charge to come out to my ranch.
The gal in the office was friendly and efficient. I called about 10 minutes before they closed, but she did not rush me off the phone. Jarem came out the next day in a timely manner and had things fixed in a couple hours for 1/4 of the price the awful company in Tucson had quoted me. He also took the time to go over a few questions I had about a few other (indoor and outdoor) plumbing related projects I'd like to work on in the future.
Bottom line: the service is great, and the prices are great. I will definitely be calling All Pro again, and recommending them to anyone in the Vail or Corona areas.

I am very dissatisfied at the moment. I spent over $500.00 5 days ago to have my plumbing snaked, a disposal replaced, and a new water pump in one of my toilets.
This evening as I was getting ready for bed, I heard my hall bathroom bubbling and then water running profusely. I went to see what it was and water was running into the hallway. Blackwater. A previous plumber had told me to uncap the cleanout trap to relieve pressure and when I did that all of the toilets and showers were relieved of the black water they were holding. This just tells me that the snake job did not unclog what it was supposed.
The plumber who came a few days before seemed to be in a hurry. In the past, plumbers ran water to see if everything was flowing.
I'm very upset and dissatisfied. I don't have more money to fork out for his errors, so am calling the company first thing in the am.
