Awesome service, arrived on time and great communicators. Helped all the issues in the house and will use them for all my needs in the future for my Tucson rental!

Sampson's Plumbing is AWESOME! They are courteous, responsive and professional.

I have used them on four different occasions. For every job they are prompt and don't waste any time. They immediately get to work and find the root of the problem. They then very clearly explained to me my options and don't try to sell me something I don't need.

In an industry where service seems to have been forgotten, Glenn and Jesse showed that they will go above and beyond to make sure they answer all of your questions and follow up to make sure you understand the scope of their work.

If I could give them seven stars I would!

This guy was awesome. Gave me a quick call back, a reasonable quote, and scheduled the work in a timely manner. He gave great advice and did not tell you anything to buy something you don't need.  He stuck to his quote and the work was great. So happy we were able to get our water heater replaced quickly. All the connections look great and his cost beat all the others I received (4). Most other companies tried to up sale me instead of giving me a respectable quote. If you need plumbing work this is your guy!

I called Samspon's Plumbing to help with a drain issue I had with my washing machine.  Glen gave a very fair and competitive price and did not try to pull any fast ones by telling me a quote could not be made over the phone.  Allan showed up on time addressed the issue and knew exactly how to handle the situation.  This company has great equipment are knowledgeable and personable which is a plus.  Allan took his time using an electric rooter on the drain and to ensure it was unclogged waited 3 spin cycles.  During our wait time Allan was very pleasant to talk to and was very professional.  Sampson's is a great plumbing company and with employees like Alan they will continue to get my business.  Thanks

Glenn worked has worked on a few of my properties and was always responsive, on time and did quality work. I can't say enough about this company. I've worked with many plumbers over the years and Glenn has been the best, by far.

I moved from out of town and needed a plumber to fix my guest bathroom. I found Sampson's Plumbing on yelp, and gave them a call. They were at my house the next day, and were able to fix my water temperature problem. They also snaked my sinks (thank goodness, they were totally clogged) . They were on time, friendly, clean, fast, and affordable. I am so relieved that I have a local plumber. Do yourself a favor and call them, they are awesome!

We had a huge 120 gallon water heater that we needed removed and replaced with a 50 gallon water heater. Glenn and Jesse did a great job on a difficult project. We had no problems. The workmanship and the price were great. Would definitely recommend Sampson's Plumbing!

Great company highly recommend. They replaced our ancient furnace, air conditioner and water heater. They are fair in price and the customer service can't be beat.

On time, very professional!  A bit on pricey side, but worth it.  Dealing with Glen is so easy and he's one of the few that calls you back!  I think the name of guy that came to install water heater was named Alan.  If not, so sorry.  Anyway, guy that installed my water heater was fantastic.  Polite, showed up on time and did job quick and perfect.  Sadly, water heater didn't work.  Turned out to be a problem with way electrician put in power bar in junction box.  It was pouring rain in Tucson while they were doing job, understood how mistake happened.  Who wants to mess with electric in pouring rain???  Both did fantastic jobs.  Sampson's and A American Electrical Services.  Thank you both!  Bill handling job for David Gregory.

So I called one day (around 11 a.m.) and asked for a plumber to unclog a bathtub drain. I was told the next day between 8:30 and 11 a.m. a plumber would come to my place, but that they would call when he was on the way. Next day, 8:30 a.m., a knock at my door tells me the plumber is there (no call ahead of time). He did not introduce himself; it took him 1/2 hr to do and that included 3 trips to his truck (for a simple unclog of a drain, it is reasonably expected that the guy would come with tools in hand). It cost $120. for a simple snaking of a drain, which probably took a total of 10 minutes to do; in addition, there was no itemization of the bill--just an unexplained total of $120.00. The outer edges of my tub were left dirty from his equipment. They were all really 'nice,' but.... This is the only time I can think of that I have been let down by yelpers. If this is what they consider reasonable for prices, I can't imagine what they intended to pay.

After a really poor and unprofessional performance by another big plumbing outfit here in town that wasted a couple days of our time and got us nowhere we called Sampson plumbing to help with a somewhat distressing plumbing problem we were having at one of our rentals - seemingly random times in the morning water looked like it was seeping up through the tile floor in one of the bedrooms and it didn't smell great.  Not good.  We figured a sewer line had busted or the like and some very bad news was coming our way.  Glenn showed up early after calling to see if we could meet him ahead of schedule and immediately started testing things out to narrow the problem down and quickly found that the problem stemmed from the sink drain in another unit in the building - leaking behind the masonry wall (behind a drywall skin) and ending up in another tenant's floor - short version he cut into the wall, found the leaking pipe section and replaced it quickly and at a very reasonable price.  Wish we would have started with Sampson Plumbing, it would have saved a few days of stress and unhappy tenants.  They'll definitely be our go-to plumbing outfit for all our properties here in town moving forward.

Nice to have found my plumber!  Glen kept us in the loop every step of the way and knew exactly what he was doing.  The job was done fast and he cleaned up like he was never here.  I honestly thought he would come out and take a look and have to come back later, but he was in and out within 90 minutes which included cutting out a piece of the adobe wall and replacing a rusted out pipe.  There is zero chance of me calling anyone else in the future.  I Highly recommend Sampson's Plumbing & Rooter.

This is the company that gave us a second opinion after the first company we hired to unclog a drain said we needed $10-20 thousand dollars worth of repairs.

He showed up on time. Took time to thoroughly investigate our pipes with a camera scope. He showed us the footage of our pipes that were in good working order. He made recommendations for future maintenance and explained how our drains were set up, etc.

So glad we obtained a second opinion rather than blindly trusting that other company. Read my other review if you are interested in learning about that whole scam. Always get a second opinion - especially when in doubt.

I have been using Glen for 2 years and have had him out to my home several times to fix various issues in my house. He has put in new water lines, new faucets, fixed slow sinks, and other various problems in my old home.  He is always on time, does great work, and is super nice to work with.  He is honest and always prices with fairness to us both and does not make me feel like I have uncharged because of my zip code.  I wish  every trades person in Tucson had the same work ethic and skill as Glen!

I called glen early Monday morning, he said he could get someone out to our home the same day. Which was nice considering we needed someone out asap. Both of our bathrooms were not functioning- both toilets and showers.

Alan came out and was very friendly, he was able to get one toilet and shower in working order for us. While we expected additional work would be needed, he assured us he would speak with glen about all the issues my husband talked to him about to make sure we address everything.

While we await to hear back about the additional work, I am glad we went with them!

Had a crazy leak from an old pipe at the house where I just moved in. After searching for a while on Yelp, called them and the plumber was able to get to my house after a couple of hours. Very prompt and attentive. I wish I remembered the plumber's name, maybe it was Alan. He was very resourceful and genuinely caring to get the job done properly. What I thought would take a while to repair only took an hour and he was out the door. I will definitely be calling back with any future issues that I may have at home or work. The pricing was just right and fair compared to other plumbers I've had to call in the past. Thank you guys!

The plumber showed up when he said he would.  He fixed my problem, and the price was reasonable.  Everyone I talked to was nice.

Truly professional in all aspects of the work they do. Have used they previously to replace a hot water tank. This time needed to replace water line leading to house because of leak. Arrived same day i called to patch line so as not to disturb water service to house. After utility lines had been marked, dug up and replaced line from meter to house. Would use them in the future, and also recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

After contacting 4 plumbers to replace my hot water heater I selected Sampson. Their price and timeframe was the best. Sampson is very professional, did an excellent job, highly recommend.

I have used Sampson Plumbing and Rooter in 2 home moves in the last 5 years. He has proven to me that he is a top notch contractor and the best I've dealt with. I have used Glen to repair or reinstall appliances that the original contractor could not  (HD). That says a lot about is knowledge, experiance and expertise. He is efficiant, sets his schedules in a timely manner and is prompt. Highly Recommended.

From beginning to end this was a great experience. Glenn got off to a great start by quickly returning my call and then showing up on time.  He quickly diagnosed my problem and provided me with a fair quotation on the spot. Glenn assured me that he would be able to fix my problem no matter what he actually found when he started the repairs and set a cap on the price. True to his word, Glenn stuck to his quote even when he found more issues than either of us anticipated. He made all the necessary repairs and finished his work within the predicted time period and even cleaned up behind himself.  Most importantly, Glenn found and fixed issues that likely would have led to future problems and was able to provide me with a permanent solution. I've been using this plumbing company for a while now and as hard as I've tried, I haven't had anything to complain about. What makes them stand out is their honesty and work quality. Most all plumbing companies try to upsell me, telling me that my house is gonna fall apart in a year if I don't spend thousands of dollars with them right away. This company tells it like it is. It's not always good news, but when something is wrong, I know I can trust these guys to make it right and not have an unreasonable bill like other companies love to present. These guys are always there when they're supposed to be and when you find a company that's trustworthy like this one, you don't need to call anyone else.

Used them twice. They are the pros! Affordable and thoroughly knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong and how they are going to fix it. And cleaned up afterwards. Hope I won't need them again but if I do I'm confident they'll do it right!

Allan was phenomenal!  Did a spot on professional job and was great with my dogs to boot!  Kind, courteous and a class act!  Will use this company again and again!
