Joe has provided several plumbing services for us in the past year. He responds quickly and communicates his estimated arrival. I have complete confidence in his work and when there was a call back he responded within a day. I highly recommend McPhee Plumbing!

Left a message, and within 20 minutes got a call back. Scheduled a repair, and was completed ahead of schedule than previously scoped for. Additionally, Joe communicated some alternative points I should consider for preventative maintenance down the road as a home owner. I really appreciate a business that gets to the point, listens to the customer, executes the job and cares to leave a job site/issue with it being 100% correct.

Joe McPhee installed a new water heater for us, and we couldn't be happier. Our old water heater was 12.5 years old, and we figured it was better to replace it before trouble -- such as a leak -- arose. Joe asked if we would like to have the new one sit in a pan that would catch water that might leak out and then then divert it through a tube to the outside of the house (about 10 inches from the water heater). We said yes, and that upgrade from our old setup is giving us peace of mind even though this is a high-quality water heater and a leak isn't very likely.

Anyway, this was our first experience with Joe, and he was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, punctual and friendly. He seems to really enjoy his work, and he knows that importance of good customer service.

Joe McPhee was able to schedule me right away, called to let me know he was on his way, was exceptionally neat (he said he likes it when customers don't even know he was there). Very personable. Let me know exactly what he was doing and was so informative. Did I mention he's very REASONABLE. Highly recommend McPhee Plumbing!
