After a weekend without water and dreading a four-figure repair bill when my water line developed a leak, RDO was a welcome encounter. They were recommended by a co-worker and I'm really grateful for that recommendation.

RDO was there on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to explain it to me, and fixed the problem at a very fair price in a very timely fashion. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Not only did Bruce charge my mother more than his hourly rate he took advantage of her vulnerability by doing work that didn't need to done. To take advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income is about as unethical as a person can be.

They were quick, professional, and fairly priced.  I had a leak under my house from a rotted out pipe and needed a hole cut out of the floor in my closet to access and replace the pipe.  The job from start to finish was completed in about 3 hours.  John was super friendly and trustworthy.  I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

We had our hot water go out the same evening our Florida guests arrived......add to the mix I had scheduled oral surgery/implants, 3 teeth just yesterday. I called, left a message w/Appaloosa. My call was returned right away. Within 1 1/2 hrs Bob & son arrived, repaired and also reseated our recirculating pump on the new hot water heater...viola! Hot water!

I've called Valentine plumbing for various reasons and issues for the last 5 years. Getting ready to move a 3rd time and they will still be who I call if needed. They come when scheduled. Daniel is 100% A+ professional and no BS.  I connected with Fusion regarding AC replacement of a 2.5 ton, SEER 14 unit with gas pack.  In no time flat, I had a response to my call.  Daniel came out within a day or two and went out of his way to listen to my questions and patronize me. I had a issue with the sewer line clogging, Eli contacted me very quickly with a very friendly yet professional manner. He came to our home and found out quickly what the problem was. He and his super friendly co~ worker ( i shamefully forgot his name :(  fixed it, his price was exactly as quoted, gave a free warranty on his work. He was polite,  clean, respectful and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his team for any home repairs you might need. He left the work area clean and tidy. I was home alone and felt very comfortable in his presence, which is a big deal to me as a bit older gal. :) i will definitely you this company for any plumbing issues that might arise in the future.

Brian was my point-of-contact for the toilet installation and valve install.  He was professional and knowledgeable and said he would be sending his two sons to do the work.  They were fantastic!  The work was accomplished quickly and efficiently.  I have had this house for fourteen years and now have a new plumbing company to depend on.   Hester Plumbing is beyond wonderful.  It's terrific to have a family-owned business that I can call for future plumbing needs.  I already have a list of jobs that I'm going to schedule with them.  They are amazing!  Eileen McKinney

Our home warranty company wanted to send some sketchy installer to install a new built-in oven so we asked if we could find one on our own and if they would pay use and they said yes. So, my husband did some research and found MM installations--they have great reviews on Thumbtack, are accredited with the BBB who gave them an  A+, and they have a contractor's license--so far, so good. Plus they don't repair appliances--they just install them, so they're an expert in this area.
The reviews and BBB were spot on. Roberto the owner was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and called us before he came. He and a helper expertly removed our old built-in oven (haul-away is part of the service) and put the new one in so well it looks like it was custom built for our kitchen! We were worried at first because our original oven was so so old and we thought the new one (which was a different brand) woudn't fit but Roberto knows how to do any work or tweaks needed to make the unit fit correctly. We're so pleased with the work and the professionalism and would use him again!

I came in on a Sunday just over 2 weeks ago.  I bought both capacitors for my roof top AC unit.  On my way home with the parts, I decided to call my contractor first, as they had just serviced the unit a few month earlier and had a no break down guarantee.  It ended up not being the capacitors and I returned them on Monday.  That was 2 weeks ago.  The gentleman there said I would get the refund to my credit card.  I have not seen that credit yet. Today I called in twice and was hung up on.  The 3rd or 4th try later, I was put on hold.  The gentleman there on the Monday I went in for the return, took the 4 parts and my receipt.   Walked out feeling comfortable that it would be taken care of.  2 weeks later, still no refund.

I wish I could give them a minus star.  They never called to let me know that they were on the way.  Instead, I get a call saying that he was here and no one answered the door. That was a lie!  I was home the entire time!  I immediately called back and he did not answer my call. He could not have even left the neighborhood during the time I returned the call.  I left a message to please return. I called the main number and explained the situation and he hung up on me.  Unbelievable. Steer clear of this company!

1st. Let me say that at least we got the job done . This was neither after hours or on a weekend .  Tim showed up an hr after the office told me he would
Total time from the time Tim ( the plumber ) showed up till I got the bill was 1hr 50 min . I volunteered to help him to expedite matters ( I am a tradesman as well) and at no time was told hat I would be charged extra for the pleasure .
The process of replacing 2 valves 1 - 11/4 in ball valve and 1 -3/4 inch gate valve went smoothly except that I had to go to the store and purchase the valve ! I also let Tim use my tools !! He apparently did not have a saws all !
For this I was charged $417 !!  With my labor ,my tools and my parts ! Just about 2 X what the job was worth under extraordinary circumstances. this was not that .
Am I angry? You bet! When I got the bill I could not speak .  
I called the office the next day and the girl said Tim would call me back. When he did he said it was out of his hands.
Beware of this company.
