After a weekend without water and dreading a four-figure repair bill when my water line developed a leak, RDO was a welcome encounter. They were recommended by a co-worker and I'm really grateful for that recommendation.

RDO was there on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to explain it to me, and fixed the problem at a very fair price in a very timely fashion. I can't recommend these guys enough.

They were quick, professional, and fairly priced.  I had a leak under my house from a rotted out pipe and needed a hole cut out of the floor in my closet to access and replace the pipe.  The job from start to finish was completed in about 3 hours.  John was super friendly and trustworthy.  I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

We had our hot water go out the same evening our Florida guests arrived......add to the mix I had scheduled oral surgery/implants, 3 teeth just yesterday. I called, left a message w/Appaloosa. My call was returned right away. Within 1 1/2 hrs Bob & son arrived, repaired and also reseated our recirculating pump on the new hot water heater...viola! Hot water!

Excellent service from dispatcher & Halen (tech) on a very busy day due to weather conditions. I couldn't re-light the pilot flame on our water heater and received rapid response from Valentine Plumbing. Such a small job, but they efficiently routed him on return from another job & it was finished within 2 hours of my call! Thanks very much for great service!

Wow!  I do not give 5 Stars but it seems this time I must break my record.
I had an Over/Under 3 ton unit that was fried from a lightning strike.  I used Yelp to do the three company estimate thing so I had choices.  Within an hour of posting what I wanted Daniel from Fusion came to my house!  Fusion should be really happy knowing they have employees like Daniel.
Daniel is professional with a very friendly and easy demeanor.  He just made me feel very comfortable, like a friend I had known for years.  Daniel answered all my questions with great patience and provided an estimate that was actually less than I thought.  I was so comfortable after speaking with Daniel that I canceled the other two companies for an estimate and went with Fusion! The very next day (today), Daniel arrived bright and early and had a well orchestrated team and a crane to remove the unit.  By 3pm I had ice cold air and nice warm heat!  Daniel took the time to answer and explain the install and how to work the new thermostat and then he was gone!
Like I said, Wow!  Fusion should be proud of Daniel! If Daniel is any indication of the caliber of employees at this place, other companies should be very nervous!

Eli is the BEST!  We had a full bathroom remodel in an old home that was challenging, to say the least.  Eli gave us a fair contract, was always on time and pleasant to deal with.  He had great suggestions about ways to improve the space and did a wonderful job picking out the finish plumbing items.  He will be our go-to plumber from now on.

We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician came across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. A small, family-owned business providing quality workmanship and personal service. They installed a garbage disposal about 3 months ago and a dishwasher recently, both purchased from Lowe's. I specifically requested Hesters install the dishwasher after being so impressed with my first encounter with them.
They scheduled appointments quickly, arrived promptly, and were careful about bringing a large appliance into a small area. They politely and patiently answered all of my questions, made sure everything was working properly and explained the dishwasher operation to me. Before leaving, they even returned the furniture to it's prior position (which had been moved out of the way for dishwasher clearance).
I've lived in Tucson for 25+ years and have hired lots of different plumbers. For all future plumbing jobs, I will call Hester first. I highly recommend them to others. They deserve continued success as they are hard-working and provide high quality, professional service.

Our home warranty company wanted to send some sketchy installer to install a new built-in oven so we asked if we could find one on our own and if they would pay use and they said yes. So, my husband did some research and found MM installations--they have great reviews on Thumbtack, are accredited with the BBB who gave them an  A+, and they have a contractor's license--so far, so good. Plus they don't repair appliances--they just install them, so they're an expert in this area.
The reviews and BBB were spot on. Roberto the owner was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and called us before he came. He and a helper expertly removed our old built-in oven (haul-away is part of the service) and put the new one in so well it looks like it was custom built for our kitchen! We were worried at first because our original oven was so so old and we thought the new one (which was a different brand) woudn't fit but Roberto knows how to do any work or tweaks needed to make the unit fit correctly. We're so pleased with the work and the professionalism and would use him again!

Went in for a heater ignitor.  I showed them the old one and they said that they didn't have the exact match but had one that would work...  Well it didn't.  Not only  did it not work, it burned out a board on my heater.  This cost me over $300 to get fixed and they would not take reponsibility for their inexperience.   I will not be going back.

Roy and Isasc were scheduled for the following day, but called and offered to come that evening! The sun was just setting when they started and they finished quickly by headlamps.  They helped me save some of plants in the area near the broken waterline, showed me the leak, then the repair, refill the hole and replaced the decorative rock.
They made sure the water in the house was working before the left. I was more than happy with these gentlemen!

A drain always stops draining on a Sunday, right?  Not a problem.  I called Tucson Plumbing at 9 AM, requested an afternoon appointment after 1 PM and they were there at 1:30 PM.  Darwin was the plumber who was dispatched - he was pleasant and skilled in his work.  Within a short while, the drain was cleared - I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  From now on, Tucson Plumbing will be my go to plumber!  Thank you Tucson Plumbing!
