We had a new toilet installed. James has done other things in the past & his professional work, attitude,etc...certainly sold us on Plumb Plumbing, so this company is who we always call for our plumbing needs.

Fantastic Team on the Ball!
The techs are knowledgeable, courteous, and make sure the job gets done right. Many of the plumbers in town are one man Bands. This team cares about their customer and has the Tools to get the job done right. Its hard to fix big issues with Ace Hardware tools .....
In any case keep up the good work and raise the bar here in Tucson.

I called dinosaur Plumbing on the Friday after Thanksgiving. My bathroom sink had clogged up and was draining very very slowly and I needed them and to come and unclog the bathroom sink. So I called I spoke to the owner Bobby who said that he would send a guy out Saturday because they were booked that day on Friday and could not come out. I said okay and we left it at that. Saturday around lunch time I still hadn't heard from dinosaur Plumbing so I called the number that was listed that I had called the previous day and someone else answered the phone. I told him that I would appreciate a call when he's ready to come my way. And he told me that it was $99 for a Saturday visit and $294 to unclog a sink standard ratings. So I told him no that is too much. So I called the local shops Tim's and Bonnet that I have used to buy parts for plumbing throughout my time here in Tucson. And they gave me the names of two plumbers that they use. I called one of the plumbers he came over in a couple of days and unclog my sink within 15 minutes and the charge was only $90. I will never use dinosaur Plumbing ever again they are a rip-off!

This review is late in coming but I would definitely rate this company as one of the best I've ever dealt with. With an older house we finally had some issues with high water usage that couldn't be explained. Had a couple of large companies come out to diagnose and a company recommended by a neighbor. Assuming the water line to the house had to be replaced we got two quick high cost bids and a much more thoughtful (and cheaper) bid from the referred company Dunn Plumbing.
Over the next week or so, water usage mysteriously went down so the line replacement was put on hold. We did ask Dunn to fix a minor leak on the water softener which they scheduled a few days out given its non emergency nature.
We happened to be in England when this minor repair was being done when signs of the major water leak appeared. Waiting until we returned was not an option as the house-sitter and pets were in residence. Dunn put in a temporary line right away as they knew conditions required it. Coordinating a new water line isn't the easiest thing to do at any time and being out of county with a 8 hour time difference didn't help. We felt comfortable enough with the company that we went ahead with the job and it was done quickly and for the previously agreed quote. Very happy with the service.
Then last year the sewer line backed up in the middle of the night (while we had out of town company of course) and Dunn came out right away and installed the clean-out valve (we already knew we needed one) and all has been better since. Again, very happy with the service.

I was going to replace my old ceiling fan myself in our DIY room remodel, but I'm no electrician and didn't want the fan to come crashing down in a week lol... Eli The Handyman to the rescue! I had a quote via email in hours and they came out later that week. The guys showed up on time, took less than an hour, and cleaned up afterward. They even offered to dispose of my old fan! I'll be calling them again for sure.

David is like a surgeon in his precision, professionalism, and clean-up. He will be on-time. He will complete the job as quoted (and he will do the job right!). He will leave your house cleaner than he found it. Day & Knight can handle all plumbing issues, as well as natural gas lines. This is by far the most reputable plumber I've found in Tucson.

Earlier this week there was a leak with my kitchen faucet, plus a leaking problem underneath the sink. I had used All-Fixture Plumbing on a previous occasion with a toilet problem, and today, just like before, Brandon came right over (even earlier than expected!), and found the issue in no time. Since I had used his service before, I knew I could depend on him to find the problem and repair it the same day. Brandon is exactly the kind of technician one would want when there is a plumbing problem. Not only is he courteous, respectful, and offers reasonable pricing, he also does repairs on other home issues (like air conditioning). You will not be disappointed in him! It's comforting to know that there are expert technicians out there who want take advantage of your emergency or try to scam you. Kudos to Brandon! I will definitely call him again when I have a problem.

Gilbert Lizarraga came right over to fix our toilet. He got the job done super fast and was very friendly and professional. We will use this service again and recommend to all.

Customer service from start to finish was excellent. Scheduling was easy on the initial phone call, and I received a call before the tech Jose came within the promised window of time. He was polite, friendly and efficient, explaining his work and offering options. CoViD precautions were appropriate. I have a new plumber!

I am so grateful to Williamsons for their service and kindness.
Stuart spent an hour and a half here, took pictures of every part of my AC system, sent them to me and gave me a quick answer about how I can keep going until I can get them back to replace the system.
Actually, I would give Stuart 100 stars if I could.
You don't need to look further than this company for the answers.

What a great company to use I would actually recommend them again for all your needs for heating and AC plumbing and water heaters. The AC Tech Rob was fantastic with his professionalism as courtesy is on time and is no pressure sales. I feel like I got honest opinions and/or service recommendations from this company.

Joe was great. I lost my gas line before Xmas and Joe completed the job before SW gas was ready and their inspector's commented on the quality of work that Akita (Joe) Performed to install a new gas line above ground to run the furnace and hot water heater. Highly dependable

Short version:
Poor customer service, shoddy work, no attention to detail. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
Long version:
We hired American Handyman to do a replace the weathered wood on a metal support structure and spray paint the metal black at a rental property that we have and manage ourselves remotely. This repair was meant to be a stop gap repair until we could do a full gate replacement. My initial request was for him to give me a call when he was actually at the property looking at the gate so we could discuss a plan. He was confused about why I would want to do so. When I explained that it was to develop a plan and a price, he said that I could just tell him now.
I really wish I had gone with my gut and tried to find someone else, but I was under pressure to by the HOA to get repairs made, so I went ahead and gave this company the job. After arranging a good time for my tenant to have the work done, I called American Handyman to confirm. He then told me that I had the date wrong, and blamed me for getting it mixed up. I'm pretty sure I was remembering correctly, because I immediately put the date in my calendar, but regardless of who got mixed up, it was unprofessional to accuse me of the issue. After sorting out the date/time issue, he then mentioned sending 'his guy' to do the job. Up until this point, he never said someone other than himself would be doing the job.
On the scheduled day, 'his guy' shows up for 5 minutes and then leaves for the better part of two hours. When work actually gets underway, my tenant calls me saying that the gate boards are crooked and are bigger than the boards that were on there originally. I had her send me a photo of the work, and it seems like no attempt was made to make the top of the gate even. Since this was mid-job I decided to let it go and wait until the job was finished to pass a final judgement.
The job was finished. The boards were still crooked, it was spray painted white (not black as requested) and it wasn't even a complete paint job. Spots were missing everywhere, not to mention it seems like no effort was made to do a clean paint job. There was paint everywhere. At this point we decided to wait and see what we were charged for the job since this was temporary. A few days later we received a nearly $300 bill for it. Since we plan to replace the whole gate soon anyway, we debated whether or not to take the poor job to its owner and ask for some sort of recompense. We decided since the job was temporary that it wasnt worth our time and hassle to fight with the company. Boy were we wrong. The gate has been falling apart. Screws breaking off and boards falling down. The guy used the wrong screws. He used the wrong size of boards. It's a mess. Our tenant has been kind enough to jury-rig things for us until we are able to come and assess the damages and replace the gate. $300 wasted.

I am very disappointed that no on ever came back to remove the jack in the shower and give me information about my job. They said they would. I won't call anymore because I was told someone would come on Friday so I stayed home from work but no one came & the jack is still in my shower. Do any of you other customers know if it's safe to continue using root killer on the new pipes?

Ferguson Plumbing was sent to my house for a water heater repair by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. After diagnosing the problem, Mr. Ferguson went to get the replacement part needed. He freely admitted when he got back that he had bought the wrong part, a gas valve that was one inch too short to fit my water heater, but that he didn't want to drive back to buy the correct part. So without my permission or informing me what he was about to do, he took a hammer and sheet metal cutters and pounded a huge dent into the side of my water heater to make the too short gas valve fit, and then cut a gaping hole. It still wouldn't fit, so he started pulling insulation out of the inside of the heater casing and pounding and cutting some more till it finally fit. During this time, I was expressing my extreme concern to him about the property damage he was causing, and his reply was that it was OK because the water heater case is non-functional, so a cosmetic dent and ragged hole didn't matter. (Note: his repair also did not fix the problem he was sent to fix.)
I contacted 2-10 about this, since they are the one who sent this contractor, and they irresponsibly said that they are not responsible for property damage done by contractors they refer. They gave me Mr. Ferguson's liability insurance information for me to file my own claim against him. When I did so, Mr. Ferguson's liability insurance company told me that property damage like what Mr. Ferguson did is excluded from coverage under his policy.
I am now filing a claim with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors against him and am proceeding to have the water heater replaced by a reputable plumber out of my pocket. This replacement was not needed till Mr. Ferguson left the old heater as a fire hazard, also making it impossible for me to sell my house without replacing it. If I don't get reimbursement through the contractors complaint, I'll have to take the matter to court.
Obviously, I don't recommend this plumber. He seems to feel that destroying other people's property is just fine.
