We had a really exorbitant estimate from another company, who we decided not to use. I called 88 Drain because another plumbing company could not come out an recommended them.

We got the dreaded 9-12 window on a Saturday. They showed up 9:05. Almost before I answered the door, they had the ladder up and the snake unloaded from the truck.

20 minutes and $75 later, they had the job done. Hugh has been in this business for almost 40 years, so he knows drains. If your not in need of a full service plumber and just need a drain snaked, he's your guy.

We've used Pioneer for small jobs in the past with no issues as they are very quick to come out but they really came through when we had to do an emergency whole-house replumbing with PEX when the old galvanized pipes catastrophically gave out. They scheduled us quickly and did all the plumbing work in one day (!) meaning the water was only off for a few hours. Everybody else associated with the job (drywaller etc) also did great and was easy to work with. The pricing ($8K) was reasonable due to the large amount of work, drywalling, permit etc. Jim the project manager was easy to communicate with on e-mail. For a job this size it was remarkably painless.

Billy has come to my home a couple of times and each time he is extremely professional, courteous, and is an expert plumber.  He did the work in a fraction of the time I could have done it and with much more ease.  Whenever I need a plumber for any job at all Cal's will be my first call and I hope Billy is the guy they send.  Thank you, Billy.

We've had a drainage issue since moving into our house. Whenever we ran our washing machine, the kitchen sink would fill up with the water from the washer. The previous owners did not have a washer hooked up when we did the house inspection so we didn't know at the time. Running the water from the kitchen faucet was fine and drained quickly so we didn't understand why it was backing up. We had someone come in to snake the pipes but they couldn't solve the problem--the water kept backing up in the kitchen sink. So we put up with it for a long time.

Then we got Tom's name from a family member and called him immediately.  Tom came right on schedule and assessed the situation quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had to go up on the roof and snake the pipes to get rid of the clogs and it worked! We no longer have to hear the kitchen sink gurgling and filling up with water whenever the washer goes into its spin cycle. Thanks Tom!

Rich, owner at J-Six Plumbing, has done work at my house on a few occasions, to include replacing two commodes and fixing a broken water pipe.

Very friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. Plus, they were able to fit me in quickly. I don't know the first thing about septic systems so it would have been easy for them to tell me my system needed pumping, repair, or replacement instead they inspected my system, explained how everything works, and told me what to expect in the future. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Came out and gave a good estimate and stuck to it. Came to do the job at the exact time and day they said they would be there, and did a great job. Real nice people and real good work.

Riteway is the Wrong Way!  I purchased a new Trane HVAC system two months ago and have had nothing but headaches and problems. The furnace was installed 3 times, because of installation errors. The installers were dirty, kicked the furance to try to get it into place, were sloppy, put a hole in my ceiling and when I pointed it out they shrugged and walked away. When I first turned on the a/c a couple of weeks ago, it cooled to a blistering 80+ degrees and no lower. They sent yet another repairman, who said they had put some cap on wrong and it pressed a valve leaking out the coolant, but assured me it was fixed. If it was fixed, why am I sitting in an 80 degree house right now, when the thermostat is set to 72?  What could be worse than this? The sales manager Richard calling and making empty promises of delivering the quality system I paid for again and again, all while dismissing my frustration and singing the praises of Riteway's inept, unqualified and unprofessional staff. I did not pay thousands of dollars to sit in a hot house, being told a bunch of lies from this company. Beyond angry.

We had a kitchen faucet and outdoor valve installed and replaced in under an hour! Great service and very clean work. We will definitely be using their services again. I'd highly recommend their services in the area.

Norm came out right away and got our water back on in about an hour. Very honest and won't sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend!!!

The 2 servicemen that came to work on my broken pipes today were absolutely outstanding.  Albert and Cholla - both professional and friendly.  They cleaned up after they were done and explained everything to me.  I am very impressed and will recommend The Sunny Plumber to my friends and colleagues.

Sent a message requesting a quote on a new water heater install... these guys didn't even bother to respond.  AVOID!!

I called my home warranty company for a kitchen faucet that didn't have hot water, and they assigned TAZ Plumbing.  They called several times before the appointment and the service man arrived on time.  The faucet was fixed pronto (hot and cold leads to faucet were reversed...who would think to turn the handle all the way to cold to get hot water?).  That morning, my toilet began acting up and wouldn't drain quickly like it did the night before.  He ran a roto-rooter and cleaned up the problem quickly.  
Great service, gave good advice on things to change in the future.  I've already recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

I reached out with a plumbing issue and was told that they would be out the next day. The following day I did not hear back, despite leaving multiple messages. Two days later and still no response.

First he didn't show up and when we called 2 hours later he said he had lost our name, address, and phone number and was hoping we'd call! His welding propane tank ran out and he didn't have a spare but luckily my wife was at Home Depot and picked it up. After two weeks of fiddling with the settings on the water softener he installed which didn't seem to do anything we figured out the bypass valve was still on so the water wasn't going through it which means he didn't even check whether it was working and without a leak. He also replaced our washer hoses for us. When I tried to use it we found that the water to the washer was still shut off from the work - again, that means he didn't check for leaks. He also changed the shower heads for us in two bathrooms. Two months later when a guest used the other one it sprayed water all over the bathroom because it wasn't on tight enough.
