Awesome company! Very affordable, knowledgeable, professional, and nice. They're not in it to take your money and scam you. Only downside is they only do minor plumbing issues, like drain problems, replacing things etc. Other than that, these guys have been awesome for both myself and a family member while we were having plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

I am so greatful for Don and pioneer plumbing! My Mom was having 100.00 water bills and we couldn't figure out why.  Don sent one of his guys over, found the problem and fixed it! My Mom lives by herself and is elderly and I worry when someone goes over but no problem with these guys...they treat you like family.  They don't charge you and arm and a leg and do a wonderful job!!!1

Leonard was great. Our hot water heater broke and leaked into our floorboards and drywall, creating a real mess. I called Cal's Plumbing on the weekend and Leonard was the on call plumber. Best decision I ever made. He was out within the hour and helped us with damage control, draining the tank and giving us honest, professional advice. He even called a restoration crew for us and had them out within the hour as well and we were just as happy with them. Within 2 days we had a new water heater for a very reasonable price. If you want a fast responding plumbing service with reasonable rates and guys who know what they're doing, call Cal's. We've had a drainage issue since moving into our house. Whenever we ran our washing machine, the kitchen sink would fill up with the water from the washer. The previous owners did not have a washer hooked up when we did the house inspection so we didn't know at the time. Running the water from the kitchen faucet was fine and drained quickly so we didn't understand why it was backing up. We had someone come in to snake the pipes but they couldn't solve the problem--the water kept backing up in the kitchen sink. So we put up with it for a long time.

Then we got Tom's name from a family member and called him immediately.  Tom came right on schedule and assessed the situation quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had to go up on the roof and snake the pipes to get rid of the clogs and it worked! We no longer have to hear the kitchen sink gurgling and filling up with water whenever the washer goes into its spin cycle. Thanks Tom!

We called out a different company to unclog our drain (so we thought).  They were unable to do it and told us that we needed to dig up the floor to get to the P-Trap and replace our pipes.  Estimate was thousands upon thousands of dollars.  We called around to get other estimates and a company recommended J-Six.  They came out (earlier than expected) and unclogged the drain within 3 minutes!  No digging, no tearing up anything, no replacing pipes.  Saved us thousands of dollars.  Super friendly from the receptionist to the guys that came out.  Will never use anyone else!

We were in need of help fast (will spare you the details), and called several places, none of which could  or would come provide service for several days.  Avra-Marana answered the phone on a late afternoon and arrived promptly as promised the following morning.  Mike provided helpful and knowledgable information which will save us money in the long run.  How refreshing not to be talked in to higher priced and unnecessary work!  They were efficient but thorough, professional, courteous (including not wanting to bother our neighbors, who had already provided their ok, by parking their trucks in the more convenient spot to do the pumping) and more reasonably priced than any of the other places we called.

These guys are great. Came out and gave a good estimate and stuck to it. Came to do the job at the exact time and day they said they would be there, and did a great job. Real nice people and real good work.

Encouraged my daughter to call since her AC wasn't working And I saw good reviews on their website - the serviceman quoted her thousands to get her ac going but really pushed her to get a new ac/ she had another independent ac person come out and he fixed it for so so much cheaper and said she has a good until . He left her with some things she can do in the future to keep it going strong.  I feel bad for even giving her Rite Way's number!

Your best using someone else other than Sahuarita Plumbing. They paid them for a job only to find out two weeks later the issue was not fixed. They then wanted to charge me more money for the same problem. They are VERY RUDE and not willing to settle the problem

Garbage disposal quit. Thought I needed a new one and had to get it fixed today or wait several weeks because I am going out of town. Called Mr. B. He was able to come out today, figured out the existing disposal was jammed but could be unjammed. While many would have just replaced the old one and hit me up for $500+, Mr. B was honest and saved me a bundle. Also showed me how to unjam this thing myself in the future and how to fix my soap dispenser. Very reasonable price, very prompt, helpful and professional. What more can you ask?

My experience started with a routine maintenance of the tankless water heater that we had installed about 7 years ago (6 yrs at the time). Sunny Plumber dispatched Vincent and he asked if we would like to talk to the supervisor for information on a whole house filtration system. He called the Goettl supervisor to come talk to us about it and about checking the clean-outs. Long story short, I felt run over as I did not want any of the fixtures in the bathrooms changed, Vincent did it anyway with a nod from his manager. The next day, the guest bathroom and the bedroom next to it were flooded from the toilet (he had been moving it and did not say anything when he left). Then while they were putting the fixture in for the two filtration tanks, they cut into the side of the house and dug down to the main pipe (they never said anything about that either). When Vincent and his partner did the flush of the pipes, he under the master bath sink and doing something under the faucet fixtures and now when the cabinet door is opened, it stinks and no one from that company knows why. If I need anything else done plumbing wise, I will choose a different company.

Sent a message requesting a quote on a new water heater install... these guys didn't even bother to respond.  AVOID!!

Called TAZ Plumbing because of a blocked kitchen sink drain.  Friendly fast service, the tec. was at my door in less then an hour (on a Sunday afternoon).  Jose was professional, courteous worked quickly and had the drain cleared within a minutes.  Thanks for a great job, you've earned my business.

I reached out with a plumbing issue and was told that they would be out the next day. The following day I did not hear back, despite leaving multiple messages. Two days later and still no response.

First he didn't show up and when we called 2 hours later he said he had lost our name, address, and phone number and was hoping we'd call! His welding propane tank ran out and he didn't have a spare but luckily my wife was at Home Depot and picked it up. After two weeks of fiddling with the settings on the water softener he installed which didn't seem to do anything we figured out the bypass valve was still on so the water wasn't going through it which means he didn't even check whether it was working and without a leak. He also replaced our washer hoses for us. When I tried to use it we found that the water to the washer was still shut off from the work - again, that means he didn't check for leaks. He also changed the shower heads for us in two bathrooms. Two months later when a guest used the other one it sprayed water all over the bathroom because it wasn't on tight enough.
