Jason responded right here in Yelp - I had never used the messages platform - so I was the slow guy.  Anyway, I do love when companies are this responsive.  Certainly helps get the job done faster.

Awesome service! Reasonable and very honest! I always give the best marks for honesty to businesses like this one. I had a main burst at my rental house, Ron was there that day, (no service charge btw), dug up the main, called me and told me that he would try to patch it, if he couldn't then it would have to be a total replacement which as you can imagine is not cheap. Even though less expensive, than other quotes I got, it would still be about $1500. He was able to patch it up though and charged me A LOT LESS, even though he could've said full replacement, $1500 or no go, right? Even though he texted me pictures I don't know if the pipe can be fixed or not so I very much appreciated him being honest and competent.

I already recommended him to someone else in my neighborhood and they were extremely happy with the work he did as well.

100% Plumbing had a plumber available when I called to arrange an appointment, so Tim came over right away!  I had water on the garage floor near my water heater.  Tim inspected all around and found that the leak was a drainage tube from my water softener that ran near the water heater!  All I needed was a new drainage tube, not a new water heater or repairs for a slab leak that less honest plumbing outfits might have decided to fix and charge me. My experience was excellent and I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Replaced three toilets and did it quickly and professionally. Great communication throughout the process. Thanks!

Needed a timer installed on a light switch. Nick responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon with an online estimate and was at my door first thing the next morning. Work was quick, courteous and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely use his services again! A++++

My first call to Rooter was at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. By noon a brand new water heater had been installed, the old unit taken away, and with a very competitive price. Can't ask for anything more.

Mike came out & took care of my issue today. He gave me a call in advance, showed up on time, was clean and presentable, and very professional.
I had Smith come out  once before and that guy was super nice too. I kept their magnet on the fridge and I am so glad I did!!!!
Mike helped me out with an issue with my toilet that's been bugging me. He listened to my description of the issue and he also quickly fixed my issue. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Best part - it was SUPER cheap!
I've always felt like the people they send out are so polite and professional. They give you the feeling that they are cognizant that you are a person - not just a job - and they treat you accordingly.
