I had a five year Bradford and White water heater start leaking. It was still under warranty. Christian Brothers plumbing wanted to charge me 1100 dollars to remove the leaking water heater and put in the new one. This was all labor cost because the new water heater was free because it was under warranty. City-wide Plumbing charged me 511. So glad I called around and listened to my gut that the first quote was way too high.

We finally decided on getting a whole house water filtration system and osmosis.  We were so lucky to find Anthony.  We were so happy with our estimate and couldn't wait.  He was able to install everything the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient (I had tons of questions) and fast.  He's definitely our go-to plumber from now on!

Zippity Split was awesome. We had a cracked drain pipe in a historic home and Zippity Split provided a solution that was half the cost (at least) of other plumbing companies that assessed the same problem.  They were professional, knowledgeable, on time (very rare) and a real pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend them.

We moved into our new house about a year ago with tankless hot water heater.  Have no experience with them.  Company that installed wanted to charge 260.00 to flush other companies were in that ballpark.  Seemed pretty high to me.  Andrew did for much less was on time, knowledgeable and professional.  Appreciate the fast reasonably priced service!! Hard to find lately.  We will recommend you to our friends and neighbors.

Been doing business with Drain Squad for numerous years. Recently had 2 toilets installed and scheduled my appointment for a Friday and forgot I had other plans scheduled for that day, the gal on the phone was able to schedule me for the following day and the exact time I  requested. As always the technician was on time, appearance was clean, and made sure the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. I've recommended Drain Squad to others as well as family and friends and I can honesty say NOT one person has had an issue. A lot of us customers  are worried about if a company is going to take advantage of us or do terrible work, this is never an issue with Drain Squad. How many companies out there are willing to show us the root of the problem and give cost saving suggestions? I would highly recommend Drain Squad to anyone. Top notch, prompt, thorough and fair prices. Installed tankless water heater, 1/4 valve for my distiller and 3 tier whole house filter in less than ideal circumstances, as well as minor fixes to bathtub gasket and toilet.

We needed help changing 2 light fixtures. The set up design was quite complicated but they brainstormed and found a way to do it.

Both were very friendly and professional. They were patient when I asked them to put the lights higher, lower, higher, lower.. they wanted to make sure that I am satisfied with the placement and aesthetics :) and I appreciate that.

Before I hired them I messaged several businesses to compare costs. These guys got back to me fast and quoted a reasonable price that was within my budget. Other places asked for 2-3x the price to complete the same job. Great communication too. I highly recommend them!

I just had Monkey Wrench out here to replace our water heater. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. My quote came within minutes of requesting, Monte answered all of my questions, and also asked excellent ones of his own to make sure that we didn't have any surprise charges later. He truly cares about doing great work and making sure that the customer is happy. The work was done quickly and accurately, and I'm happy to say he is my plumber for life. Highly recommend.

Took two weeks to confirm what other warranty co already did.
I had the correct OEM mfg parts on will-call at Siglers.
These guys clearly want to buy low budget but charge the max price for warranty work. (D bags)
First visit diagnosis: OK
Second visit a week later: OOOOOOOOHHHHH SSSSOOOOOORRRRYYYY
I brought the wrong parts. Promised to come back next morning.
Next morning, no show, no notification call, nada. Called them and OOOOOOOHHHHHH NNNNOOOOO, WWWWWEEEE CCCCCAAANNNTTT GGGGEEETTT THAT BLOWER MOTOR. I called Siglers and the Carrier motor was still available. SO SICK OF BEING LIED TO.
Now, Emily (butter wouldn't melt in her mouth) says OOOOOOHHHHH, the earliest we can come again is next Tuesday.

These folks are so unprofessional it makes me want to puke. They clearly wanted to buy a cheap-ass motor to repair our system but would charge the home warranty company full price for the OEM unit. In my books this is called FRAUD !!!! Add that to bad customer service and this is what you get with this shitshow.
