Robert did a great job swapping out a nasty old, stuck on shower valve cartridge. Could've been a disaster, but he finessed the job and saved our family a lot of money. The company itself did a great job responding, scheduling and such. Great experience for us and we will use Edwards if we ever have a need again in the future. Will definitely recommend too. Cheers!

I recommend Edwards plumbing. They came out for a quote for a toilet that wouldn't fill and gave me a very fair quote compared to other companies. They were the quickest company to respond and Trevor was very friendly and explained everything. When he was done he actually gave me a price that was less than what was less than what was quoted. Will use them in the future.

3 issues:
-Rebuilt toilet and replaced rusted connectors to toilet. They forgot to tighten the tank back to the toilet.
-Replaced reverse osmosis system. Did not tighten faucet attached to the unit so it flopped around. Had to come out again.
-Reverse osmosis system failed after 4 months. Owner forgot appointment to come out to see what happened. I sat around waiting for him and wasted half the day.

Shoddy work, unreliable.

I had just bought a condo and needed multiple items done by a licensed and bonded plumber. My friend referred this one. I am so glad she did because Robert (father) and Trevor (son) were awesome. They gave me a bid the was within my budget, they were on time, genuinely friendly and got all the items done in a half day. I will tell everyone I know about Edwards Plumbing. Buying and moving is stressful enough. Robert and Trevor are and give excellent service.

I called this company based on yelp reviews and also from fellow people in the area. We had our water softener checked out for a leak. Robert the owner came out and attended the issues and fixed the problem. They are very reasonably priced and provide honest quality work. Will be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

YOU MUST! Get what you are buying in writing before you commit to make sure there are no misunderstandings -- WE HAD LOTS OF THAT. The sales pitch can be confusing, and YOU MUST get it in writing!!!

This is sound advice FOR ANY SERVICE?

I am rating a 3, MOSTLY because of Trevor and CJ.

I'd rather NOT rate this business, as I am somewhat ambivalent about the totality of this experience. There was a serious disconnect between what we were sold and what was delivered.

This could have been avoided by having, AGAIN, _in writing_ what we were buying.

The disconnect might have been an honest mistake; again, HAVING THE DELIVERABLES IN WRITING would have avoided this unpleasantness....

Not a bad thing to do in any situation?

Super fast and wonderful service! I'm a regular user of Yelp and this Father and Son team are reliable, fair, friendly and know their business. A great plumber is hard to come by these days. I called at 8 am and my garbage disposal was replaced the same day:) Couldn't have had a better experience.

So excited to find an outstanding plumbing company with integrity. They replaced my water heater and did a fantastic job. Checked into other companies and nobody could beat their price. We had an issue with out bathtub faucet which I attempted to fix myself to no avail. For two weeks I exchanged calls with a plumber I've used successfully before but he never showed up (twice). I then connected to Edwards Plumbing LLC and within hours they came out and fixed the problem. Fast response, reasonable price, Great service. They're now at the top of my call list next time I have a plumbing issue.

I called this morning about a hose bib that needed to be fixed/replaced in my backyard. They were able to schedule me for an appointment this afternoon. I received a call from Trevor about an hour later, to ask if I was available because he can be at my house in five minutes to do the repair. Trevor was awesome, he fit me in to the schedule way earlier than anticipated and quickly fixed what needed to be fixed. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services! Great response times and speedy service. Thanks Trevor!

Warning, if they treat you like me I wouldn't recommend this company. I can't give a zero but would. I first left an online request for installing a tankless water heater. No response for several days so I called and no apology by staff but set up an appointment. No one showed up. I called back and the terse comment by the installer I never heard of the brand even thought it would take 2 minutes to google it as it is sold on Amazon, E bay, etc. I gave him the website information yet he never called back.
What an incompetent and disinterested company! Why would anyone want to use them.

We found a leak in one of our bedroom closets on a Sunday morning and Robert was kind enough to visit us the same day to repair the leak. His knowledge and professionalism is simply unmatched. He diagnosed the leak within minutes and repaired it with what seemed like ease. He is someone you can trust. We obviously don't want to experience another leak but it is a relief knowing you can count on the best plumber in the valley.

I've used them a few times and they are responsive. A guy came out in late April of this year because my kitchen faucet was leaking and I needed help asap. He said I needed a new faucet - told me what to get and I paid $200 for a Moen faucet. He installed it for $500. For a new faucet and an hour of his time I paid $700. Now 4 months later the faucet is completely off it's hinges and spinning around on my counter (see pics below). I had my previous faucet working for 12 years and this $700 one lasts 4 months with a professional install. I e-mailed and called and sent pictures but got no response - really pathetic and unprofessional. Should be ashamed of their shoddy work.
I'm a single older lady so ladies and older people - watch out as they might see you as a mark. Ripping people off might work in the short term but greed is a downward slide. You'll get service, but overcharged and not done right.

I was looking for a plumber to install a hot water tank for my daughter and she found another one in her area...My problem with this company is that their ad by ad choice has taken up residence on my computer I have e-mailed them on web site to no avail if this continues I will be seeking legal help to remove their annoying ads from my computer

I highly recommend Robert Edwards for your plumbing needs. I called him last month to clear my drains, because my washing machine backwashed and had caused some flooding. He was there promptly at the set time and did a wonderful job of clearing out all my drains. A plus was, he did not leave a mess! I will definitely use him again.

Contacted Edwards to come provide us with an estimate to run a new hot water line from laundry room to hot water heater and to rework the pipes that connect to the hot water heater bringing everything back to code. We agreed on a price but when final bill was presented it was more than we agreed upon by an additional $375.

Rather than connecting all new pipes to an old questionable water heater we got a new water heater to connect to. When Robert and his son finished the work they presented us a bill $375 more than was agreed upon.

I questioned the amount and was informed that was the price to install a new water heater. Their original quote included all new piping needed to connect to the water heater. By charging another $375 on top of initial quote I feel as though I was charged twice for the same scope of work. I understand it's their business and they can charge whatever they want.

However I do feel that as a customer I should have been informed prior about the $375 additional cost. Therefore I could have had the choice to accept or reject the fee. This type of business dealing and billing practice is not what I would expect from a reputable business. When we agreed upon the price they should have honored it or got consent before increasing it.

Robert & Ryan are an outstanding team of professionals. Not only are they great & stand by their work with integrity, they actually work hard & know what is involved with a plumbing estimate and scope. In addition, they both can quickly assess the difficulty of the plumbing or installation job. They installed 2 vanity sinks when my family went from chrome-to-oil rubbed bronze sink and bath fixtures. Now I am asking them to do a 3rd because they're fair, stand by their work quality and don't gouge their customers, pretty simple!

I've used them a few times and they are responsive. A guy came out in late April of this year because my kitchen faucet was leaking and I needed help asap.
