This was the first time I called Reddi Services and my first impression with the man who answered the phone was positive. He asked me how to spell my name and then we had a little laugh about it, and he was very easy to set up an appt. with. We knew we had a clogged garbage disposal and he had someone come over that day to look at it. Pepe arrived and was extremely courteous. He wore a mask, as did we, and he covered his shoes before entering the house. After looking under the sink he knew that the disposal had rust on the bottom and was leaking, and there was nothing to fix. He had a new unit in his truck, so we went ahead and told him to install it. Once the job was complete, he cleaned up after himself, wiped the sink out, and was very professional. I will keep them in mind for my future plumbing needs. Thanks Pepe!

Needed emergency plumbing services, and I called at 10:15 am. I called again 30 minutes later. Technician will call you. Just received a call at 1:15 pm. I had Roto-Rooter out, they cleared the line, and I have a restoration company here. All of this happened in-between the initial call to Reddi. Technician call back time stinks.

Had a slow running toilet and went to Angie's list and here at Yelp and the reviews were great. Called Reddi Services and they were here within a couple hours, got the toilet working and the technician Brett was just amazing. Only other thing I can add is that if, or more exactly when, I have plumbing issues Reddi will be my go to company. I don't think you could do better.

Pepe saved the day! My toilets were backing up and it had been an ongoing problem that I tried to fix myself. He showed me where the problem is (about) and informed me that we will need to get someone out with a camera to see what the exact problem it. He answered all my question and was very very friendly!

We are so happy with the work that Benjamin Aguilar from Reddi Services did at our house. Our kitchen sink was stopped up and we were trying to leave for a trip. Reddi Services sent Ben out on the same day. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also repaired a leaky dishwasher hose and outdoor faucet while he was here. Could not be happier.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a toilet that wouldn't flush and backing up and a shower drain that was not draining properly. I called them out to help me... They told me to go inside and flush all toilets (including the backing up one), turn on all sinks and showers. I did that. I went back into my master and the toilet was gushing out water. My whole bathroom was filled with water and flooded into my master bedroom carpet...soaking my carpet completely in a huge space. I called the company to have them notate in my file that this had happened in case my carpet was damaged. They REFUSED any responsibility for this and told me it wasn't their fault it happened...even though I just followed my professional plumbers instruction. Now here I am 6 months pregnant and with a two year old, stuck cleaning up this mess and hoping my carpet isn't completely ruined. What a terrible business handling of this situation. I will never use them again or recommend any one to use them. The manager, Chase, was rude and completely short sighted. Choose wisely, choose differently.

Before calling Reddi Services I'd had 7 repair technicians come out to look at my furnace as it was not working correctly and would intermittently shut down so the problem was a more complicated fix. Each of the other companies that came out either sold me a solution that didn't fix the issue or they tried to upsell me an entirely new system. They didn't spend much more than 15-20 minutes looking at my furnace before telling me it's just old and needs to be replaced they said I needed a whole new system costing 10k+.
I didn't have a good feeling about any of them and in fact several of them made me extremely uncomfortable.
Then Mattox arrived with Reddi Services. I instantly felt at ease with him. I felt he was genuinely trying to find the problem so he could fix my furnace. Mattox was respectful, polite, good natured, honest, well-mannered and a straight shooter. He spent a good 1.5 hours diagnosing my furnace issue. He wanted to be certain to find the real problem and not make random guesses. He went out of his way to access the right tools to do a proper diagnostic. Once he was certain of the issue, he offered to fix it right then but stated that he needed to pick the part up from his office. He stepped out and returned and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Mattox with Reddi Services. I will definitely be using him in the future for all my plumbing and HVAC issues!

It's Sunday and the water heater went out. Under other circumstances I would've been stressed... I just called Reddi Services. Marco was here in a little over an hour and completely took care of things. Marco went above and beyond to fix things today and I can't say enough good about the great work that he and the business provide the community of the Phoenix metro!!

I had the very best plumber experience I have ever had!
There was a smell under my kitchen sink and a leak that prompted me to call a handyman. I spoke to a handyman that told me he thought I needed a plumber and was kind enough to text me his plumber's number. I called and was told they could send someone out the next day, which was a Saturday. That alone impressed me.
Matt Mattox came over the next day( I was also sent a text message with a picture so I knew who was coming, again a huge plus)! Matt was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He knew immediately what the problem was, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced(it was going on 20 years) Matt asked me if I wanted him to replace it or I can go buy one but he did have one in his truck. I opted to have him replace it. I also have an RO machine with about 8 filters that needed the filters replaced and he said he would try to do that as well even though they normally did not do that.
Matt was quick, extremely clean and even asked me when he was finished if I wanted him to put my things back under the sink. He stayed to make sure there were no leaks and to double check his work. He took all the garbage with him!
Matt told me all about a program they have that discounts all materials and labor and gives you two free inspections a year. If I purchased that program, with the discounts on the two things I had done that day and the discount on the garbage disposal, my final bill would actually be less! Of course I went for it.
I have never been so impressed with a company and with Matt Mattox.

Matt came out to fix my aging AC unit and I had expected to incur significant repair costs. Matt happened to be the most informative and respectful AC repairman that I've ever had. He walked me through his two pronged approach towards repairing the unit. If either option did not work, I might have a compressor problem. He actually got physically inside the unit to carefully repair wiring on the side of the compressor. I had never seen this type of careful attention before with prior fuse and capacitor replacements. His repair worked, and his subsequent testing showed that the unit was working great and that there was no major problem. I appreciated his hard work and honesty, making the small necessary fixes, vs. taking advantage of the situation and telling me my only option was to replace the entire unit, which is exactly what another repairman had told me earlier in the day. Matt was my second opinion.

Pepe came to my home to help me with my clogged bathtubs. He was prompt, friendly and very informative. I didn't realize the damage I was doing to my drains by using Draino. He quickly cleared my drains and have me great tips to prevent the problem from happening again. Overall, great experience!

You know what I don't miss about having a home warranty insurance? Slow service!
My shower plumbing broke the other night, and since I had canceled my AHS home warranty, I had no choice but to handle it on my own.
It was a good thing I had an emergency repair fund.
I called this guy, and their plumber showed up in half an hour. Very efficient and fast service!
Dealing with American Home Shield was a pain in the ass! First, you call them, then they assign you a plumber, then their plumber calls you, and then you have to set up an appointment! The whole process could take up to 3 weeks! I decided to just open up a savings account for emergency repairs instead! The plumber at Reddi Services fixed my plumbing issues in one hour and gave me a one year warranty on labor. Great job!
Called reddi air conditioning after our warranty company was giving us the run around for weeks on a repair cost. Matt H was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the estimate he wrote up for us to give to the warranty company. All 5 stars! Reddi services has top-notch customer service along with quality of service. I have rentals and a home here in Scottsdale that they have serviced all of my properties. They are always courteous from the front desk phone to the service technicians who are always very communicative. I had a situation today with them today on replacing a faucet they took care of the situation as a quality business would. Kudos to Matt for going the extra mile to help me! I had a flood in my kitchen and after having the cabinets removed and trashed we found the pipe was leaking. Not knowing what to do, I called Reddi Services after reading rave reviews. I knew at that point Ben would know what to do so I requested Ben come to the house for an estimate. I can't say enough good things about Ben. He immediately determined the problem and wrote up his estimate. The next day Ben repaired the pipe which was below the concrete and I had running water in my kitchen sink. Each employee I spoke to provided the best customer service and answered all my questions. I was so pleased with everyone at Reddi Services, their professionalism and can do attitude, I will be calling them again if I need help. Ben will definitely be my go to plumber from now on. We had an evening emergency - all our toilets were overflowing in our bathrooms. Nightmare, right? We called Reddi Services, and Matt Matson came, conquered, and solved the problem - baby wipes clogging the main pipe. We could NOT find the main cleanout, which presented a HUGE issue, plus it was dark outside, which made finding the issue more difficult, but Matt used his experience to figure out another option, and he took care of our problem efficiently, professionally, and without a hitch. I recommend him without any hesitation.
After purchasing a new washing machine, we decided to also replace the valves behind the machine,,,well, then we broke the solder on the pipes and now we have a pipe leak. It was Saturday around 2 p.m. and we needed it fixed ASAP since my husband works out of town and was leaving the next day. We called Reddi Services and Pepe was at our home in less than an hour and had everything fixed and replaced in about 20 minutes. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! No waiting and fixed the first time. Pepe was very polite & professional, we would not hesitate using this service again!

0-STARS FOR HEATHER C for being the idiot that decided to give Reddi another chance. For anyone that cares to read this tale of woe, here we go.
Called Reddi for a constantly running toilet. I'm told $200 to replace the fill valve. I decided to fix it since it's less hassle than replacing. Fast forward a few hours, and it's running again. Due to the 3-day weekend, I didn't call the tech out again until this morning.
Now, he's diagnosed that the flush valve seal is also bad, but they have to replace the whole thing. Since the toilet was less than $200, I'm stuck with losing money either way now. Dave did offer to discount the labor by 1/2, but still quoted another $130. This wasn't acceptable. Why should I pay any additional labor when I was quoted $200 to fix a problem that still exists. Is it my fault there was only half of a diagnosis made? And I would think the $200 I was already charged for SEVEN MINUTES of repair time and what was probably a $20 part would be enough to cover another 10 minutes or so to replace this 2nd part, which I was willing to pay for.
The tech apologized and advised had he known the flush valve was also bad...etc. I guess I am supposed to know which part was bad? So I will now be either wasting water or sending my husband to toilet repair school, but I will not being paying Reddi to fix it.
On a side note, I've had 3 quotes from Reddi to do the install only on a toilet. In 2011, I was quoted $250 (we had it done elsewhere for half that). A few months ago $150-$175. Friday $275. While I was previously willing to pay a premium for consistently good service, the poor service and/or unsettling business practices lately have made me rethink my own sanity.
We needed our septic pumped (backed up the day after Thanksgiving); called several septic companies but they were either closed for the holiday or couldn't do anything until after the weekend - some advertised 24/7 service! Reddi came by the following day, right on time, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Not only that, I think the charge is very reasonable, and not having to pay extra for weekend service is a plus!
Matt M. was fantastic. He rushed over for an overflowing kitchen sink and really had his work cut out for him. My apartment is 60 years old and you can imagine the build up in the pipes, no matter how careful I am. He was friendly, worked hard, cared about not leaving a mess, and made sure all was well. The repair took some time and an extra hand (who was also wonderful). Friendly, fast, effective. Thanks !
Third time is a charm. Ben came back today and finished the toilet repair job I thought I was getting last week. Ben is a delight and very professional. I had a complaint after the first visit last week regarding incomplete service to my toilet. The fill valve needed to be adjusted and the handle, I had mentioned, was still broken. Ben returned and fixed the fill valve. I thought the toilet handle would also be repaired. Ben was embarrassed, but had to then inform me that the company does not stock his truck with handles. The company responded to my complaint and Ben returned today with the handle. It could have been very uncomfortable for both of us after he was here twice, but Ben was very gracious. Ben had the handle and all is well now. A relatively simple job, which became an unnecessary headache. If I have any complaint, it would be that the company needs to stock supplies for all makes and models or tell the customer, before they come out, that they do not have have supplies at the ready for all types of toilets. Ben was always polite and I could tell he wanted me to be a satisfied customer. I still fill the labor charges for small jobs such as these are ridiculous, but that is not Ben's fault, I'm certain. A handyman could have done the work, but I wanted an expert plumbing company and so I paid for it. But if Ben comes to your home, he will definitely try to please. Thank you for making things right for our home.

Talk about going the extra mile! We were having the hardest time finding a water shutoff valve at a condominium complex. Gerald never gave up on this complex issue - and always remained upbeat and determined. Gerald is one of the nicest vendors I have ever worked with. He deserves a million kudos and a big raise!
Our AC stopped working on a Sunday and of course I didn't know until I got home from work that afternoon. And we live in Phoenix, it's July. Our thermostat climbed to 90 degrees, and it was a cooler day in July. So I called our go-to, Reddi Services. And Mike the dispatcher got us a technician, Matt H., to come out that evening. Matt was personable, quick to diagnose the problem, and efficient at replacing the part. We had cool air within the hour of his arrival. I can't thank Reddi and Matt enough for helping us out!
And we were able to comfortably sleep that night!
My kitchen sink has drained slow for the two years since I've lived in my house. I tried the enzyme crystals, the vinegar... all the diy internet remedies out there. I finally got fed up and called my plumber. Love my plumber but they said to call Reddi because they can get there faster and do a better job. WHAT? They GAVE business away!! So I called Friday afternoon around 5, hoping they might still be open and I could try to set something up for the next week. With the 8am-8pm arrival window... you know what I mean :(( Instead they called within 2 hours to tell me they were on the way. Yay! Chris Shuck showed up, friendly, knowledgeable, ran this metal hose about a mile down my dirty drain and wa-la! Drain works! Nasty stinky sludgy mess came out (ewwww) but Chris just smiled and said he's seen worse. I 100% would use this company again and would trust Chris to do a great job. Luckily I have a 90 day warranty but I have a feeling I won't be needing it. Thanks Chris!
I was extremely impressed by Dominic Hall. He was timely, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone responsible for hiring throughout most of my career, I know what a good, loyal employee looks like, and that is Dominic. Also, just dealing with Reddi generally was a treat, and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend. Dominic gives me hope in the younger generation. I hope Reddi takes great care of him, because any competitor would be extremely lucky to have him.

Called them Sunday afternoon (4/30/17) when our septic tank started to overflow. Left a message with a lady and she said she would get the message to the proper person. Well here we are Tuesday 5/2/17, and still have not received a call back. I thought 24/7 meant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I guess it only means it when they want it to. I am not impressed!
Chris G. stopped our AC condensation pan from flooding into our house. He also installed a shut off switch so that we don't have to worry about it flooding our house again. Chris did a wonderful job fixing our problem and we highly recommend him and Reddi Services.

I had a washer that stopped delivering water. Reddi Services responded fast! About an hour after I called, Chris Shuck arrived at the house, quickly figured out the problem and even had the parts needed to do the repair on the spot. We had kitchen sink and laundry room sink water not going as it is supposed to run properly. We called and had MST Matt came. This guy was so knowledgeable he was kind and tried to help. We live in an older house in a historic neighborhood. The previous owner did a lot of DIY plumbing and cut some corners along the way. When Pepe showed up he had his work cut out for him. After a little demo from the water damage, Pepe was able to find the problem and presented us with a couple solution options at a couple price-ranges depending on the level of fix we wanted to do (like I said, old house and old plumbing). After answering 100 questions and what-if scenarios Pepe got us all hooked back up. He even left the work area surprisingly clean given the fact that we had to take out part of the wall.
I'd like to thank Ben Aguilar of Reddi Services for a quick and painless service visit earlier this week. My master bathroom toilet was making an awful noise and was leaking. I called Reddi Services for the very first time, and Ben came out and quickly diagnosed the leak. He showed me where the water was escaping from the intake valve. He shut off the water, replaced the valve, and now the noise and leak are gone.
Ben was professional, efficient, and courteous. The price was very reasonable and the work done quickly. His time and service are greatly appreciated.

We got our AC serviced originally by another company that called us offering a summer promotion. After they came out they told us just about everything was wrong with our ACs and the coils on our AC units needed to be cleaned immediately. We ended up paying over $150 for $60 service and I'm not sure what they even did. They said the cost to clean our dirty coils would be $1100. The sales person got VERY defensive when I said we wanted to get a second opinion.
We called Reddi who had been great when we had a plumbing issue in the past. JP and Chris G came out next day and they did a full assessment, unscrewing panels and examining the AC units. We change our air filters every month and they said our coils were clean (so much for the $1100 the other company wanted). THANK GOD we had Reddi Services out. I appreciate the honesty of JP, it goes a long way in our book. Having only recently moved to AZ, Reddi will have our service for years to come. Thank you Reddi for employing such honest, caring employees. Two thumbs up!

Matt Mattox one of their techs came out and repaired our garbage disposal. He was professional, pleasant and took the time to review what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it.

Brent has a talent---He can explain a complicated repair or issue to a novice or a professional using easy to understand terms---he is efficient yet takes his time to be thorough -Communicating is great-- I have used Reddi Services more than once and will continue to use their services--
We had roots growing in our main line, which blocked our water flow. Water , dirt, and roots backed up into our shower and tub. We called Reddi and scheduled a fix. Pepe came out and assessed the situation. The problem was that our clean-outs were buried. Pepe was able to locate the buried clean-outs, cut up all the roots in the line, and restore the flow within three (3) hours, not to mention in 100 degree weather. Amazing work! He's also building up the clean-outs so we never have to locate them again.

We were so impressed with GERALD! We own a property in AZ and live out of state. He was there within 12 hours (because of tenants schedules), but could have been there within 2 hours. Our hot water heater went out and was leaking all over. We called Reddi Services due to all the positive reviews on Angie's List. I should also mention this happened during the recent record-breaking rainstorms in the valley. An appointment was made promptly and before long Gerald S. was at our door. Anyone affected by the recent rains knows how difficult it was to get around so such fast response was a surprise to us. Several other providers listed on Angie's List told us they weren't making appointments due to the weather.
Gerald diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything on his truck to complete the job. He also recommended a dry-wall person to fix the damage done by the leaking water heater.
Before long a new American made water heater was installed and working perfectly. The entire job was cleaned up like he had never been there. Gerald made such an impression that we will be calling Reddi this spring when we plan on replacing our home AC units. We highly recommend them, especially Gerald.

Justin Cook got our AC up and running and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is that he didn't have the part he needed on the truck so he had to come back the next day to finish the job which meant no AC overnight. But he was great!

Reddi Services has taken care of several things around the house in recent years, from drywall repair to plumbing, and they always do a thorough, professional job.

My experience was as bad as it can get, and I've had many experiences! I had these criminals come out and assess a leaky toilet valve. Since I wasn't home at the time my wife met the plumber. We were quoted $350 to fix which I thought included a more serious problem of fixing pipes in the walls, etc. It turned out it was a simple valve replacement and new tank assembly. All parts at home depot about $50 I would estimate. Outrageous mark up and took advantage! Then, they wanted another $300 to fix the flange but i then told them to stop and get out! If I understood how easy the original fix, I wouldn't have had them do the work. Avoid this company like the plague!! They are unfair, unprofessional and, wouldnt call me back after asking for a supervisor. Hire them at your own risk!!

I think this company is great! Based on the experiences I've had with them when they were Jan Ashford and now with the new company, they're like the Jimmy John of plumbing. Practically before I even hung up the phone I got a call back saying what time a plumber was scheduled to be here, and one showed up EXACTLY as scheduled. First one, I wish I remembered his name such a nice guy, thought he needed a part but after checking was able to provide an easy fix with the tools he had....one other issue I had, with the instant hot water, required a bit more technical work that he felt would best be handled by another technician and true to his word, he arranged for someone to come out the next day who provided the necessary repairs. Both gentlemen told me ahead of time what the costs would be - and how to try to prevent such situations from occurring in the future. I'll certainly follow their suggestions but would not hesitate to use them again.
I never heard back from this company's management team again. Therefore I recommend you avoid this company and it's services unless you want to get ripped off and treated like you don't matter.

We needed a lot of plumbing work done so called them once again. Always have been pleased with their work. Bob McKean accomplished a ton of work for us, Replaced a disposal, redid the kitchen plumbing that was deteriorating, installed new kitchen faucet, replaced both bathroom faucets. Took an afternoon to accomplish. Bob is a real expert, informative and knows plumbing. Friendly and personable too. Will ask for Bob in the future.
Quality of our Delta faucets, which were not cheap, was not up to par. The stopper does not open or close properly. Called Reddi but they could not fix adequately, Plastic parts easily broken are the problem. We have to manually use stopper.

Best Plumber Ever!! Pepe was amazing, he came into my home and was able to diagnose the problem in minutes and fix something that 4 other plumbers were unable to do!! The other plumbers wanted thousands of dollars and all he needed was to snake it the home. While he was in our home he fixed a leaking toilet as well that we didn't even know was leaking. Amazing service and amazing knowledge. I suggest Reddi Services and Pepe to all my friends and family A++++

Worst customer service! I'm only leaving 1 star because you had to in order to write a review. We had our landlord call this company about a malfunctioning faucet. Not only was he extremely rude, but he talked poorly about our landlord the whole time calling her cheap and ignorant. We couldn't get him to leave because he was talking negatively the whole time. He shooed me away when I tried speaking to him but when it came to my husband, he spoke with him calmly. I had to leave the room he was so rude. This was the 2nd time this guy (Casey) came to our home. He came in with an attitude and didn't even do a good job! And He overcharged us for a minor fix! My husband and I are in the customer service industry, so we're very patient and understanding especially when it comes to strong personalities. However this was truly offensive. Never again.

Bob McKean and his team came in and communicated the issue and then laid out a plan of attack. We came to an agreement of the services, he quickly calculated a price, and his team implemented the solution with quality and attention to detail. I used Reddi Services for my other home. Pepe Munoz did a stellar job assessing the issue on my hot water heater, and even tried to save the old one with replacing a part, but in the end had to repalce it. Reddi also replaced my AC unit on that same house. This is a good repatable company that uses reason to find the newest rechnologies and applies the best solutions.
I was looking for a company to do our yearly A/C maintenance/check-up. A friend recommended Reddi Services. I called them and they were able to send a tech out the next day. Frank Mata was professional and told us we had the second best A/C unit on the market. We had purchased the house a year earlier, so we knew the unit was only a couple of years old. He said our condenser coils were pretty dirty, so it was a good thing we were getting our A/C serviced. Frank offered us a maintenance plan for a year that would include the day's service, a water heater drain in the fall and another A/C service next year. It was worth the price. We were very pleased and have found our A/C go-to company.
Pepe was very professional and informative. I would recommend Reddi Services. They do a great job.

Chris Groth with Reddi Services was great, we had a gas leak needing repair, called for an estimate and Chris came out same day. Reddi followed up to schedule the repairs and Chris came out the following day. He was honest and precise with his work, he obtained the permit needed for the work needed, and also called the City to schedule the inspection. I called Reddi Services on a Friday afternoon to take a look at a broken Vacuum Pressure Breaker on my exterior water supply. They came out within a few hours and quoted me a price to fix the problem. There was no charge for the initial consultation. I called the next morning (Saturday) to schedule same day service and was told that a technician would phone me within 30-45 minutes of arrival. There was no additional charge for Saturday service. Frank Mata arrived in the time frame I was given and gave me the same assessment as the previous technician. When we confirmed that I wanted to do the work, he quickly went to locate the part for the repair. Within an hour, the problem was fixed and my sprinklers were up and running again. Frank was courteous, helpful, friendly, professional and very capable! I paid exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. I would happily have him back or anyone from Reddi Services to work on any plumbing issue I have in the future. Five stars!!!

Called 8:00 am Saturday for drain cleaning said they would call when they were 30 minutes out, 4:00 no call so I called, your next! No call called 7:00 pm, your next! No call finally cancelled at 8:00 pm scheduled for 8:00 am Sunday. No show no call, called at 9:00 am, your next! But truck broke down they will call when someone on the way. Waisted all day Saturday waiting and got up at 6:30 am Sunday. Found someone else called and cancelled at 10:00 am, told they completely understand and sorry. Would not recommend!

We called ReddiServices on a Saturday night, talked to Crystal who was very professional and explained that we had hired another so called plumbing company to fix our main drain clog and after 3 hours and leaving a complete mess, they still did not resolve the issue... Crystal said she could have a tech out first thing in the morning and was sure they could fix the problem... Jorge M. came out on time, very professional and stated if he could not fix it then no charge... Great customer service... 30 mins later the issue was resolved and Jorge cleaned up after himself, explained in detail what we needed to do and went over the charges thoroughly... Our thermostat climbed to 90 degrees, and it was a cooler day in July. So I called our go-to, Reddi Services. And Mike the dispatcher got us a technician, Matt H., to come out that evening. Matt was personable, quick to diagnose the problem, and efficient at replacing the part. We had cool air within the hour of his arrival. I can't thank Reddi and Matt enough for helping us out!
And we were able to comfortably sleep that night!

this review comes from a long time customer. I called them for air conditioning service. I have used them for over 10 years for plumbing.
our system started blowing warm air. The serviceman opened up the unit and the Freon was gone. So he recharged the system and put soap on some joints. He could not find the leak and asked me if I wanted him to use a sniffer. It was going to be almost $300 extra!!! What choice do I have!? You can buy a brand new sniffer for less than that. I was advised that he found the leak and the charge was going to be $1600, plus the $300 for the sniffer charge. They had me over a barrel and they knew it. I have friends in the business (not local) that said I was ripped off. I knew that. The only way I can fight back is to let others know and never use them again. I don't mind them making a living but it is wrong to rip people off.
Matt came out to fix my aging AC unit and I had expected to incur significant repair costs. Matt happened to be the most informative and respectful AC repairman that I've ever had. He walked me through his two pronged approach towards repairing the unit. If either option did not work, I might have a compressor problem. He actually got physically inside the unit to carefully repair wiring on the side of the compressor. I had never seen this type of careful attention before with prior fuse and capacitor replacements. His repair worked, and his subsequent testing showed that the unit was working great and that there was no major problem. I appreciated his hard work and honesty, making the small necessary fixes, vs. taking advantage of the situation and telling me my only option was to replace the entire unit, which is exactly what another repairman had told me earlier in the day. Matt was my second opinion.

Reddi Services recently addressed a blockage in our home septic system. The repair was made within two (2) hours of the initial service request. They also emptied our septic system tank. The service technicians were very courteous and professional. The work was completed as requested and with no issues. We have been customers of Reddi Services since 1997.

Had both a rooter service and a camera pipe inspection. Both technicians were on time, extremely professional and priced reasonably.
We are not always in Arizona, so when we arrived we noticed that the AC in our condo was not working. Ughhh, 85 degrees inside. At 6:15am we called Reddi Services, they assured us we would have someone out in the morning and sure enough they did. They sent Chris Shuck, he quickly assessed that our unit had no Freon and there must be a leak. He provided us with the details and said he will try to find the leak but if not we would have him come back as he put dye in as well. When he was all finished adding the Freon he had found the tiny piece that was most likely causing the leak. We were back up and running, he also put the dye in and we will have him come back to check in a couple of weeks or so to ensure all is good. Nice Job Chris, appreciate the great service and explanation for everything you did.

We had Reddi Services make a same day call to help us with a washing machine drain clean out. Shirley, who helped set the appointment, was very accommodating and professional. Our technician Benjamin Aguilar provided excellent customer service and was able to solve the problem within a very short time. We were very pleased with our experience and would call Reddi Services in the future if needed.
Their friendly technicians Pepe and Juan came right to the house and went the extra mile to make sure my backed up sewer was properly cleared out and now it's flowing freely! Highly recommended!

very happy with our service. our AC stopped working so I called Reddi after finding them on yelp and they were able to have someone at my house the same day. Our technician Matt H. was very nice and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend this place.
I found Reddi Services through Angie's list with lots of great reviews. When I called, they could see me same day, but I scheduled it on my next day off. I was given a two hour (8-10 am) arrival window, yet Jorge showed up exactly at 8 am. Normally companies arrive at the end or later than agreed time. Jorge Prieto-Moran was polite, looked over the two toilets I was having problems with and priced out the work within 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and he was even willing to let me see the whole work process and explained the steps so I could determine what needs to be replaced in the future. He cleaned up after the work was done and explained the warrantee to me. I found him to be the easiest and reasonable service repair person I have ever worked had. I plan to ask for him by name for any future plumbing needs.
Reddi Services tech Frank called me to let me know he was on his way. Immediately after the call I also received a text and email confirming his arrival. When he arrived he explained what my pre-paid inspection included. I gave him a quick tour of the inside and outside of the house. I had recently purchased the house in the Spring. I answered as many questions as I could but was not able to provide any history of the AC/heating unit, plumbing or maintenance. Hence, my signing up for their yearly maintenance service. He discovered a drain from the AC was blocked and filling the area by the motor and for an additional fee cleaned it out. (I'm handy but I know when to let a pro step in. I prefer to pay a little more now than a lot later.)
The only additional problem was finding the water heater. I should point out my house is a mobile home/trailer. The typical location for water heaters is not the same as a brick and mortar house. We searched inside, outside and underneath the house we were not able to find it. I canceled the search after about 20 minutes and said I would investigate more later, including asking the neighbors. It turns out the water heater was inside the house but only accessible by removing a full aluminum siding panel on the outside. Go figure.
Anyway, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Reddi Services.
Today, Jorge Prieto-Moran came out to help with a plumbing issue. He was on time and very friendly. He walked me through the issue and was able to fix it in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgable and helped to provide information on how to prevent this problem in the future. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future, he will be the first one to call. Love the great customer service!

My family and I have been waiting for them to show up for 1 week! They said they were going to send a technician in kn Monday and they never did the technician however had it documented as a completed visit. When I called to reschedule they took my information and said they would call back, which they never did I called them back the next day and they said they never made an appointment and scheduled me to have one done that same day. After not being updated I called back and they said the technician's truck broke down and he is currently fixing it and that we were the next customers. I called them back and they told me that he would get to us in the morning, so the morning comes around and there is nobody. I called them again and they said the technician is at another person's house doing a job and will get to me in an hour. In 3 hours I called them again to have them tell me the technician went home sick and that they would see what they can do to fix my A/C. Stay away from these guys!!!!!!!! They are enormously unprofessional and unorganized. No good work ethic here at all.
We love Reddi Services but we especially love PePe Munoz. He takes care of us and is a pleasure to have around. Always smiling! Thanks again for a pleasant experience and a brand new potty!

Jorge Prietro-Moran came out today to deal with multiple issues including a washing machine leak, bathtub clog and mold. He was very professional took his time to make sure everything was done right. this review comes from a long time customer. I called them for air conditioning service. I have used them for over 10 years for plumbing.
our system started blowing warm air. The serviceman opened up the unit and the Freon was gone. So he recharged the system and put soap on some joints. He could not find the leak and asked me if I wanted him to use a sniffer. It was going to be almost $300 extra!!! What choice do I have!? You can buy a brand new sniffer for less than that. I was advised that he found the leak and the charge was going to be $1600, plus the $300 for the sniffer charge. They had me over a barrel and they knew it. I have friends in the business (not local) that said I was ripped off. I knew that. The only way I can fight back is to let others know and never use them again. I don't mind them making a living but it is wrong to rip people off.

Chris went above and beyond to insure that my new reverse osmosis system was working at optimal level. He also checked the refrigerator line to insure that the system was ready for a new refrigerator. When he saw an issue with that line, he insured that he did not leave until the system was ready for the new refrigerator. As I now am the proud owner of a new refrigerator, I can say without hesitation that the work Chris did worked like a charm. Hooray for Chris!
I was extremely impressed by Dominic Hall. He was timely, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone responsible for hiring throughout most of my career, I know what a good, loyal employee looks like, and that is Dominic. Also, just dealing with Reddi generally was a treat, and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend. Dominic gives me hope in the younger generation. I hope Reddi takes great care of him, because any competitor would be extremely lucky to have him.

Our AC went out at 4pm. Chris was here by 6pm and found that there was a loose wire/connection. Service call charge was reasonable. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Reddi for plumbing needs in the past and have always been pleased with their work, professionalism, cost and the response time. So reliable, every time.

Our AC stopped working on a Sunday and of course I didn't know until I got home from work that afternoon. And we live in Phoenix, it's July. Our thermostat climbed to 90 degrees, and it was a cooler day in July. So I called our go-to, Reddi Services. And Mike the dispatcher got us a technician, Matt H., to come out that evening. Matt was personable, quick to diagnose the problem, and efficient at replacing the part. We had cool air within the hour of his arrival. I can't thank Reddi and Matt enough for helping us out!
And we were able to comfortably sleep that night!
Bob was FANTASTIC! He arrived promptly and efficiently repaired our bathtub. We will definitely be asking for him again for any plumbing issues needed. Thanks Bob! :)
After a not fun day with backed up toilet water all over bathroom and unable to use the washer, Chris came out and unclogged it and now we are back in business. Was efficient, picked the best way to unclog it without charging an arm and a leg and didn't make a mess. Now we're back in business!
Having some water heater issues have this company a call, earliest availability was tomorrow to come out. But they called today and said a technician was in the area he arrived in fifteen minutes. His name is Gerald Schultz he was very helpful knowledgeable, he was very friendly and not out to make a buck. Just a quick fix that didn't need any major repairs. I highly recommend them and thank you again Gerald!! You're the best.
I am absolutely furious with this company. I called them at 7 a.m. this morning to come snake my lines because my toilets are backing up. They said they were putting me on the schedule and would call me when they were on the way. Having heard nothing from them, I called at noon to find out where they were. They said it should be soon. I called again at 6 p.m. and they said that they had two people call in sick but they were coming soon. I said that if they knew it was going to take so long, why didn't they call me to tell me earlier so I could call another plumber. I reminded them that I hadn't had functional toilets in 36 hours. They could do nothing but apologize and assure me that they would be there soon. They called me at 7:30 to tell me I was next on the schedule. I just called them at 9:15 and they assured me that someone would still come. I told them that I had small kids and I couldn't wait for them until midnight. But, they couldn't commit to any time, so I told them I would have to try for tomorrow. However, I am disgusted with this company and will NEVER use them again!!

Pepe is such a great plumber! I have had him out twice now, once to snake our kitchen lines (over the holidays) after hours, and now he'll be replacing our vacuum breaker. I trust his work. He is professional, educative, and thorough. He's great! Pricing has also been competitive; we got a quote for a gas line replacement that came under 3 other companies we had give us estimates.
We are not always in Arizona, so when we arrived we noticed that the AC in our condo was not working. Ughhh, 85 degrees inside. At 6:15am we called Reddi Services, they assured us we would have someone out in the morning and sure enough they did. They sent Chris Shuck, he quickly assessed that our unit had no Freon and there must be a leak. He provided us with the details and said he will try to find the leak but if not we would have him come back as he put dye in as well. When he was all finished adding the Freon he had found the tiny piece that was most likely causing the leak. We were back up and running, he also put the dye in and we will have him come back to check in a couple of weeks or so to ensure all is good. Nice Job Chris, appreciate the great service and explanation for everything you did.

Worst customer service! I'm only leaving 1 star because you had to in order to write a review. We had our landlord call this company about a malfunctioning faucet. Not only was he extremely rude, but he talked poorly about our landlord the whole time calling her cheap and ignorant. We couldn't get him to leave because he was talking negatively the whole time. He shooed me away when I tried speaking to him but when it came to my husband, he spoke with him calmly. I had to leave the room he was so rude. This was the 2nd time this guy (Casey) came to our home. He came in with an attitude and didn't even do a good job! And He overcharged us for a minor fix! My husband and I are in the customer service industry, so we're very patient and understanding especially when it comes to strong personalities. However this was truly offensive. Never again.

I called Reddi Services after getting a recommendation from my neighbor. I had a kitchen sink that was not draining. Pepe was able to respond that same day and figure out what this issue was. He said that based on his experience, the age of my home, what he found with the drain, a re-pipe of my drain would be necessary. He got to work and cleanly cut the concrete block outside my kitchen sink, re-piped the drain and made sure everything worked properly. He proceeded to ensure everything was clean before he left. Pepe did an excellent job and I will very likely see if he is available next time I have a plumbing issue at my home.

Reddi Services came right out! Same day I called.
We needed a lot of plumbing work done so called them once again. Always have been pleased with their work. Bob McKean accomplished a ton of work for us, Replaced a disposal, redid the kitchen plumbing that was deteriorating, installed new kitchen faucet, replaced both bathroom faucets. Took an afternoon to accomplish. Bob is a real expert, informative and knows plumbing. Friendly and personable too. Will ask for Bob in the future.
Quality of our Delta faucets, which were not cheap, was not up to par. The stopper does not open or close properly. Called Reddi but they could not fix adequately, Plastic parts easily broken are the problem. We have to manually use stopper.

Dear fellow Yelpers, I do not know where to begin when it comes to writing down what I think of Reddi Services (based out of Peoria, AZ.)...All i can tell you about is the relationship I've had with them over these past many years...
First of all, let's set the scene: BEFORE I first needed their services over 5 years ago now, I was having to settle for the performance of my American Standard A/C unit, which was then already 15-20 years old in its cooling/heating of my home (as it was installed prior to me moving into the house).......Needless to say, that unit was in its golden years......
.....i now come to 5-8 years ago.....Reddi Services would always come by here (per our maintenance agreement) and work on that unit and spruce it up for the upcoming summer or winter.....However, that American Standard unit started to really strain and suffer in dealing with the seasonal temperature extremes.....FINALLY, one day when it had virtually crapped out, my Reddi Services technician exercised great courage, honesty and professionalism when he broke the news to me: Paul, we are more than willing to come out here whenever you need work done on this unit; however, it's gotten to the point where we are going to end up starting to nickel and dime you when it comes to replacing worn out and malfunctioning components...and we don't feel comfortable having to do that....You really have to start thinking about buying a new unit.
WOW !!! I've never heard a service technician be so honest !!!
So, let's now go back to 5 years ago.......
I finally realized that I needed a new A/C unit, so I asked Reddi Services to quote me some prices on a new unit (with installation and new thermostat included).
To make a long story shorter, Reddi Services gave me an absolutely screaming deal on a new 16-seer, hybrid (electric/gas-powered), two-speed motor TRANE unit !!!!!
As I look back, I cannot forget to thank Roger, Harry, Frank M, Chris G and all of the wonderful men and women in their Peoria office for ALL of their HONEST, CARING, COMPASSIONATE and PROFESSIONAL service and way in which they have treated me !!!!!
I am happy to report, to this day (and 5 years later), that my TRANE unit has performed flawlessly and has saved me so much money....after opening up my APS bill every month (and we all know how they can be !!!!! LOL !!)
In closing, allow me to say this: YES, there are other very good HVAC/plumbing companies out there (but you really have to do your homework) !!!!
I AM SO WONDERFULLY PLEASED AND SATISFIED WITH REDDI SERVICES !!!!!

Brent Sanderson showed up this morning to do what he does best. Such a pleasant and kind person who immediately stopped the wasted water issue with my toilet. Great job Brent you water conservation rock star! Reddi is so accommodating every time.
Reddi Services was our third plumbing company to try and deal with a persistent toilet clogging. The first company was a complete bust. When they couldn't clear the clog with a toilet snake, they tried to find a drain access, but couldn't find one. The second company cleared the clog, but recommended replacing the toilet, which I did myself. When it clogged I had to wait a week and then wait 4 hours before I called and found out they weren't coming. Brent Sanderson from Reddi Services came the next day, He not only cleared the clog, but found 3 drain accesses (one under the sink) and two more outside. No other issues were found with his camera. And, they were 10 to 20% cheaper than the other plumbers who wanted to use a camera, which they couldn't have done without finding the drain accesses. Kudos to Brent! He did a great job.

Marco Prieto was dispatched to my home to unclog a bathroom sink drain. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you for making this a pretty painless process.
Great experience with Pepe and Dom. My garbage disposal quit working. They came to check it out and found that it wasn't just jammed up but needed to be replaced. Pepe suggested I could save some money by picking up a disposal at my local home improvement store myself and having them come back ad install it. He told me what to look for and it was super easy to do. They came back the next day and had it installed in no time. Would definitely work with them again.
Reddi did a great job fixing our leak in pipes outside the front of the house. The entire work was completed within 24 hours of notification on a holiday weekend. Pepe was our Service Specialist. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Every time we have used Reddi (4-5 times total probably), we have been happy.
I found Reddi Services through Angie's list with lots of great reviews. When I called, they could see me same day, but I scheduled it on my next day off. I was given a two hour (8-10 am) arrival window, yet Jorge showed up exactly at 8 am. Normally companies arrive at the end or later than agreed time. Jorge Prieto-Moran was polite, looked over the two toilets I was having problems with and priced out the work within 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and he was even willing to let me see the whole work process and explained the steps so I could determine what needs to be replaced in the future. He cleaned up after the work was done and explained the warrantee to me. I found him to be the easiest and reasonable service repair person I have ever worked had. I plan to ask for him by name for any future plumbing needs.

My grandma's kitchen was flooded with at least an inch of water for a couple days. We were not sure what was wrong as water was leaking out from under the dishwasher nonstop. Luckily, we found Jan Ashford/Reddi Services Plumbing and Benjamin Aguilar. Ben was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything clearly to myself and my grandma regarding how and what the problem was. Benjamin Aguilar did a fantastic job and we can't sing our praises any louder. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone who has plumbing issues.
I called reddi services and told them I had a plumbing issue. Drain was clogged in laundry area and I had standing water. I needed this taken care of quickly as I was concerned with mold growing. They sent out a technician who was nice but didn't have the tools needed for the job. He told me to remove the water and dryer and call Reddi back and have them send out another technician with a drain machine. I called them back and let them know what I needed and never heard back from them. If you want your plumbing issue resolved I would recommend using another company.
I had a problem with my washer flooding my laundry room as soon as the water started filling the machine. I prayed it was a hose problem that a plumber (Reddi Services known to me for years as Jan Ashford Plumbing) could fix rather than having to deal with an appliance repair person. Pepe showed up for our appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly, he concluded it wasn't the hoses or the drain but that it's a problem with the machine. He also recommended a different baffle for my insinkerator disposal, as long as he was here. So while he didn't (couldn't) repair the problem, he was very nice and knowledgeable. Just wish it had been something Reddi Services could have fixed. (That's the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.) Thank you, Pepe!
We needed our septic pumped (backed up the day after Thanksgiving); called several septic companies but they were either closed for the holiday or couldn't do anything until after the weekend - some advertised 24/7 service! Reddi came by the following day, right on time, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Not only that, I think the charge is very reasonable, and not having to pay extra for weekend service is a plus!

Before calling Reddi Services I'd had 7 repair technicians come out to look at my furnace as it was not working correctly and would intermittently shut down so the problem was a more complicated fix. Each of the other companies that came out either sold me a solution that didn't fix the issue or they tried to upsell me an entirely new system. They didn't spend much more than 15-20 minutes looking at my furnace before telling me it's just old and needs to be replaced they said I needed a whole new system costing 10k+.
I didn't have a good feeling about any of them and in fact several of them made me extremely uncomfortable.
Then Mattox arrived with Reddi Services. I instantly felt at ease with him. I felt he was genuinely trying to find the problem so he could fix my furnace. Mattox was respectful, polite, good natured, honest, well-mannered and a straight shooter. He spent a good 1.5 hours diagnosing my furnace issue. He wanted to be certain to find the real problem and not make random guesses. He went out of his way to access the right tools to do a proper diagnostic. Once he was certain of the issue, he offered to fix it right then but stated that he needed to pick the part up from his office. He stepped out and returned and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Mattox with Reddi Services. I will definitely be using him in the future for all my plumbing and HVAC issues!

Reddi Services has saved the day again - the Saturday before our Mothers' Day party, and the kitchen drain stopped up! Bob was on duty and came to the rescue and with his expertise managed to solve a tricky plumbing problem and got us up and running again! We appreciate all the Reddi technicians but Bob really came through for us this time!
We had roots growing in our main line, which blocked our water flow. Water , dirt, and roots backed up into our shower and tub. We called Reddi and scheduled a fix. Pepe came out and assessed the situation. The problem was that our clean-outs were buried. Pepe was able to locate the buried clean-outs, cut up all the roots in the line, and restore the flow within three (3) hours, not to mention in 100 degree weather. Amazing work! He's also building up the clean-outs so we never have to locate them again.
We love Reddi. Thanks for your work.
My wife has been begging me to get the drain for the washing machine cleared/fixed for some time now :0 I decided to call Reddi Services at 1:00 in the afternoon and asked for an appointment (that day would be awesome if they could) and Pepe was at the house just an hour or so later. I also mentioned we were losing water pressure in the master shower. 2 hours later (that included him running out to find a part for the master shower) He was done and both were fixed. Was very polite, professional and more importantly made my wife and I feel at ease. Cleaned up everything he dirtied. I will certainly use them in the future and ask for Pepe by name. These guys are great, but a little bit expensive. My bathroom sink was starting to clog up and I called them and they came out there the next night and Marco showed me that it wasn't a drain clog at all, it was just some soap gunk caught in the drain and he showed me how to take out the drain and clean it. It was $130 to do something so simple so he also flushed my water heater, which they normally charge $60 for, but since I didn't really have anything wrong with my sink drain he went ahead and did that which I appreciate. $130 is still pretty high for both of these, but I needed them done so now it is.

Reddi Services were able to come out the same day that we called. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had Marco Prieto. come out to our house to look at our shower drain which wouldn't drain properly. He was quick, efficient, friendly and informative. The services were charged at a very reasonable rate. And honestly, were just super stoked to take a shower without standing in 6 inches of water. Hallelujah'!
I called over a week ago for a 2nd opinion. I had another well know company out and they could not fix issue. They were out 2 different occupations. There prices were tripple of this company. So Ben came out and I explained everything that went on and the issue that I was suppose to still have. Other plumbing company had 2 of there guys working around my sink where I could not see issue and took word there was still a clog in my kitchen drain. Ben said he needed to see issue for himself. Turns out drain was not clogged even though other company told me it was. So long story short Ben said he could not charge me since he did not do anything. Gave me all the numbers to call if future problems. I will most definitely call this company for any future plumbing issues. Hats off to Ben and his supervisor Ramon who I talked to for advice with my plumbing issues. Thank you

We had a backed up toilet that led to us having four, yes FOUR different plumbing companies come to our home to determine what the cause was and how to fix it. This issue went on for a week!!!! Our 4th appointment was with Reddi Services...within an hour of arriving the Service Specialist (you go Pepe Munoz!!!) fixed our plumbing issue and gave us tips on how to prevent it from happening again. The price was right and service was excellent. Mr. Munoz was efficient, knowledgeable and genuine. Thanks for the great service Reddi Services!

this review comes from a long time customer. I called them for air conditioning service. I have used them for over 10 years for plumbing.
our system started blowing warm air. The serviceman opened up the unit and the Freon was gone. So he recharged the system and put soap on some joints. He could not find the leak and asked me if I wanted him to use a sniffer. It was going to be almost $300 extra!!! What choice do I have!? You can buy a brand new sniffer for less than that. I was advised that he found the leak and the charge was going to be $1600, plus the $300 for the sniffer charge. They had me over a barrel and they knew it. I have friends in the business (not local) that said I was ripped off. I knew that. The only way I can fight back is to let others know and never use them again. I don't mind them making a living but it is wrong to rip people off.
Horrible response!!!! Called two days in a row. Needed plumbing services. Was told both times someone would be out that day and we would receive a call half an hour before they arrived. Never received a call back. I would highly recommend you bypass this company!!! Can't believe they can stay in business.
For plumbing services, Pepe Munoz, always does a great job for us here at Chamberlain Enterprises. He is very hard working, personable and does good quality work for us. Pepe is also friendly and explains everything he does in a very thorough and professional way. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a plumber!

Pepe came to my home to help me with my clogged bathtubs. He was prompt, friendly and very informative. I didn't realize the damage I was doing to my drains by using Draino. He quickly cleared my drains and have me great tips to prevent the problem from happening again. Overall, great experience!
Gerald Schulz expertly diagnosed and quickly fixed my plumbing issue. Excellent technician and excellent company. I have used them multiple times.
These guys are great, but a little bit expensive. My bathroom sink was starting to clog up and I called them and they came out there the next night and Marco showed me that it wasn't a drain clog at all, it was just some soap gunk caught in the drain and he showed me how to take out the drain and clean it. It was $130 to do something so simple so he also flushed my water heater, which they normally charge $60 for, but since I didn't really have anything wrong with my sink drain he went ahead and did that which I appreciate. $130 is still pretty high for both of these, but I needed them done so now it is.

Called reddi air conditioning after our warranty company was giving us the run around for weeks on a repair cost. Matt H was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the estimate he wrote up for us to give to the warranty company. I would recommend this company and would like to thanks Matt H for his professional behavior. We have had two other companies out throughout this process and by for this one is the best.

I had a routine tune-up performed on my three units by Frank Mata. He was very informative about my systems and their performance. I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of like I have with most service/repair man that I have hired in the past. Frank suggested an upgrade to our system, but didn't push us to buy anything or tell us we HAVE to have this upgrade for our system to work properly, like many do. Frank was very friendly and easy to talk with through the process. I have used Reddi Services in the past for plumbing and was equally impressed with their employees and service. I think I found my new AC/Plumbing company! :)

Had a toilet that wouldn't flush and overflowed. I suspected TP as evidenced by the toilet auger digging I did. Plunged and auged (is that a word?) for a couple of days using hot water (not boiling) and kind of cleared it. Then, the bathtub started to drain slowly and the other toilet was at risk of overflowing so we bit the bullet and called for a company to come locate and pump a septic tank that we had no idea where it might be. Took about 2 hours to find and dig (it was 3' down and right at the edge of a slab of a patio that was poured decades ago by a former homeowner) in 105 degree heat. Shortly after digging Rick had it pumped clean as a whistle and everything seems good now. It wasn't cheap, nor did we expect it to be since we knew it had to be located - just weren't prepared for it to be that far down (our neighbors' aren't). All in all, it was a good deal - I didn't have to dig and now I don't have to plunge. Down the road a bit I'm going to have them camera the main line and check out the leach field with it...because who knows what lurks in the shadows of 40 year old plumbing?

My family and I have been waiting for them to show up for 1 week! They said they were going to send a technician in kn Monday and they never did the technician however had it documented as a completed visit. When I called to reschedule they took my information and said they would call back, which they never did I called them back the next day and they said they never made an appointment and scheduled me to have one done that same day. After not being updated I called back and they said the technician's truck broke down and he is currently fixing it and that we were the next customers. I called them back and they told me that he would get to us in the morning, so the morning comes around and there is nobody. I called them again and they said the technician is at another person's house doing a job and will get to me in an hour. In 3 hours I called them again to have them tell me the technician went home sick and that they would see what they can do to fix my A/C. Stay away from these guys!!!!!!!! They are enormously unprofessional and unorganized. No good work ethic here at all.

Reddi Services has saved the day again - the Saturday before our Mothers' Day party, and the kitchen drain stopped up! Bob was on duty and came to the rescue and with his expertise managed to solve a tricky plumbing problem and got us up and running again! We appreciate all the Reddi technicians but Bob really came through for us this time!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a toilet that wouldn't flush and backing up and a shower drain that was not draining properly. I called them out to help me... They told me to go inside and flush all toilets (including the backing up one), turn on all sinks and showers. I did that. I went back into my master and the toilet was gushing out water. My whole bathroom was filled with water and flooded into my master bedroom carpet...soaking my carpet completely in a huge space. I called the company to have them notate in my file that this had happened in case my carpet was damaged. They REFUSED any responsibility for this and told me it wasn't their fault it happened...even though I just followed my professional plumbers instruction. Now here I am 6 months pregnant and with a two year old, stuck cleaning up this mess and hoping my carpet isn't completely ruined. What a terrible business handling of this situation. I will never use them again or recommend any one to use them. The manager, Chase, was rude and completely short sighted. Choose wisely, choose differently.

This is the worse company ever! My water heater went out on a Friday night and I contacted the company at 8 am on Saturday as they advertised weekend service. I explained my Rheem water heater tank went failed and it was still under the 6 year warranty. I then specifically asked if they had a unit in stock and it could be replaced that day. I was told yes they would put a unit on the truck and they would be out at 3 pm that afternoon. They then asked for the unit information which I provided. Just before 3 pm I get a call from the technician saying he heard I had a problem with the water heater and he would be by shortly. When asked if he had the replacement water heater on the truck he said no and then informed me that since it was under warranty it could not be fixed because the supply house that handles warranty items for Rheem closed at noon. I informed him that I spoke to the office at 8 am and was assured that a unit would be on the truck. The technician listen the representations the company made to me and to his credit tried to come up with a creative solution. The technician suggested they install a new heater and charge me the full amount and then credit me back the amount they were reimbursed from Rheem. Not a perfect solution but it was doable and I told him that I could do that. Ideal no, but at least he was trying to fix their misrepresentations. Ramon Torres, the technicians Supervisor, apparently rejected that idea and instead decided to offer me no solution and didn't care I had company coming in town and would have no hot water for showers, laundry or dishes. Being a business owner, if my employees handled a situation like this one was handled today, I would be embarrassed and have some serious customer service training. I would simply never consider calling this company again much less use or recommend them.
My shower valve stopped working properly, and I was not able to divert water from my shower head to the tub or moderate water temperature. A few handymen assessed my situation and backed off since fixtures were mounted on my marble shower wall and they were concerned they might damage the wall. I was fortunate to get Gerald as my designated plumber. He quickly assessed my fixture brand (Danze) and felt he knew exactly how to fix the situation with no damage to my marble wall. He advised me to get replacement parts free of charge from Danze since the company provides a lifetime warranty. He estimated a very reasonable $150 charge to repair/replace once parts came in. Sure enough, he installed the new parts today with expert care. My walls are in perfect shape, and my water is flowing smoothly through shower head and tub spout. Gerald is professional and helpful. I recommend Reddi Services and Gerald.

We received the most amazingly quick and responsive service with Reddi Heroes. Prior to our service, a text confirmation was sent with the name and picture of the technician and he was at our house within an hour. Marco Prieto was professional, friendly, thorough, and explained all of the issues and solutions clearly. I highly recommend this company. We will continue to go back to them.
I was extremely impressed by Dominic Hall. He was timely, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone responsible for hiring throughout most of my career, I know what a good, loyal employee looks like, and that is Dominic. Also, just dealing with Reddi generally was a treat, and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend. Dominic gives me hope in the younger generation. I hope Reddi takes great care of him, because any competitor would be extremely lucky to have him.

The service tech never actually made it to my house.
I had originally scheduled the appointment on a Friday. The dispatcher called 1/2 an hour after the scheduled time to inform me that the technician was running late and could not make it to my house until 6:00pm. I decided to reschedule my appointment to the next day for the technician to arrive between 10:00am-12:00pm.
The next day at 12:30pm I called the dispatcher to find out why the technician hadn't yet arrived and I was informed that he was running late and that they would call me in the next hour or two. At 2:30 I called again since I hadn't heard back from them and was told that the technician would not be at my house for at least another two hours.
I decided to cancel my appointment at that time since I had already wasted a good portion of my day off waiting for a tech that never showed up.
While I can appreciate that things may go south unexpectedly on service calls I did not appreciate the lack of communication to their customers.
Thanks Pepe!!! Friendly, funny, fast and a dog lover. You fixed our drain problem and saved us money. I will call Reddi Services again next time I have occasion. If lucky we will get Pepe to make the call. Thank you Pepe and Thank you Reddi Sevices
I called on a Saturday after my hot water tank blew out. They dispatched a technician to come out and when Pepe arrived he jumped right in and diagnosed that a new tank was needed. He said if I picked one up one that afternoon that he would come back the next day and install it, which he did, on Sunday. Pepe is a great technician and very knowledgeable. Very efficient. I was so fortunate to have Met Pepe. When I need a Plummer that is who I will call Reddi Services and Pepe.

Our hot water heater went out and was leaking all over. We called Reddi Services due to all the positive reviews on Angie's List. I should also mention this happened during the recent record-breaking rainstorms in the valley. An appointment was made promptly and before long Gerald S. was at our door. Anyone affected by the recent rains knows how difficult it was to get around so such fast response was a surprise to us. Several other providers listed on Angie's List told us they weren't making appointments due to the weather.
Gerald diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything on his truck to complete the job. He also recommended a dry-wall person to fix the damage done by the leaking water heater.
Before long a new American made water heater was installed and working perfectly. The entire job was cleaned up like he had never been there. Gerald made such an impression that we will be calling Reddi this spring when we plan on replacing our home AC units. We highly recommend them, especially Gerald.
After calling to make an appointment to check my air conditioning unit, I received a text with the name and picture of the technician coming to my home. Harold D was prompt, and had a friendly and respectful manner. He kept me informed of the repair process. I will recommend Reddi Services to my friends and neighbors.

Just had Jorge out to snake my homes drain line. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and finished the job in a thorough and professional manner. I am very happy with the service and Jorge is the man! Highly recommend this provider.
Used to have good luck with these guys, but their scheduling people are idiots. They either will have a dead line when they call you, or they will not leave a message if your out and never call back.
Did this twice to me on different days. Got another plumber who did a fantastic job.

Ben cane to install a kitchen faucet and replace a refrigerator water line connection. He was fast, friendly and the price was less than expected. I would definatly use them again for plumbing needs!!
After the last rainy day, our septic tank which had not been pumped ever in 35 years decided to back up in our bathtub......and then not go down for any reason. After dealing with another company that could do nothing but charge me a bunch of money for nothing, we were referred by a friend to Reddi Services. The guy that came out had been struggling all day with another septic system, but still showed up at our house after dark to try to solve our problem. He realized that the line was blocked and called out for a snake. The guy with the snake (Casey) showed up, was pleasant, cleared our line and presto, we could use the system again! We thought Rick at Reddi services was really professional and knowledgeable, so we had him come back the next day, locate the tank, uncover it and pump it out. He did all that, worked on it about 6 hours, and was really reasonable with the price. We will definately use them again, and refer them with confidence to our friends!
We have only used them for plumbing and have been very happy with every service call. Pepe came out and determined why our toilet was overrunning and fixed it quickly and cleanly. We will definitely call them again if we need a good plumber.
Reddi Services is an excellent company for both maintenance and installation. Chris has worked on both our AC and Evap Cooler for a couple of years now and he always does excellent work. Harry and Anthony just installed a mini-split cooler in our Arizona room and they also did an excellent job. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently and the new unit looks great; they really put in the effort to make sure of that. Also, it was very easy to schedule the installation.

I had a flood in my kitchen and after having the cabinets removed and trashed we found the pipe was leaking. Not knowing what to do, I called Reddi Services after reading rave reviews. I knew at that point Ben would know what to do so I requested Ben come to the house for an estimate. I can't say enough good things about Ben. He immediately determined the problem and wrote up his estimate. The next day Ben repaired the pipe which was below the concrete and I had running water in my kitchen sink. Each employee I spoke to provided the best customer service and answered all my questions. I was so pleased with everyone at Reddi Services, their professionalism and can do attitude, I will be calling them again if I need help. Ben will definitely be my go to plumber from now on. My grandma's kitchen was flooded with at least an inch of water for a couple days. We were not sure what was wrong as water was leaking out from under the dishwasher nonstop. Luckily, we found Jan Ashford/Reddi Services Plumbing and Benjamin Aguilar. Ben was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything clearly to myself and my grandma regarding how and what the problem was. Benjamin Aguilar did a fantastic job and we can't sing our praises any louder. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Talk about going the extra mile! We were having the hardest time finding a water shutoff valve at a condominium complex. Gerald never gave up on this complex issue - and always remained upbeat and determined. Gerald is one of the nicest vendors I have ever worked with. He deserves a million kudos and a big raise!
I have been using Reddi Services for some time now, but have had the BEST experience last week. Matt Mattox was willing to go MORE than the extra mile to help me. I have had an on going toilet issue for some time and decided it was time to replace the errant fixture. I purchased a toilet from a Home Improvement store, brought it home, and called Reddi to come and install. They sent Matt. Matt was prompt, professional, and very respectful of the situation. He installed the toilet, only to discover on the first flush that there was a hairline crack in the bowl allowing for water to leak.
Matt worked with me to now obtain a toilet, come back, uninstall, and then reinstall the new toilet. He worked with the office to help on the cost of this as well, which really helped. Matt called back over the weekend to check and make certain all was well for me and that I had been able to return the toilet to the Home Improvement store without any issues.
With service like this, I will continue to use Reddi Services. Matt Mattox went well beyond for me making me feel that I am important. Thank you Matt! Reddi Services is VERY fortunate to have you!
Reddi Services has taken care of several things around the house in recent years, from drywall repair to plumbing, and they always do a thorough, professional job.
Chris Groth was friendly, efficient, communicated well and quite obviously knew what he was doing. He made sure we had a clear drain all the way out to the main, and gave me some useful tips on how to keep it running that way. If you own a restaurant and are looking for reliable liquid waste removal, keep looking. I've only been using these guys for a few months but every time they tell me we're on the schedule something gets messed up. I understand stuff happens but what make it more frustrating is I never find out there's an issue from them, it's not until I call in that I found out what's going on. These people are the definition of unreliable, if you actually need something done I recommend going elsewhere.

We have used them several times and always get exceptional service. Chris G. is a complete professional, provided excellent customer service on a Sunday night, and did a great job with our emergency water line issue. Their price is always competitive or below the competition, and service is excellent.
Reddi Services was the only company I could find that could do a same day emergency pumpout on our septic tank and the technician Ricky did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable. He spent extra time explaining what I should and shouldn't be doing on the septic. It was 8:00 at night by the time he was finished and he never rushed at any aspect of the job from what I could tell. They definitely saved the day as we had a house full of company coming in that night.

Brent has a talent---He can explain a complicated repair or issue to a novice or a professional using easy to understand terms---he is efficient yet takes his time to be thorough -Communicating is great-- I have used Reddi Services more than once and will continue to use their services--
Reddi Services was our third plumbing company to try and deal with a persistent toilet clogging. The first company was a complete bust. When they couldn't clear the clog with a toilet snake, they tried to find a drain access, but couldn't find one. The second company cleared the clog, but recommended replacing the toilet, which I did myself. When it clogged I had to wait a week and then wait 4 hours before I called and found out they weren't coming. Brent Sanderson from Reddi Services came the next day, He not only cleared the clog, but found 3 drain accesses (one under the sink) and two more outside. No other issues were found with his camera. And, they were 10 to 20% cheaper than the other plumbers who wanted to use a camera, which they couldn't have done without finding the drain accesses. Kudos to Brent! He did a great job.

I called you at 10:00AM and you said we'd have a service guy there at 3. 2 hours later you called to say you can't make it today. I lost 2 hours where I could have found someone to do the job. The night before last, our upstairs bathroom shower sprung a leak. We have a busy weekend filled with a hockey tournament coming up, and we needed it fixed fast! I called Reddi at 7:00 AM. Gerald S. was at our house by 11:45 AM and it was all fixed before 2:00 PM. Gerald was fast, knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain what had broken and what he was doing to fix it, and he was able to get the parts, including new fixtures (saved us a trip to the store!) Dear fellow Yelpers, I do not know where to begin when it comes to writing down what I think of Reddi Services (based out of Peoria, AZ.)...All i can tell you about is the relationship I've had with them over these past many years...
First of all, let's set the scene: BEFORE I first needed their services over 5 years ago now, I was having to settle for the performance of my American Standard A/C unit, which was then already 15-20 years old in its cooling/heating of my home (as it was installed prior to me moving into the house).......Needless to say, that unit was in its golden years......
.....i now come to 5-8 years ago.....Reddi Services would always come by here (per our maintenance agreement) and work on that unit and spruce it up for the upcoming summer or winter.....However, that American Standard unit started to really strain and suffer in dealing with the seasonal temperature extremes.....FINALLY, one day when it had virtually crapped out, my Reddi Services technician exercised great courage, honesty and professionalism when he broke the news to me: Paul, we are more than willing to come out here whenever you need work done on this unit; however, it's gotten to the point where we are going to end up starting to nickel and dime you when it comes to replacing worn out and malfunctioning components...and we don't feel comfortable having to do that....You really have to start thinking about buying a new unit.
WOW !!! I've never heard a service technician be so honest !!!
So, let's now go back to 5 years ago.......
I finally realized that I needed a new A/C unit, so I asked Reddi Services to quote me some prices on a new unit (with installation and new thermostat included).
To make a long story shorter, Reddi Services gave me an absolutely screaming deal on a new 16-seer, hybrid (electric/gas-powered), two-speed motor TRANE unit !!!!!
As I look back, I cannot forget to thank Roger, Harry, Frank M, Chris G and all of the wonderful men and women in their Peoria office for ALL of their HONEST, CARING, COMPASSIONATE and PROFESSIONAL service and way in which they have treated me !!!!!
I am happy to report, to this day (and 5 years later), that my TRANE unit has performed flawlessly and has saved me so much money....after opening up my APS bill every month (and we all know how they can be !!!!! LOL !!)
In closing, allow me to say this: YES, there are other very good HVAC/plumbing companies out there (but you really have to do your homework) !!!!

Needed our drains snaked due to roots clogging our lines and Jorge Prieto-Moran was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have a dog that while friendly does like to bark, Jorge didn't flinch and just went about his business. Overall, very satisfied with his services.
The night before last, our upstairs bathroom shower sprung a leak. We have a busy weekend filled with a hockey tournament coming up, and we needed it fixed fast! I called Reddi at 7:00 AM. Gerald S. was at our house by 11:45 AM and it was all fixed before 2:00 PM. Gerald was fast, knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain what had broken and what he was doing to fix it, and he was able to get the parts, including new fixtures (saved us a trip to the store!) He gave us friendly reminders to drain our water heater and replace the media in our water filtration system. Would definitely recommend Reddi and Gerald to anyone needing any plumbing work.

Reddi Services recently addressed a blockage in our home septic system. The repair was made within two (2) hours of the initial service request. They also emptied our septic system tank. The service technicians were very courteous and professional. The work was completed as requested and with no issues. We have been customers of Reddi Services since 1997.

Reddi Services is an excellent company for both maintenance and installation. Chris has worked on both our AC and Evap Cooler for a couple of years now and he always does excellent work. Harry and Anthony just installed a mini-split cooler in our Arizona room and they also did an excellent job. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently and the new unit looks great; they really put in the effort to make sure of that. Also, it was very easy to schedule the installation.

We had Reddi Services make a same day call to help us with a washing machine drain clean out. Shirley, who helped set the appointment, was very accommodating and professional. After the last rainy day, our septic tank which had not been pumped ever in 35 years decided to back up in our bathtub......and then not go down for any reason. After dealing with another company that could do nothing but charge me a bunch of money for nothing, we were referred by a friend to Reddi Services. The guy that came out had been struggling all day with another septic system, but still showed up at our house after dark to try to solve our problem. He realized that the line was blocked and called out for a snake. The guy with the snake (Casey) showed up, was pleasant, cleared our line and presto, we could use the system again! We thought Rick at Reddi services was really professional and knowledgeable, so we had him come back the next day, locate the tank, uncover it and pump it out. He did all that, worked on it about 6 hours, and was really reasonable with the price. We will definately use them again, and refer them with confidence to our friends!
My showers were backing up so I found Reddi Services on here. They were able to come out the same day surprisingly since it's a Sunday. They sent Brent out to house within a hour or so of calling. Brent was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend This company to anyone. Thanks again Brent and Reddi Services!!!

So I called them, and some little creep starts telling me - without having been out to my house - that I obviously needed a whole new drain field. Upselling me without even visiting. Avoid these scam artists.

Reddi did a great job fixing our leak in pipes outside the front of the house. The entire work was completed within 24 hours of notification on a holiday weekend. Pepe was our Service Specialist. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Every time we have used Reddi (4-5 times total probably), we have been happy.
They replaced a water heater for me in Albuquerque. I later found out they did not pull a permit which is required. and I assume it was because they are not even licensed to do gas work they are only licensed in plumbing which by the way when I checked last week that was suspended. Now I can't get a city inspection which is required with out basically hiring a reputable, licensed and bonded company to pull a permit come out and do all the things that they didn't do so that the job would meet city code. Also if they do your gas work without pulling a permit and having a city inspection homeowners will not cover in case of a fire or explosion. Now they won't even return my phone calls to make it right. Legally they are not allowed to charge for doing work that they are not licensed in that field. I will be filing a complaint with Construction Industries in Arizona & New Mexico, also with the Attorney General's office and City of Albuquerque. Would like a refund to put toward the new expense of having a licensed company redo the work with a permit and an inspection

It's an older unit, and he cautioned about the condenser fan's age, but told us it was running fine now. It's nice to find an honest person in the AC business in Phoenix! We'll call again.

We had a leak in our attic, so we called Reddi Services, (along with a few other leak repair services who wanted to charge us insane amounts just to come out.) Reddi Services gave us a free inspection! They showed up fast, fixed the repair right away and they had fair pricing. The techs name who helped us out was Cesar. Called reddi air conditioning after our warranty company was giving us the run around for weeks on a repair cost. Matt H was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the estimate he wrote up for us to give to the warranty company. I would recommend this company and would like to thanks Matt H for his professional behavior. We have had two other companies out throughout this process and by for this one is the best.
My shower drain was clogged and nothing I did unclogged it. Jorge Prieto-Moran was able to clear the drain with a snake in no time. Unfortunately he found that the pipe was broken. He came back the next week with Marco to investigate where the broken pipe was.
I couldn't be happier with their work. They were always kind and willing to answer any questions I had and explain in detail what the problem was. I had no trouble getting in contact with them and they were always prompt.

Dave Matta fixed my plumbing problem. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He came with a smile on his face and went right to work to fix my problem. I would recommend him to fix your drain back ups.
Great experience with Pepe and Dom. My garbage disposal quit working. They came to check it out and found that it wasn't just jammed up but needed to be replaced. Pepe suggested I could save some money by picking up a disposal at my local home improvement store myself and having them come back ad install it. He told me what to look for and it was super easy to do. They came back the next day and had it installed in no time. Would definitely work with them again.

We had been calling them for 2 full days trying to get a copy of a Septic Report they had completed 3 days earlier, and after promising this to us repeatedly (Ken & Nicole & Toby), they all left the office for the weekend without sending the report. We had to postpone a real estate closing because of this negligence.

Ben cane to install a kitchen faucet and replace a refrigerator water line connection. He was fast, friendly and the price was less than expected. I would definatly use them again for plumbing needs!!
Used to have good luck with these guys, but their scheduling people are idiots. They either will have a dead line when they call you, or they will not leave a message if your out and never call back.
Did this twice to me on different days. Got another plumber who did a fantastic job.
We just moved into a new house and wanted to do some plumbing updates. Chris Shuck was amazing. He did everything needed in my to do list.. changed out all my shut off valves, fixed an irrigation leak, changed out 4 toilets...very professional and knowledgeable.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Reddi Services. I own an older townhome (built in 1964), and it was time to do some plumbing repairs. Chris came out to evaluate the situation. He was honest and up front that he had never worked on a configuration this old, and was unsure, so he was going to call in a seasoned supervisor to advise him. Chris gave an estimate, and scheduled a day for them to come back and complete the job. Right on schedule, Pepe and Chris, along with Brent arrived and began the process of replumbing my washer drain. Pepe was very knowledgeable about old style plumbing and was very honest, upfront and was very good at walking the guys through the analysis and repair. He took advantage of many teaching moments to encourage them to think through what was the best way or the next step. Pepe is genuinely old school when it comes to doing the job right- the first time. He took his time to do clean soldering, measuring cuts and wrapping pipes to prevent friction and wear from neighboring pipes. I am confident that this re-plumbing will last another 54 years. It is important to note- that they have seasoned professionals, ready and willing to assist and train the next generation. This ensures that when you need them again a few years down the road- you will have trained and reliable technicians.
While they were here, they also took a look at the mix-it valves in my showers. I was aware that finding a replacement valve was going to be a challenge since they don't make them out of brass anymore. Pepe was able to locate a local supplier, but once we broke down the costs, it would be less expensive to replumb the faucets. All parts are guaranteed for life, and all labor is guaranteed for 1 year. They cleaned up the areas they worked in, removing debris and parts. They don't have fancy advertisements on TV and Radio- so the savings are passed on to you. Their reviews on Yelp are true reviews and not created by a service as I noticed that many other plumbing companies use. It is amazing to feel this good and confident in calling in a plumber from Reddi Services.
We were so impressed with GERALD! We own a property in AZ and live out of state. He was there within 12 hours (because of tenants schedules), but could have been there within 2 hours. He replaced our water heater and went above and beyond! He quoted the job and turned out to be much more involved, but kept with his quote and his word. He is professional, courteous, and a rare gem!
If you need plumbing done and by a true expert...call Reddi and ask for GERALD. You will not be disappointed!
Reddi Services tech Frank called me to let me know he was on his way. Immediately after the call I also received a text and email confirming his arrival. When he arrived he explained what my pre-paid inspection included. I gave him a quick tour of the inside and outside of the house. I had recently purchased the house in the Spring. I answered as many questions as I could but was not able to provide any history of the AC/heating unit, plumbing or maintenance. Hence, my signing up for their yearly maintenance service. He discovered a drain from the AC was blocked and filling the area by the motor and for an additional fee cleaned it out. (I'm handy but I know when to let a pro step in. I prefer to pay a little more now than a lot later.)
The only additional problem was finding the water heater. I should point out my house is a mobile home/trailer. The typical location for water heaters is not the same as a brick and mortar house. We searched inside, outside and underneath the house we were not able to find it. I canceled the search after about 20 minutes and said I would investigate more later, including asking the neighbors. It turns out the water heater was inside the house but only accessible by removing a full aluminum siding panel on the outside. Go figure.
Anyway, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Reddi Services.

You know what I don't miss about having a home warranty insurance? Slow service!
My shower plumbing broke the other night, and since I had canceled my AHS home warranty, I had no choice but to handle it on my own.
It was a good thing I had an emergency repair fund.
I called this guy, and their plumber showed up in half an hour. Very efficient and fast service!
Dealing with American Home Shield was a pain in the ass! First, you call them, then they assign you a plumber, then their plumber calls you, and then you have to set up an appointment! The whole process could take up to 3 weeks! I decided to just open up a savings account for emergency repairs instead! The plumber at Reddi Services fixed my plumbing issues in one hour and gave me a one year warranty on labor. Great job!

I called up to have a toilet wax ring changed out on my 2nd story townhouse. I have changed out many of these and it is a quick and easy repair. The office said she didn't think it would be a very expensive repair. They came out and charged me $230 for 20 minutes worth of work and a $4. part. Yes, I told him to go ahead and do it because it had to be done. I felt like I was backed into a corner. That is excessive. What ever happened to plumbers that charge an hourly rate? I will never use them again or recommend them to my friends.

I had a leaking flex supply hose under my bathroom sink. I called Reddi. They answered the phone and scheduled an appointment. Gerald showed up on time. I answered the door wearing a face mask. I noticed Gerald wasn't wearing a mask and I asked him if he was going to wear one. He said he didn't think they were necessary, and he didn't want to wear one. No booties either, he just stomped inside in his old boots, and not so pleasant attitude. After looking at the supply hose, Gerald said it would cost $431.00 to replace them and the valves and also install a new faucet I had already bought. Either I had a senior moment, or I was breathing in too much carbon, but I agreed to the price. He was done in twenty minutes. I later checked online and found that the two new supply hoses and valves cost Reddi about $20.00. So $411.00 was for twenty minutes labor. Gerald also let me know he was pro Trump. Thanks Reddi.

0-STARS FOR HEATHER C for being the idiot that decided to give Reddi another chance. For anyone that cares to read this tale of woe, here we go.
Called Reddi for a constantly running toilet. I'm told $200 to replace the fill valve. I decided to fix it since it's less hassle than replacing. Fast forward a few hours, and it's running again. Due to the 3-day weekend, I didn't call the tech out again until this morning.
Now, he's diagnosed that the flush valve seal is also bad, but they have to replace the whole thing. Since the toilet was less than $200, I'm stuck with losing money either way now. Dave did offer to discount the labor by 1/2, but still quoted another $130. This wasn't acceptable. Why should I pay any additional labor when I was quoted $200 to fix a problem that still exists. Is it my fault there was only half of a diagnosis made? And I would think the $200 I was already charged for SEVEN MINUTES of repair time and what was probably a $20 part would be enough to cover another 10 minutes or so to replace this 2nd part, which I was willing to pay for.
The tech apologized and advised had he known the flush valve was also bad...etc. I guess I am supposed to know which part was bad? So I will now be either wasting water or sending my husband to toilet repair school, but I will not being paying Reddi to fix it.
On a side note, I've had 3 quotes from Reddi to do the install only on a toilet. In 2011, I was quoted $250 (we had it done elsewhere for half that). A few months ago $150-$175. Friday $275. While I was previously willing to pay a premium for consistently good service, the poor service and/or unsettling business practices lately have made me rethink my own sanity.
Another awesome visit by Reddi Service. Chris G. re-worked some duct work in a room we are remodeling and putting a new wall right in the middle. He added on to our existing duct work with flex duct through the attic and two new vents. He did a beautiful job and left the job site clean and neat. He does amazing work. Thanks for another great job!

I really appreciated that they came out the same day as our AC stopped working. Chris Shuck was great, answering all of our (many!) questions and doing fast reliable work, even after a very long day. We would definitely call them again.
I was extremely impressed by Dominic Hall. He was timely, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone responsible for hiring throughout most of my career, I know what a good, loyal employee looks like, and that is Dominic. Also, just dealing with Reddi generally was a treat, and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend. Dominic gives me hope in the younger generation. I hope Reddi takes great care of him, because any competitor would be extremely lucky to have him.

We live in an older house in a historic neighborhood. The previous owner did a lot of DIY plumbing and cut some corners along the way. When Pepe showed up he had his work cut out for him. After a little demo from the water damage, Pepe was able to find the problem and presented us with a couple solution options at a couple price-ranges depending on the level of fix we wanted to do (like I said, old house and old plumbing). After answering 100 questions and what-if scenarios Pepe got us all hooked back up. He even left the work area surprisingly clean given the fact that we had to take out part of the wall.

Angle valve behind the fridge sprung a bad leak, Reddi was responsive had a tech on site in under an hour and had it fixed in less than that. Pepe was polite, professional and a master of his craft.

I am absolutely furious with this company. I called them at 7 a.m. this morning to come snake my lines because my toilets are backing up. They said they were putting me on the schedule and would call me when they were on the way. Having heard nothing from them, I called at noon to find out where they were. They said it should be soon. I called again at 6 p.m. and they said that they had two people call in sick but they were coming soon. I said that if they knew it was going to take so long, why didn't they call me to tell me earlier so I could call another plumber. I reminded them that I hadn't had functional toilets in 36 hours. They could do nothing but apologize and assure me that they would be there soon. They called me at 7:30 to tell me I was next on the schedule. I just called them at 9:15 and they assured me that someone would still come. I told them that I had small kids and I couldn't wait for them until midnight. But, they couldn't commit to any time, so I told them I would have to try for tomorrow. However, I am disgusted with this company and will NEVER use them again!!
Chris Groth and Justin came to my home to fix some plumbing problems. They were extremely professional and were able to solve all the problems in under two hours. I will always call Reddi Services when any kind of issues come up!
I'd like to thank Ben Aguilar of Reddi Services for a quick and painless service visit earlier this week. My master bathroom toilet was making an awful noise and was leaking. I called Reddi Services for the very first time, and Ben came out and quickly diagnosed the leak. He showed me where the water was escaping from the intake valve. He shut off the water, replaced the valve, and now the noise and leak are gone.
Ben was professional, efficient, and courteous. The price was very reasonable and the work done quickly. His time and service are greatly appreciated.

Chris Shuck came to our call today. He was very good at what he does. Hes a young guy with a lot of talent and very knowledgeable, gave me a quote, the best options, and best service.
We had roots growing in our main line, which blocked our water flow. Water , dirt, and roots backed up into our shower and tub. We called Reddi and scheduled a fix. Pepe came out and assessed the situation. The problem was that our clean-outs were buried. Pepe was able to locate the buried clean-outs, cut up all the roots in the line, and restore the flow within three (3) hours, not to mention in 100 degree weather. Amazing work! He's also building up the clean-outs so we never have to locate them again.

Pepe was able to locate the buried clean-outs, cut up all the roots in the line, and restore the flow within three (3) hours, not to mention in 100 degree weather. Amazing work! He's also building up the clean-outs so we never have to locate them again.

Called reddi air conditioning after our warranty company was giving us the run around for weeks on a repair cost. Matt H was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the estimate he wrote up for us to give to the warranty company. I would recommend this company and would like to thanks Matt H for his professional behavior. We have had two other companies out throughout this process and by for this one is the best.
Just bought a new home and found out right after moving in that the a/c didn't work like it during the inspection. Called up the guys at ReddiHeros late at night and they had Matt H. there in no time! He was phenomenally quick to get everything sorted for me and I would definitely recommend these guys!
Called them, they said they'd call me back the next morning when someone was available. No call. So I called them, and some little creep starts telling me - without having been out to my house - that I obviously needed a whole new drain field. Upselling me without even visiting. Avoid these scam artists.
I have been using Reddi Services for some time now, but have had the BEST experience last week. Matt Mattox was willing to go MORE than the extra mile to help me. I have had an on going toilet issue for some time and decided it was time to replace the errant fixture. I purchased a toilet from a Home Improvement store, brought it home, and called Reddi to come and install. They sent Matt. Matt was prompt, professional, and very respectful of the situation. He installed the toilet, only to discover on the first flush that there was a hairline crack in the bowl allowing for water to leak.
Matt worked with me to now obtain a toilet, come back, uninstall, and then reinstall the new toilet. He worked with the office to help on the cost of this as well, which really helped. Matt called back over the weekend to check and make certain all was well for me and that I had been able to return the toilet to the Home Improvement store without any issues.
With service like this, I will continue to use Reddi Services. Matt Mattox went well beyond for me making me feel that I am important. Thank you Matt! Reddi Services is VERY fortunate to have you!
Horrible response!!!! Called two days in a row. Needed plumbing services. Was told both times someone would be out that day and we would receive a call half an hour before they arrived. Never received a call back. I would highly recommend you bypass this company!!! Can't believe they can stay in business.
Had a toilet that wouldn't flush and overflowed. I suspected TP as evidenced by the toilet auger digging I did. Plunged and auged (is that a word?) for a couple of days using hot water (not boiling) and kind of cleared it. Then, the bathtub started to drain slowly and the other toilet was at risk of overflowing so we bit the bullet and called for a company to come locate and pump a septic tank that we had no idea where it might be. Took about 2 hours to find and dig (it was 3' down and right at the edge of a slab of a patio that was poured decades ago by a former homeowner) in 105 degree heat. Shortly after digging Rick had it pumped clean as a whistle and everything seems good now. It wasn't cheap, nor did we expect it to be since we knew it had to be located - just weren't prepared for it to be that far down (our neighbors' aren't). All in all, it was a good deal - I didn't have to dig and now I don't have to plunge. Down the road a bit I'm going to have them camera the main line and check out the leach field with it...because who knows what lurks in the shadows of 40 year old plumbing?

EARLY one Thursday morning I went into my garage to find the bypass valve on my water softener appliance had broke. Water was spraying everywhere, against the wall shared with my closet, against the garage ceiling, and spraying my propane hot water heater.
Gerald showed up EARLY, within about an hour of me calling. (*Considering where I live, this is a GREAT response time.)
We weren't able to easily replace the water softener and decided to install a different system. While waiting for parts to be gathered (I had to go to two places, and then some...) he put in a bypass that worked, so we had water.
Before he left I asked him to help me relight the water heater. The damn thing exploded! Fortunately, neither of us were hurt, but it meant I had to buy a water heater, RIGHT NOW. Gerald went and picked one up and came right back. I had a new water heater in place before noon that day.
The replacement water softener system had problems too and Gerald worked hard to get it right, no leaks, no iffy situations.
We had to make a few emergency trips to the hardware store, but Gerald got the system working. He really went above and beyond to help us.
I was extremely impressed by Dominic Hall. He was timely, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone responsible for hiring throughout most of my career, I know what a good, loyal employee looks like, and that is Dominic. Also, just dealing with Reddi generally was a treat, and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend. Dominic gives me hope in the younger generation. I hope Reddi takes great care of him, because any competitor would be extremely lucky to have him.
So we were Blessed to get Benjamin Aguilar as our Reddi Heroes. He took the time to listen to our description and went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to us as he was doing it. Knowing our restaurant would be closed until he did the job, he was on a mission that he accomplished with swiftness. Thank you so much Benjamin. Steve's greenhouse is up and running greatly.
We got our AC serviced originally by another company that called us offering a summer promotion. After they came out they told us just about everything was wrong with our ACs and the coils on our AC units needed to be cleaned immediately. We ended up paying over $150 for $60 service and I'm not sure what they even did. They said the cost to clean our dirty coils would be $1100. The sales person got VERY defensive when I said we wanted to get a second opinion.
We called Reddi who had been great when we had a plumbing issue in the past. JP and Chris G came out next day and they did a full assessment, unscrewing panels and examining the AC units. We change our air filters every month and they said our coils were clean (so much for the $1100 the other company wanted). THANK GOD we had Reddi Services out. I appreciate the honesty of JP, it goes a long way in our book. Having only recently moved to AZ, Reddi will have our service for years to come. Thank you Reddi for employing such honest, caring employees. Two thumbs up!

Whenever I need heating and a/c repair or have plumbing issues I call Reddi Services. Today Service Specialist Chris Groth was to the rescue after my heating system went down.
As usual the operator at Reddi Services was as pleasant as always and told me those magic words we will be out sometime today if you want. Yes please! Soon after, I got the call that Chris was on his way over.
I recognized him as he did me and knew that he had been to my home before. That is always nice as he knew his way around.
After a quick check of everything he figured out that it was a simple wire that had come loose. Once it was plugged back in, the system turned on and Chris stuck around to make sure it was up and running.
Only charge today was for the service call which was also discounted due to my service contract with Reddi. (I highly recommend getting one as it will pay for itself when that A/C needs repair in August!)
Chris was in and out in 30 minutes and I could go back to my day. Thank you Chris!

Nothing worse than backed up septic tank with a house full of people on thanksgiving! Ricky stayed late and got our system pumped and working. Great guy, great service, worth every penny. Similar price to everyone else, but superior service
Found this place with the great reviews on Google. Well, they lived up to the hype!
Our kitchen sink was having draining issues, and we called them up, and Pepe and Bren came about 3 hours later.
They quickly figured out what was the issue, and fixed it, and gave us easy remedies if something were to happen again.
From beginning to end, everyone I interacted was great, friendly. Pepe and Bren didn't waste our time, and put in quality work at the same time.
If we ever have any plumbing or AC issues from now on, I know who to go to!

My experience was as bad as it can get, and I've had many experiences! I had these criminals come out and assess a leaky toilet valve. Since I wasn't home at the time my wife met the plumber. We were quoted $350 to fix which I thought included a more serious problem of fixing pipes in the walls, etc. It turned out it was a simple valve replacement and new tank assembly. All parts at home depot about $50 I would estimate. Outrageous mark up and took advantage! Then, they wanted another $300 to fix the flange but i then told them to stop and get out! If I understood how easy the original fix, I wouldn't have had them do the work. Avoid this company like the plague!! They are unfair, unprofessional and, wouldnt call me back after asking for a supervisor. Hire them at your own risk!!

Bryan came, assessed the problem and told me I needed a new garbage disposer. He said he had only a Garrison 1/2 hp one. Well, I am a bit apprehensive since I never had any except insinkerator but he seemed to think this brand is good. He installed the new one quickly, gave me the booklet and I removed the model / serial number label from the box so I could stick it on the booklet. I havent had to use it yet but know ReddiServices do stand behind their work.

Reddi Services was the only company I could find that could do a same day emergency pumpout on our septic tank and the technician Ricky did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable. He spent extra time explaining what I should and shouldn't be doing on the septic. It was 8:00 at night by the time he was finished and he never rushed at any aspect of the job from what I could tell. They definitely saved the day as we had a house full of company coming in that night.

We received the most amazingly quick and responsive service with Reddi Heroes. Prior to our service, a text confirmation was sent with the name and picture of the technician and he was at our house within an hour. Marco Prieto was professional, friendly, thorough, and explained all of the issues and solutions clearly. I highly recommend this company. We will continue to go back to them.
Tech was awesome and therefore will go unnamed. Management policies corporate etc - 5 stars. So they hook you in with a free estimate then when they don't have your parts or any other parts on the truck that work ( aftermarket would have been fine) they soak you for an extra $75 to $150 for them to drive and get parts instead of just finding something that works 2 miles away. Complete scam started out amazing ended up a disaster.

We had a backed up toilet that led to us having four, yes FOUR different plumbing companies come to our home to determine what the cause was and how to fix it. This issue went on for a week!!!! I have been using Reddi Services/Jan Ashford for over 10 years now. They have always been honest and extremely reliable. This week I noticed my my hot water heater was leaking at 9:00 P.M. I called Reddi Sevices and Gerald Schulz was at my house within the hour. Since I recently purchased their Protection Plan, there was no Emergency Service fee, or any fee at all! Gerald determined the water heater needed to be replaced, and said he would return the next morning to replace it. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because he did not arrive at my house until 12:50 P.M. A phone call informing me of his late arrival would have been the right thing to do IMO. Once he arrived and started the replacement. all went smoothly, and I have the utmost confidence in the product installed and Reddi Services fixing any problems if they should arise.I highly recommend this company for any air conditioning or plumbing issues you may have. And, Gerald is my go-to guy for plumbing!

I had a washer that stopped delivering water. Reddi Services responded fast! About an hour after I called, Chris Shuck arrived at the house, quickly figured out the problem and even had the parts needed to do the repair on the spot. I am so impressed by the speed, professionalism and quality of the work. This company gets all of my plumbing and AC business from now on. Matt H. came out right on schedule to check out our AC unit. He said everything was fine, and even the capacitors were like-new. It's an older unit, and he cautioned about the condenser fan's age, but told us it was running fine now. It's nice to find an honest person in the AC business in Phoenix! We'll call again.
Our AC stopped working on a Sunday and of course I didn't know until I got home from work that afternoon. And we live in Phoenix, it's July. Our thermostat climbed to 90 degrees, and it was a cooler day in July. So I called our go-to, Reddi Services. And Mike the dispatcher got us a technician, Matt H., to come out that evening. Matt was personable, quick to diagnose the problem, and efficient at replacing the part. We had cool air within the hour of his arrival. I can't thank Reddi and Matt enough for helping us out!
And we were able to comfortably sleep that night!
After calling to make an appointment to check my air conditioning unit, I received a text with the name and picture of the technician coming to my home. Harold D was prompt, and had a friendly and respectful manner. He kept me informed of the repair process. I will recommend Reddi Services to my friends and neighbors.

The service tech never actually made it to my house.
I had originally scheduled the appointment on a Friday. The dispatcher called 1/2 an hour after the scheduled time to inform me that the technician was running late and could not make it to my house until 6:00pm. I decided to reschedule my appointment to the next day for the technician to arrive between 10:00am-12:00pm.
The next day at 12:30pm I called the dispatcher to find out why the technician hadn't yet arrived and I was informed that he was running late and that they would call me in the next hour or two. At 2:30 I called again since I hadn't heard back from them and was told that the technician would not be at my house for at least another two hours.
I decided to cancel my appointment at that time since I had already wasted a good portion of my day off waiting for a tech that never showed up.
While I can appreciate that things may go south unexpectedly on service calls I did not appreciate the lack of communication to their customers.

We had kitchen sink and laundry room sink water not going as it is supposed to run properly. We called and had MST Matt came. This guy was so knowledgeable he was kind and tried to help. Before I said we have a bad smell coming from the drain he mentioned. Thanks to Matt you were a true and honest guys in like my home Worenty On guard send us a company I think it was steller home service they were so lazy didn't want to work they said nothing was wrong with my plumbing. I never heard back from this company's management team again. Therefore I recommend you avoid this company and it's services unless you want to get ripped off and treated like you don't matter.
I had the very best plumber experience I have ever had!
There was a smell under my kitchen sink and a leak that prompted me to call a handyman. I spoke to a handyman that told me he thought I needed a plumber and was kind enough to text me his plumber's number. I called and was told they could send someone out the next day, which was a Saturday. That alone impressed me.
Matt Mattox came over the next day( I was also sent a text message with a picture so I knew who was coming, again a huge plus)! Matt was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He knew immediately what the problem was, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced(it was going on 20 years) Matt asked me if I wanted him to replace it or I can go buy one but he did have one in his truck. I opted to have him replace it. I also have an RO machine with about 8 filters that needed the filters replaced and he said he would try to do that as well even though they normally did not do that.
Matt was quick, extremely clean and even asked me when he was finished if I wanted him to put my things back under the sink. He stayed to make sure there were no leaks and to double check his work. He took all the garbage with him!
Matt told me all about a program they have that discounts all materials and labor and gives you two free inspections a year. If I purchased that program, with the discounts on the two things I had done that day and the discount on the garbage disposal, my final bill would actually be less! Of course I went for it.
I have never been so impressed with a company and with Matt Mattox.
I will always use Reddi Services for all my plumbing needs

Ben Aguilar at Reddi Services is our go-to guy. We know he'll show up when promised, be courteous, and get the job done. Recently we had Ben out to repair a hose leak on our hot water dispenser. He thought to replace the section closest to the heating unit with copper pipe so as to avoid a repeat of this problem. While under the sink, he found a small leak due to failed caulking on the sink basket. Ben replaced the rusted basket and recaulked. Will absolutely call Ben at Reddi Services next time.

I called Redi Services to fix a stopped up sink. Chris Groth was sent who did an awesome job, and helped explain my various options. I liked the service so much, that I decided to buy their A/C Maintenance plan. The only reason there are 4 and not 5 stars, is that there were scheduling issues when I called the night before and getting Chris out there. Not a deal breaker, and every call since then to schedule the A/C Maintenance has been perfect with great customer support. I'll create another review after the A/C Maintenance.
Chris G. stopped our AC condensation pan from flooding into our house. He also installed a shut off switch so that we don't have to worry about it flooding our house again. Chris did a wonderful job fixing our problem and we highly recommend him and Reddi Services.
Benjamin Aguilar is a rock star! I have had a pretty hard week. Windshield broke on my car, had to pay a ton of money because my house has termites, my dishwasher stopped working... then today all the drains in my two bathrooms clogged up... oh, and the toilets too. Nothing like having sh*t coming up the drain in your bathtub! I called two other plumbers who were completely outrageous on their prices. I am on a very tight budget so I don't have much to work with. Ben got here and quoted me a very reasonable price and got everything working super fast. He is the nicest guy also! If you need a plumber call him! He is great and a total life saver. I can really appreciate and kind understanding person and someone with integrity and Ben is that guy.

This company has got it all right! From setting up appointment with update of time, name of plumber with pic and bio. Very professional and upfront cost with options if plan A didn't work. Never an emergency fee or weekend...always same price. Did I mention they use drop cloths to ensure a clean area along with cover for snake to prevent any splatter across the kitchen! Yah very happy. After a not fun day with backed up toilet water all over bathroom and unable to use the washer, Chris came out and unclogged it and now we are back in business. Was efficient, picked the best way to unclog it without charging an arm and a leg and didn't make a mess. Now we're back in business!
So we were Blessed to get Benjamin Aguilar as our Reddi Heroes. He took the time to listen to our description and went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to us as he was doing it. Knowing our restaurant would be closed until he did the job, he was on a mission that he accomplished with swiftness. Thank you so much Benjamin. Our AC went out at 4pm. Chris was here by 6pm and found that there was a loose wire/connection. Service call charge was reasonable. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Reddi for plumbing needs in the past and have always been pleased with their work, professionalism, cost and the response time. So reliable, every time.
4 stars only because answering service failed to relay urgent message to service technician. Had to call again to make appointment. Service technician fixed my plumbing problems. Will use this company again.
Tech was awesome and therefore will go unnamed. Management policies corporate etc - 5 stars. So they hook you in with a free estimate then when they don't have your parts or any other parts on the truck that work ( aftermarket would have been fine) they soak you for an extra $75 to $150 for them to drive and get parts instead of just finding something that works 2 miles away. Complete scam started out amazing ended up a disaster.
I do not recommend their septic service. After offering to excavate the buried opening of the septic tank and installing a riser, they were a no show TWICE.

This is the worse company ever! My water heater went out on a Friday night and I contacted the company at 8 am on Saturday as they advertised weekend service. I explained my Rheem water heater tank went failed and it was still under the 6 year warranty. I then specifically asked if they had a unit in stock and it could be replaced that day. I was told yes they would put a unit on the truck and they would be out at 3 pm that afternoon. They then asked for the unit information which I provided. Just before 3 pm I get a call from the technician saying he heard I had a problem with the water heater and he would be by shortly. When asked if he had the replacement water heater on the truck he said no and then informed me that since it was under warranty it could not be fixed because the supply house that handles warranty items for Rheem closed at noon. I informed him that I spoke to the office at 8 am and was assured that a unit would be on the truck. The technician listen the representations the company made to me and to his credit tried to come up with a creative solution. The technician suggested they install a new heater and charge me the full amount and then credit me back the amount they were reimbursed from Rheem. Not a perfect solution but it was doable and I told him that I could do that. Ideal no, but at least he was trying to fix their misrepresentations. Ramon Torres, the technicians Supervisor, apparently rejected that idea and instead decided to offer me no solution and didn't care I had company coming in town and would have no hot water for showers, laundry or dishes. Being a business owner, if my employees handled a situation like this one was handled today, I would be embarrassed and have some serious customer service training. I would simply never consider calling this company again much less use or recommend them.
Having some water heater issues have this company a call, earliest availability was tomorrow to come out. But they called today and said a technician was in the area he arrived in fifteen minutes. His name is Gerald Schultz he was very helpful knowledgeable, he was very friendly and not out to make a buck. Just a quick fix that didn't need any major repairs. I highly recommend them and thank you again Gerald!! You're the best.

This company is a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the other companies out there! I live in a condo building and my downstairs neighbor began complaining that he was starting to get water stains on his ceiling of his garage from a leaky pipe connected to my unit. I initially called Reddi Services just to come out and conduct a leak search to target the exact problem so I could have my home warranty take care of it. This was my first encounter with Chris G. who was very friendly and worked with me on getting the search completed and gave me an invoice detailing the work that needed to be done. Long story short, the home warranty fell through and wouldn't cover the problem so I called Reddi Services and Chris G. was back out to fix the issue. He was once again very professional and thorough and generally cared about the issue I was having and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I will most definitely be using Reddi Services in the future for my plumbing and A/C needs. Thank you!

Gerald S did a great job, he was quick and polite. The spigot outside my house was dripping and the builders welded the spigot to the pipe. Gerald was nice enough to attach a threaded end when fixing the spigot. Such an improvement, very much appreciated!

Reddi plumbing is the BEST! My shower was leaking and wouldn't turn off. I called them and they sent the sweetest guy out (Bob). He capped off my shower and he is going to return tomorrow and fix the rest of the problem. I already know this is going to be my #1 go to company. Third time is a charm. Ben came back today and finished the toilet repair job I thought I was getting last week. Ben is a delight and very professional. I had a complaint after the first visit last week regarding incomplete service to my toilet. The fill valve needed to be adjusted and the handle, I had mentioned, was still broken. Ben returned and fixed the fill valve. I thought the toilet handle would also be repaired. Ben was embarrassed, but had to then inform me that the company does not stock his truck with handles. The company responded to my complaint and Ben returned today with the handle. It could have been very uncomfortable for both of us after he was here twice, but Ben was very gracious. Ben had the handle and all is well now. A relatively simple job, which became an unnecessary headache. If I have any complaint, it would be that the company needs to stock supplies for all makes and models or tell the customer, before they come out, that they do not have have supplies at the ready for all types of toilets. Ben was always polite and I could tell he wanted me to be a satisfied customer. I still fill the labor charges for small jobs such as these are ridiculous, but that is not Ben's fault, I'm certain. A handyman could have done the work, but I wanted an expert plumbing company and so I paid for it. But if Ben comes to your home, he will definitely try to please. Thank you for making things right for our home.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Reddi Services. I own an older townhome (built in 1964), and it was time to do some plumbing repairs. Chris came out to evaluate the situation. He was honest and up front that he had never worked on a configuration this old, and was unsure, so he was going to call in a seasoned supervisor to advise him. Chris gave an estimate, and scheduled a day for them to come back and complete the job. Right on schedule, Pepe and Chris, along with Brent arrived and began the process of replumbing my washer drain. Pepe was very knowledgeable about old style plumbing and was very honest, upfront and was very good at walking the guys through the analysis and repair. He took advantage of many teaching moments to encourage them to think through what was the best way or the next step. Pepe is genuinely old school when it comes to doing the job right- the first time. He took his time to do clean soldering, measuring cuts and wrapping pipes to prevent friction and wear from neighboring pipes. I am confident that this re-plumbing will last another 54 years. It is important to note- that they have seasoned professionals, ready and willing to assist and train the next generation. This ensures that when you need them again a few years down the road- you will have trained and reliable technicians.
While they were here, they also took a look at the mix-it valves in my showers. I was aware that finding a replacement valve was going to be a challenge since they don't make them out of brass anymore. Pepe was able to locate a local supplier, but once we broke down the costs, it would be less expensive to replumb the faucets. All parts are guaranteed for life, and all labor is guaranteed for 1 year. They cleaned up the areas they worked in, removing debris and parts. They don't have fancy advertisements on TV and Radio- so the savings are passed on to you. Their reviews on Yelp are true reviews and not created by a service as I noticed that many other plumbing companies use. It is amazing to feel this good and confident in calling in a plumber from Reddi Services.

We've been having problems with water backing up in out pipes. We called reddi services because they were listed on Angies List with very good reviews so we thought, why not? They came out, ran a snake and said that the problem was a broken pipe under our driveway. They came out again with a camera and snaked the pipes again and found exactly where the issue was. They went above and beyond by calling the city and telling them the issue (since it's on city property) and even saying that they'd wait if the city wanted to send someone out to look at the problem. City declined but Reddi Services offered us a fair estimate and we will definitely use them in the future.
Brent Sanderson was such a professional and very communicative! We have used Reddi in the past for our rental ,this time it was my home. He wore a mask ,gloves and booties and respected distance. Which made me feel comfortable being an asthmatic. No drama not out for an adjenda just smart and respectiful.

What a great company. I had an emergency at my rental property when a tenant took a shower on the second floor and water came flooding out downstairs through the ceiling. After a huge remodel project this was the last thing I wanted to hear. However, through a referral, I found Reddi. Not only do they not charge an emergency call out fee on a Saturday evening but they were quick to get to the scene because we had to shut off the water mains and electricity (since water spilled over outlets). My bill? About the same price as a leading competitor was going to charge me JUST for the call out fee! Reddi will get all of my future calls.
I had Brent Sanderson of Reddi Plumbing out last week to install a new kitchen faucet and get my water circulation pump functioning as it should. The install went smoothly, and he took the time to explain to me why my circulation pump wasn't working as efficiently as it should. He gave me options which I appreciated, instead of just doing a hard sell 'replace'. I would definitely request him in the future by name should I need plumbing service. Call Jan Ashford Plumbing in Phoenix, AZ (now Reddi Services) and Ask for Gerald! No matter what your plumbing problem, he will stay with it until it's fixed. We have had the house of plumbing nightmares in Phoenix and he has been prompt, works clean, and doesn't give up. He will also recommend some maintenance suggestions but he's not pushy, just honest.
Last week my son called another plumber, the plumber gave up and left without fixing the clogged drain!! Gerald came and worked at it until it was fixed. He will never give up on a problem. We've lived in Phoenix for many years and Jan Ashford Plumbing is top notch!
I was looking for a company to do our yearly A/C maintenance/check-up. A friend recommended Reddi Services. I called them and they were able to send a tech out the next day. Frank Mata was professional and told us we had the second best A/C unit on the market. We had purchased the house a year earlier, so we knew the unit was only a couple of years old. He said our condenser coils were pretty dirty, so it was a good thing we were getting our A/C serviced. Frank offered us a maintenance plan for a year that would include the day's service, a water heater drain in the fall and another A/C service next year. It was worth the price. We were very pleased and have found our A/C go-to company.

If you own a restaurant and are looking for reliable liquid waste removal, keep looking. I've only been using these guys for a few months but every time they tell me we're on the schedule something gets messed up. I understand stuff happens but what make it more frustrating is I never find out there's an issue from them, it's not until I call in that I found out what's going on. These people are the definition of unreliable, if you actually need something done I recommend going elsewhere.
We had roots growing in our main line, which blocked our water flow. Water , dirt, and roots backed up into our shower and tub. We called Reddi and scheduled a fix. Pepe came out and assessed the situation. The problem was that our clean-outs were buried. Pepe was able to locate the buried clean-outs, cut up all the roots in the line, and restore the flow within three (3) hours, not to mention in 100 degree weather. Amazing work! He's also building up the clean-outs so we never have to locate them again.

Chris Groth with Reddi Services was great, we had a gas leak needing repair, called for an estimate and Chris came out same day. Reddi followed up to schedule the repairs and Chris came out the following day. He was honest and precise with his work, he obtained the permit needed for the work needed, and also called the City to schedule the inspection. I had a routine tune-up performed on my three units by Frank Mata. He was very informative about my systems and their performance. I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of like I have with most service/repair man that I have hired in the past. Frank suggested an upgrade to our system, but didn't push us to buy anything or tell us we HAVE to have this upgrade for our system to work properly, like many do. Frank was very friendly and easy to talk with through the process. I have used Reddi Services in the past for plumbing and was equally impressed with their employees and service. I think I found my new AC/Plumbing company! :)
Ben Aguilar has been to our house twice now. He was honest about what repairs were necessary and give us a very good price. I'm so glad that we finally got our plumbing issues solved. I hope we don't have to call him again, but if we do I know that our house will be in good hands!
They replaced a water heater for me in Albuquerque. I later found out they did not pull a permit which is required. and I assume it was because they are not even licensed to do gas work they are only licensed in plumbing which by the way when I checked last week that was suspended. Now I can't get a city inspection which is required with out basically hiring a reputable, licensed and bonded company to pull a permit come out and do all the things that they didn't do so that the job would meet city code. Also if they do your gas work without pulling a permit and having a city inspection homeowners will not cover in case of a fire or explosion. Now they won't even return my phone calls to make it right. Legally they are not allowed to charge for doing work that they are not licensed in that field. I will be filing a complaint with Construction Industries in Arizona & New Mexico, also with the Attorney General's office and City of Albuquerque. Would like a refund to put toward the new expense of having a licensed company redo the work with a permit and an inspection

Called 8:00 am Saturday for drain cleaning said they would call when they were 30 minutes out, 4:00 no call so I called, your next! No call called 7:00 pm, your next! No call finally cancelled at 8:00 pm scheduled for 8:00 am Sunday. No show no call, called at 9:00 am, your next! But truck broke down they will call when someone on the way. Waisted all day Saturday waiting and got up at 6:30 am Sunday. Found someone else called and cancelled at 10:00 am, told they completely understand and sorry. Would not recommend!

He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for the repair. Upon getting the approval, Ben immediately went to work replacing the faulty cartridge. He had everything fixed and cleaned up before we knew it! As a welcome bonus, Ben even did the repair for BELOW his original estimate! We are very happy with Reddi Services and would highly recommend them to anyone for any and all plumbing needs!
Needed emergency plumbing services, and I called at 10:15 am. I called again 30 minutes later. Technician will call you. Just received a call at 1:15 pm. I had Roto-Rooter out, they cleared the line, and I have a restoration company here. All of this happened in-between the initial call to Reddi. Technician call back time stinks.

Called them Sunday afternoon (4/30/17) when our septic tank started to overflow. Left a message with a lady and she said she would get the message to the proper person. Well here we are Tuesday 5/2/17, and still have not received a call back. I thought 24/7 meant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I guess it only means it when they want it to. I am not impressed!
Gerald S. came to our rescue a couple Fridays ago. I was on my way out the door when I noticed water coming from the ground near our big tree. I called Reddi Services and they were the only company to send someone out within two hours of noticing the water line break. Gerald was honest, thorough, and trustworthy. He let me know exactly what the problem was and how it was to be fixed. He takes pride in his work and you can tell he enjoys helping customers. We had an evening emergency - all our toilets were overflowing in our bathrooms. Nightmare, right? We called Reddi Services, and Matt Matson came, conquered, and solved the problem - baby wipes clogging the main pipe. We could NOT find the main cleanout, which presented a HUGE issue, plus it was dark outside, which made finding the issue more difficult, but Matt used his experience to figure out another option, and he took care of our problem efficiently, professionally, and without a hitch. I recommend him without any hesitation.

They replaced my brother-in-laws complete septic system and have done other plumbing inspections and repairs for me as a realtor. Did a professional job.
I called over a week ago for a 2nd opinion. I had another well know company out and they could not fix issue. They were out 2 different occupations. There prices were tripple of this company. So Ben came out and I explained everything that went on and the issue that I was suppose to still have. Other plumbing company had 2 of there guys working around my sink where I could not see issue and took word there was still a clog in my kitchen drain. Ben said he needed to see issue for himself. Turns out drain was not clogged even though other company told me it was. So long story short Ben said he could not charge me since he did not do anything. Gave me all the numbers to call if future problems. I will most definitely call this company for any future plumbing issues. Hats off to Ben and his supervisor Ramon who I talked to for advice with my plumbing issues. Thank you

Discovered a water leak inside my garage wall which required shutting off the water. Called Reddi Services after reviewing them on Angie's List and spoke to Ken at 10:30 am. Ken checked the service area and said that he could have someone out after 2pm today. I received a text confirming the appointment. At 4pm, after not hearing anything, I again called and spoke to Ken. He assured me that someone would be out today. At 6 pm I received a call from Lori informing me that I was outside of the service area and no one would be coming out. I told her that I spoke to Ken twice and he assured me that I was scheduled today. She said that she didn't have the authority to schedule someone. I requested that she contact the manager, Chase G. and have him call me tonight. No call from Chase - what a surprised!
I highly recommend not using this company.

He provided me with a quote on TWO options for my work prior to beginning anything. Once he started, he was done quickly and left the area's cleaner when he left than they were before he got there. Jorge was very patient and respectful. Though we had a number of items on our to do list for him, he methodically went through and took care of each, stopping and explaining or discussing choices with us before moving on.
In the Master Bath there was a persistent leak that started up again after he left. We called and he came out the next day, found the problem, apologizing for the hassle and not catching it the first time.
Though it required a trip to the plumbing supply store for a part that's no longer in stock, he was able to tighten it to stop the leak, buying us more time until we have to replace the entire shower handle.
Pleasant, clean, respectful and cleaned up after himself.
Our backflow preventer was leaking and of course it was Mother's Day. Matt Mattox came to evaluate the situation and provided excellent service. Matt was thorough and provided professional and complete information that I could understand. I would highly recommend this company and Matt for sure.
Chris Groth and Justin came to my home to fix some plumbing problems. They were extremely professional and were able to solve all the problems in under two hours. I will always call Reddi Services when any kind of issues come up!

My showers were backing up so I found Reddi Services on here. They were able to come out the same day surprisingly since it's a Sunday. They sent Brent out to house within a hour or so of calling. I was extremely impressed by Dominic Hall. He was timely, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone responsible for hiring throughout most of my career, I know what a good, loyal employee looks like, and that is Dominic. Also, just dealing with Reddi generally was a treat, and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend. Dominic gives me hope in the younger generation. I hope Reddi takes great care of him, because any competitor would be extremely lucky to have him.
Tech Jorge Prieto-Moran was awesome. He quickly fixed three plumbing issues. He explained the repairs in detail. He was great!
Reddi Services was contracted to pump and inspect a septic system on a property we purchased. After several months in dealing with septic odor, we contact Reddi Services to obtain a copy of the tank inspection and asked if they could send someone out to help determine the cause source of the odor. Reddi Services never returned our calls and the did not forward a copy of the inspection report requested. We contacted an alternate septic service to determine the cause of the problem. The new contractor revealed that Reddi Services pumped the tank through a 4 pipe. They failed to open and drain the tank through the 18 main caps. The contractor removed both caps, to find that the first section was nearly full and the second section was completely full. The 4' pipe was cracked, which was determined to be the cause of the odor.
Reddi Services provided no assistance and claimed, there's no warranty for this! Pretty, (pun intended) crappy way to run a business!! Pay for a job they failed to do correctly and there is no warranty or refund offered! Find an honorable company that stands by their work, and is willing to make it right if there is a mistake made! It certainly is not Reddi Services!

I called up to have a toilet wax ring changed out on my 2nd story townhouse. I have changed out many of these and it is a quick and easy repair. The office said she didn't think it would be a very expensive repair. They came out and charged me $230 for 20 minutes worth of work and a $4. part. Yes, I told him to go ahead and do it because it had to be done. I felt like I was backed into a corner. That is excessive. What ever happened to plumbers that charge an hourly rate? I will never use them again or recommend them to my friends.
My shower drain was clogged and nothing I did unclogged it. Jorge Prieto-Moran was able to clear the drain with a snake in no time. Unfortunately he found that the pipe was broken. He came back the next week with Marco to investigate where the broken pipe was.
I couldn't be happier with their work. They were always kind and willing to answer any questions I had and explain in detail what the problem was. I had no trouble getting in contact with them and they were always prompt.
Thanks again for the great work.
We have only used them for plumbing and have been very happy with every service call. Pepe came out and determined why our toilet was overrunning and fixed it quickly and cleanly. We will definitely call them again if we need a good plumber.

All 5 stars! Reddi services has top-notch customer service along with quality of service. I have rentals and a home here in Scottsdale that they have serviced all of my properties. They are always courteous from the front desk phone to the service technicians who are always very communicative. I had a situation today with them today on replacing a faucet they took care of the situation as a quality business would. Kudos to Matt for going the extra mile to help me! I will continue using them and recommending them to all of my friends and neighbors.

Bob McKean and his team came in and communicated the issue and then laid out a plan of attack. We came to an agreement of the services, he quickly calculated a price, and his team implemented the solution with quality and attention to detail. I used Reddi Services for my other home. Pepe Munoz did a stellar job assessing the issue on my hot water heater, and even tried to save the old one with replacing a part, but in the end had to repalce it. Reddi also replaced my AC unit on that same house. This is a good repatable company that uses reason to find the newest rechnologies and applies the best solutions.

Twice now have had plumbing issues (separate problems), both times called Reddi Services and had Gerald S. come out to fix the problem, second time requested Gerald by name. He was professional, on-time, explained the issues and options to fix, and fixed the problems quickly and without any issues afterwards. It can be painful to find someone good, that you can trust, when dealing with plumbing issues. Gerald was awesome and I know who I'm calling if I need any plumbing services in the future.
Their friendly technicians Pepe and Juan came right to the house and went the extra mile to make sure my backed up sewer was properly cleared out and now it's flowing freely! Highly recommended!
Ben Aguilar at Reddi Services is our go-to guy. We know he'll show up when promised, be courteous, and get the job done. Recently we had Ben out to repair a hose leak on our hot water dispenser. He thought to replace the section closest to the heating unit with copper pipe so as to avoid a repeat of this problem. While under the sink, he found a small leak due to failed caulking on the sink basket. Ben replaced the rusted basket and recaulked. Will absolutely call Ben at Reddi Services next time.

This company is a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the other companies out there! I live in a condo building and my downstairs neighbor began complaining that he was starting to get water stains on his ceiling of his garage from a leaky pipe connected to my unit. I initially called Reddi Services just to come out and conduct a leak search to target the exact problem so I could have my home warranty take care of it. This was my first encounter with Chris G. who was very friendly and worked with me on getting the search completed and gave me an invoice detailing the work that needed to be done. Long story short, the home warranty fell through and wouldn't cover the problem so I called Reddi Services and Chris G. was back out to fix the issue. He was once again very professional and thorough and generally cared about the issue I was having and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I will most definitely be using Reddi Services in the future for my plumbing and A/C needs. Thank you!
Our AC stopped working on a Sunday and of course I didn't know until I got home from work that afternoon. And we live in Phoenix, it's July. Our thermostat climbed to 90 degrees, and it was a cooler day in July. So I called our go-to, Reddi Services. And Mike the dispatcher got us a technician, Matt H., to come out that evening. Matt was personable, quick to diagnose the problem, and efficient at replacing the part. We had cool air within the hour of his arrival. I can't thank Reddi and Matt enough for helping us out!
And we were able to comfortably sleep that night!

We had an emerging situation with two of our toilets (just an aging building), and Reddi Services was willing to work within our timeline. Travis came at the time promised, and got to work on what we asked. Turns out there was a lot more to the problem than we initially knew (but we suspected--the last handyman refused to even touch the problematic water shutoff). A few hours later, Travis skillfully negotiated the issues, fixed our plumbing, and did it with professionalism and a great sense of humor.

I called first thing in the morning and got a same day appointment. The office staff and Jorge, the plumber who came to fix our various plumbing issues, were all very professional. Pricing is reasonable and job was well done. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and would use their services again.

We've been having problems with water backing up in out pipes. We called reddi services because they were listed on Angies List with very good reviews so we thought, why not? They came out, ran a snake and said that the problem was a broken pipe under our driveway. They came out again with a camera and snaked the pipes again and found exactly where the issue was. They went above and beyond by calling the city and telling them the issue (since it's on city property) and even saying that they'd wait if the city wanted to send someone out to look at the problem. City declined but Reddi Services offered us a fair estimate and we will definitely use them in the future.

this review comes from a long time customer. I called them for air conditioning service. I have used them for over 10 years for plumbing.
our system started blowing warm air. The serviceman opened up the unit and the Freon was gone. So he recharged the system and put soap on some joints. He could not find the leak and asked me if I wanted him to use a sniffer. It was going to be almost $300 extra!!! What choice do I have!? You can buy a brand new sniffer for less than that. I was advised that he found the leak and the charge was going to be $1600, plus the $300 for the sniffer charge. They had me over a barrel and they knew it. I have friends in the business (not local) that said I was ripped off. I knew that. The only way I can fight back is to let others know and never use them again. I don't mind them making a living but it is wrong to rip people off.

I am very disappointed in Reddi Services. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have used them many times in the past with no issues. However, on March 20,, 2018 I called re: leaky shower valve. They set me up for service later that same day. I met the service person, Gerald, at my house around 11:20 a.m. (I am sure of the time because I looked at my clock at work before I left to go meet Gerald in order to estimate my arrival time to the dispatcher). Gerald had been to our house before to fix an outdoor faucet and had done a good job. He's personable, smart and efficient. When Gerald arrived I directed him to the bathtub and explained the problem. He noticed the leak, diagnosed it immediately, and told me he would also fix the slow drain in the same shower and replace the toe pop drain stop. I told him I would go to my room to change out of my work clothes. When I emerged less than five minutes later Gerald was no where to be found. I thought he was outside getting tools and parts from his truck, but I looked out the window and his truck wasn't there. He was gone for about 45 minutes to an hour. When he returned he turned off the water to the house and fixed the leak cleaned the drain, and installed the new top pop stopper. His labor was less than 1/2 an hour. I was impressed and pleased with his quick work, and asked him the price. He had not quoted the price to me before that point in time. The total bill was $693.44! I was shocked that he would charge so much for 1/2 an hour's work. He told me the parts alone were $200, which seems way to much for a tub stop and a rebuilt shower valve. So, he basically charged me $493.22 for 1/2 or labor. I paid him with a check without argument because I didn't want to get in an argument with him in my kitchen, and because my 13 year old son was home for Spring Break and I didn't want to put my son through a heated discussion which likely would have ensued had I questioned the bill. After Gerald left I called Reddi Services and informed the dispatcher of what happened. She was polite, and she said she would refer the matter to Gerald's manager. I then went to the bank and stopped payment on the check. I have owned three older homes in Central Phoenix over the years dating to 1994, and have used many plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc... over the years and have not had a similar problem, nor have I complained or questioned their bill. I believe I have a feel for the fair market price of these types of services, and what I was charged by Reddi Services was outrageous. My feeling is that the entire project, including parts, should have been no more than $200. I was told by the dispatcher that Gerald was going out of town and would be gone for several days. We agreed that the matter would wait until he returned. Stay tuned. It will be interesting to see how they respond to this situation. What a great company. I had an emergency at my rental property when a tenant took a shower on the second floor and water came flooding out downstairs through the ceiling. After a huge remodel project this was the last thing I wanted to hear. However, through a referral, I found Reddi. Not only do they not charge an emergency call out fee on a Saturday evening but they were quick to get to the scene because we had to shut off the water mains and electricity (since water spilled over outlets). My bill? About the same price as a leading competitor was going to charge me JUST for the call out fee! Reddi will get all of my future calls.

On 12/19 we called to have a line pumped out due to rocks. I had a plumber onsite waiting for them. Keep in mind I'm paying $125 an hour to my plumber.
We both spoke to Ken and explained exactly what we need and what's going on. We were told Pepe would be there and would pump the line out! Great!!! Hours pass and excuse after excuse then finally someone shows up with a shop vac.... REALLY???? He then gets on the phone with Donald who says tomorrow 12/20 someone with a pump truck will be there at 2pm. Ok no problem mistakes happen. So come Sunday I call to confirm my 2pm appointment and I'm told they are running 30 minutes behind schedule. Ok no problem I let my plumber know and he then plans to head over there. At 3pm I receive a call saying that the job they are working on is almost done and they will be there.. At this point I'm starting to realize this company is shady (no other way to put it). At 3:30 I am once again calling to find out what's going on. I very sternly tell them if they can't do the job please let me know so I can call someone else. The lady says no we are still coming.. By 4pm I've had enough after all I'm paying my plumber to stand around. I call the company back to find out what's going on. I assume I get an answering service because she has no clue what's going on then ask me if I need someone today!!! DUH LADY I HAVE A 2pm appointment! So then I call Donald who is rude, and a complete jerk! He tells me an emergency came up I said excuse me I have tenants with no toilet or shower. After your companies screw up yesterday and the urgency of this matter why was my emergency not handled? After he decided to use foul language I told him that he had cost me hundreds of dollars paid to my plumber. He cursed at me again so I told him I'm going to file a complaint with the bbb!

We called ReddiServices on a Saturday night, talked to Crystal who was very professional and explained that we had hired another so called plumbing company to fix our main drain clog and after 3 hours and leaving a complete mess, they still did not resolve the issue... Crystal said she could have a tech out first thing in the morning and was sure they could fix the problem... Jorge M. came out on time, very professional and stated if he could not fix it then no charge... Great customer service... 30 mins later the issue was resolved and Jorge cleaned up after himself, explained in detail what we needed to do and went over the charges thoroughly... What a GREAT employee and a GREAT company!!! Very highly recommended!!! Will never call another company except ReddiServices and Jorge again... Thank you so much!!!

My kitchen sink has drained slow for the two years since I've lived in my house. I tried the enzyme crystals, the vinegar... all the diy internet remedies out there. I finally got fed up and called my plumber. Love my plumber but they said to call Reddi because they can get there faster and do a better job. WHAT? They GAVE business away!! So I called Friday afternoon around 5, hoping they might still be open and I could try to set something up for the next week. With the 8am-8pm arrival window... you know what I mean :(( Instead they called within 2 hours to tell me they were on the way. Yay! Chris Shuck showed up, friendly, knowledgeable, ran this metal hose about a mile down my dirty drain and wa-la! Drain works! Nasty stinky sludgy mess came out (ewwww) but Chris just smiled and said he's seen worse. I 100% would use this company again and would trust Chris to do a great job. Luckily I have a 90 day warranty but I have a feeling I won't be needing it. Thanks Chris!

Found this place with the great reviews on Google. Well, they lived up to the hype!
Our kitchen sink was having draining issues, and we called them up, and Pepe and Bren came about 3 hours later.
They quickly figured out what was the issue, and fixed it, and gave us easy remedies if something were to happen again.
From beginning to end, everyone I interacted was great, friendly. Pepe and Bren didn't waste our time, and put in quality work at the same time.
If we ever have any plumbing or AC issues from now on, I know who to go to!

Discovered a water leak inside my garage wall which required shutting off the water. Called Reddi Services after reviewing them on Angie's List and spoke to Ken at 10:30 am. Ken checked the service area and said that he could have someone out after 2pm today. I received a text confirming the appointment. At 4pm, after not hearing anything, I again called and spoke to Ken. He assured me that someone would be out today. At 6 pm I received a call from Lori informing me that I was outside of the service area and no one would be coming out. I told her that I spoke to Ken twice and he assured me that I was scheduled today. She said that she didn't have the authority to schedule someone. I requested that she contact the manager, Chase G. and have him call me tonight. No call from Chase - what a surprised!
I highly recommend not using this company.
After purchasing a new washing machine, we decided to also replace the valves behind the machine,,,well, then we broke the solder on the pipes and now we have a pipe leak. It was Saturday around 2 p.m. and we needed it fixed ASAP since my husband works out of town and was leaving the next day. We called Reddi Services and Pepe was at our home in less than an hour and had everything fixed and replaced in about 20 minutes. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! No waiting and fixed the first time. Pepe was very polite & professional, we would not hesitate using this service again!
I had a problem with my washer flooding my laundry room as soon as the water started filling the machine. I prayed it was a hose problem that a plumber (Reddi Services known to me for years as Jan Ashford Plumbing) could fix rather than having to deal with an appliance repair person. Pepe showed up for our appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly, he concluded it wasn't the hoses or the drain but that it's a problem with the machine. He also recommended a different baffle for my insinkerator disposal, as long as he was here. So while he didn't (couldn't) repair the problem, he was very nice and knowledgeable. Just wish it had been something Reddi Services could have fixed. (That's the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.) Thank you, Pepe!
We got into a heck of a situation with another plumbing company, so our friends referred Reddi Services and we couldn't be happier with the turnout. Bob felt like a family member, always dropping by to see how things were going and chatting with us. My wife has been begging me to get the drain for the washing machine cleared/fixed for some time now :0 I decided to call Reddi Services at 1:00 in the afternoon and asked for an appointment (that day would be awesome if they could) and Pepe was at the house just an hour or so later. I also mentioned we were losing water pressure in the master shower. 2 hours later (that included him running out to find a part for the master shower) He was done and both were fixed. Was very polite, professional and more importantly made my wife and I feel at ease. Cleaned up everything he dirtied. I will certainly use them in the future and ask for Pepe by name. I called Redi Services to fix a stopped up sink. Chris Groth was sent who did an awesome job, and helped explain my various options. I liked the service so much, that I decided to buy their A/C Maintenance plan. The only reason there are 4 and not 5 stars, is that there were scheduling issues when I called the night before and getting Chris out there. Not a deal breaker, and every call since then to schedule the A/C Maintenance has been perfect with great customer support. I'll create another review after the A/C Maintenance.
I had Brent Sanderson of Reddi Plumbing out last week to install a new kitchen faucet and get my water circulation pump functioning as it should. The install went smoothly, and he took the time to explain to me why my circulation pump wasn't working as efficiently as it should. He gave me options which I appreciated, instead of just doing a hard sell 'replace'. I would definitely request him in the future by name should I need plumbing service. Brent inspires confidence and is a great representative of excellence in plumbing for Reddi Services.

Service Specialist Jorge Prieto-Moran was great. He showed up on time and completed the work quickly. He even knocked off $20 since it didn't take that long to fix. Win- win. Would recommend him and Reddi Services to anyone.
I called reddi services and told them I had a plumbing issue. Drain was clogged in laundry area and I had standing water. I needed this taken care of quickly as I was concerned with mold growing. They sent out a technician who was nice but didn't have the tools needed for the job. He told me to remove the water and dryer and call Reddi back and have them send out another technician with a drain machine. I called them back and let them know what I needed and never heard back from them. If you want your plumbing issue resolved I would recommend using another company.

Reddi Services recently addressed a blockage in our home septic system. The repair was made within two (2) hours of the initial service request. They also emptied our septic system tank. The service technicians were very courteous and professional. The work was completed as requested and with no issues. We have been customers of Reddi Services since 1997.

Justin Cook got our AC up and running and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is that he didn't have the part he needed on the truck so he had to come back the next day to finish the job which meant no AC overnight. But he was great!

Twice now have had plumbing issues (separate problems), both times called Reddi Services and had Gerald S. come out to fix the problem, second time requested Gerald by name. He was professional, on-time, explained the issues and options to fix, and fixed the problems quickly and without any issues afterwards. It can be painful to find someone good, that you can trust, when dealing with plumbing issues. Gerald was awesome and I know who I'm calling if I need any plumbing services in the future.
Called reddi air conditioning after our warranty company was giving us the run around for weeks on a repair cost. Matt H was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the estimate he wrote up for us to give to the warranty company. I would recommend this company and would like to thanks Matt H for his professional behavior. We have had two other companies out throughout this process and by for this one is the best.
Just had pepe and another very nice gentleman come and work on a leaky pipe under my toilet. They came out to my house within a half hour of me calling!! Once they were at my house they were very nice and quick! Pepe showed me when he was done and showed me the work he did and how everything works. Thanks again for such great customer service guys!
For plumbing services, Pepe Munoz, always does a great job for us here at Chamberlain Enterprises. He is very hard working, personable and does good quality work for us. Pepe is also friendly and explains everything he does in a very thorough and professional way. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a plumber!

I have been using Reddi Services/Jan Ashford for over 10 years now. They have always been honest and extremely reliable. This week I noticed my my hot water heater was leaking at 9:00 P.M. I called Reddi Sevices and Gerald Schulz was at my house within the hour. Since I recently purchased their Protection Plan, there was no Emergency Service fee, or any fee at all! Gerald determined the water heater needed to be replaced, and said he would return the next morning to replace it. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because he did not arrive at my house until 12:50 P.M. A phone call informing me of his late arrival would have been the right thing to do IMO. Once he arrived and started the replacement. all went smoothly, and I have the utmost confidence in the product installed and Reddi Services fixing any problems if they should arise.I highly recommend this company for any air conditioning or plumbing issues you may have. And, Gerald is my go-to guy for plumbing!
I called Reddi Services after getting a recommendation from my neighbor. I had a kitchen sink that was not draining. Pepe was able to respond that same day and figure out what this issue was. He said that based on his experience, the age of my home, what he found with the drain, a re-pipe of my drain would be necessary. He got to work and cleanly cut the concrete block outside my kitchen sink, re-piped the drain and made sure everything worked properly. He proceeded to ensure everything was clean before he left. Pepe did an excellent job and I will very likely see if he is available next time I have a plumbing issue at my home.

Chris Groth was the utmost professional, respectful and had exceptional customer service skills. Didn't waste a moment and got right to the problem with our kitchen sink not working correctly. Knew we were in good hands from the start. Made us feel confident and positive with his great attitude and passion for what he does. Fair, humble, trustworthy and honest in all ways. Affordable and fair which was worth it all!!! So organized and beyond impressive!!! We would suggest him and his company to all we know!!! Would add more stars if available!!!!

Reddi Services recently addressed a blockage in our home septic system. The repair was made within two (2) hours of the initial service request. They also emptied our septic system tank. The service technicians were very courteous and professional. The work was completed as requested and with no issues. We have been customers of Reddi Services since 1997.
Reddi Services was contracted to pump and inspect a septic system on a property we purchased. After several months in dealing with septic odor, we contact Reddi Services to obtain a copy of the tank inspection and asked if they could send someone out to help determine the cause source of the odor. Reddi Services never returned our calls and the did not forward a copy of the inspection report requested. We contacted an alternate septic service to determine the cause of the problem. The new contractor revealed that Reddi Services pumped the tank through a 4 pipe. They failed to open and drain the tank through the 18 main caps. The contractor removed both caps, to find that the first section was nearly full and the second section was completely full. The 4' pipe was cracked, which was determined to be the cause of the odor.
Reddi Services provided no assistance and claimed, there's no warranty for this! Pretty, (pun intended) crappy way to run a business!! Pay for a job they failed to do correctly and there is no warranty or refund offered! Find an honorable company that stands by their work, and is willing to make it right if there is a mistake made! It certainly is not Reddi Services!
We had roots growing in our main line, which blocked our water flow. Water , dirt, and roots backed up into our shower and tub. We called Reddi and scheduled a fix. Pepe came out and assessed the situation. The problem was that our clean-outs were buried. Pepe was able to locate the buried clean-outs, cut up all the roots in the line, and restore the flow within three (3) hours, not to mention in 100 degree weather. Amazing work! He's also building up the clean-outs so we never have to locate them again.
We love Reddi. Thanks for your work.
Benjamin Aguilar is a rock star! I have had a pretty hard week. Windshield broke on my car, had to pay a ton of money because my house has termites, my dishwasher stopped working... then today all the drains in my two bathrooms clogged up... oh, and the toilets too. Nothing like having sh*t coming up the drain in your bathtub! I called two other plumbers who were completely outrageous on their prices. I am on a very tight budget so I don't have much to work with. Ben got here and quoted me a very reasonable price and got everything working super fast. He is the nicest guy also! If you need a plumber call him! He is great and a total life saver. I can really appreciate and kind understanding person and someone with integrity and Ben is that guy.

Jorge was very patient and respectful. Though we had a number of items on our to do list for him, he methodically went through and took care of each, stopping and explaining or discussing choices with us before moving on.
In the Master Bath there was a persistent leak that started up again after he left. We called and he came out the next day, found the problem, apologizing for the hassle and not catching it the first time.
Though it required a trip to the plumbing supply store for a part that's no longer in stock, he was able to tighten it to stop the leak, buying us more time until we have to replace the entire shower handle.
Pleasant, clean, respectful and cleaned up after himself.

This company has got it all right! From setting up appointment with update of time, name of plumber with pic and bio. Very professional and upfront cost with options if plan A didn't work. Never an emergency fee or weekend...always same price. Did I mention they use drop cloths to ensure a clean area along with cover for snake to prevent any splatter across the kitchen! Yah very happy. Thank you Brent S and Cesar M!!!!!

On 12/19 we called to have a line pumped out due to rocks. I had a plumber onsite waiting for them. Keep in mind I'm paying $125 an hour to my plumber.
We both spoke to Ken and explained exactly what we need and what's going on. We were told Pepe would be there and would pump the line out! Great!!! Hours pass and excuse after excuse then finally someone shows up with a shop vac.... REALLY???? He then gets on the phone with Donald who says tomorrow 12/20 someone with a pump truck will be there at 2pm. Ok no problem mistakes happen. So come Sunday I call to confirm my 2pm appointment and I'm told they are running 30 minutes behind schedule. Ok no problem I let my plumber know and he then plans to head over there. At 3pm I receive a call saying that the job they are working on is almost done and they will be there.. At this point I'm starting to realize this company is shady (no other way to put it). At 3:30 I am once again calling to find out what's going on. I very sternly tell them if they can't do the job please let me know so I can call someone else. The lady says no we are still coming.. By 4pm I've had enough after all I'm paying my plumber to stand around. I call the company back to find out what's going on. I assume I get an answering service because she has no clue what's going on then ask me if I need someone today!!! DUH LADY I HAVE A 2pm appointment! So then I call Donald who is rude, and a complete jerk! He tells me an emergency came up I said excuse me I have tenants with no toilet or shower. After your companies screw up yesterday and the urgency of this matter why was my emergency not handled? After he decided to use foul language I told him that he had cost me hundreds of dollars paid to my plumber. He cursed at me again so I told him I'm going to file a complaint with the bbb!
Very unprofessional company no wonder most of their Yelp reviews look fake!!!

Call Jan Ashford Plumbing in Phoenix, AZ (now Reddi Services) and Ask for Gerald! No matter what your plumbing problem, he will stay with it until it's fixed. We have had the house of plumbing nightmares in Phoenix and he has been prompt, works clean, and doesn't give up. He will also recommend some maintenance suggestions but he's not pushy, just honest.
Last week my son called another plumber, the plumber gave up and left without fixing the clogged drain!! Gerald came and worked at it until it was fixed. He will never give up on a problem. We've lived in Phoenix for many years and Jan Ashford Plumbing is top notch!
Today, Jorge Prieto-Moran came out to help with a plumbing issue. He was on time and very friendly. He walked me through the issue and was able to fix it in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgable and helped to provide information on how to prevent this problem in the future. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future, he will be the first one to call. Love the great customer service!
I called on a Saturday after my hot water tank blew out. They dispatched a technician to come out and when Pepe arrived he jumped right in and diagnosed that a new tank was needed. He said if I picked one up one that afternoon that he would come back the next day and install it, which he did, on Sunday. Pepe is a great technician and very knowledgeable. Very efficient. I was so fortunate to have Met Pepe. When I need a Plummer that is who I will call Reddi Services and Pepe.
