We had a few small around the house items that needed looking at and called another larger plumbing business first.  After an $8K bid, we went looking for a 2nd opinion and called Kevin which we are so glad we did!!!  For around $300, we had everything fixed and he even took care of a sink faucet in the house that was loose just because!  He was nice, efficient and skilled!  Easy to work with and very reasonably priced and just got the job done (and well!).  Everything is back in running order now and we will tell everyone we know to use Kevin's Classic Plumbing!  Definitely recommend!

I needed a new garbage disposal installed.  Kevin gave me the lowest estimate (all quoted the same unit), worked me into his schedule within 2 days, did the install in about 30 minutes, and is honest and very trustworthy.  If you have ANY plumbing issues call Kevin!  You will be very happy!  Thanks Kevin!

I found Kevin on a whim. I have three rental properties in Scottsdale. I now live out of state. Whenever anything happens with the plumbing, he is always quick to respond via text. He works directly with my tenants on scheduling and is very reliable, even when he's busy.

He's snaked all of my lines, repaired kitchen plumbing issues that required block masonry work and he's installed fixtures and appliances at all three of the properties.

Most importantly, he always tries to save money by fixing things before replacing them. I have a short list of contractors that I lean on when problems happen and Kevin is the only plumber I call. A+ service. A+ pricing. A+ reliability.

Kevin is a lifesaver!  He is super smart, strong work ethic, and reasonably priced. We have a few rentals over in the Scottsdale area and when our tenants have an issue- we have them call Kevin (he goes to the rescue!). Kevin is always quick to reply and he cares about our tenants and units as though it's his own home. I mean, come on- who does that anymore!

Well based on the previous 5 star reviews I hired Kevin for a leaky tub faucet.  I even waited 3 days til he was available.  I wanted a rough estimate and Kevin said $75 plus parts as long as everything went smooth.  He needed to change out the cartridge which he had with him but the faucet pieces were corroded and also needed to be replaced.  He said he had it all with him for another customer but that it would be $80.00. I thought that sounded high so he called to get the price for the cartridge and said it was going to be $41 and if he needed to go to Home Depot (about 3 miles away) it would be another $25.00 plus the faucet pieces.  I've never had a plumber do this before so I said I would go get it and put the faucet on myself. He quickly showed me how.  It took about 15 min. total for him to do his job.  The faucet at HD was $12 and cartridge was $38. so a total of $52 not $80 as he had said.  When I got back I couldn't get the faucet on so then drove to Osborn Plumbing Supply who showed me how to put it on correctly. The cartridge there is $37.00.  When I went back to put the faucet on realized Kevin put the cartridge  in backward and hot and cold was reversed.  I texted Kevin all of this and how unhappy I was that this took me so much time and that he wanted to charge an additional $25 to get a part.  He said he had to charge for his time and that he is less than the big plumbing companies.  This is not so.  A large plumbing company charges retail for parts and has them on their truck and if not doesn't charge extra to go get it.  Osborn Plumbing Supply said they charge $95 per hour labor.  Kevin did offer to come back to reverse the cartridge and make it right but now I don't care and will just live with it.  Me personally hire these independent guys to save money.  I disagree that he is cheaper from my experience and would rather go with a reputable company for the same money and not have to do some of the work myself.  The only thing I agree with on the other reviews is yes Kevin is very personable, but this is really not important.  It is the work and price for it that matters.  I am writing this review so others are not deceived by all the 5 star reviews and don't wait 3 days for a plumber to come out and not do 5 star work.  Oh and he charges 3% more for credit cards.

OMG, I was referred to Kevin's Classic Plumbing after several  REALLY BAD plumbing experiences with multiple plumbers my landlord called in for service. Finally fed up I reached out on my own. So glad I did.
Kevin and Brian are polite, courteous, clean, friendly and they know their stuff. Theyll work on it til right!

Prices are reasonable and they aren't cheats. Refreshing these days to find someone honest  who knows their work.

I discovered Kevin at least seven years ago.  He has always been courteous, prompt and fair and the quality of his work is excellent.  Most recently, our garbage disposal was leaking badly from the bottom of the tank.  He found out  the unit had worked loose over several years and water was getting in from the sink.  He removed it, cleaned it up and bolted it back on, saving us the cost a new unit.  The next time you need a plumber, I highly recommend Kevin.

I needed a plumber so I called Kevin's plumbing service to fix a smell in my bathroom, inspect/fix the house for low water pressure issues,I was having and he also looked at the cost to install a water softener. In addition to that, he checked out a video of my front yard sewer line that a Locating Service had provided me from escrow inspections (recently purchased the house) --- Kevin spent almost two hours at my house, walking through the various issues, talking through all of the costs and estimates for the water softener install and even taught me how to do a few things on my own. He explained what he saw in the sewer line video and provided some advice on how best to live and deal with it in the future. Most importantly, Kevin located the problem with the smell in my bathroom (I thought it was the shower drain) but it was from a poorly installed wax ring under my toilet. I cannot tell you how relieved I was that he fixed this problem. Ever had sewer gas seeping into your master bathroom at night? Horrible! He also located a problem with the toilet filler/flow valve(?) and it was a cheap and easy fix. He walked me through the repairs and explained the how/what/why of what he was doing. I will definitely be calling Kevin in the future for my plumbing needs because he was honest, friendly, and professional -- most importantly he didn't give me a laundry list of stuff that needed to be fixed just to rack up the bill. After having a plumber at the house for over 2 hours, one might expect a $200-$300+ bill.... NOT EVEN CLOSE! Thanks Kevin!!!

We hired Kevin to help with a pipe that was botched by a landscaper.  He came over the same day and fixed it fairly quickly.  He is very knowledgable and honest and very reasonably priced.  He did a lot of major bathroom work for my sister also and she only has wonderful things to say about him.

I recently moved into a new home and I was having problems with the toilet in my kids bathroom. I was ready to purchase a new toilet that wasn't cheap...(I was sick and tired of plunging the old one- I am trying to spare everyone the gross details!) Two boys sharing a bathroom... You get the idea!
Anyway, Kevin was referred to me by my friend. I told him my issues and I insisted that that the old toilet needed out and I wanted a Toto installed. He was very accommodating and we set up an appointment.
I unable to be at the appointment because of work, so my mother agreed to meet him at my house. To make a long story short,Kevin said we did not need a new toilet.
He proceeded to show my sons how to use the toilet properly and we haven't had a problem since.
Instead of taking advantage of my situation like some would... Kevin was so honest and went above and beyond. I definitely would recommend Kevin... And I have dealt with some real rip offs! I didn't get to meet you in person and thank you Kevin, but you will be hearing from me when my next plumbing issue comes up. Thanks again for your honesty!

Kevin is great! He was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. He came to fix my clogged shower and while he was here he checked a toilet that has been running for some time. The parts had been degraded and he went to grab the parts we needed same day to replace it. No more running! While he was here our pest control guy spotted a leak and I asked Kevin if he could check it out. He turned off the water to the landscaping and the leak has since stopped. He showed me the water pressure level and how high it was. He is coming to put a water pressure regulator on it for us. I know there are plenty of plumbers out there but Kevin is your guy!

First off I want to say Thanks Kevin!  He worked me in today because I had a sewer line back up.  He gave me  a quote with all of the hypothetical scenarios.  As he started the work he would check back with me to make sure I knew what the progress was and if we needed to add one of the scenario charges.  He was very professional and true to his quote.  If you need a plumber he is definitely your guy.

My experience with Kevin could not have been better. His service was fast and professional and actually came in $100 under his quoted price - which was good to start with. So happy I found a great plumber in the area.

Commitment to follow-up may be the best guide to the quality of a service business, and a recent experience w/Kevin & crew reinforced even more than my original review (2/2/17) why his Classic Plumbing could easily be renamed Classy Plumbing. Again we needed new R-O filters installed, and the job went fine 'til they discovered 1 of the new filters I ordered from the system's manufacturer had a crack at the top. No problem with Kevin: said they'd return once I had the replacement, and at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Got new filter in a week, Kevin's main assistant Brian popped over, installed it, and we were all set. A few days later I noticed icemaker wasn't making ice. Thought it was a frozen tube in the icemaker, so tried the hair dryer thaw trick, but no help. Was going to replace icemaker and then it hit me that maybe the valve coming off the R-O going under floor to the icemaker hadn't been turned back on. Not sure I could figure out which one, I notified Kevin and the answer was: no problem; we'll swing by and check it out, which they did a couple days later. They found the valve, opened it up, and Icemaker is now perfect. Thanks, again, Kevin-you're on our speed dial when we next need a plumber!

Kevin replaced an old drain for the clothes washer. This was a small job in an old house and it got complicated. His work is professional and done in a timely fashion. We will call him again when we need a plumber and we will recommend him to our friends.His price was good, too. I shopped it before I set the appointment.  He's also a nice guy who likes dogs.

Kevin replaced a sewer line on one of my rental properties.  He was straight forward to work with.  He provided a fixed quote and stayed right at that quote - far below larger plumbing chains.  He was thoughtful and helpful about how the work would best get done and how to meet my tenants needs as he was working.  I'd recommend Kevin's services for folks that are looking for a competitive bid and good work.  Kevin can look forward to more business from me.

Had a late night plumbing emergency last night. Called a friend who recommended Kevin's Classic Plumbing. Within an hour the plumber was at my home repairing my problem. At 10:00pm my water was back on with kids taking showers, toilets being flushed, and my wife was talking to me again. Sounds great right? Get's even better! The price they charged me for the after hours repair was the most reasonable ever. Last but not least he was a heck of a nice guy. Kevin's Classic Plumbing will be my plumbing company for both home and work from now on.

On another note... I had called one of those companys that advertise on TV all day long. They were not able to come out last night and when they did call me they indicated that it was probably not something they could fix and would most likely require a two man crew. Thanks Parker & Son's.

Pricing was competitive.  Everyone that I talked to quoted me roughly the same price .  All said and done, it really came down to how much my time was worth.  I would highly recommend using Kevin again and will refer him to anyone that is looking for great service.  Will keep him in mind for our future projects.

Kevin's plumbing is definitely the guy to hire. We found Kevin through YELP and BBB of AZ. He was highly rated, so we decided to choose him after our last plumbing crew ended up costing us a fortune.

We had originally scheduled Kevin to come out and clear a drain for later in the week. However, this changed when the next day our drains began to back up with gunk from the drains. I immediately reached out to Kevin for help, he had a big job on another site and promise to come after hours to fix our drain. Kevin showed up even when I'm sure he was exhausted from previous job. He was polite and friendly and extreme knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the problem and solved our drain problem within the hour. He was patient with our questions and explained everything step by step. His prices were fair and far cheaper than the big plumbing guys on YELP. Support your local business! I reached out to Kevin in a moment of panic.  My very handy husband couldn't figure out our plumbing situation when we were ripping out our kitchen and needed to have the cabinets out today.  He came over after all of his other calls were done for the day, despite I'm sure wanting to get home, to help us out with our issue. Installed water softener. Quote was so much more reasonable than two other companies.  Install was efficient- even made some small upgrades to older plumbing that unit tied into so as to assure for a system that will work at 100% for years to come.

He showed me the water pressure level and how high it was. He is coming to put a water pressure regulator on it for us. I know there are plenty of plumbers out there but Kevin is your guy!

I reached out to Kevin in a moment of panic.  My very handy husband couldn't figure out our plumbing situation when we were ripping out our kitchen and needed to have the cabinets out today.  He came over after all of his other calls were done for the day, despite I'm sure wanting to get home, to help us out with our issue. He was extremely responsive throughout the day while we were chatting about when he could get over, and when he did get there, he did a great job of walking us through what he was doing and why. He was incredibly quick and affordable.  We will definitely be using him the next time we need a plumber!

Kevin's plumbing is definitely the guy to hire. We found Kevin through YELP and BBB of AZ. He was highly rated, so we decided to choose him after our last plumbing crew ended up costing us a fortune.

We had originally scheduled Kevin to come out and clear a drain for later in the week. However, this changed when the next day our drains began to back up with gunk from the drains. I immediately reached out to Kevin for help, he had a big job on another site and promise to come after hours to fix our drain. Kevin showed up even when I'm sure he was exhausted from previous job. He was polite and friendly and extreme knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the problem and solved our drain problem within the hour. He was patient with our questions and explained everything step by step. His prices were fair and far cheaper than the big plumbing guys on YELP. Support your local business! Had a late night plumbing emergency last night. Called a friend who recommended Kevin's Classic Plumbing. Within an hour the plumber was at my home repairing my problem. At 10:00pm my water was back on with kids taking showers, toilets being flushed, and my wife was talking to me again. Sounds great right? Get's even better! The price they charged me for the after hours repair was the most reasonable ever. Last but not least he was a heck of a nice guy. Kevin's Classic Plumbing will be my plumbing company for both home and work from now on.

On another note... I had called one of those companys that advertise on TV all day long. They were not able to come out last night and when they did call me they indicated that it was probably not something they could fix and would most likely require a two man crew. Thanks Parker & Son's.

We had a few small around the house items that needed looking at and called another larger plumbing business first.  After an $8K bid, we went looking for a 2nd opinion and called Kevin which we are so glad we did!!!  For around $300, we had everything fixed and he even took care of a sink faucet in the house that was loose just because!  He was nice, efficient and skilled!  Easy to work with and very reasonably priced and just got the job done (and well!).  Everything is back in running order now and we will tell everyone we know to use Kevin's Classic Plumbing!  Definitely recommend!

Kevin is a lifesaver!  He is super smart, strong work ethic, and reasonably priced. We have a few rentals over in the Scottsdale area and when our tenants have an issue- we have them call Kevin (he goes to the rescue!). Kevin is always quick to reply and he cares about our tenants and units as though it's his own home. I mean, come on- who does that anymore!

Installed water softener. Quote was so much more reasonable than two other companies.  Install was efficient- even made some small upgrades to older plumbing that unit tied into so as to assure for a system that will work at 100% for years to come.
