It bothers me that so many companies are just out to make a fast buck, says Mingle, with little thought for the long-term customer relationship. My goal is to keep my customers for a life-time, even if it means making sacrifices for them in the short-term... I want them to pick up the phone and know that I'll be there to do the work-on time and on budget, and they'll be treated like family-not just a one-time customer.

When I called in they were very nice and was able to send out a plumber the same day and also give us a quote over the phone.
The office will email you a short video of the plumber who will be arriving with their experience. Very good feature to have.

Alex was our plumber and he was very nice and went over and beyond. He worked very efficiently and quickly.  

I'm so glad I found them on yelp. I definitely recommend them. They seem to be true and honest.

Team member Anthony Limon was awesome! He arrived before we expected (we were out running an errand), and we found him already at work on the problem. Anthony's easygoing personality was apparent from the start (he joked that our barking dog had given him instructions to get started on the job), and he had our water back on quickly. He was also a great source of information: showed us where our water and sewer lines ran and gave us tips on what to look for to avoid future problems. All in all, a thoroughly knowledgeable, professional and pleasant guy to work with. We'll be asking for him again next time we need plumbing help.

Moon Valley Plumbing is fabulous, George the plumber was so professional, he was right on time and started investigating the mysterious water flooding in the ground floor bathroom of our condo.  Using a camera was the best money spent, he discovered humongous tree roots that had busted through the pipe, I got a copy of the video and sent it immediately to HOA mgmt. and they had it fixed as soon as he left, there is much more work to do and they owe me money, but at least we know now the gigunda old Eucalyptus tree roots on the common area grew into the pipe and busted into the condo bathroom.  Moon Valley Plumbing is the best in the valley!

Reached out to this company because of the good reviews. I tried to inquire how much it would cost to install a kitchen sink. They could not tell me over the phone. Nor could they schedule me at that time because their system was down. Their system being down happens. What is concerning is they want to charge me $39 to come out, when they are able, to tell me how much they are going to charge me. I understand as a business owner you give can give a lot of quotes and not get the business. But If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn a customers business. Charging a unfair price to give a price is not the answer or a good business practice.

Excellent experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Greg who was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He immediately dispatched Kenny to our home. Within a couple hours our plumbing problem was history and the pricing was more than reasonable. Kenny was so great to work with, explained everything thoroughly and got to the problem quickly. So many times when you need something done quickly I feel it provides an opportunity for companies to take advantage customers. Not in this case. I'm so happy with the whole experience I'll only use Moon Valley Plumbing moving forward and will recommend them to my clients.

George was assigned to fix my leaking pipe in my back patio. He explained the issue and was in and out pretty quick. Cost was more reasonable then expected. Great service overall. Will be using them in the near future.

Amazing, Fast and Prompt service. Very professional plumber. Jody arrived at the time promised. Removed his shoes before entering the home and cleaned up everything after himself. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Horrible scheduling: I had two appointments: I was called to reschedule them twice due to their last minute conflicts:  No biggie but one I scheduled off and lost 5 hours of work.  Then when I had an appointment on a Saturday, Tech called and said he has on McDowell rd and nothing happening and wanted to head up to my place (North Peoria):  i said I had my Daughters Soccer game but sure go ahead and come up and I'll be home in 45-60 minutes.  Well after about 30 minutes the Tech called and had an emergency call and had to push me once again.  3 times. No RESPECT for their customer except for their internal contract customers. Go Elsewhere: 1 phone call to ASAP plumbing and they quick to respond and was about about $50 cheaper than Moon Valley estimate.

The crew (Kenny and Cole) who installed our sewer line clean out drain did a great job. Took the time to advise us and sort out exactly where to install the drain which was a serious issue because it would be so close to our outdoor entertaining area. Kenny even got some heavy brass outlet covers that looked great so we wouldn't have to look at industrial plastic caps. They showed up on time on the day of installation and took care to work around the landscaping crew that was there on the same day installing a BBQ island. Cleaned up everything and waited until we could come out to look everything over before leaving. Very reasonable prices compared to the 3 other quotes we got.

The most unprofessionalism I have EVER encountered. I've never left a review but this is just sick.

One of the employees came in and put his camera snake in my house because we had a backup in my kitchen. He got his camera stuck and we later found out the warranty that sent him wasn't going to pay for the repair (about 3k). Their first comment was, well we have to get our camera out it's 10 thousand dollars. What?? What about my plumbing (not caring at all)?

I finally got the insurance to approve so they came in the next day and said they would fix the broken pipe. Throughout the whole time George was saying that what I pay my insurance doesn't even cover him coming out here and that they weren't getting paid. He said he was doing us a favor. I'm sorry, but if moon valley doesn't pay its employees you don't have to take it out on the customer and bring up the charges for everything every 5 seconds. And they WERE getting paid because my insurance confirmed it. Well, he fixes the broken pipe (in reality he really just gets his camera out and pretends to fix the pipe). He never tested to see if it was fixed before adding cement. He adds on cement. We turn on the sink and then water starts gushing through the cement of the section they just worked on into my living room. I called and guess what....THEY DONT CARE! Why? Because they got their camera.

They care more about the camera than their customers. They dug a hole in my living room, got their camera and fixed nothing. NOW they want to charge me to come fix it. Seriously, the WORST company ever. Save yourself a headache and don't choose moon valley and if you do then make sure you DONT GET GEORGE. He is rude and talks down to clients when they question his work.

Courteous, prompt, honest and fair fees.  I called this company and they had  Mo to my house within an hour.  He was courteous, and diagnosed and repaired the problem right away.  Definitely will make this company my plumber.  They deserve 10 stars!!!

5:30 Friday afternoon....  says they are open 24hrs.....   they answer the phones but after hours and weekends are considered an emergency.  Can you call back on Monday....NOT

To say I am happy with this company is an understatement.

I called yesterday inquiring about having 2 new toilets installed.   A friendly, upbeat woman told me that Jason would be out this morning between 7AM and 8:30 AM to give an estimate.  There is a $39.95 charge for the estimate, which would be refunded if they did the job.

Jason called at 7:00 AM and said he was on his way.  He took a look at the job, did some figuring and quoted a fair price.  I asked him when he could start.  He said Right now!

Jason is a young, energetic guy with a likeable demeanor.  He got right to work and finished a great job in about 3 hours.  He not only did the install, he carted both commodes from my SUV into the bathrooms, hauled away all of the old toilets and new boxes and cleaned up after himself.  I also received a military discount (it might have been a senior discount - I don't remember).

Very professional, very reasonable, great work ethic.  Look no further for your plumber.

We hired Moon Valley Plumbing to redo all of the plumbing in our house. They came to our house and did a free consultation and we had them scheduled by the end of the next week.

We had an urgent need for a plumber (on a Sunday morning no less) because our Moen shower faucet failed and would not shut off. Anthony arrived at our house about an hour after we spoke and immediately took care the problem. This is the second time I've used their services without an issue.

Here I go again praising this company for their professionalism and service.  I have to again say that it is always a pleasure to work with Anthony who is an amazing asset to your company.  I have always requested him and he is well worth the wait.  Trust me you will find no better.  I say this because he has been here several times with all the plumbing issues I have had and I am so grateful to have found a professional who cares about his quality work that he has cone each time.

Would highly recommend!! My toilet over flowed, I called them and they said someone could be at my house in 45 minutes. The technician called about 10 minutes later saying he could be here in 5. He explained everything to me so that I understood what he was doing and what the problems could be. He was very nice, professional, and personable. He also fixed the problem very quickly and for a good price. I will definitely be using them again.

Thankfully we're usually able to do some light plumbing work ourselves but on New Year's Eve we ran into trouble with our bathroom sink cold water valve. Seemed like every plumber was super busy around this time and the next appointment we could get was for 1/7. Everyone I worked with to set the appointment and check on some things was so friendly and helpful!! Mark S (the plumber who came to do the work) was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and did excellent work! We highly recommend Mark and Moon Valley Plumbing! Thanks so much for getting everything fixed up for us! Next time we need some plumbing work done we'll be calling again!

So you use a service to help you in the time of need. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter Service in Phoenix was 5 star all the way. From my first interaction with Greg in Dispatch, to my interactions with my service tech, Dan Hubbard.  Everything was explained and detailed in a genuine manner. Work was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up put back better than they found it.
Before I called these guys this is what I did...as I helped make thing worse. Kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine all backed up (big mess) I went to home depot, rented a snake, had the gloves on, and went to work thinking I was saving money!  No it didn't go well, tried use the sake under the sink, I was being cautious and took all of the aggressive tool attachments off the snake so I would not mess things up.  A no go. I then went to the clean out side of the house and began working it thru the black sewer plumbing of the house, it got really tough to hold on to. I hung in there and then it got easier. I had freed up the clog, NO, I had pushed the simple snake thru the pipe, cracked it at the foundation in the wall and broken thru and made a hole in the dry wall, clog not fixed, under sink plumbing cut off and gray sewage water everywhere..
The reviews are true if you do the research. They are the right plumber! Old school customer service, at fair price. Dan and I even spoke by cell phone afterwards and he made some suggestions about preventative enzymes to use and what not to use.

Called for an estimate to replace garbage disposal.  Jason gave me a quote over the phone, btw George Brazil and Chas Roberts would not without coming out and a service fee.  Jason came the same day finished the job.  Great work I would highly recommend for any plumbing work.  Thank you Jason.

We recently had our spare bath enclosure remodeled and had a difficult time trying to install new hardware. Alex came to look at the issue and found that the handles didn't fit because the valve in the wall was not long enough. He was able to narrow down the fact that our new tile was much thicker than the old tile, causing the hardware to fit properly. Because the plumbing was so old, Alex did his best to track down proper fittings for us but was unable to as they just didn't make what we need. He made calls, stopped at different supply stores and had no luck. However, through creativity, he was able to provide a better solution that worked perfectly and made it work! Everything is tight and solid and well-sealed, it was a very professional job. Alex is a life-saver, I really thought we might have to rip out the remodel and either have new plumbing put in or get an entirely different and thinner tile. I cannot say enough about his attitude, professionalism and the beautiful job he did for us. Thank you Alex!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team over at Moon Valley Plumbing. They made an unfortunate situation bearable. And that is what you want in a contractor when something in your house breaks. Because who needs added stress? I know I don't.

It began with a hissing noise in the wall between my master bedroom and master bath. By the time I acknowledged there was a potential plumbing problem, about 12 hours had elapsed. After localizing the hissing sound, my roommate and I pulled apart the drywall to discover one of the copper pipes inside the wall had sprung a leak. Everything was soaked, and this was at 10pm on a Sunday night. He was able to temporarily stop the leak, but the damage had been done. I went to bed and when I awoke, I started looking online for a plumber with good ratings. And that's when I decided to try Moon Valley.

I called them bright and early and was greeted by Pam. She explained to me that they'd do their best to fit me in, but that it was Monday and that tended to be a busy day for them. She might not get me in till later in the day, but she assured me that they'd definitely be there. So, I thought, alright, what can I do, but wait. Not 5 minutes later, she called back and told me a tech named Alex would be en route around 9 am.

At 9:06 Alex called to confirm our appointment and was at my house by 9:30. He came in and I showed him the damaged pipe. He listened and was honest about what needed to be done and I thought he gave me a fair price for the work that was to be done. He also set me up with a restoration company that has been helping me through the claims process with my insurance company.

Alex was friendly, professional, and made sure to let me know what he was doing each step of the way. And when a secondary leak popped up after the initial fix, the whole team was there to help me out.

Moon Valley Plumbing probably helped save me a lot of money. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgable. And most likely, they've probably gotten themselves another customer for life....Me!

I had an emergency toilet leak and Anthony came out. I did not know how extensive it was until we removed the toilet. The seal not only was not sealed properly but the flange was rusted. Anthony did a perfect job. This company is so reliable and the prices are reasonable. I love this company.

Needed to add a clean out on the family house in central phoenix - called Moon Valley Plumbing.  They were really fast to respond and did a great job on the install of the clean out.  Alex was the Plumber - very nice guy that really did a great job.   He showed me some items to keep an eye on going forward and explained some preventative steps I could take on my own to avoid some problems in the future.

2nd time we've used Moon Valley for Plumbing issues, the first was washer line valve replacements and yesterday was for water heater issues. Two different plumbers and both were excellent. Communication, work performed and clean up were great.
I plan on calling them again when I need any plumbing service.

These are the guys you want to do business with. They're fast, fair and know their stuff. Pam sent out a plumber right away and even sent a video of him first. Junior showed up, diagnosed the issue and rather than replace the whole valve was able to just replace the defective parts inside the valve and save me lots of money. The supply house didn't have the kit, so he bought the whole valve, used the parts needed and charged me for the parts only. Amazing.

Today Moon Valley replaced my water main.  Crew was on time and on budget.  No unpleasant surprises.  Ryan and Jason were the technicians, very professional and polite.  Most importantly they were obviously experienced and skilled at their craft.  I am an experienced tradesman and have been on thousands of job sites, Moon Valley Plumbing is a company I highly recommend.

Beware - I got ripped off. toilet repair cost they $225 a new toilet is only $100. The parts pack is only $20 at HD. This was a gouging. They didn't even quote me just did work. Beware and educate yourself.

We were having a slight leak around the toilet in the guest bath. Nothing major but we knew it needed to be addressed sooner than later. A friend of mine recommended MV Plumbing.

I always rented apartments in the past and called the landlord when something needed to be repaired so this is my first experience with a plumber. I was given a window of 12-2:00. Dallen showed up 20 minutes early and everything was resolved in under an hour. As far as the cost goes it seemed a little high to me, but given the fact it would have taken my husband 3 straight days to repair after watching countless hours of YouTube videos I guess it's money well spent.

Our water heater decided to burst the same day I was heading out of town. I called Moon Valley Plumbing at 7:00AM, was told they would have a technician to our house between 8:00 to 10:00am. I received a text that our technician was on the way before 8:00am. Our technician Anthony arrived before 8:30am!! Anthony was beyond awesome, he was totally professional, answered all our questions, and the work he did was that of a well seasoned professional. I would not hesitate to recommend MVP, the owner is a wonderful person and his crew is top notch.

Wow did moon valley pluming and Travis(the owner) save the day! Our dogs were rough housing and banged a wall with our water pipe behind it and water leak like mad. Called up Theresa at moon valley who called Travis and he was here right away. Mind you we live a good hour and half from their office. He fixed the wall/pipe and was out of here quick. The best part he didn't gouge us on price like the other plumbers in the valley. Can't thank moon valley enough! Thank you Travis and Theresa!

In an era where reliable, on-time service company is so hard to find, Moon Valley exceeds all criteria.  Add to this fair pricing.  From the office staff to the well groomed techs, their service is superior to any I have found in the area. Definitely a 10+. And if you are lucky enough to have Anthony as your tech you have really hit a home run. Can't imagine using any other company.

After my main line and sewer line broke off, I had the pleasure of working with Kenny.  Kenny was polite, personable and empathetic to a very stressful situation such as a broken sewer main line.   He kept me informed and updated on the progress.   They had to dig through my front yard landscape to get to the lines; they put the landscape back together (even better than what it was before).  The owner cane to check on the quality of the job, so that was very impressive.    Overall, we are extremely impressed and happy with the results.   I recommend this company for your future plumbing needs.

Today we needed major plumbing work done. Our home had sprung a leak underneath the slab. Travis and his team had to not only find the leak, but then reroute the plumbing. They were fast, efficient, and above all honest and cost effective. We will HIGHLY recommend them to all our friends and family. All around a great experience.  Travis Jr was great.  He went above and beyond to make sure our issues were resolved and did so in a professional manner.  They were also able to schedule service same day.

I believe like anyone else that with plumbers you really never know what you're going to get and most of the time you'll feel ripped off. I had an hot water issue (hot water heater blew) and was weary of using previous plumbers (Scottsdale Plumbing and Parker and Sons).  I used servicemagic for some names and received  a few calls. I went with Moon Valley because they had great recommendations and most importantly after having already gotten a quote with a plumber (American Dream which seems to have a lot of positive reviews here but mostly for AC issues). I was charged a $69 service fee, which is basically what you can expect but was also quoted nearly $1300. The dispatcher had spoken about a $30 coupon, which the service guy acknowledged but apparently that would only apply after I chose them (how convenient!).What made the difference is that Moon Valley comes to you without a service fee (very important in my opinion).  Therefore even though Moon Valley was not the least expensive quote I received I still feel happy that I saved over $500 dollars by going with them. If you add in the fact that other quotes were within $50-100 but included a service fee I can definitely recommend Moon Valley. They came on site prepared with a water heater and had the work done within the hour.

Mo practically saved my life at 11 pm one night. We were hanging shelves and drilled into my neighbor's water pipe. Oops! After calling 10 other emergency plumbers who said they didn't have a part that could fix it, Mo listened to my problem, checked his truck for the part, and was at my house 5 minutes later. His rate was very reasonable compared to what others had quoted us, he was very professional, and worked quickly to have everything fixed!

I had a very good experience with Jody from Moon Valley Plumbing. I was doing a remodel and doing most of the work myself. Jody understood and bid some of the work that I needed a plumber's help with, including setting a new tub and putting in some new valves. He bid the job very reasonably, showed up on time and was extremely helpful when he was there. Great customer service and great work at very reasonable prices.

After my main line and sewer line broke off, I had the pleasure of working with Kenny.  Kenny was polite, personable and empathetic to a very stressful situation such as a broken sewer main line.   He kept me informed and updated on the progress.   They had to dig through my front yard landscape to get to the lines; they put the landscape back together (even better than what it was before).  The owner cane to check on the quality of the job, so that was very impressive.    Overall, we are extremely impressed and happy with the results.   I recommend this company for your future plumbing needs.

I had a very good experience with this company.  I had come home one night, almost 6 PM, to find that my sewer had backed up. It was overflowing outside, thankfully, but I could not flush the toilet's in the house for fear of it backing up into the house. I called my warranty company and they called MoonValley. The warranty company told me that the plumbing company would call me to schedule an appointment within 1 hour but that they had 24 hours to come out to fix it.  I was a little panicked. How long could I live with this backup? The tech, Alex, from MoonValley actually called me within 10 minutes of placing the claim with my warranty company and said he was coming from North Phoenix but was on his way.  He was at my house within one hour, cleared the blockage, and was back on the road - all said and done maybe an hour and 20 minutes from the time I called my warranty company. The tech, Alex, was very helpful, explained to me the issue, and was quick with the repair.  I appreciated his prompt service and his good attitude.

We had them repair the toilet and install a bidet. They installed the bidet wrong and messed up the screw. We had a difficult time opening it and re-installing it ourselves. I would not use them again.

Reached out to this company because of the good reviews. I tried to inquire how much it would cost to install a kitchen sink. They could not tell me over the phone. Nor could they schedule me at that time because their system was down. Their system being down happens. What is concerning is they want to charge me $39 to come out, when they are able, to tell me how much they are going to charge me. I understand as a business owner you give can give a lot of quotes and not get the business. But If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn a customers business. Charging a unfair price to give a price is not the answer or a good business practice.

It seems like moon valley has grown so much as a company that they are no longer the honest & professional, sacrificing grassr it used to be. & has become a total cash grab vs customer satisfaction. :(

Apparently the people who are on the other end of the phone don't understand they work for a company who handles emergencies & may have people who ask questions or have certain needs.
Jessica and Sharon were both extremely rude and immature, it literally was so unbelievable, it was like something out of a movie.

Beware! You could have the plumber come out, promise something, but have something & charges totally different happen & guess what, there's nothing you can do about it.

I had an irrigation pipe get fractured by a contractor and in-turn they hired Moon Valley to complete the work. Being a picky person, I was concerned I initially but that was all put to rest when the office reached out to make initial contact. Pam and staff have been fantastic throughout the process and have been able to answer any questions that I had.
When Alex and Cole came out to being work, they were on-time and had called with a 30 minute lead time, as I had requested. Their work was through and professional. Needless to say, I am glad I was able to find these guys and plan to recommend/use them moving forward.

This is a company that really takes care of you. Had an issue with a faucet and George came immediately and fixed the problem. We then had a leak under the sink, and George came again promptly. Great business! Hired these guys after my home warranty sent out a plumber who told me I needed to have my pipes hydrojetted (literally doing nothing for me). Scheduled an appointment specifically to have this hydrojetting done, and was expecting to have to dish out for said service. The guys came out, and suggested we have them try to snake the pipe first (even though we told them we tried that). They were incredibly honest, and seemed to want to save us $$ if they could. With in 10 minutes they had a glorious hairball removed from our shower drain, and we heard the beautiful trickle of water going down our pipes again.
They were extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and determined. I highly recommend this company, however hope I don't have another reason to call them!

I had them come out to deal with two issues at my property. The first was a sticky float in the toilet and the second was a malfunctioning sump pump. The gentleman was friendly and professional but I find their pricing rather expensive. The charge for the float repair was $180 which seemed excessive and the estimate to replace the sump pump was over $800. I contacted an another plumbing company to repair the sump pump and it was done for half that. The most concerning part about the sump pump was that first plumber didn't realize that the backflow preventer was bad and that's why the original sump pump failed in the first place.

So I'm not really a meat eater much but I decided to make a roast the other day. I took one bite of it and thought it was disgusting and put it down the garbage disposal. That was about four days ago. The garbage disposal broke immediately and of course I did what anybody else would do and got on YouTube to see if I could fix it myself. I did a few of the YouTube fixes all that did was make things worse. Not only was the garbage disposal plugged up... It was leaking from the bottom. I called a local plumber and without even coming out and looking at my problem he told me it would be about 400 bucks to fix. So I went to Plan B got on Amazon and ordered a new disposal and thought I would try their Amazon service too. After the Amazon service rescheduling on me twice I gave up and called another local plumber today. Moon Valley plumbing not only gave me a same-day service but sent out a qualified person who was kind and skilled. So within three or four hours from making the call to Moon Valley plumbing they've already been out here to install the new disposal and fixed everything and cleaned up everything and I'm on my way to cooking some good vegetarian meals after four or five days of not being able to use that side of the sink. Anthony Limon and Moon Valley Plumbing Saved My Sink! Roast$10, New Disposal from the Zon $100, Moon Valley Plumbing $154 and worth every penny. Next time they are my first stop even before YpuTube or Amazon!

This is the 2nd time I have used Moon Valley Plumbing. They are always very friendly on the phone and the skill of the guys they have is unreal. I wish all contractors could follow their example. I called them to change out a water spicket. I was told between 2pm and 4pm then they asked if he was running early was 1pm ok. I was off all day so I said that was fine, Dan got to my door at 1:03pm. He finished the spicket very fast so I asked him for a quote on replacing my front bathroom shower cartridge. He comes in takes a look gives me and quote and says I have the parts if you want me to do it. I told him if you have the time sure. That's service in my mind.They are not super cheap but they are very reasonable and you very much get what you pay for with them.

I am so impressed with this company!  Face it slab leaks suck and they are costly.  This company made the painful process easier and best of all George gave me piece of mind.  When he came out for the estimate, he told me up front that he would have open up my wall to see the manifold, before he could give me a true estimate.  I chose to reroute piping through the attic, and he had to be sure that was a realistic and possible solution.  He gave me the pros and cons of different solutions.  His bid came in lower than the other two that I got from reputable companies.  He arrived on time. Did a great job, was careful with my things and put my drywall back the best he could.   The cost was exactly what he told me it would be.  I recommend this company and I suggest you ask for George.

So you use a service to help you in the time of need. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter Service in Phoenix was 5 star all the way. From my first interaction with Greg in Dispatch, to my interactions with my service tech, Dan Hubbard.  Everything was explained and detailed in a genuine manner. Work was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up put back better than they found it.
Before I called these guys this is what I did...as I helped make thing worse. Kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine all backed up (big mess) I went to home depot, rented a snake, had the gloves on, and went to work thinking I was saving money!  No it didn't go well, tried use the sake under the sink, I was being cautious and took all of the aggressive tool attachments off the snake so I would not mess things up.  A no go. I then went to the clean out side of the house and began working it thru the black sewer plumbing of the house, it got really tough to hold on to. I hung in there and then it got easier. I had freed up the clog, NO, I had pushed the simple snake thru the pipe, cracked it at the foundation in the wall and broken thru and made a hole in the dry wall, clog not fixed, under sink plumbing cut off and gray sewage water everywhere..
The reviews are true if you do the research. They are the right plumber! Old school customer service, at fair price. Dan and I even spoke by cell phone afterwards and he made some suggestions about preventative enzymes to use and what not to use.

This was in stark contrast to 3 other companies who performed incomplete locating services and jaw-dropping bids to fix or replace the sewer. Moon Valley gave us a complete understanding and video of all sewer lines (Daniel was excellent). They also gave us a REASONABLE bid and practical solution. Their repair team - and especially George - was SUPERB, and things have been working well ever since. I learned about Moon Valley Plumbing just yesterday, when I called to file a claim about a broken water line into my house. Things went so smoothly with the warranty company and your fine plumbing company that I wondered if it wasn't all too good to be true. It was not. Alex was here right on time (a little early...he got to my house before I got back) and he got right to work. Within just a few short hours he had my water line repaired and he was off to make another Moon Valley Plumbing customer happy.

The real deal! Dan Hubbard answered all our questions, solved all our problems (plumbing-wise), and charged a reasonable amount. He also arrived early. We were scared to call a plumber for just our minor fixes, but felt burnout when we couldn't fix two shower leaks ourselves. So in conclusion, for us at least, Moon Valley Plumbing and Dan was worth the call.

Definitely disappointed.  We had ongoing problems, and called to make an appointment and tried to explain the issues but they didn't really want to listen.  The guy showed up and I explained the issues but he didn't really want to listen and told me he was just there to clear the clogged drain, even though we were clearly having a house problem.  2 weeks later, it was clogged again so I called to see if they would diagnose it this time.  Again, someone came, didn't want to listen to the issues, and just cleared the drain.  Less than 2 weeks later, more things were backing up.  We got charged full price for the camera and rooter work even though they couldn't even get them in the pipes.  

If you have a simple clog, they'll clear it.  But if you have any other issues, they won't really address it and will still charge you full price.  We paid almost $600 just to end up where we started.

We were having a slight leak around the toilet in the guest bath. Nothing major but we knew it needed to be addressed sooner than later. A friend of mine recommended MV Plumbing.

I always rented apartments in the past and called the landlord when something needed to be repaired so this is my first experience with a plumber. I was given a window of 12-2:00. Dallen showed up 20 minutes early and everything was resolved in under an hour. As far as the cost goes it seemed a little high to me, but given the fact it would have taken my husband 3 straight days to repair after watching countless hours of YouTube videos I guess it's money well spent.

Really impressed with the technician they sent out.  Alex was professional and knew what he was doing. We have a service warranty company that scheduled the appointment with Moon Valley. A couple years ago we had a constant wet spot in our front yard, the tech (also from Moon Valley) told us we were slightly downhill from the other houses and the wet area was run off from them. We have lived in this house for over 30 years and never had that issue before.  We gave up on getting that fixed, just lived with the spot. I was a little leary when they said Moon Valley would be out to fix this leak (surprise-it was a gusher where the wet spot was). Alex was amazing! We would definitely use them again-as long as we can request him as our technician!

I learned about Moon Valley Plumbing from my real estate agent when I called her asking for a plumber reference...The office staff is friendly and worked hard to find me a plumber the same day! I was able to get worked in by late afternoon...Carl was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable in what needed to be done, efficient, and gave me suggestions on ways to keep my disposal working well! The company is reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them...My experience in being new to Arizona is it's hard to find reputable companies that don't charge an arm and a leg!

We started using Moon Valley in 2015 when Anthony V came to our house to give us an estimate to install a water softener system and an instant gas water heater.  

Anthony V arrived on time and answered all our questions regarding what all this work would require. His bid was reasonable and Anthony was much more knowledgeable than other companies we had out for estimates. Plus, he did a fabulous job explaining the work to us.

We  hired him and have used him for all our plumbing needs every since! He is very professional and gets the job done while keeping the site as clean as possible. And he stands behind his work. I will never call another plumbing company. Junior came to my house to clear a shower drain blockage. He worked his butt off! He took time to answer my questions and tried several strategies to clear the blockage until it was clear. Best part was I was charged a very fair price even though Junior had to work from so many angles to get the job done. The customer service and expertise at this company is awesome. Would highly recommend!! My toilet over flowed, I called them and they said someone could be at my house in 45 minutes. The technician called about 10 minutes later saying he could be here in 5. He explained everything to me so that I understood what he was doing and what the problems could be. He was very nice, professional, and personable. He also fixed the problem very quickly and for a good price. I will definitely be using them again.

Moon Valley Plumbing has been doing work for me for approx 16 or 17 years....I use to be a property manager and now I take care of peoples 2nd homes...I ONLY use them for personal and for all my customers plumbing needs....I have always been happy...They not only do a great job, the first trip out, but come out quickly...They are friendly, accomodating, and there is no one else I would use....Keep doing it cuz you are sure doing it right...

I had a complete exterior sewer collapse at my residence in Mesa, AZ. Luckily I had warranty through the City of Mesa. They sent my job to Moon Valley Plumbing who initially were kind, positive, and I was ensured the job would be done.

Right after the sewer line was replaced from the stoop to the sidewalk, I noticed the cleanouts were too high. Not only that, they cracked my concrete (at front door) where it appears they used a sledgehammer to break the stoop. No concrete cutters were used on this job.

I called Sharon (manager) at Moon Valley who was defiant when asked why wasn't the concrete (3' x 3') wasn't just replaced. Instead, they poured concrete in the middle to which made it look like an epoxy live edge table. I said I would had paid extra but she did not care, That's only what's covered.

A week later, the dirt collapsed which shows their quality of work. No dirt was compacted. Underneath the custom live edge stoop there is a den where local stray dogs can now reside. I called Sharon who said the owner came out and took photos and will fix the problems. She was rude and made it sound like it was my problem they didn't do the job professionally in the first place.

As for the concrete live edge stoop (they made), she said they are absolutely not going to replace the concrete. Her method to packing the hole underneath the concrete is to stuff dirt from the sides.

Let the photos speaks for themselves. They will also leave trash and old piping in your yard.

As for not understanding what the Warranty/coverage is, I absolutely know what I am covered and what the warranty is. I just got off the phone with the warranty company and they are not happy with the quality of work done. They saw this review and read your comments and are absolutely appalled. See you shortly when you replace my concrete slab and fix the job you were supposed to the first time.

I would highly recommend Moon Valley for all plumbing needs! My hot water stopped working and they were out the same day for service. I ended up needing a whole new hot water tank and they installed that the SAME day also. The owner, who came to the job, is knowledgeable and professional! Absolutely a honest to goodness plumbing business. I am in real estate and closed on a home last week. The buyers called me this week to report their plumbing backed up and of course they were distraught because they were just quoted $2,500 from another plumber. I sent out two different plumbers and called three more w/ the prognosis from the other plumbers. With the exception of Moon Valley, all the other plumbers quoted $2K to $3K in repair work. Guess what? Moon Valley charged my clients $600 for the work. They had tree root in the pipe causing it to break/collapse. They knew my clients had a budget of $2K and didn't take advantage of them at all. Guess what else? I just sent your name and number out to my entire real estate office. Your honesty will be rewarded! Thank you!

Quick, efficient, super professional.  Alex and Cole rock!  Alex explained everything to me in great detail throughout the call, and my issue was fixed within the hour.  These guys have a new customer for life.  I'm telling all my friends!

I learned about Moon Valley Plumbing from my real estate agent when I called her asking for a plumber reference...The office staff is friendly and worked hard to find me a plumber the same day! I was able to get worked in by late afternoon...Carl was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable in what needed to be done, efficient, and gave me suggestions on ways to keep my disposal working well! The company is reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them...My experience in being new to Arizona is it's hard to find reputable companies that don't charge an arm and a leg!

I tried other lumbers who were unable to come up with a timely or accurate quote. Finally my client discovered Moon Valley Plumbing. Travis was able to meet us at the house in a half hour after he was called. He took the time to climb the attic with me and worked up an accurate and reasonable quote on the spot.
Due to the nature of the closing we had to time the work until just after closing. His crew got the job done in one day at a minimal impact to my client. He also exceeded the scope of work originally agreed to, and still came in $100 under bid.
Days later we identified another issue. They were out there the next day, knocked out the new problem and again, tried to minimize the impact to my client.
I plan to use Moon Valley Plumbing for my future properties and when the time comes my own home. I can't say it more, these guys are awesome.

Jason just saved me from the most anxiety-ridden morning of the year!

We woke up to no water in the house and he trouble-shot with us some options and then took care of isolating the issue. There's more work to be done but he alleviated the initial anxiety at an affordable price and I can breathe again.

i had this company come out on friday, charged me $381 to fix a sewer blockage said they would guarantee work for 48 hours. 38 hours later same problem occured on a sunday, called & was told by a technician it didnt warrant for someone to come out for non business hours. had no toilet or use of shower for 12 hours, received a call from office & orginal plumber that it would be an additional $300 charge to use a camera for my pipes. worst customer service! dont use this company! beware!

We finally re-plumbed our entire house after 4 separate leaks under the slab.  After much research, we decided on Moon Valley Plumbing and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship or the price.  They completed the job in 2 days .  The plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the owner is very involved in running an efficient company.  We talked to other companies that wanted the work, but re-plumb jobs were not their specialty and it takes some expertise.  We highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing!

First of all, shout out to John R. that left Moon Valley Plumbing a 1 star review, and complained about a 39.00 estimate fee and not receiving a bid over the phone.. Congratulations, you're a moron.. If small repair company owners don't charge estimate fees to offset the expenses incurred from driving around for free all day, they can go out of business, fast.. you want a warranty from a company that can't charge enough to stay in business and they're gone in a year when you need them?!  No truly great highly reputable professional gives a phone bid.. for ten different reasons.. mainly the professional has no idea what they're bidding on and every situation is different, plus competitors call all the time pretending to be customers so they can obtain your pricing..  I'm sorry Moon Valley for that knuckle-headed ignorant fool marring your reputation when you never even worked for him.. one day hopefully Yelp will come to their senses and fix that problem.

Now that I'm done ranting and empathizing with Moon Valley....  Kenny came to my home today to replace a wax ring.. he knocked it out of the park, *and* instead of just fixing the *effect* he fixed the cause as well.. he had to double stack some wax rings which wasn't done in the first place.. they replaced my supply line, did a clean caulk job, fixed a pop up stopper, *and* they checked my water pressure for me, which was super high! As a previous plumbing repair company owner, I was extremely please with Kenny and Moon Valley, and I'm sure I'll use them again.  They came out in less than 24 hours for my non-emergency call.  I'm pleased with every aspect of the job, thanks Moon Valley Plumbing and Kenny Leather!!

I had 2 water line leaks in my front yard.  Yes, it was an emergency.  Alex and Cole spent several hours over 2 days taking out the old and putting in the new water line.  They explained in detail what they were going to do and I really appreciated their efforts.  After completing the water line they put all my soil and rocks back where they belonged and you could never tell that they had been here.  The front lawn looked even better than it did when they started.  I would have Alex and Cole and Moon Valley plumbing back again for any plumbing issues.  They worked hard to complete the job and I was totally satisfied with the work.

I called on a Tuesday morning because the city of phoenix decided to change my water meter without telling me and then proceeded to botch the job - I was left with two toilets overflowing and a broken hose due to air and dirt in the pipes.
Dan from Moon Valley was there by mid afternoon and did a fantastic job with all the repairs. Fast, friendly and the price was right!
I have been searching for a good plumbing company for years and now I found one!!

Awesome service!  Anthony responded to our plumbing issue and had it fixed within a couple hours of us calling our warranty company.  He showed up promptly and on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to clean out our backed up sewer line!  We were so stressed about this as we could not use our water in the meantime.  Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly as well.  This meant a lot to us, as we are not experienced with plumbing issues!  Thanks to Moon Valley plumbing, we are back in business!  We are very grateful!

I wanted to share that we just had a good experience with Moon Valley Plumbers - Anthony was our actual plumber that came out.   They came out the same day and were very reasonably priced.  We were having issues with our sewer line.  Previously we had a plumber from George Brazil and they charged us $286 to run a camera and say there were no issues.  They said there was likely a plug near the end and it would cost almost $1200 to use a water jet.  

About a month later we started to have issues again.   This time thanks to a Next Door post we called Moon Valley Plumbers.   We were on a wait list but they got here by noon.   They cleared our line with the basic mechanical cleaner (a $155 charge).  Even if we chose the water jet they only charge $400 (1/3 of the price of George Brazil).  Moon Valley Plumbers will be who we call in the future.    

Anthony also gave us some additional great advice on several plumbing related topics.

WOW! I deal with contractors everyday at work and I have never had this level of professionalism with a plumber before. I had a warranty and every step along the way they were texting me and communicating the next step. Every employee I was in contact with were friendly and cool to deal with. They did a great job repairing the main sewage line to my home and I was back in business in less than 1/2 a day and you can't even tell they were here. I 100% will recommend and use them in the future!!

neighbors referred us to Moon Valley Plumbing, and we are thankful because now we have a new go to! They were able to troubleshoot our toilet (occasional and unexplained leaking around the bottom of the toilet), and efficiently replaced a faulty wax seal and mounting hardware. They were communicative throughout, sent pictures for our records, and were really respectful of our home. They were also on time and really friendly. We are happy to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services :)

the owner son jr and Mark were very observant and let me know everything that was going on.

We had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing yesterday!! First time we've used their service and it was Excellent. Our plumber was George Medina, very kind and friendly and he wasted no timing repairing our plumbing problem. 1st Class service and he worked above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Definitely will ask for him in the future and Moon Valley Plumbing!!!!

If you want to save money on your plumbing job, hands down, this company is most reasonably priced. I got 4 quotes, $10000, $4500, $2900 and then finally Moon Valley did the job for $1000. Ask for Daniel (Dan). Very professional and did a thorough job. A small company that gives personalized affordable service. Very punctual too. Thank you Daniel

Anthony is awesome! He was out to my house several times as part of a home improvement project on my home. He did great work every time at a very fair price. He shows up exactly when he says he will and is a very pleasant guy to work with.

Wow did moon valley pluming and Travis(the owner) save the day! Our dogs were rough housing and banged a wall with our water pipe behind it and water leak like mad. Called up Theresa at moon valley who called Travis and he was here right away. Mind you we live a good hour and half from their office. He fixed the wall/pipe and was out of here quick. The best part he didn't gouge us on price like the other plumbers in the valley. Can't thank moon valley enough! Thank you Travis and Theresa!

These are the guys you want to do business with. They're fast, fair and know their stuff. Pam sent out a plumber right away and even sent a video of him first. Junior showed up, diagnosed the issue and rather than replace the whole valve was able to just replace the defective parts inside the valve and save me lots of money. The supply house didn't have the kit, so he bought the whole valve, used the parts needed and charged me for the parts only. Amazing.

We had an emergency sewer overflow on Sunday. Our service warranty co. contacted Moon Valley Plumbing. Kenny showed up promptly. With no fault of Kenny or Moon Valley they explained the job could not be completed that day because of the rain, which was understandable. They sent Todd out the very next morning. We could not be happier with the service provided. Todd was very empathetic, explained everything in layman's  terms and made helpful recommendations, without any pressure or aggressive salemanship what would help to alleviate the problem in the future. The future work estimate was resonable! We have full confidence in Moon Valley and appreciate their Professionalism!

I am so impressed with this company!  Face it slab leaks suck and they are costly.  This company made the painful process easier and best of all George gave me piece of mind.  When he came out for the estimate, he told me up front that he would have open up my wall to see the manifold, before he could give me a true estimate.  I chose to reroute piping through the attic, and he had to be sure that was a realistic and possible solution.  He gave me the pros and cons of different solutions.  His bid came in lower than the other two that I got from reputable companies.  He arrived on time. Did a great job, was careful with my things and put my drywall back the best he could.   The cost was exactly what he told me it would be.  I recommend this company and I suggest you ask for George.

Alex managed to pick up where another plumbing company (Allied Plumbing) left me stranded with a pregnant wife and a sewer line back up.  

Alex did a great job finding the problem and giving us different options.  He worked hard to do two things; 1) Get our sewer line working again and 2) Keep the costs at a minimum for us.  

My wife and I were so appreciative that the company worked to adjust schedules so that our emergency situation could be addressed and fixed ASAP.  

We would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Really impressed with the technician they sent out.  Alex was professional and knew what he was doing. We have a service warranty company that scheduled the appointment with Moon Valley. A couple years ago we had a constant wet spot in our front yard, the tech (also from Moon Valley) told us we were slightly downhill from the other houses and the wet area was run off from them. We have lived in this house for over 30 years and never had that issue before.  We gave up on getting that fixed, just lived with the spot. I was a little leary when they said Moon Valley would be out to fix this leak (surprise-it was a gusher where the wet spot was). Alex was amazing! We would definitely use them again-as long as we can request him as our technician!

On Monday December 26, 2022 our warranty company, SLWA, dispatched Moon Valley Plumbing to our house for a clogged exterior sewer line.  Three other plumbing companies had previously tried to fix the recurring problem without success over the prior 10 days.
Travis Mingle Jr. was the plumber from Moon Valley.  After explaining the problem he went to the inside access port and used his power rooter with a 100 ft. plus snake that had an aggressive C-Cup shaped cutter at the tip.  In less than 30 minutes from arrival to departure he absolutely corrected the problem!  Travis was very professional, friendly, informative, and effective!! What more can you ask for...?

To say I am happy with this company is an understatement.

I called yesterday inquiring about having 2 new toilets installed.   A friendly, upbeat woman told me that Jason would be out this morning between 7AM and 8:30 AM to give an estimate.  There is a $39.95 charge for the estimate, which would be refunded if they did the job.

Jason called at 7:00 AM and said he was on his way.  He took a look at the job, did some figuring and quoted a fair price.  I asked him when he could start.  He said Right now!

Jason is a young, energetic guy with a likeable demeanor.  He got right to work and finished a great job in about 3 hours.  He not only did the install, he carted both commodes from my SUV into the bathrooms, hauled away all of the old toilets and new boxes and cleaned up after himself.  I also received a military discount (it might have been a senior discount - I don't remember).

Very professional, very reasonable, great work ethic.  Look no further for your plumber.

In 2015 I thought Moon Valley was my saving grace. They came to my house late at night to replace a burst water heater. I left a glowing review for Dan. Fast forward to 2021. We had plaster falling off our walls, a Moon Valley plumber came and said our tub overflow was broken, and quoted us $2K to fix it. We were a bit suspicious as we never take baths. We called another plumber in who found a massive, rotting hole in our bathroom pipe right away. Now fast forward another 6 months. Our 6 year old hot water heater bursts (lifespan of 8-12 years). Our new plumber comes and finds that our water heater is sitting on paving bricks taken from our backyard in the drip pan because the Moon Valley plumber was too lazy to solder the pipe down to meet the intake valve on the hot water heater. Instead, he just put mismatched pavers in the drip pan. Not only did this flood our living room but it cut the lifespan of the water heater in half because all the sediment built up in the low end. Our new plumber has suggested we make a complaint against Moon Valley to the AZ ROC and said that this is one of the top three laziest jobs he's seen in his career. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Here I go again praising this company for their professionalism and service.  I have to again say that it is always a pleasure to work with Anthony who is an amazing asset to your company.  I have always requested him and he is well worth the wait.  Trust me you will find no better.  I say this because he has been here several times with all the plumbing issues I have had and I am so grateful to have found a professional who cares about his quality work that he has cone each time.

The most unprofessionalism I have EVER encountered. I've never left a review but this is just sick.

One of the employees came in and put his camera snake in my house because we had a backup in my kitchen. He got his camera stuck and we later found out the warranty that sent him wasn't going to pay for the repair (about 3k). Their first comment was, well we have to get our camera out it's 10 thousand dollars. What?? What about my plumbing (not caring at all)?

I finally got the insurance to approve so they came in the next day and said they would fix the broken pipe. Throughout the whole time George was saying that what I pay my insurance doesn't even cover him coming out here and that they weren't getting paid. He said he was doing us a favor. I'm sorry, but if moon valley doesn't pay its employees you don't have to take it out on the customer and bring up the charges for everything every 5 seconds. And they WERE getting paid because my insurance confirmed it. Well, he fixes the broken pipe (in reality he really just gets his camera out and pretends to fix the pipe). He never tested to see if it was fixed before adding cement. He adds on cement. We turn on the sink and then water starts gushing through the cement of the section they just worked on into my living room. I called and guess what....THEY DONT CARE! Why? Because they got their camera.

They care more about the camera than their customers. They dug a hole in my living room, got their camera and fixed nothing. NOW they want to charge me to come fix it. Seriously, the WORST company ever. Save yourself a headache and don't choose moon valley and if you do then make sure you DONT GET GEORGE. He is rude and talks down to clients when they question his work.

I would highly recommend Moon Valley plumbing I came home from work this evening and my kitchen was flooded with water and I contacted them and they sent out a young man named Jason who is very kind and professional and he was able to identify the problem in the refrigerator immediately and got the water to stop coming out it was priced reasonably he was he arrived on time and I would highly recommend them.

Had a plumbing emergency (water pressure dropped / faucets stopped working one by one).  Called them up to see if they could send someone to look into the problem.  After getting greeted on the phone and being asked about my issue I began to describe what was going on.  

However, it soon became obvious the phone had been put down and the person who answered it was chatting about purchasing a house with someone either in their office or on another phone.  

After a few attempts to get the attention of someone on the other end of the line I hung up.  Obviously, they do not take plumbing emergencies very seriously at Moon Valley Plumbing.

Moon Valley Plumbing is fabulous, George the plumber was so professional, he was right on time and started investigating the mysterious water flooding in the ground floor bathroom of our condo.  Using a camera was the best money spent, he discovered humongous tree roots that had busted through the pipe, I got a copy of the video and sent it immediately to HOA mgmt. and they had it fixed as soon as he left, there is much more work to do and they owe me money, but at least we know now the gigunda old Eucalyptus tree roots on the common area grew into the pipe and busted into the condo bathroom.  Moon Valley Plumbing is the best in the valley!

This is the 2nd time I have used Moon Valley Plumbing. They are always very friendly on the phone and the skill of the guys they have is unreal. I wish all contractors could follow their example. I called them to change out a water spicket. I was told between 2pm and 4pm then they asked if he was running early was 1pm ok. I was off all day so I said that was fine, Dan got to my door at 1:03pm. He finished the spicket very fast so I asked him for a quote on replacing my front bathroom shower cartridge. He comes in takes a look gives me and quote and says I have the parts if you want me to do it. I told him if you have the time sure. That's service in my mind.They are not super cheap but they are very reasonable and you very much get what you pay for with them.

Absolutely a honest to goodness plumbing business. I am in real estate and closed on a home last week. The buyers called me this week to report their plumbing backed up and of course they were distraught because they were just quoted $2,500 from another plumber. I sent out two different plumbers and called three more w/ the prognosis from the other plumbers. With the exception of Moon Valley, all the other plumbers quoted $2K to $3K in repair work. Guess what? Moon Valley charged my clients $600 for the work. They had tree root in the pipe causing it to break/collapse. They knew my clients had a budget of $2K and didn't take advantage of them at all. Guess what else? I just sent your name and number out to my entire real estate office. This is our second time using them and they are very honest and professional. We had bought a 1950's red brick house in Phoenix & have had a couple very bad experience's with some other plumbers here in the valley. This company not only holds to their quote but went out of their way to make sure everything was right. I learned about Moon Valley Plumbing just yesterday, when I called to file a claim about a broken water line into my house. Things went so smoothly with the warranty company and your fine plumbing company that I wondered if it wasn't all too good to be true. It was not. Alex was here right on time (a little early...he got to my house before I got back) and he got right to work. Within just a few short hours he had my water line repaired and he was off to make another Moon Valley Plumbing customer happy.

Every homeowner needs a good plumber and until today, I didn't know a good plumber. Now I do.

We had an emergency sewer overflow on Sunday. Our service warranty co. contacted Moon Valley Plumbing. Kenny showed up promptly. With no fault of Kenny or Moon Valley they explained the job could not be completed that day because of the rain, which was understandable. They sent Todd out the very next morning. We could not be happier with the service provided. Todd was very empathetic, explained everything in layman's  terms and made helpful recommendations, without any pressure or aggressive salemanship what would help to alleviate the problem in the future. Mo practically saved my life at 11 pm one night. We were hanging shelves and drilled into my neighbor's water pipe. Oops! After calling 10 other emergency plumbers who said they didn't have a part that could fix it, Mo listened to my problem, checked his truck for the part, and was at my house 5 minutes later. Junior and Mark arrived early on the appointed day, they worked quickly and professionally to diagnose and fix the problem, all for a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this company.
Update 2 months after their visit I had a major flooding in the bedroom on the back of the wall of the bathroom where they had worked. My opinion is that the plumber dislodged the seal in the bath drain when he replaced the seal in the tub overflow. They're connected because they use the same plastic pipe to drain both holes. They disclaimed all responsibility. The damage was around $6,000.
At the time I also asked them to replace a shower valve that may possibly cause a leak in the future. The guy said he would install a great valve and I'd surely have no problems in the future. He installed a cheap, simple valve and charged $550.
A week later I discovered the main water valve for my irrigation had been turned off by the plumber while searching for the leak that had caused the flooding. He forgot to tell me he turned it off and forgot to turn it back on. By then half my grass was dead.
If you need a plumber, I suggest you look somewhere else.

When I called in they were very nice and was able to send out a plumber the same day and also give us a quote over the phone.
The office will email you a short video of the plumber who will be arriving with their experience. Very good feature to have.

Alex was our plumber and he was very nice and went over and beyond. He worked very efficiently and quickly.

Thankfully we're usually able to do some light plumbing work ourselves but on New Year's Eve we ran into trouble with our bathroom sink cold water valve. Seemed like every plumber was super busy around this time and the next appointment we could get was for 1/7. Everyone I worked with to set the appointment and check on some things was so friendly and helpful!! Mark S (the plumber who came to do the work) was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and did excellent work! We highly recommend Mark and Moon Valley Plumbing! On Monday December 26, 2022 our warranty company, SLWA, dispatched Moon Valley Plumbing to our house for a clogged exterior sewer line.  Three other plumbing companies had previously tried to fix the recurring problem without success over the prior 10 days.
Travis Mingle Jr. was the plumber from Moon Valley.  After explaining the problem he went to the inside access port and used his power rooter with a 100 ft. plus snake that had an aggressive C-Cup shaped cutter at the tip.  In less than 30 minutes from arrival to departure he absolutely corrected the problem!  Travis was very professional, friendly, informative, and effective!! What more can you ask for...?

In 2015 I thought Moon Valley was my saving grace. They came to my house late at night to replace a burst water heater. I left a glowing review for Dan. Fast forward to 2021. We had plaster falling off our walls, a Moon Valley plumber came and said our tub overflow was broken, and quoted us $2K to fix it. We were a bit suspicious as we never take baths. We called another plumber in who found a massive, rotting hole in our bathroom pipe right away. Now fast forward another 6 months. Our 6 year old hot water heater bursts (lifespan of 8-12 years). Our new plumber comes and finds that our water heater is sitting on paving bricks taken from our backyard in the drip pan because the Moon Valley plumber was too lazy to solder the pipe down to meet the intake valve on the hot water heater. Instead, he just put mismatched pavers in the drip pan. Not only did this flood our living room but it cut the lifespan of the water heater in half because all the sediment built up in the low end. Our new plumber has suggested we make a complaint against Moon Valley to the AZ ROC and said that this is one of the top three laziest jobs he's seen in his career. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had an irrigation pipe get fractured by a contractor and in-turn they hired Moon Valley to complete the work. Being a picky person, I was concerned I initially but that was all put to rest when the office reached out to make initial contact. Pam and staff have been fantastic throughout the process and have been able to answer any questions that I had.
When Alex and Cole came out to being work, they were on-time and had called with a 30 minute lead time, as I had requested. Their work was through and professional. Needless to say, I am glad I was able to find these guys and plan to recommend/use them moving forward.

WOW! I deal with contractors everyday at work and I have never had this level of professionalism with a plumber before. I had a warranty and every step along the way they were texting me and communicating the next step. Every employee I was in contact with were friendly and cool to deal with. They did a great job repairing the main sewage line to my home and I was back in business in less than 1/2 a day and you can't even tell they were here. I 100% will recommend and use them in the future!!

This was in stark contrast to 3 other companies who performed incomplete locating services and jaw-dropping bids to fix or replace the sewer. Moon Valley gave us a complete understanding and video of all sewer lines (Daniel was excellent). They also gave us a REASONABLE bid and practical solution. Their repair team - and especially George - was SUPERB, and things have been working well ever since. We needed a plumber once again, this time due to a leaky faucet in the backyard that was about 35 years old.
I sent a photo of the faucet to Hayden, a wonderful plumber associated with Moon Valley Plumbing. He knew the exact problem and the exact faucet best as a replacement. He asked me to schedule through the office, which I did, and he was out a few days later and did a beautiful job of replacing that severely damaged faucet.
The company is just outstanding. The women who answer the phones are polite and professional, provide you with all necessary information, and schedule the plumber of your choice. We love the company and we're so glad to have Hayden, a wonderful plumber and an  exceptionally great young man.

Fast same day service...within an hour!! Friendly, Honest and Helpful!
So after calling many other plumbing companies they were all ready to charge a trip charge just to come out and look at our water heater...and yes I know the trip charge is then applied to the service...IF you choose to have these other companies do the repair. If not then well your out 50+ bucks just for having them drive out to your home.
However, Moon Valley Plumbing was quick to mention they would not be charging a trip charge and would tell me what the repair cost when the technician arrived.  
We had done some research on what could possibly be wrong with our water heater and let them know of our findings. So when Carl showed up to diagnose the problem my husband was already coming back home with a replacement part. Carl said he could hang out and see if we still needed his help after we replaced the old with the new. (No he did not help us physically but did hang out and chat with us while we replaced it in case we needed him to diagnose the issue after) We ended up having a success with our replacement! Thanks to God!

I had 2 water line leaks in my front yard.  Yes, it was an emergency.  Alex and Cole spent several hours over 2 days taking out the old and putting in the new water line.  They explained in detail what they were going to do and I really appreciated their efforts.  After completing the water line they put all my soil and rocks back where they belonged and you could never tell that they had been here.  The front lawn looked even better than it did when they started.  I would have Alex and Cole and Moon Valley plumbing back again for any plumbing issues.  They worked hard to complete the job and I was totally satisfied with the work.

We finally re-plumbed our entire house after 4 separate leaks under the slab.  After much research, we decided on Moon Valley Plumbing and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship or the price.  They completed the job in 2 days .  The plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the owner is very involved in running an efficient company.  We talked to other companies that wanted the work, but re-plumb jobs were not their specialty and it takes some expertise.  We highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing!

I wanted to share that we just had a good experience with Moon Valley Plumbers - Anthony was our actual plumber that came out.   They came out the same day and were very reasonably priced.  We were having issues with our sewer line.  Previously we had a plumber from George Brazil and they charged us $286 to run a camera and say there were no issues.  They said there was likely a plug near the end and it would cost almost $1200 to use a water jet.  

About a month later we started to have issues again.   This time thanks to a Next Door post we called Moon Valley Plumbers.   We were on a wait list but they got here by noon.   They cleared our line with the basic mechanical cleaner (a $155 charge).  Even if we chose the water jet they only charge $400 (1/3 of the price of George Brazil).  Moon Valley Plumbers will be who we call in the future.    

Anthony also gave us some additional great advice on several plumbing related topics.

Horrible company deserves 0 star rating.  Avoid at all costs.  They improperly installed a toilet on my 2nd story which had resulted in major sewage damage to my home.  As sewage was coming through my ceiling, I googled them and saw they were closed.  Called another plumber out who corrected the issue.  I requested MVP reimburse me less than $300 for the cost of the other plumber.  They have denied my request saying I should have gone into their website to find their emergency phone number.  Meanwhile, a restoration company is working on making my home livable again resulting in thousands of dollars of work due to their shoddy work.

Definitely disappointed.  We had ongoing problems, and called to make an appointment and tried to explain the issues but they didn't really want to listen.  The guy showed up and I explained the issues but he didn't really want to listen and told me he was just there to clear the clogged drain, even though we were clearly having a house problem.  2 weeks later, it was clogged again so I called to see if they would diagnose it this time.  Again, someone came, didn't want to listen to the issues, and just cleared the drain.  Less than 2 weeks later, more things were backing up.  We got charged full price for the camera and rooter work even though they couldn't even get them in the pipes.  

If you have a simple clog, they'll clear it.  But if you have any other issues, they won't really address it and will still charge you full price.  We paid almost $600 just to end up where we started.

I have been using Moon Valley Plumbing for several years now.  They always come to the rescue and do a great job!  Randall came out to fix the toilet in my master bathroom and my garbage disposal.  The toilet needed a new mechanism inside the tank (it would run continuously - I am scared to look at my next water bill) and when I tried to shut off the water to the toilet, the valve handle broke off! LOL!  I just turned off the water to the house until the next day when Moon Valley could rescue me.  Randall came out immediately in the morning.  He is so professional and friendly and kind.  He fixed my toilet and also found a little black rubber cylinder that had somehow made its way down into my garbage disposal, and shop vacuumed out the disposal.  Now everything works as good as new!  Thanks Moon Valley Plumbing for always taking such good care of me!  I always know I can depend on you to do a great job and to charge me a decent price.

We started using Moon Valley in 2015 when Anthony V came to our house to give us an estimate to install a water softener system and an instant gas water heater.  

Anthony V arrived on time and answered all our questions regarding what all this work would require. His bid was reasonable and Anthony was much more knowledgeable than other companies we had out for estimates. Plus, he did a fabulous job explaining the work to us.

We  hired him and have used him for all our plumbing needs every since! He is very professional and gets the job done while keeping the site as clean as possible. And he stands behind his work. We own an older home with clay pipes and roots that decided to grow into the lines. Moon Valley did a great job, working with the city of Phoenix through our line warranty and replaced the entire line from the street to the house. They were informative, timely, and very professional. I would use them again if the need arises!

Our monthly water bill was sky rocket last month.  It turned out that we had a big leak after the city's technician confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our water meter and that their reading was correct.  We called Precision Locating since we couldn't see any visible sign of leaks outside our home.  Doug Bacon came out utilizing his sophisticated leak detection gadgets to pin point the approximate leak area.  He then highly recommended Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter to do our repair. We called and they came out the next morning.

Cole from Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter is awesome. He started digging and couldn't find the leak in the highlighted area although he did dig a several feet under the driveway slab. He was determined and didn't give up and reached out to Doug at Precision Locating.  Doug came back to our home and both Cole and Doug worked closely to identify the precise location of the leak. Cole went out of his way to find and fix our leak and although the job took longer than expected due to its complexity, Cole still honored the price that he originally quoted us.  Also, he cleaned up his work area when he was done.  Thanks Cole for being so professional and patience...your dedication and determination fixed our pain in the rear problem :-).

FYI...we did contact other companies for leak detection and repair.  Let's just say there are many companies out there that are slow at responding and they charge an arm and a leg especially if you live in a nice area. I can't list the names of those unethical companies since Yelp will likely take down my posting if those companies were to complain...hahaha.  Do your homework but I do highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter (Cole...don't know his last name but currently there is only 1 Cole :-) for any leak repairs and Precision Locating (Doug Bacon) for any type of leak detections.  What was amazing is that Cole and Doug (2 individuals from 2 different companies) collaborated closely to troubleshoot and fix the major leak.  Great teamwork and kudos to Cole and Doug. Both companies do hire people with good work ethics and pricing is very reasonable and not cut throat like many other companies that we came across.

We needed a plumber once again, this time due to a leaky faucet in the backyard that was about 35 years old.
I sent a photo of the faucet to Hayden, a wonderful plumber associated with Moon Valley Plumbing. He knew the exact problem and the exact faucet best as a replacement. He asked me to schedule through the office, which I did, and he was out a few days later and did a beautiful job of replacing that severely damaged faucet.
The company is just outstanding. The women who answer the phones are polite and professional, provide you with all necessary information, and schedule the plumber of your choice. We love the company and we're so glad to have Hayden, a wonderful plumber and an  exceptionally great young man.

neighbors referred us to Moon Valley Plumbing, and we are thankful because now we have a new go to! They were able to troubleshoot our toilet (occasional and unexplained leaking around the bottom of the toilet), and efficiently replaced a faulty wax seal and mounting hardware. They were communicative throughout, sent pictures for our records, and were really respectful of our home. They were also on time and really friendly. I had a complete exterior sewer collapse at my residence in Mesa, AZ. Luckily I had warranty through the City of Mesa. They sent my job to Moon Valley Plumbing who initially were kind, positive, and I was ensured the job would be done.

Right after the sewer line was replaced from the stoop to the sidewalk, I noticed the cleanouts were too high. Not only that, they cracked my concrete (at front door) where it appears they used a sledgehammer to break the stoop. No concrete cutters were used on this job.

I called Sharon (manager) at Moon Valley who was defiant when asked why wasn't the concrete (3' x 3') wasn't just replaced. Instead, they poured concrete in the middle to which made it look like an epoxy live edge table. I said I would had paid extra but she did not care, That's only what's covered.

A week later, the dirt collapsed which shows their quality of work. No dirt was compacted. Underneath the custom live edge stoop there is a den where local stray dogs can now reside. I called Sharon who said the owner came out and took photos and will fix the problems. She was rude and made it sound like it was my problem they didn't do the job professionally in the first place.

As for the concrete live edge stoop (they made), she said they are absolutely not going to replace the concrete. Her method to packing the hole underneath the concrete is to stuff dirt from the sides.

Let the photos speaks for themselves. They will also leave trash and old piping in your yard.

As for not understanding what the Warranty/coverage is, I absolutely know what I am covered and what the warranty is. I just got off the phone with the warranty company and they are not happy with the quality of work done. They saw this review and read your comments and are absolutely appalled. See you shortly when you replace my concrete slab and fix the job you were supposed to the first time.

Alex and Cole were great to work with! The company as a whole was very responsive and prompt to schedule our appointment.

Alex and Cole were very communicative about the issues we had (collapsed sewer line) and took the time to explain the problem and the fix in detail. I had a very good experience with this company.  I had come home one night, almost 6 PM, to find that my sewer had backed up. It was overflowing outside, thankfully, but I could not flush the toilet's in the house for fear of it backing up into the house. I called my warranty company and they called MoonValley. The warranty company told me that the plumbing company would call me to schedule an appointment within 1 hour but that they had 24 hours to come out to fix it.  I was a little panicked. How long could I live with this backup? The tech, Alex, from MoonValley actually called me within 10 minutes of placing the claim with my warranty company and said he was coming from North Phoenix but was on his way.  He was at my house within one hour, cleared the blockage, and was back on the road - all said and done maybe an hour and 20 minutes from the time I called my warranty company. The tech, Alex, was very helpful, explained to me the issue, and was quick with the repair.  I appreciated his prompt service and his good attitude.

Team member Anthony Limon was awesome! He arrived before we expected (we were out running an errand), and we found him already at work on the problem. Anthony's easygoing personality was apparent from the start (he joked that our barking dog had given him instructions to get started on the job), and he had our water back on quickly. He was also a great source of information: showed us where our water and sewer lines ran and gave us tips on what to look for to avoid future problems. All in all, a thoroughly knowledgeable, professional and pleasant guy to work with. We'll be asking for him again next time we need plumbing help.

$300 to change a filter on a water treatment system and attempt to unclog a drain. Plumber did about 20 minutes worth of actual work and gave up on unclogging drain. My advice is to find a plumber that does the work himself as these larger companies just mark everything up about 3 times what it should actually cost!

Today we needed major plumbing work done. Our home had sprung a leak underneath the slab. Travis and his team had to not only find the leak, but then reroute the plumbing. I will never call another plumbing company. Junior came to my house to clear a shower drain blockage. He worked his butt off! He took time to answer my questions and tried several strategies to clear the blockage until it was clear. Best part was I was charged a very fair price even though Junior had to work from so many angles to get the job done. The customer service and expertise at this company is awesome. I love when I find honest hardworking tradesman. Very honorable.

First of all, shout out to John R. that left Moon Valley Plumbing a 1 star review, and complained about a 39.00 estimate fee and not receiving a bid over the phone.. Congratulations, you're a moron.. If small repair company owners don't charge estimate fees to offset the expenses incurred from driving around for free all day, they can go out of business, fast.. you want a warranty from a company that can't charge enough to stay in business and they're gone in a year when you need them?!  No truly great highly reputable professional gives a phone bid.. for ten different reasons.. mainly the professional has no idea what they're bidding on and every situation is different, plus competitors call all the time pretending to be customers so they can obtain your pricing..  I'm sorry Moon Valley for that knuckle-headed ignorant fool marring your reputation when you never even worked for him.. one day hopefully Yelp will come to their senses and fix that problem.

Now that I'm done ranting and empathizing with Moon Valley....  Kenny came to my home today to replace a wax ring.. he knocked it out of the park, *and* instead of just fixing the *effect* he fixed the cause as well.. he had to double stack some wax rings which wasn't done in the first place.. they replaced my supply line, did a clean caulk job, fixed a pop up stopper, *and* they checked my water pressure for me, which was super high! As a previous plumbing repair company owner, I was extremely please with Kenny and Moon Valley, and I'm sure I'll use them again.  They came out in less than 24 hours for my non-emergency call.  I'm pleased with every aspect of the job, thanks Moon Valley Plumbing and Kenny Leather!!

What an experience this morning with moon valley plumbing . I had an appt to replace an outdoor hose-Bibb. Simple job !
Consultant says I have to give you 2 prices . One for regular job and one if I have to tear stucco !
I also may have to make a hole inside the house . So now 3rd price . Then he says what if you have a bad pipe !!! And we go on ......Water is leaking from handle of hose Bibb !!!!

We recently had our spare bath enclosure remodeled and had a difficult time trying to install new hardware. Alex came to look at the issue and found that the handles didn't fit because the valve in the wall was not long enough. He was able to narrow down the fact that our new tile was much thicker than the old tile, causing the hardware to fit properly. Because the plumbing was so old, Alex did his best to track down proper fittings for us but was unable to as they just didn't make what we need. He made calls, stopped at different supply stores and had no luck. However, through creativity, he was able to provide a better solution that worked perfectly and made it work! Everything is tight and solid and well-sealed, it was a very professional job. Alex is a life-saver, I really thought we might have to rip out the remodel and either have new plumbing put in or get an entirely different and thinner tile. I cannot say enough about his attitude, professionalism and the beautiful job he did for us. Thank you Alex!

Fast same day service...within an hour!! Friendly, Honest and Helpful!
So after calling many other plumbing companies they were all ready to charge a trip charge just to come out and look at our water heater...and yes I know the trip charge is then applied to the service...IF you choose to have these other companies do the repair. If not then well your out 50+ bucks just for having them drive out to your home.
However, Moon Valley Plumbing was quick to mention they would not be charging a trip charge and would tell me what the repair cost when the technician arrived.  
We had done some research on what could possibly be wrong with our water heater and let them know of our findings. So when Carl showed up to diagnose the problem my husband was already coming back home with a replacement part. Carl said he could hang out and see if we still needed his help after we replaced the old with the new. (No he did not help us physically but did hang out and chat with us while we replaced it in case we needed him to diagnose the issue after) We ended up having a success with our replacement! Thanks to God!

Jody understood and bid some of the work that I needed a plumber's help with, including setting a new tub and putting in some new valves. Our monthly water bill was sky rocket last month.  It turned out that we had a big leak after the city's technician confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our water meter and that their reading was correct.  We called Precision Locating since we couldn't see any visible sign of leaks outside our home.  Doug Bacon came out utilizing his sophisticated leak detection gadgets to pin point the approximate leak area.  He then highly recommended Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter to do our repair. We called and they came out the next morning.

Cole from Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter is awesome. He started digging and couldn't find the leak in the highlighted area although he did dig a several feet under the driveway slab. He was determined and didn't give up and reached out to Doug at Precision Locating.  Doug came back to our home and both Cole and Doug worked closely to identify the precise location of the leak. Cole went out of his way to find and fix our leak and although the job took longer than expected due to its complexity, Cole still honored the price that he originally quoted us.  Also, he cleaned up his work area when he was done.  Thanks Cole for being so professional and patience...your dedication and determination fixed our pain in the rear problem :-).

FYI...we did contact other companies for leak detection and repair.  Let's just say there are many companies out there that are slow at responding and they charge an arm and a leg especially if you live in a nice area. Excellent experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Greg who was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He immediately dispatched Kenny to our home. Within a couple hours our plumbing problem was history and the pricing was more than reasonable. Kenny was so great to work with, explained everything thoroughly and got to the problem quickly. So many times when you need something done quickly I feel it provides an opportunity for companies to take advantage customers. Not in this case. Great business! Hired these guys after my home warranty sent out a plumber who told me I needed to have my pipes hydrojetted (literally doing nothing for me). Scheduled an appointment specifically to have this hydrojetting done, and was expecting to have to dish out for said service. The guys came out, and suggested we have them try to snake the pipe first (even though we told them we tried that). They were incredibly honest, and seemed to want to save us $$ if they could. With in 10 minutes they had a glorious hairball removed from our shower drain, and we heard the beautiful trickle of water going down our pipes again.
They were extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and determined. I highly recommend this company, however hope I don't have another reason to call them!

Alex was fast and fantastic. We had a serious blockage from tree roots clogging our sewer pipe. I had several plumbers com in and sent a camera through the line.  Turns out the pipe is out of round in one section 3 feet below the ground. We got several estimates and decided on Moon Valley Plumbing.  They dug a deep hole and removed the old pipe replace it with new pipe all in about 4 hours.  Amazing! And now the surface looks like nothing ever happened.

Junior and Mark arrived early on the appointed day, they worked quickly and professionally to diagnose and fix the problem, all for a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this company.
Update 2 months after their visit I had a major flooding in the bedroom on the back of the wall of the bathroom where they had worked. My opinion is that the plumber dislodged the seal in the bath drain when he replaced the seal in the tub overflow. They're connected because they use the same plastic pipe to drain both holes. They disclaimed all responsibility. The damage was around $6,000.
At the time I also asked them to replace a shower valve that may possibly cause a leak in the future. The guy said he would install a great valve and I'd surely have no problems in the future. He installed a cheap, simple valve and charged $550.
A week later I discovered the main water valve for my irrigation had been turned off by the plumber while searching for the leak that had caused the flooding. He forgot to tell me he turned it off and forgot to turn it back on. By then half my grass was dead.
If you need a plumber, I suggest you look somewhere else.

It seems like moon valley has grown so much as a company that they are no longer the honest & professional, sacrificing grassr it used to be. & has become a total cash grab vs customer satisfaction. :(

Apparently the people who are on the other end of the phone don't understand they work for a company who handles emergencies & may have people who ask questions or have certain needs.
Jessica and Sharon were both extremely rude and immature, it literally was so unbelievable, it was like something out of a movie.

Beware! You could have the plumber come out, promise something, but have something & charges totally different happen & guess what, there's nothing you can do about it.

Beware - I got ripped off. toilet repair cost they $225 a new toilet is only $100. The parts pack is only $20 at HD. This was a gouging. They didn't even quote me just did work. Beware and educate yourself.

We had them repair the toilet and install a bidet. They installed the bidet wrong and messed up the screw. We had a difficult time opening it and re-installing it ourselves. I would not use them again.

This is our second time using them and they are very honest and professional. We had bought a 1950's red brick house in Phoenix & have had a couple very bad experience's with some other plumbers here in the valley. This company not only holds to their quote but went out of their way to make sure everything was right. As a property manager, I see many surprises when I check the clients' property.  Today, I discovered a broken bath tub handle AND a broken water main.  I immediately contacted Moon Valley Plumbing.  The staff quickly assisted me and a plumber was on site within an hour. After going out for supplies, Mo returned and worked without stopping until the issues were resolved.  Even with a surprise water gush, he was efficient and the work areas left clean.  I never hesitate to call Moon Valley Plumbing and today confirms why.  My clients are out of country or out of state, therefore, rely on my judgment. I am greatly unsatisfied.

The real deal! Dan Hubbard answered all our questions, solved all our problems (plumbing-wise), and charged a reasonable amount. He also arrived early. We were scared to call a plumber for just our minor fixes, but felt burnout when we couldn't fix two shower leaks ourselves. So in conclusion, for us at least, Moon Valley Plumbing and Dan was worth the call.

I had them come out to deal with two issues at my property. The first was a sticky float in the toilet and the second was a malfunctioning sump pump. The gentleman was friendly and professional but I find their pricing rather expensive. The charge for the float repair was $180 which seemed excessive and the estimate to replace the sump pump was over $800. I contacted an another plumbing company to repair the sump pump and it was done for half that. The most concerning part about the sump pump was that first plumber didn't realize that the backflow preventer was bad and that's why the original sump pump failed in the first place.

This is a company that really takes care of you. Had an issue with a faucet and George came immediately and fixed the problem. We then had a leak under the sink, and George came again promptly. Moon Valley Plumbing is not only reliable and fair priced, but is totally professional. I would highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing.

We had an urgent need for a plumber (on a Sunday morning no less) because our Moen shower faucet failed and would not shut off. Anthony arrived at our house about an hour after we spoke and immediately took care the problem. This is the second time I've used their services without an issue.

Alex and Cole were great to work with! The company as a whole was very responsive and prompt to schedule our appointment.

Alex and Cole were very communicative about the issues we had (collapsed sewer line) and took the time to explain the problem and the fix in detail. They treated my house and property with respect, making sure to put everything back the way it was to the best of their ability. They made what could have been a very stressful and upsetting incident as pain free as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else!

These guys are great!
I called on a Tuesday morning because the city of phoenix decided to change my water meter without telling me and then proceeded to botch the job - I was left with two toilets overflowing and a broken hose due to air and dirt in the pipes.
Dan from Moon Valley was there by mid afternoon and did a fantastic job with all the repairs. Fast, friendly and the price was right!
I have been searching for a good plumbing company for years and now I found one!!

Horrible company deserves 0 star rating.  Avoid at all costs.  They improperly installed a toilet on my 2nd story which had resulted in major sewage damage to my home.  As sewage was coming through my ceiling, I googled them and saw they were closed.  Called another plumber out who corrected the issue.  I requested MVP reimburse me less than $300 for the cost of the other plumber.  They have denied my request saying I should have gone into their website to find their emergency phone number.  Meanwhile, a restoration company is working on making my home livable again resulting in thousands of dollars of work due to their shoddy work.

Dan called and came out earlier than his appointment to fix a leak and several minor plumbing repairs. All was fixed in about 30 minutes. He was great and knew exactly what he was doing! I will definitely call Moon Valley Plumbing the next time we need help.

Alex managed to pick up where another plumbing company (Allied Plumbing) left me stranded with a pregnant wife and a sewer line back up.  

Alex did a great job finding the problem and giving us different options.  He worked hard to do two things; 1) Get our sewer line working again and 2) Keep the costs at a minimum for us.  

My wife and I were so appreciative that the company worked to adjust schedules so that our emergency situation could be addressed and fixed ASAP.  

We would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Our water heater decided to burst the same day I was heading out of town. I called Moon Valley Plumbing at 7:00AM, was told they would have a technician to our house between 8:00 to 10:00am. I received a text that our technician was on the way before 8:00am. Our technician Anthony arrived before 8:30am!! Anthony was beyond awesome, he was totally professional, answered all our questions, and the work he did was that of a well seasoned professional. I would not hesitate to recommend MVP, the owner is a wonderful person and his crew is top notch.

So I'm not really a meat eater much but I decided to make a roast the other day. I took one bite of it and thought it was disgusting and put it down the garbage disposal. That was about four days ago. The garbage disposal broke immediately and of course I did what anybody else would do and got on YouTube to see if I could fix it myself. I did a few of the YouTube fixes all that did was make things worse. Not only was the garbage disposal plugged up... It was leaking from the bottom. I called a local plumber and without even coming out and looking at my problem he told me it would be about 400 bucks to fix. So I went to Plan B got on Amazon and ordered a new disposal and thought I would try their Amazon service too. After the Amazon service rescheduling on me twice I gave up and called another local plumber today. Moon Valley plumbing not only gave me a same-day service but sent out a qualified person who was kind and skilled. So within three or four hours from making the call to Moon Valley plumbing they've already been out here to install the new disposal and fixed everything and cleaned up everything and I'm on my way to cooking some good vegetarian meals after four or five days of not being able to use that side of the sink. Anthony Limon and Moon Valley Plumbing Saved My Sink! Roast$10, New Disposal from the Zon $100, Moon Valley Plumbing $154 and worth every penny. Next time they are my first stop even before YpuTube or Amazon!

I have been using Moon Valley Plumbing for several years now.  They always come to the rescue and do a great job!  Randall came out to fix the toilet in my master bathroom and my garbage disposal.  The toilet needed a new mechanism inside the tank (it would run continuously - I am scared to look at my next water bill) and when I tried to shut off the water to the toilet, the valve handle broke off! LOL!  I just turned off the water to the house until the next day when Moon Valley could rescue me.  Randall came out immediately in the morning.  He is so professional and friendly and kind.  He fixed my toilet and also found a little black rubber cylinder that had somehow made its way down into my garbage disposal, and shop vacuumed out the disposal.  Now everything works as good as new!  Thanks Moon Valley Plumbing for always taking such good care of me!  I always know I can depend on you to do a great job and to charge me a decent price.

I would highly recommend Moon Valley plumbing I came home from work this evening and my kitchen was flooded with water and I contacted them and they sent out a young man named Jason who is very kind and professional and he was able to identify the problem in the refrigerator immediately and got the water to stop coming out it was priced reasonably he was he arrived on time and I would highly recommend them.

I am so glad I found these plumbers! This company is ethical and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to make money. They came when they said they would and had the job done on time. Mutual respect goes a long way!! Will recommend moon valley to friends and family.

Alex was fast and fantastic. We had a serious blockage from tree roots clogging our sewer pipe. I had several plumbers com in and sent a camera through the line.  Turns out the pipe is out of round in one section 3 feet below the ground. We got several estimates and decided on Moon Valley Plumbing.  They dug a deep hole and removed the old pipe replace it with new pipe all in about 4 hours.  Amazing! And now the surface looks like nothing ever happened.

What an experience this morning with moon valley plumbing . I had an appt to replace an outdoor hose-Bibb. Simple job !
Consultant says I have to give you 2 prices . One for regular job and one if I have to tear stucco !
I also may have to make a hole inside the house . So now 3rd price . Then he says what if you have a bad pipe !!! And we go on ......Water is leaking from handle of hose Bibb !!!!
What if ? What if ?????
Call other plumber who was in neighborhood and had the job done in minutes. Replaced washer .
Are we trying to make a fast buck ???

I am so impressed with the service and professionalism! I had a two hour window in a busy week and they were there in 15 min. Maybe just good timing but that really made my day!!!

After our home inspection for the sale of our house we called Moon Valley Plumbing. They got back to us quickly. It wasn't an emergency so an appointment was set for a couple days later.  George, was the technician that came out and we couldn't be happier.  He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  He repaired the items on the list and did a great job!  Thanks George! Had a plumbing emergency (water pressure dropped / faucets stopped working one by one).  Called them up to see if they could send someone to look into the problem.  After getting greeted on the phone and being asked about my issue I began to describe what was going on.  

However, it soon became obvious the phone had been put down and the person who answered it was chatting about purchasing a house with someone either in their office or on another phone.  

After a few attempts to get the attention of someone on the other end of the line I hung up.  Obviously, they do not take plumbing emergencies very seriously at Moon Valley Plumbing.
