I placed a request for service on YELP on Saturday and not only did I get an email back within a few minutes but Rafael was at my house that day to give us an estimate.  By Wednesday that same week the job was done and the problem fixed.  Price was reasonable and work was professionally done.  CIB is my first call for anything related to plumbing.  Highly recommend.

Rafael is wonderful.  He gave me a wonderful price for my water heater install and dry wall replacement.  What I liked most is that Rafael was very responsive.  He always answered within a couple of minutes.  Best customer service I have received from a provider ever.  I will be using g him again.  Thank you Rafael!

Rafael came out to fix my leaking shower head. He replaced the cartridge and even came back the next day to adjust after it was still leaking a little. He also replaced my toilet angle stop valves. He was on time, did exactly what he said he'd do, and for the price he quoted.

Rafael was the only plumber to respond back with  a bid, which is what I requested from all the plumbers. This showed that he listened.

Although the job was not urgent, he responded and the job was done within one day of him responding. This showed that he was timely.

Rafael, took the time to see if there was anything else that he could do for us, at no extra charge. It turns out that he has remodeling skills. We will be using him again.

Rafael The owner of the company came out and remodeled my bathroom on a short notice and Man was I pleased!! Him and his work are very professional, neat and he takes a lot of pride in what he does! I'm so happy I went with him! My neighbor also used him to remodel his bathroom. Thats how I found out about him to begin with! He does amazing work and is highly skilled! Sent Yelp requests on Sunday. Promptly replied and communicated his availability and pricing based on my details and photos. Contacted me when running a little bit late. We added to the job once he came out to replace the bathtub. We ordered online then he went and picked it up. Then came back and installed tub and new valves. No surprises. We paid per his quote and the additional work which was done at the same time at an additional cost. Very satisfied with the job done in such a timely manner.

I bought a new garbage disposal from Home Depot and they were supposed to install it for me but they never called me as promised. I came to Yelp to request quotes. I got 6 responses and only 2 of the businesses would give me quotes online without having to call in. CIB was one of them and his was also the best quote. He was able to come out within 2 days which I really appreciated. Definitely would use their services again. Huge thank you to Rafael and Sergio!

My tenants had a faucet that wasn't working.  I was having trouble finding a handyman who would fix it sooner than 2-3 weeks out, as it was impacting their ability to use the kitchen sink. Rafael responded to my Yelp request within an hour, gave me a quote and was there the next day.  It is a sink in a historic home which required shutting down the water while working. He removed the rusted faucet and replaced it - it looks great. And, he was on time for the job. I am definitely going to call CIB again when in need of handyman work.

Second time using them to complete laundry valve replacement. Extremely communicative and fair price.

He was so good that we even asked if he could finish other projects that we needed and he got right on it. Focused on his job and got it done in a timely manner. The work was completed in a few hours and the price of the estimate honored. I had looked at a few other companies, but most had a starting price higher than his estimate.  I look forward to using Rafael for future projects.

Our customer notified ProBest on 12/12/22 that his pool equipment was not working properly after we did his termite job on November 29, 2022. Cost of termite treatment was $1425. He thought it was leaking. He sent pictures of drill hole in concrete near pool equipment. (All photos have been downloaded to customers file).

I contacted our local handyman, Jerry. Jerry said that he couldn't do a job like that. He referred me to Zest Plumbing. Who then referred me to Swimming Pool Service and Repair. Their original base quote was around $600.00.

I emailed Becci on Monday 12/12/22 at approximately 9:36am. She did advise that they were a couple days out.

On 12/20/22 after checking every other day I finally had to cancel because customer was getting frustrated having to wait.

Jack ended up going with CIB Plumbing & Rooter (a neighbor in his development). Rafael originally stated that it would be around $600.00 -$800.00 to repair. He did notify Jack and his wife that the price was increasing as the scoop of work was a little more than originally quoted. According to Jack, CIB was on the job about 10 hours.

On Friday December 30, 2022, Jack sent over an invoice from the above contractor that was 3 times the amount quoted $2751. The contractor never contacted our office to discuss price increase as we would be the one paying for repairs which was explained at the beginning. I believe we should have been contacted and that $2175 was outrageous.

Rafael responded to my Yelp request within 20 mins, and was able to schedule me an appointment the next morning. He came by and provided me a quote and was able to replace the pipe. GREAT SERVICE, RESPONSIVE, and RELIABLE. Will definitely contact him in the future if I have any other issues.

The workmanship, the new shower was $2500 less than they other 3 quote. I also got tile work, top of the line shower door on his price. Fair family man running a great business. Once you meet him you will have a great new friend. And have no fear of plumbing repairs.
