Today Orestes, the owner, came out to fix the leak under my kitchen sink.  We have a 2-10 home warranty, which I filed a claim with them and they gave us United Plumbing & Draining Services, LLC.  I called within a couple minutes of getting the 2-10 work order and called.  Orestes answered.

I explained the problem and he asked when I would like him out.  I asked if he could come out today and he had availability in the afternoon (it was the morning when I called).  It turned out to not be the cold water valve rather a quick connect fitting from our reverse osmosis that the person that installed that system didn't do a great job of putting the fitting on.

Orestes wasn't sure if the kitchen faucet would be damaged in the removal of the quick connect fitting.  It turns out he was able to get this part out (with a lot of work) without damaging our faucet's plumbing.  He had to go out to buy the part and returned and got the leak all taken care of.  No more leaking.

I had also asked him if he does work on hot water heaters and he said he does.  I asked him if he would show my husband and I how to make sure to properly drain our hot water heater.  He went through the steps with us, telling me I should write the steps down, the order in which he did things, and the timing.  He explained why the order and timing, which was super helpful.  Our hot water heater isn't too old, 2.5 yrs old, but we had never done the yearly draining I thought we were supposed to.

Anyway, aside from the 2-10 warranty fee payable to him, I gave him a little extra for being so kind to explain and show us how to drain our hot water heater.  At first he refused the money, but my husband and I thought it was only fair he get some money by empowering us to help keep our hot water heater healthier for longer.

We are very appreciative of the good work Orestes did as well as him being such a decent person by making sure our leak was taken care (the root cause) and we were good to go.  So if you're in search of someone to do a good job, honest, give Orestes a call for your plumbing needs.

My AC stopped working during a heat wave of 115+ for the last 16 days. Louis answered and as expected they were extremely busy during the heat wave but Louis went above and beyond to get my AC running in no time! It's been a while since I've been impressed with a AC Company and Louis at All Valley Air impressed the socks off me with his eagerness to help and by going above and beyond he got my AC running again and saved me a lot of money! I can't express how awesome All Valley Air is to customers, if you need anything AC these are your guys! You won't regret it!

My water tank broke and required a replacement.  I was told that it could be installed the next day.  Laurie then called me back and said she had an opening and that the tech would be here later in the day.  Communication via phone and email was great.  I was given the time, updated arrival time and called by Robin when the she was 10 minutes away.  She removed the old water heater, went to the dealer in Chandler to get a new one, returned and installed an American made unit professionally and quickly.  I've used Frederick and Sons several times in the past, and I am never disappointed.  I'd recommend them to anyone needing their services.

BRANDON IS THE BEST! We had a sewer clog and he came over right away to take care of the problem. HE also responded quickly to a prior plumbing request we had. He is one of the friendliest and most reliable plumbers we have used, and his prices are reasonable too. Great service!  Got an air conditioner split installed in the garage!  Customer service was excellent!  Will use again for any future projects.

Had an AC tuneup recently last month and was quoted $3300 of work to be done on a 5 year old unit. Called a second company today who 1. Informed me that the unit was under warranty (I purchased the house 2 years ago), 2. Looked at the bid TH provided me and blatantly told me that the prices I was quoted were absurd ($1900 for a replacement fan-what the absolute kind of buffoonery is that? Girl, bye) and 3. Switched out a part that was failing for free as a result of the unit being under warranty. So I was quoted for work to be done on a unit that was under warranty (and that didn't need to be done). I will stick with the smaller, trustworthy companies that don't work off of commission, and take the time to explain what they're doing. I get it, we all need to make a living if that is the case. But make it honest. They will never step foot in my home again. I encourage you to look elsewhere.
