Called for a plumbing problem and they were available to come out that afternoon.  Showed up on time and was knowledge about the repair and did it quickly and was very clean.  Good prices for repairs and the work is done correctly.

I called Element for a quote on installing a soft water unit in our new home. Not only were they quick to respond and very friendly by they were also 30% less expensive than the other quotes we had received (apples to apples). They were able to schedule right away and gave me a 1 hour window (as opposed to the 4 hour window that seems to be quite standard with other service providers). Rob was extremely professional. I felt very comfortable having him in our home.  He worked quickly but took the time to explain the system to me until I felt I understood it, even repeating most of it so I could jot down some notes. He always was more than happy to talk me through some other plumbing-related questions I had. Element will be our family's plumber going forward.

Stop searching and call Element. Great customer service.  I needed their help when we drilled through a concrete slab and hit a unmarked water/pvc line during termite treatment.  They responded promptly and rescued us.  Also used them at my home for water heater issues and the service technician was prompt and professional

Needed a new anode rod installed and a new higher toilet.  Called
Element and a very pleasant young lady took my call.  She was
most helpful, and arranged for an appointment quickly, and at my
convenience.

Rob came out and did the work excellently and at a reasonable
price.

I HIGHLY recommend Element for all your plumbing needs.

Element Plumbing is really top notch!  From the office, Jennifer, is always pleasant and accommodating!  Makes her best efforts to get you service when you need it.  And the service Rob provides is exceptional!  He is very thorough and explains what he's doing and why.  Pricing is more than fair and I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs from new installs to simple service.

I know I have found my go to plumber!  I have called Elements Plumbing now for the third time over the last two years - first a water heater, then a new toilet, and most recently they bailed me out on a kitchen faucet replacement that I tried to do myself but couldn't. So with three excellent experiences I have no problem whatsoever giving a 5 star rating.
They are prompt, professional, and affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Awesome service! Reasonable and very honest! I always give the best marks for honesty to businesses like this one. I had a main burst at my rental house, Ron was there that day, (no service charge btw), dug up the main, called me and told me that he would try to patch it, if he couldn't then it would have to be a total replacement which as you can imagine is not cheap. Even though less expensive, than other quotes I got, it would still be about $1500. He was able to patch it up though and charged me A LOT LESS, even though he could've said full replacement, $1500 or no go, right? Even though he texted me pictures I don't know if the pipe can be fixed or not so I very much appreciated him being honest and competent.

I already recommended him to someone else in my neighborhood and they were extremely happy with the work he did as well.

Called Element Plumbing Monday for an non emergency utility sink drain leak.  The earliest date was today 3/29 which was acceptable as it was a non emergency. Their plumber, Ron I. Believe arrived on time and in no time had my problem fixed. He was an extremely courteous and professional person. The bill was acceptable and I was satisfied. Will use Element Plumbing for future needs.

Rob was our plumber and even though he had been working outside in the 110 heat prior to arriving he was very professional and pleasant. We will definitely be using Element moving forward for all of our plumbing needs.

I purchased a new refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. I was having an issue with water pressure and water and ice not dispensing. I tried to make the pressure changes myself with new R/O filters and a new R/O tank. I was not making any progress. Rob arrived without charging a trip charge and gave me an estimate on his recommended changes, to disconnect the R/O system to the fridge using the water line from the main valve and using the R/O system for the Faucet only. Rob also discovered a leaky line connecter from behind the fridge. Bottom line, so far so good and I now have more pressure than before. Hopefully the problem is resolved and I do not have a refrigerator line that is freezing. I highly recommend Rob for your next plumbing project.

I called Element Plumbing and the sent out a plumber name Rob who did an amazing job! He gave me estemets for two different options and he started out with the lowest estimate and if he needed to do more letme know in advance!! He was a nice gentleman and very clean in his work so happy to have water back on!! I highly recommend Element Plumbing!! I would give them 100 gold star's ifi. Could!
