James Hill (The Aussie Plumber) came out today and replaced two stop valves and installed a new dishwasher. He did a fantastic job!  Prompt, professional, and personable service from the first phone call throughout the entire service. I highly recommend this company. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed. Keep up the excellent work. We will definitely be calling The Aussie Plumber for any and all future needs.

My mothers sink was giving her issues and we called the Aussie Plumber for service. Franz and Troy arrived on time and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem, provide a solution and performed the repair in 30 minutes. Truly outstanding. Called The Aussie Plumber at 7am about an outside pipe leaking and Franz was here an hour later.  He diagnosed the problem immediately and In less than an hour the repair was done. This was the second time Franz was at our house to repair a plumbing issue. Both times we found him to be professional, efficient and friendly. He's extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly identify and resolve a plumbing problem.  The Aussie Plumber is a fantastic company -- I highly recommend them!

OUTSTANDING. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company. From the minute you call, Michelle is very kind and transparent about their services and what to expect. Franz and James showed up and were both extremely respectful, personable, and knowledgeable about the situation, all while being 100% transparent about how to fix it. Lots of other experts said it was something else. But Franz and James were the only ones to diagnose the problem! They were literally in mud and water, missed their lunch, and went above and beyond to help anyway they could. If you have a plumbing issue... these are the people you want.

Called them for a leaking tub faucet and they came out a few hours later. They were everything you want from a plumber - reasonable, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend them.

I really appreciate the service these folks provide. They're so nice and helpful. They've really came through when I was having plumbing issues. Our 30 gallon water heater went out last Tuesday May 16th, 2023. I called The Aussie Plumber after hours that same day and was told someone would arrive between between the hours of 8:00 AM-12:00 PM on Wednesday, the next day. I received a call from Franz the next morning and he arrived before 8:00 AM (prompt service). Franz was very professional and had us a new 40 gallon water heater installed in about 4 hours. The area of work was in a utility closet that also housed the air handler-furnace unit. Needless to say the work space was tight. Franz also replaced the old shut off valves with new quarter turns. I so appreciate the speedy response and Franz excellent talent as a plumber. Afterwards he replaced a leaky faucet on the backside of our house. If you have any plumbing needs (big or small) highly consider The Aussie Plumber. They're definitely my go to choice.

Louis from Aussie plumber was fabulous! He's very professional and the quality of service he provided was outstanding. He replaced a hose bib and was here for my water softener that was under warranty. He was very honest in the assessment of the water softener and told me that it needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber and Louis for the response time in taking care of my problem.

James and the whole team are phenomenal, very personable. I wanted a water softener installed, both me and my husband like anyone had a lot of questions and concerns. My husband was concerned on the quality of soft water in general and had terrible experiences with that in the past elsewhere. James and Troy came out and delivered like no other, made sure to accommodate our preferences and needs with the water softener, explained the process thoroughly and answered all our questions, checked our water vitals, and broke down the science of it all. Which is something me and my husband really appreciate as both people in STEM fields. No other plumber has been this thorough with explaining the process and would often left us wondering in the dark to where we'd have to Google for more info. Not with James and Troy! They also took their time at the first consultation at no charge and also checked our toilets! Transparency is there with these folks and James explained the differences and pros/cons between a water conditioner vs a water softener, they do not try to upsell like other places may.

The prices are competitive and more affordable than other places I've seen especially for a water softener. Plus they offered us a discount on the water softener and a payment plan. Different options were offered for each package plan and we never felt pressured to purchase extras in the plan. Michelle at the office has been great with setting all this up too and she is easy to reach through just a text away and offered to do a phone call when I had questions on the payment plan. Troy came out to install the softener and it's been working well and it has been a game changer for my skin and hair. My husband definitely is also happier with the quality of the soft water compared to his experiences in the past with other softeners.

The Aussie Plumber replaced two toilets and a sink for us. Franz was professional and efficient. We're extremely happy with the service, price, and quality. Definitely would recommend them.

This is my second review of The Aussie Plumber and although I had a different plumber this time, my second experience was just as good the first.  During my initial phone call, Katie pleasantly answered the phone, patiently listened to my plumbing problem, and allowed me to send her photos of my issue that she forwarded to the plumber. Louis C. was my plumber this time. His demeanor was professional and affable. He even befriended my skittish dog. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told me his plan for fixing it. I approved the estimate (which I thought was reasonable for the job) and he efficiently fixed my broken drain pipe. I could not ask for anything more. I'm glad I called the Aussie Plumber and I think you will be, too.

Franz was very professional and knowledgeable on our options for an RO system. He came out to our house in the morning, provided an estimate and was able to install the same day!  We highly recommend Franz and Aussie Plumbers!

Forget the rest, call The Aussie Plumber! I had a huge problem caused by a water leak in my kitchen. The first plumbers tried to rip me off, then called the restoration company who did incredible damage. I called in the Aussie Plumber... and you should too. Franz, came to my  home, and first pointed out the cracked vent stack (allowing sewer gas to come into my kitchen. The Restoration Company, using an unlicensed Plumber missed it. They would have just walled it back up, and left it to happen again. The Aussie Plumber, had to tear up some of the concrete floor, change the pipe and pour new concrete. Then the restoration company also broke the supply line to my refrigerator, put a cup on the floor to catch water, never said anything and left. By the time I found it, the cup had of course overflowed, drywall damaged, floor warped, and more. The Aussie Plumber.... again, first explained why it was not good to have a fitting like the other company installed in my wall, talked about alternatives, and finally ran a long flexible tube up the wall, through the ceiling and down to the sink connection and replaced the valves. Now when the refrigerator is moved out for cleaning or other needs, the tube is in the open and long enough to prevent damage again. If that wasn't enough, they had a finance plan to make it easier to pay for with 0% for a year! They might not have been the cheapest, but they were fair and solved the problem.
    Shortly after, I had another problem (which I will leave for good taste) and because it was the weekend, I called a different Plumber who said the problem was likely caused by the work of the Aussie Plumber. I called them and Franz came back. He went on my  roof, used a camera in the vent stack to find the problem, then fixed it. (It was not their fault or related to past work) On top of everything, he charged nothing for the extra visit or the work needed!
Enough said... Like I said at the beginning, call the Aussie Plumber and forget the rest! That certainly is my plan.

James repaired a toilet and replaced another for me a year ago. Great work, really professional, efficient service by James. More recently Cameron replaced 3 bath faucets and so pleased again with the job he did. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber. And I will use their service again for my next project.

Arrived on time great service took care of the problem that I called for put on shoe covers as to not track dirt in-and-out of my house positive attitude seem very knowledgeable got me a for another job that I need very grateful
