Cure All Plumbing

Cure all did a fantastic job doing a whole house re-plumbing. Spencer, Hunter and Jacob worked non stop to complete the job in a day and a half. It was a lot of work, and I was very worried about it being done correctly. I had 3 other quotes and look up reviews and backgrounds. Cure-All was priced the same as the other plumbers (a little higher than 1, but he was not bonded in AZ). If you want a qualified and licensed, bonded team, use Cure All! We even discussed Tankless water heaters Vs. regular. We ultimately used a standard water heater with a pump to allow for almost instant hot-water in he back of the house. I also learned about water filters that help preserve your pipes and clean your water (way cheaper than a whole house water softener). Spencer and his crew cleaned up and helped me find a drywall person to patch the repairs. The entire home was fixed in a week! I can't recommend this company enough. They were on time/early and stand by their work! Integrity and dependability can be difficult these days, but not with Cure All!

The entire experience was awesome, despite our plumbing issue. They put us at ease and got the job done. Lauren is super friendly. Mike knows his stuff. They are reliable and communicative. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I had a bad leak that turned into a terrible leak. Spencer was able to come out very quickly for the initial diagnosis. He and Jason fixed both problems with good work, excellent knowledge, and friendly faces. I would definitely use them again

Not pleased with thoroughness of work. I was charged for an unnecessary service on an appliance that will need replacing. What a waste of money! I'll never use these guys again.

Donald did a good job clearing the leak beneath my kitchen sink. (I hope) Before that they did good putting on a new water outlet when I got a new and different washing machine. So I decided to spend some of the stimulus money I got from Uncle Sam and give them some work and stimulate the economy.

I did not have any drain problems, but my house was here before the AZ Code required a sewer clean-out pipe. I didn't have one and decided to let them put a two-way clean-out tube in for me out front of my house. I thought the price was high and even had the estimator out again, but decided at the last minute not to try to whittle the price down because it was stimulus money.

Before they got here I had the city out to tell me where my drain connected to the main sewer and they had no instruments, but were old experienced guys. Straight out they all three said. Exactly what I thought! It is totally illogical for the pipe to go anywhere else but straight out to the street!

That was not good enough for me but not for Cure All. They got on my roof and tried to run some sort of electric device down and out of my vent pipe, and try to see where it came out with some sort of high-tech metal detector. So he broke off the cover to my vent pipe and left it laying there to blow away in the wind. It was clear where the pipe went with my dousing rod

It was two guys bigger than me so I declined to let them try to go under the house and make their handy-dandy metal detector nonsense work for a job that there was no reason to go under the house for.

They were polite and courteous but perhaps a little too cautious, maybe hesitant about digging a three-foot deep working trench in the wrong place.

I recommend them whole-heartedly for their high-tech stuff, but maybe not for doing any digging. Looks like I will dig down and locate that pipe myself. Age 70!

Cure All was able to send someone out to my house the next day when I had water leaking from my ceiling. They repaired the leaky pipe that day for a very reasonable cost, and recommended a wonderful Restoration company to treat the mold that the leaking water had caused. They also came about a week later to replace our old water heater and the service at that time was all so wonderful. They worked quickly and communicated well about what time they would arrive.

I initially had to work with Jayson to get the work done the right way. I should have known at that time that I should have gone with another plumber.  A little over a year later I am having the same isssue. I have been communicating with Jayson and Cure All Plumbing trying to get the work done properly but they refuse to stand by their work. I highly recommend selecting another plumbing company to work with.

I do not recommend this company.... they tried to install a new water heater for me for $1700. Then when I had my brother in law speak to the plumber on the phone and explain to price he couldn't even explain how he came up with such an exorbitant price. So I told the gentleman I was going to shop around more and he said well what can you do I told him I had another guy that could do it for $780 and he said he couldn't come close but miraculously he could come down to $1400. I felt like since I was a women alone he was taking advantage of me. I still had to pay him$100 because he came out. Then he didn't even turn the water back on to my house when he left. After about an hour of myself trying to figure out how to turn it back on I messaged him and he did eventually come back and turn it on. This morning I had the other company on a Sunday morning come install a new water heater for $780. Don't get ripped off by this company

This stared as a DIY gone wrong.  Logan arrived in a Sat night to cap the water in my diy bathroom Reno.  This was after I flooded it twice!  

He then can back to properly connect the water lines behind the wall. Then he came back AGAIN to finish the install when I finished the tile!

Can we say above and beyond?!?!?  Yes we can!

I then decided that after new countertops he would install the kitchen sink.  Thank GOODNESS I made that decision.  Little did I know I needed an extended flange for the garbage disposal!  New sink = longer drain hole. Lesson learned!!

I can't thank cure all enough for helping me with this DIY!  And VERY REASONABLE!  Even emergency visit was lower than most on a sat night!

I called and talked with Carol who was amazing!  Got scheduled very quickly to fix a shower attachment that was leaking. Luis arrived and fixed it quickly after first explaining what he was going to do and the cost. Let me say, this guy went above and beyond!  After he fixed my shower, he proceeded to carry in all my Amazon packages which included a huge rug. Loved that!!!

Had work done on a rental home I own in Laveen Arizona. I am a non resident owner living in Canada. After getting a quote for $10,000 on a job that could cost $2500, I started to contest their reasoning for such a high quote.

Spencer walked me through and in his sales pitched told me that I had better go with their new solution: EPOXY LINING.

I challenged him saying that it was probably a disconnection with the City of Phoenix pipe. He immediately said: I guarantee that if you call the city they will say it's your problem.

So I called his bluff and called the city. Sure enough, the city got back to me and had a truck to repair the pipe in front of my house the next day.

I told Spencer that I would go ahead only if the city was not going to be fixing the pipes.

However, He insisted that the pipes should still be lined with this new solution in case a tree were to rupture the pipes.

So I caved in. (worst mistake ever).
After a $5500 bill, the city called me back the next week and said that the issue was solved, the issue was on their end.

So I got stuck with a $5,500 bill. I called in to complain, but the owner only honoured a $500 discount.

The only saving grace was that I got a 12-month plan after paying $1000 down payment for the expensive UNNEEDED work.

DONT TRUST these guys. They are sales people looking to upsell you and overcharge. Go with someone else. TRUST ME!

This is our 2nd time to use this company. Employees Wes and Spencer did an amazing job. They fixed our backed up sink and used state of the art technology to diagnose the problem.  They were safe, on time and quick I highly recommend this company and these 2 employees.  The cost was not outrageous and you get excellent quality.

Mike recently completed a rerouting job of the water pipe from the hot water heater to the kitchen manifold. He was very thorough, very efficient, and made us feel very confident about the work that he was doing. His expertise was fully on display, as well as his courtesy. I will use Cure All Plumbing in the future, and ask for Mike by name.

After getting taken advantage by the big name, a friend gave me advice to try cure all plumbing.
They were out the day I called and gave super quote best of all great work was done in a neat and workmanship manner.

New washer and dryer delivered and installed. Installers  told us we needed new valves for the water lines as we were only getting a dribble of water to the washer.  Called four plumbers and Cure All responded immediately. Tyler diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. Back the next morning at 9:30 and completed the job.  Excellent service. Highly recommend.

After attempting to repair my shower handle myself, I finally realized that I needed a professional.  The shower handle would not turn left or right nor would it pull out or push in, which is the way this one functioned.

This tech, Wes, was so professional, on time, quick and did a beautiful job. He had to cut into the wall, through the back of a pantry, to reach the plumbing inside the wall. When I looked inside the wall, he had done such a great job of measuring, fitting the new piece and welding it, that I could have set it on my table as an art deco piece. NO Kidding!  I was really impressed.

I would highly recommend this company. I now have a plumber to call.

Cure-All came in to a leaking pipe in my wall.  They sent a tech who worked with the home warranty company to get everything covered, then fixed the problem.  After the work was done, he cleaned up.  He was knowledgeable, fast, reliable, and most of all, trustworthy.  
I have no more to say about this because of how great their service was.  Hire them and you will see how easy it should be.

over charge get second bid charged me $265.00 for a cartridge cost about $25 to $40 and 15 min. to install. shame on me for using cure all plumbing and shame on you if you use them. be smart call a real plumber.

These guys are great!  I called about a leak in my kitchen (in the wall).  Spencer came out and provided me with a FREE estimate and several different options.  He also strongly recommended I call a water mitigation/restoration company to come make an assessment and even gave them a call to get them to come out.  Long story short, I had the water restoration guys come out and then called Spencer back to do the plumbing fix.  He squeezed me in the same day I called him and kept me in the loop as to when he'd arrive.  Once he was at my house, he told me what he was going to do, about how long it would take and how much it would be - and he was correct on all fronts.  Great service, Great quality of work & very fair pricing!  I'll be using these guys again and specifically be asking for Spencer.  Thanks

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.

I have used Cure All plumbing for many years.  Both for my home, and my business. You won't find a better plumber. Thanks for all the past and future great work!
