Established in 2015.
We had enough of working for companies who were centered around sales even if customers did not need a product. We decided to work for ourselves and be one of those few honest and fair guys left out there. Hence our slogan! Not a licensed contractor

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Clifton has been doing plumbing for over thirteen years.  He has always wanted to be an entrepreneur so this is a dream come true!  He has had his own clients for eleven years and has kept loyal customers over the years.  He started his own business over a year ago and has not looked back since!  There is truly no one more deserving of this dream come true, and thanks to you it is coming alive!

Gotta do positive reviews not only negative ones. After getting an outrageous quote from another company to install a water pressure regulator and a new main valve I called Classic Guys. I worked with them in the past to fix a valve behind the fridge and they were most professional and priced very competitively. The were out within the week to install, tech showed up on time. Did the job thoroughly and cleaned up after. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Had a really great experience! We had a bathroom with all sorts of problems. They only recommended replacing the things that needed it and just cleaned what didn't. I would recommend them to anyone.

Clifton (the owner) showed up at our home for a free consultation at 8 PM after a long day of plumbing.  We appreciated that so much!  He will be fixing our faucets and a leak and have every expectation that our experience will be just as good as the consultation was.  We are new to Arizona and we have found our plumber!

Needed to have my new garbage disposal installed. Called CGP Tiffaney was able to schedule for same day! Moses arrived on time, very professional and personable. He told me what he was doing, even asked if I needed help putting items back under sink. He cleaned up area and showed me install was complete and working. I highly recommend this company. Tiffaney was quick to return phone calls and check on my satisfaction. I will call CGP next time needed.

I believe in the power of reviews and wouldn't hesitate to post a negative review after trying diligently (and reasonably) to get the business to resolve my issue...

That being said, I also believe that a LOT of people just don't want to get ripped off when paying for repairs, so here's MY story of How Classic Guys Plumbing gave me EXCELLENT service and showed HONESTY. I would highly recommend you give em a shot... I tried them based on another recommendation from a FB group for my area!

I had a leaking back hose spigot with only about 3 of pipe sticking out of stucco, I thought it needed replaced and called. I was going to be out of town, discussed my expectations and what I expected to pay (I didn't want to try to sweat the copper myself or risk stucco work if I screwed it up- time to pay a pro). They arranged everything over the phone, refused to accept payment up front, and said to call when I had cell service. They guy found out that the packing nut only needed tightened, NO CHARGE. A pipe started banging in the wall right behind my bed around 2:25AM. I went outside and tried to determine what could be causing it. It was barely audible from outside.  It continued all day. I read the reviews for Classic Guys Plumbing and decided to give them a try. Tiffany took my call and was able to diagnosis my situation by phone. I had a valve stuck in either my sprinkler system or my pool equipment. She was exactly right. She scheduled an appointment and continued to follow-up with me to ensure that it was fixed. Fabulous customer service. Thank you, Tiffany. I would highly recommend Classis Guys.

These guys are truly professional plumbers that truly care about the customers needs.  I had a major slab leak and had no water. They came out in middle of night to get us water snd then came back to run new lines.  I highly recommend these guys.  I have used many people over the years but these guys are top notch.

Tyler at Classic Guys was amazing.  He explained everything he was going to do in order to replace my gas water heater.  So professional, yet very personable.  I would not hesitate to highly recommend Tyler and the Classic Guys crew.  Very honest and affordable.  The office staff is amazing as well.

I cannot say enough about the above and beyond service that Classic Guys Plumbing provided. First, Tiffany was so helpful and kind and responsive to my initial call, and even though I called her at 4pm, she helped get someone to my home to replace my water heater (7+ years old so I knew it was time) that night - on a Friday night, no less! Logan came out and was so friendly and professional and made sure to explain what he needed to do and how long it would take so I knew exactly what to expect. And for someone who was stuck working til 8p unexpectedly, he could not have been more pleasant.  The other company quoted me $500+ more, which their rep even admitted was because they have more overhead. I am so grateful to Classic Guys Plumbing for another great experience and a reasonable price.

Last year we had the kitchen sink replaced and he did a perfect job. This year we needed two toilet seals replaced upstairs, both toilet handles replaced, the toilet water valve replaced, a shower drain replaced and the other shower drain resealed. Once again a perfect job in a short amount of time.

I received service today from Classic Guys Plumbing. CJ & Zach we're professional, on time and kept me updated throughout the process.

We got a fire clay sink installed about two months ago and it cracked.

Considering they had to remove the old sink, install a cast-iron sink that weighted over 100 pounds, put in a new faucet & switch the plumbing to the other side I feel the cost was a good deal.

This is not an easy job. I will be calling them in the future if I need assistance.

This company is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of their retail customers.

Had to wait 2 weeks for an initial appointment. The main guy and his partner showed up multiple hours late that day. They did not have the courtesy to remove their shoes while walking on my carpet. They also do not wear masks unless you strongly insist they do so and provide them with the actual masks during this unprecedented global pandemic.

They did limited work in the timeframe for that initial appointment and stated they would need to come back a second time to do the rest. The earliest appointment time they could offer was 3 weeks later.

On the date of the scheduled appointment, their receptionist called 2.5 hours after the time this duo was supposed to have shown up, apologized and stated they would still be coming. 4 hours later, same lady called and apologized and said an emergency came up. She inquired if this team could still show up well after 7pm at night. I declined.

This company is focused on commercial work that they supposedly do overnight. They have a lot of positive reviews and plenty of demand. As such, they feel they do not need to value customers' time and/or be courteous in reasonably keeping appointments. These guys may know their stuff but don't expect professionalism from this company.

One positive is there are plenty of professional and reputable competitors to choose from. This company is very confident now and may believe they invented plumbing.

I have had Classic Guys Plumbing out to my house twice so far. Both times they did a great job and went above and beyond. They are very reliable, clean, and reasonable. They are very honest and their service is top notch. I would highly recommend them and use them for all my plumbing issues.

My daughter lives in Chandler AZ she had a bad clogged kitchen drain. She definitely didn't have time to get quotes from plumbers since her time is full with her three children. That being said, I live in CA I started the footwork of calling multiple plumbing companies in the Chandler area. I called 9 different companies being it was Saturday many wanted to charge emergency rates to go to her home today; also some were quoting outrageous amounts while stating a long version of what's involved in snaking a drain.

It's sad to feel that companies would give such high quotes because the hear a female on the phone. I felt like they thought I was naive and didn't know any better. Little did they know we are family of different trades in CA. I then called Classic Guys Plumbing I left a message on a voicemail and received a call back shortly from Clifton. I explained our dilemma and the urgency to remedy this issue since my daughter has been dealing with this for two week. Clifton explained he works on Saturdays therefore we would not be charge emergency rates. He was lower in price than the others I spoke with and said he could be at her house after he finished the repair he was at it would be about 1-2 hours.  Clifton arrived snaked out the drain and the water started flowing great through the drain. Now here is where Clifton went above and beyond he then noticed my daughters pipe to the garbage disposal had a leak. He ran to Home Depot bought a few items to stop the leaking pipe and didn't even charge her a penny more than he quoted me on the phone for the drain repair.  Clifton is the best when it comes to honesty, compassion to satisfy his customer, his availability at the last minute repair request and the best price in Chandler AZ.
Clifton just earned himself a lifelong customer and I will refer him to my other family members and friends in Chandler AZ. Thank you Clifton for everything you did to assist my family with their issues. You are truly the best!!!

If you are looking for an honest plumber that you can trust, give them a call.  Clifton came to our house and took care of a leaking drain.  He was so thorough and took extra time to finish the job- which in the end was about a 2 hour deal.  So glad we found this company- while we hope to not need a plumber again- when we do we now know who to call!

Clifton is AMAZING.  We had a pipe connector crack in our main water line.  HOA and home owner's insurance both said it was on us and not covered. They sent out their 'great' plumber who gave us a ridiculous estimate after barely glancing at the leak.  Clifton was on my property within 2 HOURS of texting him - the same day! He was already digging to find the source.  I told him about the first guy's estimate and he rolled his eyes.  We have a 2 week old and a toddler, so we  NEED water and needed this fixed fast and affordably.  He will always be our plumber.  Please stop researching now and use this company for any of your plumbing needs.  You won't find any better.

The team at Classic Guys Plumbing are incredibly efficient and affordable. It is rare to find top level professional service at a fair price, which is why we appreciate them so much! Before selling our house in Gilbert, we wanted to have all the old pipes replaced - they did a fantastic job in a timely manner so the new owners could move in without delay. Then they helped us at our next house - replace all the water valves, service the RO system, new faucets and outdoor spigots/bibs, & fixed/replaced the garbage disposal (same day!!) I always refer them to my neighbors because you can count on them to do the very best job at a very fair price.

Our 10 year old water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. We contacted Classic Guys and although the could not come out right away, they did stay in contact with us. Unfortunately, they were so booked up for the day, they finally arrived at 9 pm. Long of the short, they had to come back with a new water heater and install it at 11pm. It took them all of 45 minutes to get the old one out and the new one installed and running. Everything is good now.

The tenant in my townhouse in Tempe told me there was a leak in his shower.  I inquired with my neighbors where I live in SE Gilbert in a message on our neighborhood Facebook page for a recommendation for a plumber and many of them recommended Classic Guys. Because Classic Guys had so much positive feedback from people in my community, I chose to call them over other companies that were recommended. I had to write this review right away to share how impressed I am.  They were able to send someone out at a date and time that was convenient for my tenant, which was limited, and they showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and took care of the problem for a very fair price.  One of the most stressful things about hiring plumbers, electricians, car mechanics, or any skilled person, is not knowing if the company is trustworthy and honest as well as reliable and proficient in their field. Classic Guys Plumbing was in a position to take advantage of me and the situation. The problem, it turns out, was minor, which we know because they communicated this to my tenant right away. All they charged me was for a service call. I hope I don't have many future needs for a plumber, but if I do I will definitely call Classic Guys plumbing, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Clifton came out, gave us an estimate and it was very reasonable.  Left to go get parts, came back and replaced the flange, wax ring, and the tank kit.  Very impressed that he brought in a shop vac to clean up his work area and even caulked the bottom of the toilet when he was done.  It was obvious that he takes pride in his work.  Will def use him for any future plumbing needs!

My husband tried fixing the faucet in our tub. Unfortunately he made things worse... much much worse! My husband somehow made it so our tub faucet was stuck on full blast!

Thankfully Classic Guys Plumbing and Drains came to our rescue!!! It was after hours, but they showed up very quickly and were very professional.

I called Classic Guys this morning and explained what I needed done. They said they would be out today between 4:30pm-5:30om. They never showed, never called. I texted them....no response. I have had Classic Guys Plumbing out to my house twice so far. Both times they did a great job and went above and beyond. They are very reliable, clean, and reasonable. They are very honest and their service is top notch. I would highly recommend them and use them for all my plumbing issues.

Clifton came out, gave us an estimate and it was very reasonable.  Left to go get parts, came back and replaced the flange, wax ring, and the tank kit.  Very impressed that he brought in a shop vac to clean up his work area and even caulked the bottom of the toilet when he was done.  It was obvious that he takes pride in his work.  Will def use him for any future plumbing needs!

If you are looking for an honest plumber that you can trust, give them a call.  Clifton came to our house and took care of a leaking drain.  He was so thorough and took extra time to finish the job- which in the end was about a 2 hour deal.  So glad we found this company- while we hope to not need a plumber again- when we do we now know who to call!

My daughter lives in Chandler AZ she had a bad clogged kitchen drain. She definitely didn't have time to get quotes from plumbers since her time is full with her three children. That being said, I live in CA I started the footwork of calling multiple plumbing companies in the Chandler area. I called 9 different companies being it was Saturday many wanted to charge emergency rates to go to her home today; also some were quoting outrageous amounts while stating a long version of what's involved in snaking a drain.

It's sad to feel that companies would give such high quotes because the hear a female on the phone. I felt like they thought I was naive and didn't know any better. Little did they know we are family of different trades in CA. I then called Classic Guys Plumbing I left a message on a voicemail and received a call back shortly from Clifton. I explained our dilemma and the urgency to remedy this issue since my daughter has been dealing with this for two week. Clifton explained he works on Saturdays therefore we would not be charge emergency rates. He was lower in price than the others I spoke with and said he could be at her house after he finished the repair he was at it would be about 1-2 hours.  Clifton arrived snaked out the drain and the water started flowing great through the drain. Now here is where Clifton went above and beyond he then noticed my daughters pipe to the garbage disposal had a leak. He ran to Home Depot bought a few items to stop the leaking pipe and didn't even charge her a penny more than he quoted me on the phone for the drain repair.  Clifton is the best when it comes to honesty, compassion to satisfy his customer, his availability at the last minute repair request and the best price in Chandler AZ.
Clifton just earned himself a lifelong customer and I will refer him to my other family members and friends in Chandler AZ. Thank you Clifton for everything you did to assist my family with their issues. You are truly the best!!!

Tyler at Classic Guys was amazing.  He explained everything he was going to do in order to replace my gas water heater.  So professional, yet very personable.  I would not hesitate to highly recommend Tyler and the Classic Guys crew.  Very honest and affordable.  The office staff is amazing as well.

I had a wall leak in my office building bathroom. Classic Guys was extremely helpful and very attentive to my needs. I had a wait a little bit for arrival, but the office kept me informed on his arrival time. He actually saved my tile and kept damage to a minimum.  The cost was competitively priced. I believe in the power of reviews and wouldn't hesitate to post a negative review after trying diligently (and reasonably) to get the business to resolve my issue...

That being said, I also believe that a LOT of people just don't want to get ripped off when paying for repairs, so here's MY story of How Classic Guys Plumbing gave me EXCELLENT service and showed HONESTY. I would highly recommend you give em a shot... I tried them based on another recommendation from a FB group for my area!

I had a leaking back hose spigot with only about 3 of pipe sticking out of stucco, I thought it needed replaced and called. I was going to be out of town, discussed my expectations and what I expected to pay (I didn't want to try to sweat the copper myself or risk stucco work if I screwed it up- time to pay a pro). They arranged everything over the phone, refused to accept payment up front, and said to call when I had cell service. They guy found out that the packing nut only needed tightened, NO CHARGE. They called me back right away ask to send them pictures of the area and picture of the label, which I did.
This was on Friday now it's Tuesday the 21 st. Still haven't heard back.
I guess they don't like to deal with new customers.
There customer service does not live up to there reviews.

Clifton (the owner) showed up at our home for a free consultation at 8 PM after a long day of plumbing.  We appreciated that so much!  He will be fixing our faucets and a leak and have every expectation that our experience will be just as good as the consultation was.  We are new to Arizona and we have found our plumber!

Gotta do positive reviews not only negative ones. After getting an outrageous quote from another company to install a water pressure regulator and a new main valve I called Classic Guys. I worked with them in the past to fix a valve behind the fridge and they were most professional and priced very competitively. The were out within the week to install, tech showed up on time. Did the job thoroughly and cleaned up after. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Needed to have my new garbage disposal installed. Called CGP Tiffaney was able to schedule for same day! Moses arrived on time, very professional and personable. He told me what he was doing, even asked if I needed help putting items back under sink. He cleaned up area and showed me install was complete and working. I highly recommend this company. Tiffaney was quick to return phone calls and check on my satisfaction. I will call CGP next time needed.

I called Classic Guys this morning and explained what I needed done. They said they would be out today between 4:30pm-5:30om. They never showed, never called. I texted them....no response. Guess they just  didn't feel it was important. Will use someone else, someone who treats customers like they matter!!
