They were amazing and quick to respond! We had a major plumbing issue at 8:00 at night and they arrived in under an hour. The work was completed the next day and they were extremely professional. I highly recommend their service.
I discovered a leak in my guest bathroom and tried to reach out to a few plumbers before finding Chris. Not only was he the first to pick up the phone, but he scheduled an appointment within 24 hours to access the issue.
We had some unpleasant news in that the leak was coming from behind the wall and needed some extensive repairs; Chris not only determined the cause immediately, but reached out to a restoration company on my behalf to get the wheels in motion for repairs.
He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how we could proceed with insurance. He had the job completed by the next day, despite having to drill into the foundation and do extensive repairs. He and his worker were courteous of my home and left things as neat as they found them.
This is never a pleasant issue to deal with, but Chris truly helped alleviate the stress associated with the occurrence. My first experience with Pink Plumbing was 5 star and they have a new customer for life. I have already recommended them via Nextdoor and will continue to do so!
Really, really thrilled with how quickly Pink got back to us for a same-day turnaround. Our kitchen faucet handle stopped working, and the plumber dispatched by our home warranty company told us he couldn't find anything like it and would have to replace the entire thing. A phone call to Moen established there was a $5 repair kit for our exact issue :-| However, the handle didn't move after installation, leaving us with no kitchen sink and visitors arriving! Jason came out and replaced the cartridge, getting us back in business. And they REALLY took care of us on what could have been a really expensive emergency call!
I had somewhat of a plumbing emergency last week and Becca(spelling?), Lou and Adam were all fantastic at helping us out. Becca was so friendly on the phone and had amazing customer service. Lou and Adam were so great when they arrived. They fixed the problem and did a great job of explaining the situation. My mom and my husband's mom are both survivors of breast cancer so we also appreciate that mission. We will absolutely be using Pink Plumbing & Sewer in the future.
Our hot water heater decided to fill the garage with water. Pink Plumbing showed up within 2 hours, removed the old tank and replaced it the same afternoon. Fast, affordable, and honest. As good as it gets.

Had kitchen faucet replaced a few weeks back. As always these jobs are a pain...we all know it. So, I really can't complain. Tech, was ontime and courteous throughout. I bought the faucet and Pink installed for $320 after arriving, reviewing and quoting the price. $100 less would have have been more like it for us Seniors (just saying). The other caveat was the base plate that sits atop the sink was put on backwards. The slight curved side ALWAYS goes to the front. Not a biggie, but it does make my job more difficult trying to clean the backside channel (for a lack of a better name) so no funk-in-the-trunk collects. The Tech may have noticed this after the fact. But, if not, look twice. I would use them again.
Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service. I have faith in this company's professional advice and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary towards the repair. I would highly recommend to everyone.

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I've had over couldn't seem to get their installs neatly done.
I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

Had the good fortune of seeing Lou again to do a maintenance flush on the tankless water heater he installed a year and a half ago. He did an excellent job then, explaining everything and patiently answering my endless questions. We have been thrilled with the results and seeing him again this morning I am reminded how important it is to feel comfortable and confident with service technicians coming into your home. I am compelled to share how highly I recommend Lou with Pink Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
I'm very impressed with this company. I came home to a flooded house with water literally coming out my front door. I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer, and they had a guy at my house within 30 min. Water turned off had another company come out to clean up all the water damage and address the problem with my water heater exploded and have a new water heater installed that night. This all happened at 9:30 at night on a Saturday. I will be recommending Pink Plumbing and Sewer to everyone. Might I add that I called 6 other companies all with no response to me. I highly recommend them!

A few weeks ago Lou came out to my home. I actually accidently called the wrong company and boy am I glad I called this place!
Lou is amazing! Very honest and I am glad he came out! He did a wonderful job and I will absolutely be calling back.
Highly recommended for plumbing needs Omar did a great job today installing my Toto toilet! He was on time and completed the removal and install in less than an hour. Plus he left nothing behind and cleaned around the base before installing the new toilet.
Most of all I had questions on replacing my shower fixtures and he was very accommodating in answering and even providing a quote on the spot. Wow!
Best thing about Pink is they are a 1 stop shop. Leave the ordering of parts to them. They order parts and bring them for installation. That way they are under warranty by Pink with no hassle.

I own a rental house in Chandler and when my tenants called me and told me that the sewer was backing up I immediately called Pink Plumbing because I had used them at another one of my properties. They went out right away to check the problem and called me with the news. I needed a sewer line repair. They kept in constant contact with me and explained every step of the process in great detail. Not only was Pink Plumbing professional and affordable but the crew made sure to leave my property in better condition than before they arrived.

Like others on this site, I don't usually write reviews but I am so pleased with the service I just recieved from this company that I decided to write. Mike came out to help with two problems we had that we had had a different plumber look at and not able to help or explain what was going on. It took Mike a couple of minutes to fix one of the issues, a slow drain in our master bath. He also taught me how to take care of it in the future myself. The other issue was a slow toilet. Mike was able to adjust it so it worked a bit better and then explained that the toilet simply needed to be replaced or we could just live with it as is. What he said made a lot of sense to me and we will consider doing the replacement.
Mike and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly interested in helping however they could. I will definitely call these folks again when I have a plumbing issue.

Superior service and craftmanship! Called Pink Plumbing for a water pressure gauge and to replace a 13 year old water heater after the original plumber wanted what I confirmed to be an excessive amount. Chris gave me a ballpark quote over the phone which I could not get other A+ BBB plumbers to do. Had Lou out and let me just say that when they asked for a rating on his service 1-5, I attempted to give him a 10 and it would not let me!
Lou's work was stunning (yes, pipes can be good looking). He explained what he did, also educated me on what to pay attention to and introduced me to the concept of whole house water filtration systems rather than a water softener or descaler and RO separately.
So glad to have a plumber I can depend on and know that the job will be done right! Thank you Chris and Lou!!!!

Contacted Chris today for an estimate for an issue with a tub spout. He asked me details about the issue and mentioned it could be a simple fix, with instructions on what to try first. His estimate, if it was going to be a more complicated job, was more than fair. His advice worked and he ended up saving me time and money! I'm looking for a company to install a new tank
Water heater. Chris replied right away and gave me a quote. Actually other plumbing service came by to see the dimension and gave me a quote after they saw it. But still it's up to me to choose which is the best. I'm leaning to other company because they already went to my house and saw it. Chris on the other hand never saw the problematic heater and I sent him the picture. He then call me and told me that my heater is still under warranty by just looking the serial number and he told me just call the installer of my heater and I will just pay the installation which I did . he even told me how to drain my water heater. PINK PLUMBING and SEWER save me more than half of the expenses because I will not need to buy the heater after all. So for my next service it's PINK PLUMBING and I will tell it to my friends and co worker if they need service use PINK PLUMBING and SEWER . Thank you so much Chris.

When our sewer system backed up we had several companies come out and give us quotes on repairing the issue. Lou and Adam came out and truly went above and beyond to come up with the most cost effective plan to fix the issue. I've used them 2 times for 2 different services in the past month. Once for a shower issue and the other for a toilet replacement. Both visits, problems solved and quality work each time. Very professional each time. Friendly people, very nice. Today's visit was nice considering the covid risk today. They wore booties over there shoes and gloves. Every time he left the house and came back in, they were changed. He also lysoled the bathroom before leaving. I was quoted by the owner a price and that price never changed when The service was completed. I like that. I also wasn't tried to be upsold on other services which was very nice. The quality service and people are why I keep calling them! Both services providers have been wonderful. Great company. It's nice to know that we know a trustworthy Plumbing company when we need to be calling them again soon I'm sure.

I was receiving progressively worse news about my sewer line, until I reached the conclusion I needed a full replacement. Pink Plumbing was the only company to respond in a timely, and organized, fashion. Scheduling the estimate and work with Pink has been relatively easy and accurate. They stick to their schedule and reach out quickly if facing any delay. Chris, the owner, talked to me directly to help me understand the full scope of work that had to be done. When I made a mistake on my responsibility for prep, Chris and his crew extended themselves to help me get things right, so they could start the job. Chris has also remained present and available after the job was done, and payment made, to help me review if any of this work is covers or by homeowner's insurance. I will be using Pink for all plumbing jobs, big and small.

Update and corrections to comment....The air chamber you replaced was for a problem in the master bathroom toilet 1 YEAR ago......not since I bought the home years ago as you stated. Also you told you couldn't replace it that day as the part was not on your truck but back at your warehouse.....NOTHING said to me at all about having to order a part! ......As I said from the beginning a simple courtesy call to me sure would have been nice!

TOP NOTCH: I'll be honest, I dont leave lots of reviews. Mostly because it takes time which I don't have lots of... But every now and again, when I stumble upon amazing service, its worth paying it forward so someone else can benefit.
This company really stepped up for me. I had what I thought was a bad hot water heater, which turned into leaky slab pipes here in Arizona. Scary stuff. Not only did these guys help me out with quick service, the other of the company got involved personally to be on location when I hired a leak detector. And to top it all off they completed a major repair the same day.
In this day and age we as consumers have a choice. I'd give these guys 10 stars if yelp would let me. I sincerely appreciate all the help Pink Plumbing. Lou and Chris are top notch!

Superior service and craftmanship! Called Pink Plumbing for a water pressure gauge and to replace a 13 year old water heater after the original plumber wanted what I confirmed to be an excessive amount. Chris gave me a ballpark quote over the phone which I could not get other A+ BBB plumbers to do. Had Lou out and let me just say that when they asked for a rating on his service 1-5, I attempted to give him a 10 and it would not let me!
Lou's work was stunning (yes, pipes can be good looking). He explained what he did, also educated me on what to pay attention to and introduced me to the concept of whole house water filtration systems rather than a water softener or descaler and RO separately.
So glad to have a plumber I can depend on and know that the job will be done right! Thank you Chris and Lou!!!!

When our sewer system backed up we had several companies come out and give us quotes on repairing the issue. Lou and Adam came out and truly went above and beyond to come up with the most cost effective plan to fix the issue. The service was great and we would recommended pink plumbing & sewer to anyone needing quick and quality service.
I broke my shower handle off and Micheal came to the rescue hands on and did the best job ever thank you pink sewer and plumbing

TOP NOTCH: I'll be honest, I dont leave lots of reviews. Mostly because it takes time which I don't have lots of... But every now and again, when I stumble upon amazing service, its worth paying it forward so someone else can benefit.
This company really stepped up for me. I had what I thought was a bad hot water heater, which turned into leaky slab pipes here in Arizona. Scary stuff. Not only did these guys help me out with quick service, the other of the company got involved personally to be on location when I hired a leak detector. And to top it all off they completed a major repair the same day.
In this day and age we as consumers have a choice. I'd give these guys 10 stars if yelp would let me. I sincerely appreciate all the help Pink Plumbing. Lou and Chris are top notch!

I had somewhat of a plumbing emergency last week and Becca(spelling?), Lou and Adam were all fantastic at helping us out. Becca was so friendly on the phone and had amazing customer service. Lou and Adam were so great when they arrived. They fixed the problem and did a great job of explaining the situation. My mom and my husband's mom are both survivors of breast cancer so we also appreciate that mission. We will absolutely be using Pink Plumbing & Sewer in the future.

Update and corrections to comment....The air chamber you replaced was for a problem in the master bathroom toilet 1 YEAR ago......not since I bought the home years ago as you stated. Also you told you couldn't replace it that day as the part was not on your truck but back at your warehouse.....NOTHING said to me at all about having to order a part! ......As I said from the beginning a simple courtesy call to me sure would have been nice!

Water heater. Chris replied right away and gave me a quote. Actually other plumbing service came by to see the dimension and gave me a quote after they saw it. But still it's up to me to choose which is the best. I'm leaning to other company because they already went to my house and saw it. Chris on the other hand never saw the problematic heater and I sent him the picture. He then call me and told me that my heater is still under warranty by just looking the serial number and he told me just call the installer of my heater and I will just pay the installation which I did . he even told me how to drain my water heater. PINK PLUMBING and SEWER save me more than half of the expenses because I will not need to buy the heater after all. So for my next service it's PINK PLUMBING and I will tell it to my friends and co worker if they need service use PINK PLUMBING and SEWER . Thank you so much Chris.
Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service. I have faith in this company's professional advice and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary towards the repair. I would highly recommend to everyone.
Pink Plumbing came through big time for us! We had a major issue at the house that required a full repipe of water supply. Brandon and Aaron were terrific! Brandon was the perfect point of contact for me, communicated extremely well, helped with our insurance claim, arranged the work to be done literally the next day! Aaron and his team worked tirelessly through insane heat to repipe our house and completed everything in two days. The whole process was seamless, considering the stressful situation we were in, and we really appreciated it.
