Our clogged drain pipe in kitchen sink was addressed quickly, professionally, courteously and at a very fair price by Plumber 2 The Rescue.  We were referred by our usual plumber who was unavailable. Plumber 2 The Rescue was responsive and sent George over right away. George got the job done fast, right, and the price was fair.  We will confidently use Plumber 2 The Rescue again.

I reached out to A-1 for an estimate to upgrade my water heater. After some minor phone tag, I finally was able to connect with Max. He was informative, helpful, and very professional. I ended up not doing the upgrade, but would definitely recommend reaching out to Max if you are considering a water heater upgrade.

I had sewage overflow at my restaurant and flood brothers were quick to respond fairly priced and Tracey the tech went above and beyond to help us open as quickly as possible.

We called Ace after a different plumber (who gave a cheaper initial quote) did a half-ass job installing our new toto toilet and bathroom faucet. After the install, The new toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it, breaking the caulking below, and clearly wasn't attached to the floor right. We didn't trust the original plumber to come back and fix it properly. He was either ignorant or lazy. The ACE office manager Darcy was so kind on the phone and even suggested the 1st company might be able to fix it for us free of charge, but we really wanted fresh professional eyes rather than risk damage or waste more time. The ACE business owner Chris came by that day to check it out for us and easily identified the problems. The first plumber had only used 2 of the required 6 screws mounting the toilet and just hoped we wouldn't notice (screws hidden under the skirt)!  Chris also voluntarily fixed another issue the other plumber had ignored on the installation of our new bathroom faucet, to be nice. Chris was efficient and didn't over-charge even though he easily could have.  Chris and Darcy at ACE have won us over for life, and we will tell our friends. Don't buy nice new fixtures and cheap out on the installation. You'll regret it. Sometimes, plumbing included, you really get what you pay for.

We woke up to a gurgling noise and a funny smell coming out of the bathroom only to discover that all our bathtubs, showers and toilets were all backed up!
We called rockstar in a panic and they had someone out to the house within about an hour.
Well our main sewer line under the house had collapsed the day before our 4th of July party!
Chris and his team worked tirelessly to get things to a manageable state so we could have people over and use the bathrooms-sparingly. He explained every part of the problem and repair process so that we fully understood what was happening and why.
He even called us on the 4th of July to check that things we're working ok.
The next day the really big work began! There was major digging, root cleaning and giant sewer pipe replacement. Chris and his team  started at 7:00 am and worked tirelessly until the huge job was completed around 6pm.
They even replanted all the landscape and lawn that had to be dug up to replace the sewer line out to the street.
I would definitely recommend this company to everyone for their plumbing needs large or small!

Our kitchen sink got clogged on a Friday night. We called one company first thing Saturday morning, they came out at 9am. We thought it'll be fixed in an hour since it was a simple clog. Wrong! They were here for almost 6 hours and still weren't able to fix it. We decided to call Rapid Action for a second opinion. Mandel answered right away, I explained the entire situation, he knew exactly what was going and was able to send someone out within an hour or 2. Ron worked his magic and was able to fix the clog. He also replaced our kitchen faucet. I will continue to use this company for any future plumbing issues. They are reliable, professional, and most importantly, honest. I highly recommend them!

Matthew came by to fix a drainage problem I've had for a year. Other guys have quoted us at over $1000 for this, but Matthew was extremely transparent and helpful in diagnosing and addressing the issue. Within an hour, he managed to fix the problem completely and at a fraction of what the other guys quoted me for. Very honest, high integrity work. Highly recommend.

Water Heater (14 years old) starts leaking Friday night, by Saturday noon we had the best instant hot water heater replacement in place.

Absolutely great guys! Had my water heater checked out and they solved a lot of problems we had no idea we we're having. Turned out the leak wasn't from the water heater but now I get hot water much faster and no more banging sound!

I share a studio in el Segundo with four other bands... one of them (who I WILL soon find out) clogged the toilet and left it for me to find. Not cool. Long story short the toilet is unclogged 47 mins later thanks to Sal's Plumbing and I can record music without smelling the worst smell I've ever smelled :(

So pleased with the services! Had a few clogged drains and I contacted them last Friday- they were available to come the next Tuesday (today). They were prompt, had two men come and check all of our toilets and sinks and quickly fixed our issues. The prices were very reasonable and they were finished within 30 minutes! This will be our go to place for plumbing services and I am so glad we found them! Thank you!

Shower was clogging up. Called a couple places to scope out prices and they were over 100 bucks. Other places couldn't come until next week. Saw the 89$ deal on yelp, So I gave Broc a call. He said he could come that day at 3pm.... he actually made it earlier at 1 pm! Awesome! I have the rest of my day!

Broc was very professional and considerate. Before entering my place, he asked if he needed to take his shoes off. He scoped out the problem first then brought his equipment in. He unclogged the drain up pretty fast. He made sure not to make a mess and leave everything the way it was. He even scrubbed my tub and made it squeaky clean and smelling fresh!

Don't look any further, these are your guys! Had a very slowly draining sink that I thought after draino failed it may have to get snaked. Thomas showed up within hours of calling and showed me how to unscrew the sink drain stopper and clear out any trapped hairs that were causing the blockage. And then he said because he didn't actually have to snake it so he wasn't going to charge me! I'll admit, I'm kind of blown away by that kind of customer service and generosity. They have a customer in me for life.

I needed to get a quote to what I thought would be a replacement water heater and I came across this business. I messaged them through Yelp to get one and got a response within 10 minutes and Armando let's me know he could come that same day. He was here within the hour of me making contact with him, which I am beyond grateful for. He called to let me know when he was on his way, and he got here when he said he'd be here. He was quick with what we needed, thankfully I didn't need an immediate replacement. But he answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed. He even followed up the next day to make sure our water heater was still working. Beyond pleased with the service Armando provided and I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call for any future needs.

Red Lilly just finished a huge job for us, involving work in our house, the driveway, and the street.  They did a fantastic job.  Charles and Rufus explained everything and ran their camera down with us looking so we could see for ourselves.  Rufus supervised the work (and did a lot of it himself), and they had a great crew, who were nice and knew what they were doing.  They cleaned up the site every day so that the street and our driveway were totally accessible.  They accommodated other workmen on the street who were working near us. The work itself was pristine.  Michelle in the office kept us advised about permits and the timeline.  They were all professionals.  We have had this house for many years and worked with a lot of plumbers.  Red Lilly was the best.
