I had the pleasure of having both Josh and Clayton come out and help find a leak.  Awesome guys, awesome service, they won't fleece you. Can't recommend them enough.  I hope I don't have any other leaks any time soon but if I do, I'll be calling accurate leak and line.  Good dudes.

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

Back in August, 2016, Eligio installed water softner system and his employee took care of installing 3 bath faucets and a kitchen faucet. His prices are very competitive and service is excellent. Recently, I had to contact Eligio to look at the kitchen faucet that was installed by his staff which became very loose and he took care of the issue as it's within the one year warranty. I really wish it was done right at the first place but work is done by a human and since its impossible to be error-free so no big deal there. We will use his services again if needed.

Mike Thigpen is an extremely reputable and honest plumber. Mike never cuts corners and is extremely helpful to homeowners he serves. He is quick to respond and buys only quality products to install when working on a problem. If I have a plumbing problem in the future, I know Greenwave will be the first company I will call!

Glenn was awesome!!!  We had a shower that wouldn't turn off on a property that we have in Spicewood and he worked me in at the last minute to help.  I didn't even have to be there and since it is a one hour drive for me, I was so relieved.  He ended up having to cap it off because the parts to fix it were not common.  I was thinking I would be in for a long repair process and have to search for the parts.  When Glenn called to keep me posted on the job, he had already called to find the parts!  They were expensive so he checked with me about options and we decided that was our best for the price so he ordered them for me and told me to pay when we got it fixed.  THEN, the same week, our air conditioner pan overflowed sending water down through a ceiling and walls onto a bedroom floor.  It was so maddening!!  Again, Glenn came right out and stopped the leaks until I could get the AC guys out there.  I can't compare his prices because I didn't get any estimates...but it was definitely worth what I paid considering the water would have cost so much more damage if it hadn't been stopped AND Glenn makes sure he does a thorough job and you can trust him to do it right.  I don't know how to put a price on trust...it's almost priceless but that is what you have with Glenn.

I am so happy with the job that Mac from Decker Plumbing did in my kitchen! He showed up on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I'll admit, I know very little about plumbing and I've had some plumbers with other companies who were rude and short, but Mac was great about explaining what was going on to me and making sure I made an informed decision.

My daughter set up an appointment with these people because their kitchen sink wasn't putting out any hot water.
 He came out and gave her a quote and said he needed to get the parts and would be back the next day to fix it.
 He was there for about 3+ hours (and his boss kept calling him to see what was taking so long) he finally told my daughter he couldn't figure out the problem (again he'd already been there the previous day, supposedly assessed the situation and given her a quote)
 He told her he was sorry that he took so long but he was going to have to charge her for his time anyway, really?
 She agreed, but told him not to take it out till Friday when she got paid, needless to say they took it out immediately, leaving them with pretty much nothing for the rest of the week.
 I apologize for being so long winded but after they charged her almost $300 for not doing a damn thing I just wanted anybody and everybody to know DON'T DO BUSINESS with these thieves.
 Not to mention she pretty much had to take 2 days off work for all this.
 By the way my son in law went down to the Home Depot and bought a new faucet, hoping that would fix it, guess what?

We recently used Malco to fix a number of small problems with outside lighting and plugs. From start to finish, they were great to work with. They called the morning of our appointment to confirm their arrival time. Fixed our problems quickly and were great in explaining what the causes and fixes were. And their prices were very reasonable for the work done. We will use Malco again for any electrical work.

I called them to install a kitchen overhead light that ended up not having enough leftover wiring from the previous fixture. They were very professional, quick, and reasonably priced. They were also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

First time using Grayzer and it was super easy.  It was easy to schedule the work and we got it done a week early when there was a convenient opening.  Victor came out and diagnosed the issue (switch shorted to metal box) and fixed it so it can't happen again (replaced with a plastic box).  Quick, competent, and reasonable.  Thanks!

Thomas was prompt, professional and honest. I needed electrical work done within two days and no other electrical companies I called would be able to get to me in my time frame. Thomas came out the very next day and quickly trouble shooted my issue. He bills hourly and did not try to milk the clock. He worked quickly and even hustled from room to room. I felt I received great value from him. He bills $100 per hour which is much less than most people quoted and he was well worth it. He will be my go to electrician for all future electrical jobs.

Couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Tom and his partner. Very fair pricing & honest estimate. They installed four sconces on walls that weren't already wired fir sconces. They were careful not to damage newly painted walls. I will not hesitate to call them again for all our electrical needs. Well done!

Dustin and his crew are great! I've used them twice now and referred them to friends and neighbors as well. They are professional, insured, friendly, and show up on time. I would highly recommend Dustin and Megawatts Pro to other folks here in Austin with electrical needs.

I called AAA and they sent Harold W. came to fix the leak under the kitchen sink and garbage disposer was making horrible noises.  He came on time and gave us 45 minute phone call beforehand.  He was very cordial and wore shoe coverings. I've called 2 plumbers in the past years for same leaking problem.  Spent ton of money fixing the leak, but problem was never resolved.  Within 15 minutes of his arrival, he figured out the problem and fixed it.  He was so nice and gave us a service discount.  It's been 2 weeks and finally no problems, truly AMAZING!  Call AAA Auger for your plumbing needs, they're on top of their game and provide great service!

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
