Superior Irrigation came out to my house today to repair many sprinkler heads that weren't functioning correctly.  John and Jacob were very professional and walked me through the entire process first. They explained what was needed and gave me a very reasonable quote. My elderly parent's toilet was clogged on a Saturday morning and Mason was able to squeeze in a visit in between calls. He was informative, professional, and very sensitive to the situation in order not to offend my elderly parent's dignity. He was a Saturday morning hero!

Came out the next day, with a text beforehand. Had the leaks detected in a half day!

Came out the next week and repaired everything in a day - including a whole new skimmer install, two light repairs, and fountain stone repair.

Cody was TERRIFIC... After waking him, he visited on the phone with us for 20 minutes!!! Didn't think he could make it out. Oh, btw, we had huge septic issues and out of town company arriving. Called about an hour later and said he could come out... When he knew he was going to be a bit late, called to let us know.. WOW! Then, spend two hours with us in the rain helping us sort out the problem. Very informative, courteous and helpful. Took his time, no hurry.. and helped us out so much. Will definitely use him again and high recommend him. Love family operated businesses that care!

Some recent issues have got me downgrading the stars. Poor toilet installation being the main issue.

I needed a faucet installed. I had all the hardware but didnt feel comfortable doing it.  Called Prince Plumbing and they offered to come out right away (not a emergency on my end -- but they were available and they offered to come immediately).

They installed the faucet quickly and all works fine.. however they were very very expensive for the work done. They added in a $45 equipment charge that I thought was unreasonable since the only equipment they used was their wrench and screwdriver.  All told it was ~$181 for 20-30 minutes of work  (from time of arrival, talking, and installing -- the actual install took only ~15 minutes or less... They charged me for an hour and also charged a $35 service fee...  it is the bogus euqipment charge that bothers me the most. He told me it is just something we do and everyone has to pay it.

Kelly Williams Plumbing, installed a cast iron bathtub in San Marcos, and did a great job. Great customer service and office dispatch! They live up to their word.

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday and they were the only ones to answer the phone, listen to the situation and provide quick/accurate advice. They even called back later to make sure our problem had been resolved. Top notch service!!! Thank you to Anthony and team!!!

Woke up to a flooded kitchen floor. Our regular plumber determined that it was a leak under the slab and gave us the Pluminator's phone number. Mickey found the leak with his listening device and capped it - then ran an alternate insulated line through the ceiling- all the while doing only minor damage to the house and restoring full service. We were very pleased with his service.

I needed an additional sink installed at my business. Reggie came out and gave me a bid. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would do and why. Because of how thorough he was, I went with his bid, which was very competitive. He worked quickly and did excellent work. The place was as clean after he finished as it was before. I highly recommend Patterson Plumbing.

I use Affordable Plumbing for my smaller plumbing jobs.  One weekend, we had to shut off the main water line to our house due to a broken shower handle in our second bathroom.  Affordable Plumbing was the only place that would come out on a Sunday, and he didn't charge us a huge emergency rate.  He had to cut through our drywall to access the pipes from the back side, but he had everything fixed and our water back on in less than two hours.  

I only gave him four stars because he typically does not always have the right parts for common fixes.  Given that he is one man show, this is understandable.  For my bigger jobs I use S&D plumbing, but for common easy repairs I call Affordable Plumbing as he is not as expensive.

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

Needed to replace the drain line from house to sewer; they used shovels to dig up the old and dig a new trench instead of power equipment. Took days, works adequate but the bill was padded to cover three people who worked less than 3 hours. 30% more than the bill should have been. Will not use again. Left some areas needing further attention after completing the plumbing work. Decent work but will gouge you with the bill. Not a good neighborhood business to call on.
