Wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to this hometown company! You will not be disappointed in the responsiveness of this company or their work. Their rates are completely comparable to other places here in town the difference is that you can text the owner and get things done, quickly and efficiently! We have used them twice for jobs at our business and plan to use them soon for some work at our home. Consider Josh Pucek if you want to shop local and be pleased with your end product!

Called JT when I couldn't figure out why my dishes had no power.  L answered my call and she was very courteous and explained to me the steps in scheduling, assessments and service.  She put my mind at ease immediately with a good plan for a non-emergency issue.

JT came out a few days later and after looking at the unit laid out all the steps of his root cause discovery.  He found the issue pretty far down the line, but it was good to see that he checked the easier-to-fix causes first.  Finished the job same day, 100% professional.  Total clean up and easy invoicing.  THANK YOU!

The ABSOLUTE BEST electricians anywhere. Clift is the owner. He got me back up and running after two other companies couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then another time he sent his guys over and they were so polite, fast, tidy, and fixed all my wonky outlets. I can't say enough about this company. He jumped to help my neighbors  who I was scared for during the ice storm. After the power was restored, her living room electric was blown. He worked many hours getting her up and going.

Mr.  Ward gave me an honest quote.  I had gotten quotes from at least 5 different electricians.  He came on time and got the work done in a few hours.  I paid exactly what he quoted me.  He is professional and works honestly and patiently.  I would recommend him to anyone!!!

I hired Texas Platinum to swap every light switch and electrical outlet in my home. It was a big, time consuming job. Rafael showed up with two other crew members to knock out this work in one day. The guys were very friendly and respectful. They wanted to ensure I was happy with the job. A couple of days later I noticed that one of the light switches was not working. I contacted Rafael and he sent his guys back right away and at no additional charge. I will definitely hire them again.

We had Cross Texas Electric come out and run all the electric for a new spa. Ronnie Jones was awesome!! He made sure that everything was done right and ensured everything installed in a way that kept our puppies safe!! Spa works like a charm! He even took time out of his schedule to answer the MANY miscellaneous questions I had.  Definitely plan to use this company again!

We called Steve in a pinch just before the weekend when a DIY ceiling fan installation got complicated quickly. It was not an emergency. He was able to come first thing Monday morning and was not only on time but ten minutes early! He was so professional and nice. He not only fixed the problem but took time to explain the workings of 3-way switches. He is also very reasonably priced. I would call again or refer in a heartbeat. Thank you Steve!

we called around  for a electrician only  one responded  that  they could do it that day
within the hour the technican arrived  after checking everything  out he told us it was a  blown breaker  .fixed in minutes  with a new part from  lows .
he was on his way to a conferance when we called and as he solved  the problem in a matter of minutes he said there will be *** no charge ***
not many bisiness  give you a free ride expecially  in a emergency situation  like that

Christian easily deserves the 5-star rating he's averaging here. I've had him out for a couple of jobs now (one fairly simple and a second a little more involved). He's thorough, detail-oriented, and explains the job to you as he's going along to ensure you're comfortable with the work and cost. In terms of his customer focus, he's great - responsive to phone calls or texts, which sounds easy enough but isn't always the case with a lot of folks. Plus, Christian is just a really interesting guy to chat with while he's working. All around good experience.

We had a Great experience with Remedy.  Everything from booking the appointment, to updates on the way, to explaining what the job entailed, performing the job, cleaning up after, and their costs were very reasonable.

TES recently completed a great project for us.  We built a new barn and needed Oncor (the energy provider) to place a new transformer near the barn.  TES added a new meter box, and breakers, as well as a circuit breaker box inside the barn to handle 200 amps.  Then they trenched 100 yards to my house and brought 200 amp lines to my existing panel on the house so we could eliminate an unsighly old power pole from our view.  They got the whole thing done in record time, had some great suggestions along the way to help me get power to my sheep shed for heat lamps as well.  Pricing was competitive with two other quotes I had received but these folks just seemed like good people, were knowledgeable, could fit the project in, and immediately stood behind their work when we had questions about how things operated.  We could not have been happier with our decision to use them and the outcome.
