Robert has done many electrical projects for me; amongst many including a doorbell transformer replacement, a whole home surge protector installation, and troubleshooting some outlet trouble. He has been on time and professional. His team was great at fitting me into his busy schedule recently. Highly recommend!

Martin installed a new 200 amp electrical panel, recessed lights, and an outdoor outlet at my house.  He's very punctual, responds quickly, keeps you informed, and is very knowledgeable.  If you need an electrician to come and do the work quickly and professionally without any BS, call Martin.  He met me the same day, emailed his proposal that night, and started the work a few days later.  The panel and outlet were completed in one day.  The eight recessed lights were also completed in one day.

Enrique was very professional and knowledgeable, I can't recommend him enough. He installed recess lighting in our living room and came prepared, covering all our furniture and moving items carefully, and was done within 3 hours. Minimal mess and only had to do one 2x3 slot to fish wire through. His pricing was reasonable and didn't  push anything on us.

Alex and Ivan came to my rental condo to troubleshoot some electrical issues. They're really what you want in a vendor: capable, efficient, no crazy up sell attempts and took care to stress that they don't like to cut corners. $125/hr for two guys + materials. Scheduling was painless. I left a voicemail with their answering service late afternoon after office hours and received a call back with in an hour. On the day of service they called as they were on the way. They were on time for our appointment. I'd highly recommend Ducros to anyone with electrical needs.

We lost power to a few of our kitchen appliances, including our full refrigerator late in the afternoon . I called Inception Electric because they are listed in Covina at an address not far from us, hoping that they could stop by on their way back home. God bless 'em, that's exactly what they did. After ruling out a circuit breaker issue, they found the culprit in one of the receptacles, which they explained, was causing other receptacles in the chain to lose power. They replaced the bad receptacle, and sure enough, the other appliances on that chain started working again. What a relief! In addition to the electrician's fast response and quick resolution to our problem, I greatly appreciated the professionalism of the gal who answered the phone, listened well, and called me back to update me on the status of the electrician's availability. I will certainly call Inception Electric when we have another electrical problem, and I will whole heartedly recommend them.

Brandon and his dad have been my go-to electricians for a couple of years now. He is well priced, knowledgable, and thoughtful in fixing previously janky electrical work while he is performing his work. I'm really happy to continue to give my business to them rather than some larger company.

Warren and his guys are awesome!  I needed to get my Tesla wall connector charge unit installed in the garage up near the door so that I wouldn't have to pull my car into the garage every time I had to charge it.  I found Dr. Sparks listed as a certified electrician on Tesla's website.  We spoke over the phone a few days beforehand, I described everything to him, and he told me what it would cost to get the job done.  He showed up with his guys ON TIME and they did the job.  Very clean.  Very honest.  Very professional.  I highly recommend hiring Warren if you need any electrical work done.

After extensive dealings with this company they are habitually late.  Today they had a scheduled appointment at time of 10 AM, it's now 11:01 and they still are not here. Unfortunately the last time this happened I gave them a chance and today they proved that they really have no respect for customers.

This company is beyond unprofessional and their work is sloppy. I hired them for a remodel and paid them close to 7k. Not only did they force me me to pay in full before the work was finished, but they blamed me and argued with me when I tried to get them out to complete the job. The head electrician is never on site to supervise, and Sofia is an unpleasant and a delusional person who thinks she has the scheduling under control; but she doesn't. I would never use this company again, and I strongly suggest you keep searching as they shouldn't even be in business.

The track lighting in our gallery was flickering out and Arman came out promptly to check it out.  Arman did a full diagnostic and he could have easily said we needed to replace all of our tracks, which would not be cheap.  Instead, he repaired a small part of the assembly with a smile and a very reasonable service visit fee.  Arman was professional, efficient, friendly and displayed integrity.  I enthusiastically recommend USA Pro Electric for your electric needs!!!

I'm so glad I found them! I had an emergency pipe leaking and Alberto responded and came by right away. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and started to work on the repairs the same day. At the end of the job, he showed me photos of the repaired pipes and ensured me if anything happens to those pipes, he'll come by and fix it for free. Besides replacing my pipes, he also fixed my wall heater and declogged my kitchen sink drain. I'll definitely keep working with them on my future home improvement projects!
