You can't get any better than VMStoneworks.  Victor and his crew have completed my new quartz countertop and glass backsplash in Chandler and it looks amazing.  There is an outstanding crew connected with this business and they are all perfectionists.  They gave me a fair quote for the work done.  They are reliable, and Victor is a good communicator.  Each group that worked in my home (plumber, glass backsplash and countertop people) were very friendly, neat and cleaned up after working.  When I'm ready to create new bathrooms, I will definitely call VM Stoneworks.  I spent a good deal of time researching company's to do my kitchen.  Looks like I made an outstanding decisions.  I highly recommend them.

As my boyfriend and I were moving into a rental house, we knew we wanted to get laminated wood floors and with the owner's blessing, we started our shopping for quotes and material. We found the material we wanted... Then came the quotes from TWO major home improvement stores.... WHAAAT??? Both quotes seemed quite exorbitant for 2 small rooms and we sure were not prepared to pay that much for a house that wasn't even our own!!

So, I went on to Craigslist to try to find someone who could possibly quote us a better deal for the labor - and I am so glad I did! I found JG Flooring and gave them a call. Voicemail. Ah. Oh well... Left my information, not expecting much. But within 10 mins, Javier was calling me back! I explained to him our situation and how much were our previous quotes from the stores. He suggested that we emailed him their quotes, so we did. After about 45 minutes, he called us back and told us what we would ACTUALLY need and what was just useless items added by the stores to boost their sale. His quote was actually about 1/3 of the price we had previously received!!! We were able to retain Javier's services that same evening I originally placed the call - now, that is fast service.

Javier did the job in less than one day, took care of everything (including hauling the old carpet), and did a beautiful job!! We were extremely satisfied with his work, prices, and professionalism. So much that we told him if we ever bought our own house, we want to hire him again!

I had a problem with one of my shutters long after they were installed seven years ago.  I called Legend flooring & Doug came to my home, saw the problem and with no hesitation said they would replace the shutter.  It wasn't long before they installed a new one which fit perfectly.
Now, that's what you call excellent customer service and a company with integrity.  I highly recommend the company, you won't go wrong!

We needed about 400 square feet of tile removed so we could finish our whole-house re-tile project.  After experiencing the dust-nightmare of DYI floor grinding, we decided to give Flooring Professionals and their dust removal system a try.  We were not disappointed.  Rob and his crew were outstanding.  They showed up on time, answered all our questions and set about getting the job done quickly and efficiently.  The best part?  No dust at the end of the day!  All tile pieces and residue were completely removed and they wiped down all the horizontal surfaces where any incidental dust may have accumulated.  All in all a very satisfactory experience--definitely recommend!

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom  remodel with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. We decided to hire someone to floor a rental we own at the last minute after planning to do it ourselves. I requested a quote after 8 PM in the evening. Kami was quick to respond and came out to look at the job the following day. We needed the work done quickly and he made it happen AND did a fabulous job of laying the luxury vinyl plank floor and putting on baseboards. We have another job coming up this year and we will certainly call Kami's T-L Flooring to do it!

Urban Floors did an absolute stunning job in flooring our entire home. Amir provided consultation on floor selection to meet the needs of our home. The installation of our hardwood floors was meticulously done from the beginning of the job to the very end. The installers were very dedicated to detail and took a great deal of pride in their work and always communicated the progress of the job.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

Josh was great! We clicked and he took care of us. The team that came in were so fast! 1 day in and out. They also showed up early for us even though they are busy so my kids could home and move into our new house! Love these guys!

Excellent excellent work. I cannot say how pleased we are with our new flooring. So now thats out of the way, lets get down to the nitty gritty

1- Price. - Beat the estimate given to me by Lumber Liquidators by a 100-75%. Now that alone saved us quiet a bit. Thats on labor alone. Scott even helped us source the wood from one of his proffered retailer whom we had visited earlier unknowingly and that dropped the price per sq ft by about 50%. It all adds up to quiet a bit. (We got engineered hardwood from the dealer, if that helps in anyway. )

2-Time. Lumber Liquidators wanted 4-5 days, these guys were in and out in 2. He promised he would have it done in 3 days at the worst case, but the fact is he delivered on time that was very important to us.

3-Flexibility - Was very flexible to work with as far as times and schedules go. We found it easy to accommodate them with the numerous options we were given

4-Personable - Wonderful people to work with. The whole crew was just nice wonderful people. I dont know how you may make your decisions but that is a big big  deal maker/breaker for me.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. In fact one of our neighbors is on his way to hiring them toe work on his house !

This was the best experience we have ever had!   Honestly our garage floors look AMAZING!   A++++ Customer service!   Process explained in detail,  follow up conversations to confirm appointments-  Guys showed up a few minutes early and jumped in helping me remove a few last things from the garage.   Explained the process and exceeded my expectations!  WOW!

The price per sq ft may seem slightly higher but you get what you pay for!  6 layers and it looks and feels amazing!

Rustin, and All Pro Floors, are awesome.  Having met with approximately 10 flooring contractors, all of which had great online reviews, I will say, without a doubt, Rustin was the most thorough and professional.  Beyond this, he identified an important problem which none of the other contractors saw; and, which ultimately would have cost us $10-15k of future repairs had we not repaired immediately.  I would, without hesitation, refer Rustin to anyone looking for hardwood, laminate, or carpet.  In fact, I just referred him to my parents who recently purchased a home in Fountain Hills.

I purchased a home out of state and was planning to have new hardwood flooring added and all the hardwood floors sanded and stained the same color as to not show any variance between the old or the new flooring.  

My issue is related to not knowing what stain color I wanted and being located over 2,000 miles from the home.  

I searched pretty diligently to find natural 2 1/4 inch red oak paneling that was untreated but kept running into 2-3 week lead times for a bundle of the wood and I needed workers in the home well before the 2-3 week timeline.

When I reached Mission Hardwood Flooring they were the first company I spoke to that had the flooring I needed in stock.  Then they suggested that instead of buying bundle of flooring and purchasing a bunch of different stains that they would indeed put a few panels together and if I picked a few different stains they would stain the wood for me.  This not only saved me time but also saved me money.  The story just gets better from there.  In less than 2 business days from the date I requested the work Mission Hardwood had completed the task at hand and when I arrived to purchase the materials and the labor Mission Hardwood just requested I write a nice review for them instead of paying for one hour of labor plus materials, that was a nice surprise.  All in all I would say I saved a few hundred dollars and met my need of knowing which stain I now want on my flooring plus I could compare the stain on the exact flooring to my paint samples on a piece of drywall I bought to test out different paints.

Give these guys a shot if your looking for a stand up company that delivers on their promises, is run by a good group of people, and makes the task of working with them straight forward.

I love this company. They are excellent at what they do. Beautiful work and very knowledgeable. I have used them at my home twice, and also refer them to my clients. The owners Dan and Lisa go out of their way to ensure you are happy and completely satisfied with their work. It is also nice to be able to meet with and speak directly with the owners. I highly recommend them them for any and all tile and stone work.

Not many construction jobs go perfectly, however Optimum came very close. From sales to remodel Optimum proved that you can trust a contractor. EVERYONE that participated in my kitchen remodel was fantastic. Salesman Noble started out honest & forthcoming & his knowledge was very appreciated. Juan & his men worked tirelessly working on my countertops. Aldo is an artist when it comes to the tile work & Joel used great plumbing skills for a difficult reconnect. All these men told us in detail what they were doing & also checked with us if they had any questions. Their professionalism & care were greatly appreciated. When I'm ready for the bathroom remodel, I'm making 1 call. That would be to a very accessible & professional owner..Joe.

Contacted Adis to level the floors in 3 bedrooms I want to lay vinyl plank in.  Levels floors for vinyl are very important, even more so because I'm using rigid vinyl planks. I considered doing it myself but Adis pointed out the floors have high and low spots so some of areas needed to be ground down while others needed to be filled in. He showed up on a Friday and him and two of his crew spent the morning working on my floors. They finished up early afternoon and I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome. We jags just cleaned the house so I was Concerned about dust but when you hire this company you get professional-grade service and equipment. Dust control was exceptional. Adis spent some extra time after completing the job pouring out like things to think about around my newly purchased home. I would not hesitate at all to hire Adis and his team for future work.

I only had a quote worked up, however, Dion was very competent, quick, and to the point. Ultimately, we decided on another contractor for various reasons, but I would have felt confident had I hired D&D that my remodel would have turned out amazing. I would definitely consider them for future projects as Dion is extremely knowledgeable about code regulations and quality control.
