I had a very loose balcony fence railing.   They came out and completely fixed for me.   They made and welded custom pieces to make it secure.   I had paint so they even painted to match and look nice.   They stood by estimate even though it took longer than anticipated.
Other people never showed.   I highly recommend,   Robert was very nice.

We just had an upstairs patio iron railing installed.  DCS did a fantastic job!!  They made suggestions regarding a clean installation and also improved upon the style/look. I appreciate so much when workers are polite, knowledgable and show up on time and complete their job without damaging the surrounding area.  Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.  Thanks again for a job well done!!!

Unreliable. He did not show up to our appointment and did not call to let me know he was not going to make it. He seems unorganized. I'm glad I did not hire him.
I understand that accidents happen but a courtesy call to say you are not coming would make a big difference, even more since I took some time off work to meet you and I had to call to find out you were not coming after 2 hours of waiting.

Matt worked with us and provided us with a fence that suited our needs and that of our pet to protect her.   It meshed with our property and everyone complimented us on how it looked.  Thank you Matt. We highly recommend his company.

I give one star merely for the fact they got a salesman/repairman to me immediately.  After that, I never heard from them.  May 29, 2021, Dan (I think that was his name) came out to repair the motor on my back gate.  Long story short, the motor wasn't there.  My husband who passed away 5/23 had been working with someone else and didn't leave any paperwork.  Dan proceeded to sell me a motor but he didn't have all the parts.  Bill came to $1241.70, I had to pay $700.  They had the parts and would be back within two or three days to complete it.  He did have another option for a bigger motor that would have been over $4000.   I waited two weeks.  Called them.  Waiting for parts (that were supposed to be in warehouse).  It is a simple common motor that is being installed in other places I am sure.  I have called to talk to Joshua (in the office, not in the field) repeatedly.  It is now 2 1/2 months and they still don't have the simple parts to connect the motor to the gate mechanism.  I am just told they do not have an ETA for the parts, because of Covid.  I am sorry they all got the disease, but how do they stay in business to take my money but not be my advocate to get the parts?  I want them to find the parts and repair my gate as they promised immediately or immediately refund my money.  At least stop avoiding my calls, Joshua, and come to a solution.  Quit having the office help take the brunt of your inefficiency.   If you can't do it, admit it!

I had a fence installed around our home in Sun City over a year ago.  A weld came loose on one section shortly after the installation was complete.  I emailed Joel to have it fixed and never got the courtesy of a return email, nor have I obtained an email for the subsequent ten.  I also called and was told not to worry.  Now over a year has passed and I still have broken weld, talk about great customer service.  If I did that in my business I wouldn't have one!  Shame on them for such poor service.  I will continue to email them and see what happens and make a few more phone calls, none of which I assume will be returned.

I called this company to get an estimate, and left a voicemail. No response. Left a second message and again no response. I wonder how a place with this type of customer service can even stay in business?!?!
