We need our 5 large trees trimmed and called Roy's. They scheduled to come and do an estimate but never showed up, never called and did not even return our calls. I took time off of work to meet them. If you're going to set an appointment with a potential client, you should show up. If you can't show up as scheduled, you should contact the client and let them know. If you get a call from a client asking for a return call, you should return our call. Roy's Trees are a fail for us.

What an amazing company! I had some extremely overgrown oleander trees in my backyard that were threatening the integrity of my block wall.  After a simple and straight forward consultation with one of the company owners, I was given an honest bid; which was lower than the other competitive I had out. 2 days later,  the crew was out and made quick work of the problem trees.
They did an outstanding job on every aspect,  including to make sure the entire work area was cleaned up prior to their departure.  Thanks for a job extremely well done!! I'll definitely be calling again for any and all future landscaping needs here at my home.

We called for multiple quotes to have our palms trimmed and a tree removed from our front yard. ArborCraft came out and checked out the job, gave us a a competitive quote, and was knowledgeable about what was happening with the tree and what needed to be done. We set them up to come back out to do the job. They were in and out and did a great job and cleaned up everything. We will definitely call them again!

I cannot praise the work of Arbor Care enough. They were prompt with providing us a quote and consultation with an arborist. We were surprised at the low estimate that included removing the remains of a 32 foot fallen Suguaro. When they showed up(on time) the work was speedy competent and friendly and the clean-up was excellent. We will be using Arbor Care again.k

JR and his team really know what they are doing, he was very knowledgable when it came to my ficus trees.  I had 3 tall ficus trees in my backyard that they have been servicing for years now, but after 6 years it was time to say goodbye. If you need someone to trim your trees or have them removed this is the company to call.  I'm even happier to be supporting a small business with outstanding service. Great company, excellent crew!  Communication was quick and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner.  I had two large trees trimmed back, as well as a juniper (arbovita).  The crew was very efficient, did an excellent job, and the cleanup was very thorough.  The prices are very reasonable for the amount of work and equipment involved.  I will definitely use this company again!

The trunk of my two-year old mesquite tree couldn't keep up with the speedy growth of the limbs.  It was cracking in half.  The Moon Valley guys quickly cut it down, removed the stump, blew off the yard and driveway, and left the front yard looking great!

Great to work with! I had three trees uprooted, another cut down, and two more trimmed back. From the beginning, Azael was responsive to texts for an estimate, available to do the service quickly, and did a great job on my trees.

The team did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.  They are a small service so they don't use stump grinders or chippers (at least not yet) but you'll pay much, much more with a bigger company.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Terrible customer service and the technical expertise leaves a lot to be desired. They did a poor job on a mesquite tree by butchering it leaving a lot of dead branches. I gave them the opportunity to come back and give an opinion of the tree but after they 2 cancelled appointments on me after waiting at home for them, I said no more and told them I would take my business elsewhere.
I do not recommend them.

I am so happy to have found Valentin and the crew at Valley Verde Lawn Care. They have done several jobs for me, including a full clean-up/makeover of our front and back gardens that left the spaces looking better than ever before - and for an incredibly reasonable price. They also removed a stubborn vine root ball from deep under a perimeter wall, and their thorough work was the only thing that finally stopped it regrowing. Great service

I called four companies to get a quote for weed removal and yard clean-up. Val actually answered my call, I never heard back from the other three. He came over, gave me a quote and then quickly fit us into his schedule.

I got home this afternoon and could tell right away that they had done an amazing job. Random weeds were pulled, the gravel was raked, dust and leaves were blown away/swept up. The front yard is now immaculate. However, the real work was in the back. We haven't landscaped yet, and the weeds had taken over. I don't know how they did it, but they are all gone. I am floating on air, it all looks so good!

Awesome service all around: communication, attention to detail, job completed thoroughly. Woo-hoo!!

Thanks to the winds my willow decided to land on my house tonight. I called John from All American Arborist and his crew came out to my house within a half hour after I got off the phone with him.

John made sure that his crew wore their safety gear at all time and that none of my plants were damaged while taking down my tree.  It was worth the extra money to have them come out tonight.  Thanks John I look forward to see what kind of trees you have to replace the one that was cut down.

John and his crew are very friendly and I am very happy that I chose them to do the job.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I am a very picky person. I believe in getting the best for my money and I look for the best deal. I had two stumps (one large) one small and one 10 foot palm tree that I wanted removed and the stump ground. I got 5 quotes from various tree service companies. I was looking for the best deal, but also the most professional company. Right away I liked this company. I still had 3 more quotes to get, but these guys stuck out. My boyfriend was the one who dealt with them. We had asked them to call him before they went out to give the quote. Many of the tree companies didn't call. They just showed up, were 2 hours late, or asked a INSANE price. Hayward, came in at a very fair rate. Not the cheapest, but I believe you get what you pay for and in this case, we were paying for professionals to do a job right. They came out very professionally dressed (its the little details) and then promptly emailed a quote. After we made our decision, my boyfriend called them and they got us on the schedule. We weren't in a huge hurry but didn't want to wait to long. Tree trimmers are often busy and book out a few weeks in advance. The day before they called to remind us of the appt and told my boyfriend they would call before they arrived. The next day, they called before they arrived and my boyfriend met them there. The entire process took less then 20 min if that. They cleaned up the area and removed all the debris. I must say I was very pleased with the work, professionalism and just everything.  I would recommend them for all your tree needs!

Essence AZ LLC gave very fair and affordable quotes to me. My job wasn't easy and this crew did it with breeze. Bryan stayed in constant contact with me during the entire process. Highly recommend this Company and Crew. Good side note, they also have a tree service!

Schedule a quote that was competitive with others.  Put down a thousand dollar deposit then two days before our appointment they called increasing the quote by 1000.  They stated the alley was too small, even though they had to see it for the quote.  Sketchy stuff.
