We wrote a check to Miguel and he deposited the check for 6x the amount written. It took multiple hours on the phone with our bank to sort out this issue, along with all the bank fees we were charged as he drained our account negative. Miguel laughed on the phone and blamed the overcharge on the ATM. He offered no resolutions or apologies to over-charging us THOUSANDS of dollars and we were left hanging, dealing with the aftermath.

This business lacks integrity.

EDIT: Miguel's response below is not accurate and is not truthful. This further shows his lack of acknowledgment in over-charging us thousands of dollars. Please beware when conducting business with them.

We were just serviced by Hernandez Landscaping. They were excellent to work with. We recieved a quote for our backyard quickly. The price was more than fair. They came out the very next day to save our overgrown backyard. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

They quoted me a price to remove a mesquite tree (based on pictures) and then nearly doubled it when they showed up to do the work and saw the tree. They were supposed to be at my house at 6:00am to do the work. At 6:00am, they told me it would actually be 9:00am. Then they showed up around 7:45am while I was dropping off my daughter. When I got home they were already it my backyard. This could have been very bad. I had not locked my dogs in the house, because I though I had another hour. The price they adjusted to was not dissimilar to other companies' quotes, but I had them leave because I didn't like the way they did business.

I had Fernando cut two trees down which were causing my brick wall to buckle and crack in  a few places. My gas line was located in between these trees. Fernando took care of my trees without a hitch. He was professional and  very  knowledgeable. Out of approximately 6 quotes, his was  the best.  I used Fernando a week later to trim some trees that were hanging on my roof at my condo.  I received same results .  I would not hesitate to recommend him and would use him again, if needed.

TERRIBLE! The second time they came to do yard work after about 15 minutes into being here their 2 young employees continued to weed wack rocks. This resulted in the entire glass door shattering. When approached in entire disbelief that they'd shattered and entire door and just continued to dig up nothing, I got an oh sorry this happens like once a year to top it off they were contacted for overgrown weeds in the middle of a lawn. Not in the rocks. They stated all we brought was a weed whacker, we will return tomorrow. So not only did the job they were contacted for not get done, they broke an entire window AND did not come back the next day as promised. When I reached out to the owner, he too was very nonchalant. They do not care. They'll come to your house, send kids to do the job, shatter thousands of dollars worth of property and leave. And won't pay to replace what they've broken either. I absolutely do not recommend them. I now have a boarded up door that they will not replace and has to come out of pocket. Use another company!!!!!

Loved this companies service. They were very professional and very responsive to any concerns we had. They cut down two big trees that needed to come down and trimmed up all our other trees. I would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

Super fast response time, awesome rates, friendly and quick workers, and great communication! We had a communication misunderstanding, and Billy didn't charge us for extra work they did, just to make it right! They've even come back multiple times after a yard instillation to fertilize and treat the grass. Awesome honest company! You won't be disappointed if you use Billy and his team!

This is an amendment to my earlier review of one star.
Billy immediately reached out to me after posting the below review explaining that our appointment got lost among many others and as a business owner myself, I can surely understand how that can happen. I had a feeling it was something simple as our previous communication was spot on. Billy came to my home within 20 minutes of calling me and went over all of my needs and answered all questions I had. His company will now be servicing my home on a bi-weekly basis for landscaping as well as doing a couple of other projects. He is personable and made sure to make the slight error right! Thank you Billy!

My roommate and I had some serious trouble getting any tree service to come out for our small job (a few palm trees and an olive tree)  before the monsoon season began. Call after call we were turned down and in a pickle.

One morning, I noticed our neighbor had a tree service over to work on their mesquite. Up in the tree was Jesse, deftly and expertly navigating the branches of this tree, thinning it as he went along. All of this without gaffs/spikes, so as to protect the tree. I asked the ground crew if it would be possible to have a look at our situation if they had time after their current job and they said they'd ask their boss (Jesse, up in the tree) as soon as he came down.
Not more than 10 minutes went by and Jesse was knocking on my door and agreed to do a bid on the spot. His prices were very reasonable and he even saved us some money by reassuring us that our olive tree didn't even need any trimming. In fact, he gave me some pointers on how to make it healthier (which I appreciated very much).

It didn't take them more than 40 min to complete the job and clean up. Jesse and his ground crew were very professional and attentive. Arborvision raises the bar on service!

Holy WOW! These guys came through. I talked to numerous landscapers to trim & skin one palm tree that needed it desperately and boy did these fellas help us in a pinch. Managed to squeeze me in day of. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future. Look at this before and after! Thanks Gabriel & Caesar!

Ryan's Removals is the best! They came in and removed our oleanders a couple of years ago (18 total) in 2 afternoons, root ball and all. There were 2 guys doing the work and they did it more quickly and efficiently than the team of 6 the spent 3 days and got just 1 removed!

The oleanders have not come back but we have Ryan + team come to trim our mesquite trees yearly. He's the only one we trust!

Found Joe on Yelp.  I was a customer in 2021.   I would not use Joe's Palm Tree Trimming Service again following my personal experience.

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

I requested a quote for stump removal on Yelp and Jarrod at Premier Landscape and Tree Service replied quickly. The estimate was very competitive. Jarrod was able to work with my schedule and did a great job removing the stump and filling the hole. I also appreciated that Jarrod was able to give me a written estimate as the removal was part of an insurance claim. I will absolutely us Premier Landscape and Tree service for our next job.

Octavio and his team did great work for me in my front and backyard. They came on time, finished the job really well and on time, and their rates were very reasonable for the work they did.

Great team! They are very accommodating and do good work.  Super easy to work with and reliable. I would definitely them for yard service.

5 STARS for service and amazing pricing!!!  When I contacted JL for my overgrown Ficus upon moving in my house, I was promptly engaged.  Octavio came to provide an estimate -- he was on time, informational, and committal. He provided an early window to execute the service, and even called ahead to see if he could take the job earlier when his availability opened up.  I accepted and Octavio exceeded my expectations to getting my Ficus back under control!  He was quick to get the work done and clean up, but the best part is the PRICE!!!!  Literally HALF the amount than other bids I received.

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

Let me preface by saying we live in Gold Canyon, 20 miles from the Top Leaf Tree office.  I called for a quote to trim and shape two young Queen Palo Verde trees.  These are only three year old, and had never been trimmed.  One was in full blossom, the other not.  I told our neighbor that Top Tree was come to do our trees and he asked if they could remove his 35ft tall Shoestring Acacia l and do some pruning in his backyard.  I made the arrangements for both jobs to be done at the same time.

I called and there was message saying they would return my call,  My call was returned and I scheduled and appointment to have the arborist come to give me a quote.  He arrived on the scheduled time and assessed the trees.  He said that there was minimum dollar amount per tree plus a travel charge for coming to Gold Canyon. He assessed my neighbors tree and quoted it.

The crew arrived on time and had the jobs done quickly. The crew are artists and took the time to evaluate their work as they were working. Both my neighbor and I appreciate their attention to detail.

Though I felt the charge for trimming my young trees was high and the travel charge excessive, I wanted the work done by professional abortionists. Top Leaf did what they were contracted to do in a timely and professional manner.

I've been using Rockwell for a month now and could not be happier. Chance is very professional, does what he says, always communicates and is basically exceeding any and all expectations. I wish I would have found him sooner!
