I had a couple downed ficus trees from the storm and needed some help to save these and get them back to recovery.  Daniel was prompt with his response and came out the next morning.  Daniel's professionalism and knowledge is above the rest.  He also provided some expert advice and feedback for the rest of my column hedge.  

I will definitely use Liberty Tree Experts again in the future.

The entire process from the initial phone call to the actual work and clean up was absolutely top notch.  

The estimate and scheduling process was seamless, complete with phone calls to let us know their estimated arrival time.

The tree trim day was also seamless.  They gave us a call to let us know their arrival time, walked us through the overall plan again, then they got to work.  When they were nearly finished, they walked us through what they had done, let us know what to expect regarding the growth cycles of the trees, and let us know what they found and what to keep an eye out for on our large pine tree.  

Our trees look amazing, and the crew left the yard even cleaner than they found it.  They worked extremely well together as a team - all smiles even in this Phoenix heat!

We will absolutely book Heartwood for any future tree trimming needs.

Kevin The Tree Guy and his crew are professional, easy to talk with, and clearly enjoy their work. We have a lot of tall trees and they did a super job on every one of them. Couldn't have asked for a more positive experience! Conrad was able to come out for an estimate and to diagnose the issues with three large, older trees in my front yard. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice to talk to. Ricardo and his team were able to come out and do all the fertilization and work later that same week. I couldn't be more impressed. My trees look great, my yard was cleaned up beautifully, and he even cleaned up piles of bougainvillea clippings that I hadn't yet got around to picking up! The price was right and the work was exceptional. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.
