Howard came out and provided a quote and provided great detail. Day of service was to remove a Live Oak and prune a backyard tree. Safety is paramount to this company. Sit back and watch these professionals do the work Jason was the lead on this job and he walked thru before we got started on the pruning and the tree removal process asked if I had any questions . It's unbelievable team work Another crew showed up and they jumped right in cleaning and sweeping and then the stump grind They put up boards to prevent any wood flying toward the house windows Impressive!! The pruning was awesome and after the tree was removed and stump grind completed the team cleaned the yard. Thank you HEARTWOOD TEAM, Howard and also Jason and the crew . Great work!!

I thought by hireing a professional we would get good service removing our 2 trees but they left roots behind that keep spouting and won't do anything to solve the problem. Now I have to hire our landscaper to come out and do what they should have done.
