These guys are AWESOME,  they came out and trimmed our huge Palo Verde. They are quick, efficient and cleaned up our yard very nicely, Higly recommended. And the price was just right.

This past September we had Heartwood Tree Care prune several trees in our backyard.  We were a little cautious as we had used another well recognized pruning service last year and we did not have the best of experience.  I am pleased to say this was not the case with Heartwood.  From the initial call through the actual pruning service, Heartwood was very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

Since we have a row of fichus trees that line our back fence area and provide a screen from our neighbors we asked that a certified arborist be part of the pruning crew to insure that they were pruned back enough but not too much that we lose the screening effect.  We also have a large mesquite tree that was leaning and overgrown on the edges that we were concerned may fall in a high wind.  Howard, who was both the arborist and owner of the company took the time to address all our concerns and answer all our questions.  He and his team are very knowledgeable about tree care and maintenance.  

We will be using Heartwood Tree Care In the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a Massive tree in my front yard removed. The Tree Guy helped me, step-by-step, insuring that once the stump, Tree, were removed, that no sapplings, after growth, seedlings, would appear after the Tree was gone.
The Tree Guy is incredibly helpful and patient. Nice to work with people who are not only professional but genuinely Cool, too.

I received a call from this company one day, used to be called Al's tree and yard service, and they were following up on previous customers wondering if I needed to have my trees and bushes trimmed. In fact I did, because I had contacted two other companies, arranged for estimates and then they never showed up. Chip Off the Old Block gave me a time and date they would be here and they were on time! They gave a very reasonable estimate and finished the work shortly after. Quick, clean and efficient. Will use them again.
