We had such a great experience with this company! We had a two day project requiring a crew of 5 guys. They removed 10 very tall trees, some of which were grown into the foundation of our home and dead oleanders that were grown into a metal fence. The also treated the stumped with chemicals and grinded them. From the moment Daniel came over to assess the situation and give us a quote until when the project was complete and the crew left everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The crew left our yard looking better than before they came. We had 10 different companies come out to give us quotes and I was shocked at how many of them didn't know what they were talking about and didn't carry the proper insurance and workers compensation. I am so happy we chose Liberty Tree Experts!

The crew removed a huge Palo Verde tree from my backyard.  The crew exhibited good safety habits were polite and did a great job in clean up.  I felt confident this was a professional crew that new exactly how to get the job done.  My quote also included a clean up of my Ash tree.  However, I was a little disappointed that the quote was for a minimum amount of clean up for a reduced price.  Now, the Ash looks better, but could use more clean up. All in all, I would recommend this company.

Highly recommended! They saved my Carob trees from dying!! Kevin came out, trimmed up trees and gave me a detailed watering schedule. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done.

Happy Tree Guys quoted my job at a very competitive price and after seeing the quality of work they did on their website we chose them for our job. the crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job on our trees and left the yard cleaner than it was when they came. very pleased and will use them again

What matters to me most when service providers make mistakes, and they will be made, is that the people within that company admit their error, apologize and make it good.

COOB let the ball drop when a tree tipped over in my backyard.  The arborist who came to see it said it was salvageable.  Sadly when I tried to schedule the team to come out and do the work as quoted no one returned my calls and within a week the beautiful Palo Verde I planted 3 years ago was dead.

COOB team members immediately owned the mistake and apologized for it.

The company ended up agreeing that a replacement tree was their only way to make this good.

So, although I have to try to be patient as the new tree catches up to the rest of my landscaping, at least I still have trust in COOB and will use their services again in the future.
