Roy was great from start to finish. He first came over to give a quote--very competitive and reasonable prices. He then was very flexible with scheduling our tree removal. He texted when he was on his way with an ETA and the whole process took about 5 hours. He texted me when they were almost finished so I could come home from work to get him paid. They grinded the stump, too, looks very level with the ground. They even picked up all their mess and the pine cones the tree left. Roy was great to work with, and I'd call him again for future services.

Andy and his crew arrived on time and were ready to do the job the tree  location was between a pool and a block fence they brought tarps to help contain the chips and branches from the tree keeping my pool covered and almost debris free I was extremely happy with the way they completed the job I know its just trimming a tree but when you see a group of individuals work as a team to get the job done is amazing they cleaned up the place were very open with communication professional and finished with a smile again THANK YOU Andy and Crew...

I contacted them to trim 2 good sized trees in my front yard. They came out and gave me a quote the very next day. I accepted the quote that night and they had someone out trimming the trees the following day. Very quick and responsive and great customer service.

I would recommend Arbor Care highly.  The entire team was extremely communicative from the beginning of the process all the way through.  I was impressed with the amount of information I learned about my tree and the process during the initial meeting/quote.  I felt extremely confident in the team that would be coming and how/why certain things were going to be done.



I had high expectations and Juniors crew did not disappoint! They were extremely professional and conscientious while they were here including concerns about cleaning up any potential debris from my neighbor's house.  The crew cleaned up everything on the that could possibly have happened during the tree trimming process.



My tree looks great, I am excited to see how it will grow now that it has been trimmed properly.  It was fairly overgrown when we bought our house and after explanations on why you wouldn't trim a certain way we understood why it was in the state it was.  It looks fantastic now and so much better than I imagined.  We will definitely use them for any future tree needs.

Since I did not have a referral I went to yelp and read the comments. I think it is important to commend a service so that others can benefit.
I called on Sunday mid after noon and JR from Core Tree Service picked up the phone right away and scheduled a bid for the next day, Monday morning. He was prompt and kept me advised me by text of his ETA.  His bid was extremely reasonable and he had his crew over the next morning to take out 8 trees. His crew was timely, courteous, fast, professional and clean. Start to finish less than 3 hours! I would not hesitate to highly recommend this service based on my experience

Mr. Jesse Heywood came by my house in May/June of 2019 (I know, way late review but I don't get on Yelp often).
I had one of those lovely friendly reminder HoA letters about some palm tree frawns hanging. They were out of reach on a couple of the tallest trees in my yard. Mr. Heywood was polite, fast, and efficient at trimming said offending frawns. 10/10 would (will) use again.

I showed up at this location a little skeptical and wasn't sure exactly even what I was looking for all I knew is I was looking for some form of privacy block. Tom stopped me and asked if I needed help we explained what we were looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. Tom gave me a large option of different plants shrubs and trees that were low maintenance that would get the job done. I made an appointment with Tom who even came by my house to take a look at what I had going on. We locked down the best option for my application and got them installed. Start to finish it was a seamless operation, I would recommend Tom and this location hands down.

They did an amazing job. Had a few estimates and Innovation was the best. Sent pictures of trees I needed trimmed and he sent the estimate over the phone right away. Comminication was great and very professional. Very detailed oriented. Cleaned up everything after they were done. I will definitely use them again.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

I am beyond pleased with my experience with AZ Desert Tree Care. We had a fairly large mesquite tree in our front yard that split in half and left several branches laying on the ground, and we decided to have the whole thing removed. I called a few places to get a quote, and AZ Desert Tree Care was the quickest to respond. Every interaction was professional and courteous. They sent me a quote that day and were able to arrive the next day to remove the tree. From start to finish, it took the crew 1.5 hours to remove the tree and clean the yard. They were amazing! And the service was reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again in the future for any tree care/trimming/removal needs.

Spoke with Joe, sent pictures of the tree stump that needed removed.  Said he could do it next week for $250.  Next week arrived, no call, so I called him.  Said he would be there the next day between 10-11AM.  Never showed, never called or sent a text.  I'm looking for someone else that can communicate better.

Owner, Drew was amazing at giving us a fair price.  Raymondo and Christian trimmers did a GREAT JOB!  Kudos to Murphy's Trees!  Our tree was very overgrown.  The tree and us are VERY pleased.

valentin came out right on time for an estimate. i was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. the quotewas to do a cleanup and also to put gravel down. it is a very large lot. his prices were more than reasonable and it was a very pleasant appointment.
we are going to use their services and i will provide you with an update after it is finished but i suspect that it also will be five star!
**update** valentin & his guys came out again to remove weeds that had grown in the backyard and to provide gravel and to spread it. they could not have done a better job. they were really clean and did a five star job. fair prices and great work!!

We had a Palo Brea tree that was located in the corner of our back yard. There were very large branches that had grown over the block wall and could cause major damage if they fell or were unsafely removed.
After extensive research, I received a quote, and then made an appointment with All American Arborist to remove the tree and the the stump removed.
Victor arrived at 7:30 for an 8:00 appointment to let me know that the rest of the crew would arrive soon. Crew arrived in safety equipment and started work at 8:00. At 9:15 Victor was letting know that the job was done.
I could not be happier with the work, Victor, the crew and this company!
I would highly recommend this company for any of the services they offer!!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

We are new to the AZ area and needed an expert to come out and thin some trees in our yard that had been neglected. Free estimate was provided before hand. Scheduling was easy and appointment time quick (within a week). The trimmers were prompt and cleaned up after the job. We had some questions/concerns and the owner himself came out and answered them. We will be using them again in the springtime and would recommend.

text after hours ,response was quick , got a call and was asked for info and pic , I sent them got a quote, receive great fast and most of all no hidden charges , what he told was what was done  I highly recommend ,also he was one of the few to proceed without a lot of hassle , others wanted me to fill info and paperwork  for a simple one item move

My husband and I had a horrible weed problem in our yard. It was in terrible shape. We were contacted promptly by Alex from Velasco when I inquired about a quote for the job. He came over the same day and gave us a thorough, free consultation. I was impressed by his quick response and the description he gave about exactly what he could do to improve our yard. His quote was very reasonable as well. Today, his team came out and did a wonderful job on clearing the weeds/grass patches in our yard and spraying any stragglers for weed prevention. It looks like a new yard! I was also impressed that they even netted our pool to get rid of the debris from the blower. Excellent customer service! The workers were very polite.
