These guys just painted my condo (interior) and I couldn't be more impressed.  The price was fantastic and the work impeccable.   I used a variety of accent colors and they did a great job on the seams.  I couldn't be happier.  Thanks, guys!

First of all, I was dreading these painting quotes because I was doing the whole interior of my new home. I received a few that were just ridiculous and succumbed to the fact I would have to handle this myself. Then I saw Alex's painting on Angie's List and read the great reviews on cost and workmanship and decided to try one more time. I'm SO glad I did. He came in way under what I had been being quoted and in my budget. There were follow up calls to make sure I had my paint colors and to let me know when and what time they could start. They showed up on time everyday, worked hard 8+ hour day, cleaned up, moved furniture back where it was. All to do it again the next day. (4 days total). Included me in every decision and/or suggestion and the work was done on time and looks fantastic! Very respectful and very professional! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Joe and his team are top notch.  If you want it done right the first time for an honest price with a touch up warranty, look no further.  They even do industrial grade garage floor coatings. These guys are great!

Highly recommend! Very communicative, precise, and timely. I originally requested Alex to provide a quote on removing popcorn ceiling in 4 rooms and retexturing to match the finish in the rest of the home. He got back to me right away and set up a walkthrough at the home same day to provide the most accurate quote. Ended up having them remove the popcorn ceilings/ retexture/ paint all ceilings/ trim/ walls/ doors full package - they completed all of this work in 3.5 days. Pricing was very competitive with other quotes I collected. Great work guys, I appreciate you taking on the job!

I'm starting my review as we have chosen to go with Crash of Rhinos to paint the exterior of our home and want to write the 1st part of my review while it is still fresh in my mind.

We had 2 companies come out prior to Crash of Rhinos coming out.  I wasn't there for the 1st guy and my wife said he was there for 5 minutes and said it would cost 1600 to paint our 1 story 1780 sq ft home plus our backyard fence.  

The 2nd company that came out was much more thorough, they went over every single crack of stucco, every imperfection and said how they would treat it, I thought this was nice but wondering if he's going to jack the price up.  He did, first he said 3200 and we said that's way too high then he brought it down to 2800 which I though was doable and I didn't doubt that he would have done a great job.  What I didn't like about this guy was the price and that it was all or nothing for example our back security gate he said he would sand and paint etc. and I asked what if I don't want that and how much is that adding into the total cost and I finally got that it cost about $70 but it wasn't an option you either take whole package or nothing and he kept saying how he would pressure wash my patio and drive way and I'm thinking this is going to look great but how much are these extras adding into the total cost.  I think this guys problem was that he was doing everything himself so maybe he was charging $50 an hour (I don't know) to pressure wash the drive way when he should be paying someone $10 an hour to do it and pass that savings on through a lower estimate.  He was very thorough though and that let gave me more insight to ask more informed questions to other companies that came to give estimates.

Crash of Rhinos came out a few days later and they started to talk in detail just like the 2nd company did and I was like oh great this is going to be another 3k paint job.  

The 1st thing I like about Crash of Rhino is that they are very transparent and they are going to be fair, he said yeah 1600 seems pretty low even for a spray and then you will get guys trying to charge 3k on the high end.  That gave me hope that this would be a reasonable offer.  

Note:  I put prices because I think homeowners are looking for a good estimated on prices but each house difference according to the shape they are in and square footage.  We have single story home that is 1780 sq feet that is in good shape, some stucco cracks but relatively in good shape, we just don't like the color and our back fence is stucco so we are getting that painted also and that takes a considerable amount of paint .

We started to go over details and I said how much would just the security door be and right away he said $65 but we offer that as an option because some homeowners want the security gate done and some don't.

I asked about pressure washing that the 2nd company was talking up and he said well yeah of course we are going to pressure wash up after we paint and clean everything that's just part of it.  

He then went on to say customer service is very important to us, we try to think like the home owner.  Customer service and doing a little extra is worth is to us so if someone says can you pressure washer this and it's not in the proposal we are going to do it, if you come and say hey can you paint my whole back fence for free and it's not in the proposal then we won't but if it is a reasonable request then we will accommodate.

So time for the proposal, everything was printed up and printed out.

Instead of giving us an all or nothing he had it broken down into 3 categories of paint quality.  The lowest paint quality that he expected to last 8 years, the next to last 10 years and the best to last 12 years.  So within it we received a quote of @2100, 2300 and 2400 (I think).  Plus an itemized option.  $99 if you wanted to go with someone to help pick out colors, they will come take a pic of your house and do a computerized image so you can see how different colors will look and they will bring out samples of paint to put on your house to see how it looks.  $65 for the security door, $85 for new seals on the double car garage door and $175 to rebuild a side gate.  

He offered a deal that if we chose the higher end paint at 2400 then he would make us a good deal on the options that we wanted.  We chose all the options except the rebuilding of the side gate.  So we worked out a deal we agreed on for the 3 options plus the higher end paint.

Looking forward to getting our home painted and thanks for Crash of Rhinos for the excellent customer service thus far.

Alex and his team were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! they completed a whole house paint job, including some cabinet repair and texture. Everything was so  clean and lined out perfectly . The crew works cleans and quick. I've referred him to my real estate agent as Alex painted my home to prepare for selling. As you see from the pictures, this was a MUST investment

The pricing is very reasonable and the staff and Painters are very professional. I had my kitchen, living room w/ ceiling, and two hallways painted. Jose and Oscar were the technicians who did an amazing job. Very professional, on time and if they were not sure of something because I had a few accent walls, they had no problem asking and confirming. This experience has me telling friends and thinking about my next paint job. Good well done. Thank you.

FANTASTIC, UNPRECEDENTED, POSITIVE REVIEW!

We moved into a beautiful house which my wife wished to personalize. We invested in stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new tiles in areas, all new carpeting, etc. You get the point. The top of icing was to be the PAINT JOB, inside & out. Being a registered nerd & proud of it, I researched Painters & interviewed several. Read reviews carefully & the choice was obvious:  AZ West Painting & owner, Chris Arevalo. Every review was overwhelmingly positive! Our experience:  fantastic crew of five. They came early & worked all day, leaving promptly at 4:30pm., giving us our house back. They attacked the job with energy, gentle care & yet respectfully left the kitchen, the bedroom, TV's accessible to the point we were the least bit inconvenienced under the circumstances. The care with which the furniture was moved & our sentimental delicate picture frames, paintings & artifacts handled was comforting. The paint inside & outside was excellent.
But, above all, after the work was done, Chris, the owner, walked us thro' the final inspection as though it was HIS house! Everything that we asked him to do, be it remove an inefficient mister, or land line phone plates, he did it without charge & good cheer, a nod & a smile! Chris & his crew were determined to please us, & by Jove, they DID IT!! It's obviously part of this AZ West Painting culture, & mission statement.  My wife & I are completely satisfied & grateful for the excellent work. Highly recommend Frogstar Faux Finishing!   Annie is fabulous!  She listened very carefully to what I wanted and the look I was hoping to get on my large entryway columns.  Since I was not 100% sure she offered to do samples of a few looks so that we could discuss and I could make a decision.  I could not be happier with the finished product!   She and her assistant were excellent and made my columns look exactly like the marble ones you see in Italy.  LOVE THEM!  They are extremely talented artists.
Also, they have terrific, friendly, positive personalities so they are a joy to have around.  A plus was that each day they cleaned up the area and they love dogs so I did not have to worry about putting up my dog each day.
If you are looking to have custom painting done - definitely call Frogstar!

His service was unmatched and his professionalism was top of the line.  Attention to Details was able to accommodate our timeline and was quite reasonable for the amount of painting needed.  The clean up afterward was immaculate.  If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

Great painting company! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes fast, efficient, reliable and affordable painting and drywall services! The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

Oh my god where do I begin!?! Terry and his team did such a great job. The entire team was so professional and kind. The communication was frequent and the price was great. When I started getting HOA letters stating I needed to paint my house, my siblings and parents told me to be prepared to shell out 3k for a good service to come out and do it. I paid under 2 grand to have my house completely painted all within 3 days time and with the most professional workers and just genuinely considerate people.
We have a young baby thAt takes a daily nap, the workers were kind enough to ask us what time she would be sleeping so that they would know when to be a bit more quiet. That is something that really meant a lot to me
The house looks great, the price was unbeatable, and the people were perfectionists. I will never use another paint service again.

Mike was a pleasure to work with to get the interior of our new house painted before we move in. His communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to ensure that the work was completed properly. Even patching holes and painting in places we didn't ask him to but needed it! We will be using his services again next year when we have the exterior painted.

Great company, needed a number of interior walls painted on short notice and Ralph managed to get it done within a week! Very happy with the results. Always really prompt and responsive communicating via text/calls too which is incredibly helpful especially when working on a tight time schedule.
