Sunset Gates just finished our new front and side gates. We are super happy with how great they look! From the quote with Kyle to Dawn the Office Manager and Shawn handling the coordination of everything, the mason and install guys, my husband and I were impressed with the quality of our new gates, the professionalism and communication. You get what you pay for and this project was worth every penny. Although it took a little longer than we thought, Shawn kept us up to date throughout the process. We usually hate dealing with contractors, but you guys are the exception! Thank you!

Alex was great from the start with communication through yelp and text.  The door to our courtyard was rusted and had broken a hinge.  His team fixed the door, replaced the hinge, and also gave it new life with a fresh coat.  The timing was to be expected with a fix and we are happy with the finished project.  We would recommend IMS to anyone looking for a gate or repair.

So glad we found Paul! We recently purchased a cute 1930's house that had a deteriorating wooden gate and Paul's artistic touch was the perfect addition to the exterior of our home. The corrugated metal panels and patina are such a perfect fit for the house's aesthetic. He really is a true artist and such a great guy! The cost was comparable to wood which seems insane when you think about the longevity of metal AND having such an artisan doing the work.

My gate was off it's hinges and wouldn't close. After multiple quotes I went with Alex because of his reasonable price and his suggestion that the gate was salvageable and didn't actually need to be replaced like others had suggested. Alex was great and I would recommend.

Truly WOW!  What a beautiful door.  I was originally hesitant about spending the extra money versus a cheap Home Depot solution but I'm so glad I invested in a quality door.  My door at my old house allowed bugs to crawl underneath but this door is sealed bug tight even at the bottom.  Words can't do it justice you need to give these guys a call from the initial sales call with Mike to the install everything was superb!

Arizona Pool Guard recently installed a mesh pool fence at our home in Phoenix. From the first point of contact in scheduling an estimate to the final installation of our pool fence was seamless. They showed up for our estimate on time, we didn't get any sales pitch, just information about the product and why it's important to get a fence no matter who we decided to go with. We wanted the fence a certain way but Tim pointed out a potential safety hazard that we didn't even think about on where we originally wanted the fence. Tim being a fire fighter made us feel even safer knowing that he approved of the safety of the product. The crew showed up in professionally marked company trucks on time, they finished the job same day and left our back yard in better condition then when they showed up. Everybody was friendly and professional and we are very happy with the final product. Having had a few bad experiences with contractors, we weren't the easiest customers to deal with. I am thrilled with my new gate from Tim and Carol @ Just Gates! I asked for a bid on a gate for the interior of my patio that would be similar to the entry gate already there. I was a little concerned when there was a delay for installation.  But no need to worry!  The installed product was well worth the wait. The gate is beautiful and matches the existing gate perfectly!  Thank you Tim and Carol. Marty was AWESOME talking through the features of the fencing, and recommendations on how to set it up.  We installed the fence 4 years ago, and there are no signs of wear at all.  Will be giving Marty a call again in a few weeks once we move into our new house :).
