I reached out on their website and filled out their forms for getting an estimate.  I didn't hear back in a few hours so I called and left a message.  That was 2 days ago - still nothing.  Really disappointing as I have an insurance claim that we need to get a bid for repairs to a wall that a truck drove through.

Three things I liked about these guys. #1. They were incredibly quick to respond and had a crew out within a couple of days. #2 their quotes are in line with everyone else we talked to and there was no sense of haggling. #3 most importantly my trees look phenomenal. I've been doing them myself for 10 years and the palms have never looked better. They will be steady in my rotation from here on out.

Robert responded to my quote request very quickly. Unfortunately he didn't offer the service I required, but he was super-responsive, which indicates to me at least that he is a stand-up fella.

Robert and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our back fence with a sturdy brick wall 90 feet wide. They took great care on not doing any damage to our property and built a fantastic wall. Very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for your wall needs.

We are putting in a pool and needed to add a 30' section of block fence and a gate. After posting it on Yelp, Eric responded within minutes with a very reasonable bid. He was able to start the job within a few days and completed the fence portion in one day. A beautiful gate (custom) was installed two days later, as promised. He and his team were very professional and easy to work with, including when we had to make a last minute change to the height of the fence. I would definitely recommend Apaez Pro's!

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Mel is just one of the best contractors to work with. He is responsive, flexible and reliable.  He filled in a sunken living room for me and the flooring guys commented how great of a job the fill was and how it lined up so well with the existing concrete.  He came back and helped me fill in a sunken shower later.  He is the easiest guy to work with. I highly recommend him for any of your concrete needs.

All the positive reviews on this company are true, I talked to several companies then decided on New Look to replace our old Kool Deck and add an Epoxy floor covering to our garage.  Dave was very honest and up-front from day one. We went over costs, he set a date and Manny and Angel came out at the exact time that was set. They worked for 4 days (110 degree weather) and did a great job on both the deck and the garage. They were at the house on time every day and did a great clean-up when done. Having work done at your home is usually stressful, they made it easy! Best team I have ever worked with!

I've had New Generation Block Fence to my home twice to do repairs on my brick wall.  The work was outstanding, the service was great, and the price was very fair.  Highly recommend.
