Big fan! A crazy storm caused my roof to leak. Kris came by the same day to triage the damage and put a temporary fix in place, then worked with my insurance to get the damage evaluated and repaired. I ended up with a beautiful new roof. They even installed the roof in one day - these guys have a really fast and organized crew! Kris did all the back and fourth with my homeowner's insurance for me and really reduced my homework. Highly recommend multi-pro for fast response, excellent service, and quality work.

Do not do business with this company.  They are quick to respond when you have your check book ready but won't respond for warranty work.  When they finally do respond they will tell you, I know your roof is only 2 yeard old and you have a 5 year warranty...but we're gonna need another $6K to fix what we should have done right the first time.  I was shopping for insurance, Progressive came to my house and said, we can't insure your house becasue of the roof...  When I called Mikku and said, your company redid the entire roof 2 years ago they said...we'll need $6K...  Don't walk away - Run!

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. Gives me and our buyer peace of mind! Thank you for getting us taken care of!

They helped me with my claim filing with my insurance company. They were on site when the adjuster came. They kept me informed on every step. The let us know when the materials would arrive. They told us when the work crew would arrive. The workers were professional they covered my shrubs and landscaping and were very through in their cleanup My project managers were Mike Kibler 480-282-7327and Jimmy Rauch 480-343-8852.

I called because i needed a last minute roof inspection for a home we are buying and they were there the next day and delivered a full and thorough report of what needed to be done. John Baker & John Baker Jr. are awesome guys and they do great work! Have used them for a couple years now as my go to roofers for myself and my clients. They just re-did all the underlayment for my client in Glendale & are going to be doing some foam roof repairs for a client in Sun City after escrow closes. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right and reasonable pricing.

I had my roof damaged by storms a couple of times. Another company had repaired the roof and tiles kept coming off. I called the repair guys and Ryan took the time to explain why my roof was getting damaged and offered a possible solution to it. They were quick to respond, took time to answer questions and fast to come out and do the repair. There has not been another storm to test the new room tiles but I am confident they had done a great job and they stand behind their work. They even took the time to inspect the roof for any other problem areas. The prices are more reasonable. I appreciate the time taken to talk to us and repair the roof appropriately. I would highly recommend this group!!

We got three bids to have our roof repaired. First response was the only one who actually got  ON the roof, took pictures and showed us what they said we needed. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned everything up when,they finished. We highly recommend them.

They did a roof for me 26 months ago. It cost $11,500 and was supposed to have a 5 year warranty.

26 months latter you can see the foam through the elastomeric coating and they won't do anything about it! Won't even call me back!

I wanted to say after reading some of the reviews I know you cant make everyone happy, I am very pleased with this company, they handled my situation in a timely manner, the gal who schedules is very professional & sweet, the estimator is great, he gave me a great price & the one who set up my date for repairs is a very nice lady also very professional, I am 100% completely satisfied with there services & I plan on recommending them to everyone. MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company.
