Best Flat Roof Services in Phoenix AZ

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Dean and his crew are awesome! After some recent storms we discovered a bad leak in our very old roof and knew we were going to have to get a whole new roof. We started bidding out the project, meeting with multiple roofers and not only did Dean have the best numbers but we were also able to get the entire exterior painted as well! And not only was the pricing great but I was told it would take a week and a half to 2 weeks to do ALL of the work which sounded great (again an entire roof, a ton of wood replaced, completely painted, an entire exterior makeover!) so imagine how even better it was when they started Monday and were pretty much done on Friday!! Amazing!! These guys deserve more than 5 stars!!

We all know when rain happens in Arizona that is when we test our roofing.  I have a large walk out deck in my home and after the rain I noticed cracks at the top and underside of the walk out upper balcony.  I called Zona Roofing and had someone out to the home to look at it and do a temporary fix so no further damage will occur until I can get this sealed which I will have them do also.  

I would highly recommend this company if you need anything related to roofing looked at in your home.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

After reading so many positive reviews, I had high hopes that Michael would be able to complete the project at my home - resealing my deck and doing some drywall work. He sent me a quote ($580 for the patio and $75 for drywall repair) and I asked him for a breakdown of the charges. The following is the exact text exchange:

Me: What's the breakdown of your bill? Materials and labor?

Michael: $580.00 For the patio floor and $75.00 Patch the walls
Total: $655.

Me: No, the breakdown of the patio floor. Labor vs. materials cost?

Michael: I don't have a breakdown I gave you a price for labor and material if that is not enough for you I cannot help you I'm sorry good luck

Me: Sorry, I was not intending to offend. Just curious as to what terials cost and how many of hours of labor the job might need.

Michael: Be safe and good luck.

I found his answers to be unprofessional at best and shady at worst. I think any contractor should be able to give a breakdown of their expenses, if the expenses are REASONABLE. Even if it's just an estimate. I was very disappointed in this interaction.

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]
