Best Leak Repair in Phoenix AZ

I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out.  Which shows how busy it was.

But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles.

Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief!

It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me!

Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service!

We had a leak develop in our roof at Christmas, I called 4 companies after Christmas, only Mikku & sons called back, they came2 days later, estimated to fix the leak & do the whole roof since I was planning this later in the year.  I decided on the whole roof, estimate came within 1 day, roof was scheduled 2 weeks later, amazing.  The crews were on time, every day, very professional, the place worked like a well oiled machine.  They set up a website to communicate & coordinate.  The end product is excellent.  Cleaned up, picked up debris, nails, I wish half the companies I hire worked this well.  You can not go wrong, really good guys too. BTW, only one of those 4 companies called me, it was 2 weeks later, and they said they could come in March.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

Didn't know fining a roof repair company would be so difficult, but half these companies don't do this or that and I was given the runaround from a few places even though all I needed to get done was a few broken tiles..Maybe my job was too small for other places so they blew me off, I don't know, but I was happy when I found Arizona Roofing Systems. They came out for a quote when they said they would and when I was finally ready to schedule it was done within a couple days. No hassles. Quality work as far as we can tell.

We are very happy that we chose Almeida Roofing. The entire process of bidding and installation was handled in a very professional and customer service oriented manner. Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

Brown Roofing was one of 5 other companies I had provide me an estimate for my flat roof. I chose them not only because of the fair quote they provided, but also having spoken with Craig and the reassurance he provided me that they would do the best job. Another company I considered, which was a substantially higher quote, also recommended Brown Roofing which spoke volumes to me. Not only is he knowledgeable and personable, but even his competitors spoke highly of him and the work his company does. Brown Roofing is not like other companies who care more about their profit at the expense of the customer. He took the time to give me his professional opinion about what needed to be fixed and fully explained what the process would entail. Although they weren't able to schedule my re-coat for a few months due to scheduling (understandable given it was peak season), they completed the job seamlessly and were very professional.

My roofing job was completed in May 2019, however, last night another monsoon came through my neighborhood which caused water to leak through the same areas in my home that I had problems with before I had my roof fixed. I called and left a voicemail, and not only did they call me back the very next morning (today), but Craig also came by to look at the damage (same day). I normally do not write reviews, but 100% stand by my decision to choose Brown Roofing, since they offered not only to fix whatever was not repaired properly the first time, but also take care of any of the damages that were caused due to the error. They stand behind their work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an upstanding company to hire for a roofing job. There's a reason they have so many positive reviews. Thank you Craig!

Jordan was very communicative throughout the entire process, from estimate to completion. His crew did a great job cleaning up after they were through each day and reasonably priced. Very pleased!

Awesome service! Ryan came out today to evaluate my roof after a recent monsoon storm. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance adjustment and claims process. He was friendly, personable and didn't utilize high pressure sales tactics like some those other companies. He climbed up on the roof, took some pictures and debriefed with me afterwards. Ultimately, his recommendation wasn't to replace the roof quite yet. That type of honesty and trustworthiness is rare these days. When it's time to replace my roof, I can 100% guarantee I will be using Temple Roofing. Thanks, Ryan...you're awesome!

I had Lyon Roofing out to provide a bid on a roof repair. The person they sent out was polite during his visit. He took notes and promised to submit a bid the next day.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive the bid the next day. I sent an email and left a voice mail a couple days later. His response was basically be didn't submit a bid because he could not warranty the work without replacing half the roof.  No other roofing company took this position for a minor repair.

Either way he didn't even bother to call or email to let me know his company cannot guarantee their work.  It sounded like these guys don't want jobs unless they exceed $5-6K.  Our job is just $3K. I guess business is going well for these guys.

This is a major red flag and I would avoid Lyon Roofing.

Here is my experience: I had four bids from recommended roofing companies for a completely new roof as our home still had the original builder supplied roof and after 21 years; it was time. I selected Anderson Roofing and Repair after seeing their work on a neighbors home. I have a good friend that owns a roof repair company as my superintendent. He was hired to make sure that I was getting the quality that I expected. His comment to me after visiting the work site Bob, this roof will outlast the both of us! Excellent from start to finish! I got 6 different quotes, they were the only ones who gave me a quote right on the spot, didn't have to wait for it, and they were the lowest as well. Transparent, no hidden charges anywhere.
The crew was great too, cleaned up all the mess every single day, thorough, did a great job!
I also asked them to file a warranty with the underlayment company which was promptly done, without me having to call them multiple times with reminders! I just got an email with pictures and a confirmation.
I highly recommend them, a reliable honest company!
