Best Leak Repair in Phoenix AZ

A few tiles fell off of my roof. This is the second time in the same spot.  Perhaps the prior company *cough*Lyons*cough* didn't ensure proper attachment to prevent future occurrences? Regardless, Multi-Pro Roof Solutions was superb. Quick responses. Reasonable quote. Professional. And the attention to detail that Hayden provided went above and beyond what was anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

Mikku & Sons removed & replaced 2000 SF of existing roofing in May 2017 and applied urethane foam to all areas of the flat roof.  They took their time and addressed each of the individual roofing issues including poor scupper drainage and ponding.  

Very high-quality service performed by exceptional, friendly staff. Very pleased with job!

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now.  At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad,  but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints.  And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus!  Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time,  helpers, cleanup and quality of work.  K?

..2nd report:  They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......

Needed some cracked/broken tiles replaced on my roof and had Almeida come out and do the job.  Contacted them through Yelp and the were very prompt at getting back to me and getting an appointment to have someone come out to give me an estimate.  Communication back and forth was awesome!  I commend them for that!

As far as the work and price, they were reasonable I guess (I don't have anything to judge it against, honestly)? I did get a discount for paying in cash, which I appreciated. I have a house built in 2004/2005 and the roof tiles I do have, aren't easily accessible anymore.  They had to mix and match a couple tiles in order to complete the job, but its hardly noticeable unless you know exactly what/where you are looking at.  The installer Joe was super friendly and got the job done, fast.

I would use them again for sure, but hopefully won't have any roof issues in order to call them back out, lol.  The price I paid was worth the peace of mind knowing that my roof is still in decent shape and wont need any major repairs any time soon.  For that alone, I would recommend and use them again!

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I had some leaks in my new roof and had Brown Roofing come by.  He look at the roof and said it's in good shape but I might be able to solve the problem.  He did so without charging me because he said , Craig Brown, that it would only take a few minutes to fix.  He said he would come by the following week and guess what he did and fixed it.  Unbelievable

We could not be happier with how the entire process was handled. Unlike the other 6 companies I quoted through Yelp, John (owner) throughly inspected the roof and was the ONLY ONE who mentioned my patio was in good shape, in fact, offered to make minor repairs to it free of charge. Pricing was on par with other companies, however warranty was above the rest. Roofers Jimmy and Alberto were extremely polite and on time every day. We are sincerely thankful with Desert Eagle and would highly recommend for any roofing work.

Did a site visit with one of their estimators for a price. Despite emailing him to obtain the estimate... I never received an estimate. They have no chance in getting the work if they don't send me a quote.

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

I started searching for a roofer in my area on Yelp and noted that Advanced Quality Roofing had received a large number of 5-Star Reviews. I contacted the company and arranged a meeting with the owner (Robert) for the following day. He arrived on time and wearing a mask. We spoke about the job at hand and he left promising to send me an estimate the following day. I received the estimate, was satisfied with it, and decided to use his services.
His crew arrived 2 days later and he joined them shortly thereafter. His crew consisted of 5 young men all eager to start the work. I have worked with a number of sub-contractors in the past and I must say that this crew was hard-working (working from 8:30 am sharp until 6:30 pm) and extremely efficient. No corners were cut and the final result was a roof that was professionally installed and included a 10 year warranty.
The job ended after 5 days but didn't stop there. The clean-up was not to be believed! All excess materials and trash were completely picked up and they even had a large magnet on wheels which picked up all nails and metal objects left on the ground.
To say I was completely satisfied is an understatement. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing to anyone desiring roof repair or installation. First Class Company!

My new roof was install earlier this week and I am extremely pleased with the results. From start to finish, Ryan Temple and his team are professional and trustworthy. The roofing team arrived in time, finished the job in 1 1/2 days, and left the outside of house spotless.  Tempel Roofing is a small locally owned business that delivers personal service and a superior product.

Lyons roofing just completed my flat patio roof repair/replacement. I think I had a fair estimate for repairs and good advice from Justin on my main roof condition for future replacement. Matt and his crew did a great job replacing all the plywood and roofing materials on my patio which was around 400 square feet. The job was completed in 2 days.  They were very professional and detail oriented including cleaning up everything afterwards on both days. Replacing a roof is not something you do often so I was most concerned with company reputation for warranty and repair issue. They have been in business a long time so I felt confident using them even if it was not the least expensive quote. I would definitely recommend Lyons roofing and will be using them again when the time comes to replace the rest of my main roof.

Alex came out promptly after I contacted them to view my damage and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, he maintained good communication. The crew was on site as scheduled, and did a very thorough job with the repairs, even proactively taking care of other issues they found.  I was very happy with the work they did and their professionalism and reliability. This company has to have the worst service I have ever encountered. I decided to get an estimate with them based on prior reviews. I am buying a home and needed a full roof inspection per issues that arose during the home inspection. They offered to complete this service this morning. Yesterday the office lady advised she would give me the time they would be there in the afternoon. She never called. I called in the afternoon and she told me she would have the time at 7am this morning. I called at 7 this morning and she said she would call back in 10 mins with the time. No call. I called an hour later and she said '9:30ish' so I agreed to be there from 9-10 so that I could allow them access to the garage and the attic space to review the subroof. I waited there for an hour for no call no show. I called and she advised me the contractor had to go to another job...no call? She could not give me a new time. I advised I needed to know if I should wait or go back to work and she said she would call me back. Yeah right! She never did. Two hours later (now that I am back at work) the contractor calls me to tell me he is there, but has no idea he was supposed to go inside or do a full roof inspection. I apologized but told him due to their service I would not be moving forward. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache and go with a professional company. Jared from Elite Roofing has already had more contact with me in the last 30 minutes than I did with TRC in the last 36 hours. Elite Roofing is so professional, so kind, and so helpful - give them a call!

Extremely happy with my entire experience with Anderson Roofing and highly recommend! Needed a reputable roofer for items on a sale of a house and other local companies tried to gouge my older sellers. Anderson Roofing communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up and was very professional!
