I had an energy audit done on my home. I'm sorry to say it wasn't done by Ideal.  I did call them to give me an estimate on the repairs that were needed. Alex came to my home and was very professional and informative about what should be done and why.  His estimate was very reasonable and contained far more information than the original company I had called. I had a new Ac unit installed and blown in insulation in the attic. Chris and his crew were on time and did a great job on the install and clean up. Ideal is a company you can trust. I highly recommend them.

I have seen many contractors come and go......But upon calling ProSkill I knew it would be different. They set up a time that worked for my wife and I,then they got here on TIME! and not one guy...But 2 guys! And they were both professional. They both came to work. No playing, No talking about what they did last night, no shop talk. Just all business!!! Both worked NoN stop the whole time they were both here. We recently had Preferred Air replace both of our HVAC systems.  From the time Daniel came to provide the initial quote, through the installation and follow up to ensure the system was functioning as we had expected, he was professional, courteous, and thorough.  Since we've lived in our home, we've had about 6 to 7 different companies come to work on the units at various times and none of them seemed to be too concerned that they were doing the job correctly.   Daniel and the team at Preferred check their work and double-check to ensure they have done the best installation possible.  Also, they cleaned up after themselves and checked with us to ensure we were satisfied with the cleanup!  Again, in our experience, that is a rare occurrence for any contractor.  All of these things have made us dedicated Preferred Air customers.  I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a replacement unit!

Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.

These guys are truly great. Real professionals not fly by night guys. Brendan provided prompt, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable service. He was able to quickly assess the scope of our leak and get it fixed right away. They came out within minutes of our call and did really fine work. I'd call them first for any plumbing or hvac needs.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Chris came to my house today to reroute my condensation line, install a new return grill, install a new digital thermostat and locate the cause of the mystery noise coming from inside the wall.  He did great and even found the noise and fixed it!  I signed up for their 4 year maintenance plan, so he credited the cost of the reroute, saving me a couple hundred dollars.  Thank you Chris, for a job well done!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

This is the second time we have used Canyon State - the first was a large job replacement of outdoor AC unit and attic exchanger in the casita - their quote was significantly less than all others and the service was timely.  Today they came out due to a critical issue with the main house unit -Timely and professional. Most impressively, they were honest as it turned out to be a simple fix and they charged us $75 for parts and same day service. I trust this company and highly recommend them.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Heard their rejuvenation service ad on the radio. Had them come out to check my 5 year old Payne package unit. The service tech removed the panels from the unit and stated that the evaporator coils were dirty; I replied well that's what your here for. He than proceeded to inform me that the evap coil( which is right below the condenser coil in plain view to us) was not part of the service, but, if I wanted to pay $286 on top of the $130 he would clean it. He than proceeded to nickel and dime me for additional services that were also not part of the deal. He had no idea what the chemical he was using would do to any vegetation it contacted when it ran off the house, which most didn't, it is still puddled up on the roof where he left it. Never ran the A/C side, just the heater, did not hook up the manifold gauges to check pressures but if I wanted to pay $169 extra he would come back and do it at a later time. No flashlight, no new hardware, pretty much everything stated in their add is a lie, which, now a days, seems to be the norm. Was hoping these guys were different, but they are cons like most others.
