Let me just start off with WOW!! After looking on Yelp for a plumber I decided to try out One Shot Installation. I needed a quick repair to my fridge and Gabe was amazing. Gabe, the owner of the business came out to my house within an hour and was able to fix the issue fast. He then offered to assist with any other plumbing questions I might have before heading out to make sure I was all good to go on all areas on my house. Between Gabe's amazing customer service and willingness to go the extra mile, I am so impressed. I will definitely be calling One Shot Installation for any future plumbing or installation needs. Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

I called to make an appointment to have my drains snaked. The woman asked if I was the owner of the house. I responded, No, my parents are. She asked if the owner would be able to call and I said yes, but I would like to know if they had appointments available before I bothered them. She said, Well, if you have them call, I can check. WtHeck?!?! You can't be bothered until all of your ridiculous rules of engagement are satisfied? If this is your first person of contact/best face forward, I have no intention of doing any business with you. Your company may find increased revenue, if you were more customer service oriented. I can see by your reviews that I'm not the only one. I was just lucky that the snotty woman who answered the phone wouldn't make me an appointment for a service that I was going to pay for.
Update after canned response: I asked your employee if there were any appointments available. I let her know that I didn't want to disturb my parents/the owners until I knew if there were any same day appointments available. I was trying to alleviate the footwork. I let her know that if there were appointments available that I would be happy to have them call. She couldn't be bothered. Not only could she not be bothered, she was condescending and rude. I wasn't asking your associate to make an appointment without owner approval. I was asking her if there was anything available. I can see by your response, that policies and procedures trump the human aspect of customer service. Either way, I'm thankful that I was able to learn that upfront. Your company culture sucks.
