Nick is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We wanted a 14-50 outlet installed for our new EV and he helped us with this project. Requested for a quote on yelp and he texted back within 10 minutes. He was very communicative during the whole process. I purposefully asked him a lot of questions and threw a lot of options at him. He clearly explained how everything works, pros & cons and installation costs for each of the options. Gave suggestions about what will work best in my scenario and never pushed me to pick one over the other. Would definitely recommend him for any kind of electrical work.

The offered virtual meeting for giving estimate and they offered many ways to connect. It was comfortable and assuring that they will be able to do the job as estimated.

I needed to convert CFL socket to LED which means to remove ballast.

They gave the best esimate by far and charged exactly that. They also included the new LED lamps.

They did the job quickly, they cleaned up and everything looks better than expected.

Jim is really a professional skilled electrician. He done the job perfectly, detailed, efficiently, and clean. Much much better then my previous experienced electricians. He figures out where the exactly problem is , organized the cable very well and explained what he did the safe work for my house with pretty good attitude and patients. If you are reading this review, then my house did not burn down.  My wife noticed sparks coming out of the junction box that connects to the oven.  I called JR Electric and David came out, looked at it, and fixed the problem.  Recently, we also had him add an outdoor plug for lighting, wire our barn for electrical and lighting, and add canned lights and sconces to our master bath and butlers pantry.  Real nice guy, easy to communicate with, finish work is clean, and prices are very fair.  Bottom line, he's our go-to electrician.

I am so happy I found Fuse. Alan came by and determined what was wrong with gaggenau stove top and explained everything very thoroughly. He was very diligent in checking all the burners and was able to suggest a repair that worked. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. I will definitely keep Fuse in my mind for any future home repairs that I might need. Thank you Alan & Fuse!

Caio was great. He actually listened to what I said the problem was (broken breaker), and gave a flat rate to take care of it. Unlike other companies who wanted to charge a fee just to come take a look, and refusing to say how much it would cost to replace a breaker.
Caio was also very professional and personable. I will definitely hire CS Electric again!

Carlos was here 10 minutes ago to take care of fuse in the circuit breaker box short (?) problem that cause half of my house without electricity including air-conditioner. I was panicky to find out the aircon is not working around lunch time. It's unbearable without aircon in this scorching hot whether.

Called around (around 12:30) and Carlos responded the first and managed to come to take care the problem (around 3:30). He is courteous and knowledgeable. The charge is also reasonable.

It was a Christmas miracle!!! Our breaker jumped and one part of our house lost power. We tried to fix the breaker ourselves but couldn't get it to work. We lost our heater in the process on Christmas Day! Mike was so kind and took time on CHRISTMAS to walk us through how to fix the breaker. Eventually we got our lights and heat back thanks to Mike. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Albert is so nice and very professional. We needed a GFCI outlet added to our bathroom on its own circuit before we had scheduled retiling/paint work and Albert fit us in on short notice. Over the phone he walked me through many questions to make sure the work could be done right away and he was very helpful and respectful. Ultimately he got the outlet installed quickly, cleaned up after himself and charged us a fair rate. Thanks again!

I had scheduled to have my bathroom lights and fan to be looked at because they kept going out intermittently. I had even sent a photo of this issue which clearly showed this. Mike the electrician said okay ill be there at said time. Time goes by and  I call Mike back I'm running late, I'll be there.  Okay this a little inconvenient but I really need this fixed because showering at night with the lights turning off could lead to a nasty slip, so I wait. Mike shows up driving not a company vehicle,  but what looks like his personal sedan. He seems friendly and I greet him and show him to the said bathroom. The light and fan are working at this time and I let Mike know I changed all bulb. So he opened up the light switch and looked inside, I was curious as to why no diagnostic equipment was used but hey, maybe he knows something I don't. Next he asks to see the breaker, I show him to the box outside and he asks to turn them off so I say no problem. Off goes the breaker and i notice he listened to them, I recall that you can hear when breakers go bad but I couldn't hear anything. Mike said it's probably the breaker that's causing it and said he would notify the property manager and to call him if anything else comes up. I thanked him thinking okay perhaps he will discuss work needing to be done and notice that the next couple weeks the lights and fan work fine. Up until the last week and a half it started doing it again. Low and behold the property manager said Mike never called her and was charged for nothing. No breaker was replaced and I was stuck with a bathroom with no light or working fan. We messaged Mike and his response was So last time I was there the lights were working. This was infuriating because i thought in good faith Mike had contacted the property manager and squared this away, instead he did nothing knowing this was an ongoing safety issue and didn't even follow up. When confronted he said he was insulted, I do work  public works that involve massive power. But hey, if you don't want my service than I'm ok with that. My lic # is 975197.

Considering that I have 5 star review on Yelp I'm a little offended by your comment. The priority seems to be with Mike's reviews and pride rather than the safety or satisfaction of his customer. I just wanted to have a working bathroom light and fan man, if you didn't want to help me out you could have just declined service instead of taking our money and wasting our time.

I had a malfunctioning switch.  Tech showed up as scheduled on time and had it fixed in short order.  I'm very please with the service provided.

James showed up on time and gave me a realistic idea of what the job entailed. He gave me a very fair price and did the work up to code and pointed out some issues with previous electrical work that he had to work around, and did a great job. I would highly recommend JCM Electric!

He arrived within 15 minutes and fixed everything. He also took the time to explain to the landlord the operation of the blown switches and fuses. He also tells pretty funny jokes at no extra charge.

We are converting our gas range to electric. The wiring was already present, but it was old and it needed a receptacle installed. I wanted a licensed electrician to do the work to ensure the old wiring was up to code and the work was done safe. For $90 Pacific did a responsible job of checking out the wiring and ensuring it wasn't going to burn down the house. But they wanted $1,200 to install a receptacle and a junction box under the floor, or $1,600 to replace the wiring to the panel.

I figured thanks, I'll get a handyman to do that job for $200. From the driveway, dude offered to get the job done for $1,000. In a moment of weakness I caved to the convenience. Though it turns out it wasn't $1,000 minus the service fee but $1,100 minus the service fee. $1,000 more than I'd already paid.

The job was done quick. The guy tested the circuit. And now I get to go buy a stove. The work was done professionally, on time, and at an obscene markup. I'd feel good about the professionalism but wasting so much money makes me feel dirty. Sometimes you get taken advantage of, but if that is a step to getting your family a kitchen that doesn't set then on fire, so it goes.
