Frisco Electric Electrician
I've had what I thought was a strange electrical issue throughout a good portion of my house.  I searched online for reputable electricians and saw that Frisco Electric had good reviews.  When I called, the first person I spoke with was Julie.  She was so amazing!  Super nice, very through and even helped me troubleshoot a little on the phone.  Incredibly pleasant to deal with.  We made an appointment for the next day and I hung up feeling great about my choice so far.  The next morning, Julie called me to tell me that the electrician was able to come early - imagine that!  The electrician, Aaron, called me 10 minutes before my appointment to let me know he was on his way.  Wow!  He showed up on time, was incredibly polite and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the issue (I had a short in a light fixture caused by a bad bulb that had melted a socket), repaired the socket, explaining all along the way what he was doing and why he was doing it, and then spent more time with me to explain all about the proper lighting for my rooms in my house.  I was so impressed, I asked him to give me a quote on additional exterior lighting.  He recommended a variety of alternatives and then shared the cheapest and most effective way to accomplish what we wanted in exterior lighting.  And the cost for all this amazing service?  Well, I felt guilty in how low it was.  Completely blown away by Aaron, Julie and Frisco Electric.  I've found my electrician for life and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Team Enoch Electrician
I contacted Team Enoch go get quotes for various services. With the right pictures, they will give you a quote without going out there. They've always been very professional over the one. If you leave your contact information on the site, you may get a call right away. Recently, I had an issue with my AC not cooling well. Team Enoch was honest with me about the busyness of AC jobs in the summer and told me that the rate is significantly cheaper outside of summer. It took a few days to get a quote to replace the whole system but I was really surprised to see that it was a lot cheaper than what other companies had quoted me. I ended up addressing the problem before I got the quote because the tenants couldn't wait and I replaced the coil instead of the whole system. Anyway, it was a good experience communicating with this company.

White Electric Electrician
I had an issue with my bathroom outlets not working.  When I called, the person on the phone tried to tell me that GFCI ( or something like that) needed to be reset and didn't want to charge me an hourly rate for 5 minutes of work.  I still had him send someone out to check it out. Juan came out and completed the work in 5 minutes. He was so courteous and asked if there was anything else he could help with. Juan set up my Ring doorbell and new smoke detectors I had around the house. I really appreciate the fact he went above and beyond the initial service request. I would definitely use this company again.

Texas Star Services Electrician
We called to have our Electric Panel Inspected for safety, after a house fire in our area. Kevin showed up and thoroughly explained everything he was looking for to ensure it was safe. We  were willing to have the sheet rock ripped out to verify proper installation, and Kevin could have easily done so, and charged us. However, after removing the electric panel, and showing me what he looks for, he felt it was not necessary to do so. He saw no evidence that would warrant ripping the wall out. Again, even though he could have, and we would have happily paid for the peace of mind he gave us, he didn't do unnecessary work. He was extremely fair, and only charged us for the service call and his time. If you want an electrician who is thorough and provides service with honor and integrity, I would highly recommend Texas Star.
Thank you again Kevin, for excellent and honest service.

Hightower Service Electrician
If you live in the Arlington area and need help same or next day help, call Hightower. Deno came when my breakers went out. It was just a simple reset but he took the time to teach this first time homeowner (me) how the breaker works, why it tripped, and what to do the next time it happened. Plus he didnt even charge me the full first hour. Deno was very responsive, respected my home, and was straight up honest.

A few days later my AC went out. I called at 2pm and the call taker said, I can have someone out first thing in the morning or this afternoon. Which do you prefer? I chose same day and Justin came to the rescue. He found the problem, recommended I did a leak search. To hold me over, he topped off my unit with refrigerant even though it was leaking. He came back 2 days later for the search. He found the leak and invited me up to see. He took the time to inform me about what went wrong, the most likely reason it happened, how to fix the problem, and here is the kicker recommended the upgrade needed to prevent it from happening again.  Justin kept me in the loop every step of the way. He was honest, respected me and my house, and I can tell he truly cares that I am comfortable in my home.

Mr. Hightower, your company has earned my business because of Deno and Justin. Those two are keepers sir. Dont lose them!

Tioga Plumbing, Electric & Glass Electrician
I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing.  They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done.  They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid.  The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday.  Friday morning came and went.  I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way.  I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that.  From my perspective,  as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric Electrician
On April 12, 2018, 2:00pm, Chester, a Certified Technician for Baker Brothers, Plumbing and Air Conditioning located at 2615 Big Town Blvd, Dallas TX 75150, made a service call for routine scheduled maintenance.  Needless to say, the original service call was scheduled for a time of 9am CST, followed by another service call time change which was set for 12pm, (both times in the same day). To me being on time is everything. Being late is something I do have a problem with, most especially when you have other things planned, but not doing the job correctly and trying to sell the customer on services that one is under the assumption of needing to me is something I'm not willing to comprehend and is another thing all together, most especially when I as the customer before this routine visit was sitting in a residence with a room temperature of 72 degree's {Record Hi was 93 degrees, (weather.com/weather/mont…)}, only to be left with a room temperature of 78 degrees and climbing over a day and half to 90 degrees, where the entire house felt like the 10th Level of Hell.  The house was hot and the air conditioning system was completely out of whack after Chester's (Certified Tech for Baker Brothers) left. However, before that, and after he completed his inspection of the upstairs and down the stairs units, he presented his findings by means of notes, invoices, and images.  First, he stated that both units were in the process of going out, that the house still had the original units dating back to 2004, and that there was the possibility of an organic substance upstairs within the attic, and that it was advisable that I replace my entire ac unit soon before summer hit. As Chester was running through his sales pitch not one time did he ever make eye contact with me which I found disturbing.  He then closed his pitch by stating that he could have his guys out to the residence in no time and that they had different financing options.  Nothing personal right, just $10K to $18K and you wonder why I'm not smiling at this point.  These numbers that I'm referring too were the figures that came off his invoices that he had prepared. I politely explained to him that of the 2 units that he said were both old and about to go, one of the units, the Concord, was replaced as of last year in 2017, while the other ac unit, which just needed minor repairs was the original unit, however parts that were necessary were replaced. He again proceeded to express the condition of my situation with regards to the AC Units, only for my rebuttal to be that I would need to sit down with my fiancé where we would both take time to go over the documentation that was left for are review. As I previously mentioned earlier within this acknowledgement, after Chester's departure, the temperature of the entire house began to gradually increase. At first, I didn't think of it to be an immediate problem because after his departure he turned the air back on or so I thought.  I noticed that the temperature during his visit was still at the levels while he was performing his analysis. In response to this I adjusted the levels of both units back to where they originally were before Chester came and I activated all the ceiling fans in the house (Upstairs and Down Stairs).  Later that day, around 7:45pm, the heat was still constant, not hot but I noticed that the temperature was different than before, but not as severe as the next day. On 4/13/18 at time of 9am it was still hot.  It was also during this time that both units, upstairs and downstairs were still running.  At this point I did find it to be a little questionable because that never happened with either one of the units before. At that point I still didn't know what was going on.  When I made my way back to both thermostats I noticed that the temperature on the down the stairs unit had risen to 80 while the upstairs unit was 74.  I again adjusted the temperature down to 74 and then left the house to run some errands.  I thought that if I did this that the temperature would climb down to decent levels and that things would be back to normal, but I was again mistaken.  Around 7:45pm, the temperature was now at 90. I also noticed that it was too late to call Baker Brothers.  At this point I began to go back over everything that Chester had touched in order to make sure that nothing was left out of place. The first place that I went to was outside in order to check on both the AC units where upon my inspection I came across a BLACK HANDLE where bottom of the handle was composed of 2 copper prongs. This device or fuse was left on top of the outside boxes that links to the old unit while the 2nd box connects to the Concord.  It was only after opening the 2nd box and doing 10 minutes of research that I began to realize what the function of this peace was. Power was immediately restored to the old unit after plugging this component back in. It took a day and half to fix their mess.

Milestone Electrician
Finally things are settled down. These guys don't know irresponsible report would cause so much trouble to their customer.
About two month ago, my tenant found a exposed joint wire in attic in my rental house. This is not a big project, so I asked my tenant to find a electrician and I'll pay for it. My tenant got  a guy from them. After this electrician know this is a rental house, he told my tenant there are many points that do not match city code and not safe, has to be fixed by city rules. Then, he gave out a quote to make the house up to code, the cheapest  basic project is $6,200!
Certainly, with such huge problem of the house. My tenant freaked out. They think I'm illegal to lease out such problematic house, and refuse to pay rent until I fix this.
This is ridiculous! The two following electricians, I found locally, all tell me it's not true if this is a grandfather house, and even I insist to do all these projects in the report, he can do them within $4,000.
Funny thing is, after that my problematic house got 96.5/100 score in city inspection and city is about to come for follow up inspection for the remain 3.5 scores. And before this, I spent hundred of dollars to have electrician come to do nothing but prove the first irresponsible report is not right.
This is not the only trouble, since my tenant is scared and think this house is unsafe, they refuse to pay rent till I make the fix. Then I could only ask my attorney to talk to them and clarify things according to low. This cost me $500.

Guys, sorry for so many boring words, but things are not over! I trusted them second time while the above things is still going on. This was about one month ago. My tenant saw the dryer's outlet is lose, when she tried to push it tight, something shorted and part of the house was out of power. This was Friday afternoon, I called them. Then the electrician came, he asked for $4xx before he start to diagnose! Saying, since multi-room is out of power, it could be multi-circuit problem, and $4xx is for diagnose only, extra part and labor may be charged while fixing. OK, I'll find someone else. Then they charge for $75 for doing nothing! And waste my last chance to find a someone to fix problem before weekend!
The next day, I found two local electrician. They are good, and fix the problem within two hours, and only charged for $3xx for weekend job.

Two bad experience directly waste me $150 on one diagnose and one nothing.
And indirectly waste my attorney fee, two times other electrician fee to correct their words, and broken relation with my tenant, which costs a thousand dollar to make up this and pleasure them with a new water heater.

I saw other reviews here, some got attention from their customer service depart, and they did tried to make up. But there are some lost they can't make up. They are expensive, but they are not matching their price.
