We had a serious plumbing clog that ended up flooding our shower and entire bathroom. Worst thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Auger Pros was able to come out within and hour or two of me requesting a quote on Yelp. Their technicians were completely over the top awesome and very through! They had to come back because of our old plumbing and they came back within 30 mins of me calling back and fixed the issue. The main technician even showed me how our old plumbing looks like and showed me that everything was all clear before leaving. That technician deserves a good bonus or raise for the quality of work that he does! We will absolutely hire them again as long as they are in business!

Had them come out to replace two toilets in the house. Great service. They stuck to the quote they gave me, were courteous, on time and did a great job. Will definitely use them if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

We had an older HVAC unit replaced.  I called Rescue Air based on very positive YELP reviews.  The owner, Michael Hirsh, came to my house within an hour on a Saturday.  He gave us options which included repairing the older until to a complete system replacement.  We elected for the replacement and so far so good.  Rescue Air has done everything they promised.

Matt is really terrific. Without any expectation of doing a job for me, he took my call over the phone and gave me sound and useful advice. Great plumbing experience!

I had a broken valve outside....Professor Plumb diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an upfront price. Was completely open and honest on their pricing and services. They then came out quickly and fixed the problem...at a LOWER PRICE! These are good honest people and are one of the few that are not trying to take advantage of people. Very prompt and professional!

Needed a plumber during the recent hard freeze due to a leak at my water meter.  Been having problems with this leak on and off since I bought the house 15 years ago.  Always fixed it myself.  This time I decided to call a plumber to get it fixed right and for good.  Called me back and said it would be a couple of days because they were slammed.  Perfectly understandable.  He called and had an opening a day earlier than promised.  Michael was polite and so professional.  Had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes and charged us just under $200.  Water back on and we are so happy!  Would definitely use them again.

These guys are great. We had a drain clogged that was causing a backup in our utility closet where our A/C units are. This was causing problems with our A/C. Jeremy Wilkerson came out late one night to try and fix the problem. Despite multiple attempts he could not fix it. It was getting very late so we agreed it would be best to come back during the day. He came back and fixed the problem. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. We will call him anytime we need a plumber. Give these guys a call. The are the best in the business. Thanks Jeremy! Do you see all of the reviews on Mike and Palayo  plumbing? You should believe them. My experience was the same experience as every other five star rating.  He is the real deal. He's both knowledgeable and trustworthy and is fair with his pricing.

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.

Everything turned out good- but I am really surprised that Michael's office didn't bother to give a courtesy call saying they couldn't handle the business but had recommendations.
