I was a little nervous looking for a reputable electric company to install my new Tesla Wall Charger.  I heard horror stories about the wrong wire and breakers being used and possible fire hazards.  I found Team Enoch on yelp and found that they have done a lot of Tesla chargers and are Tesla Approved for these wall charger installations.  Their price was very fair compared to other's quotes.  They showed up on time and got to work immediately.  The gentleman brought the exact wire and breaker Tesla calls for.  The charger had to be installed about 60 ft from my breaker box.  After he completed the job, he walked me through hooking my charger up to my home wifi, and was very knowledgeable on it.  I was very impressed with Team Enoch.  I HIGHLY Recommend them!

Team Enoch is a remarkable company. Chick fila is known for great customer service. Team Enoch is right there with them. I'm not sure how you have a company with such great consistency as Team Enoch. If you need electrical HVAC roofing or plumbing you should choose Team Enoch. Thank you to accounting to the technlicians the people who answer the phones thank you thank you thank you. Double charged me past the quote for the job. charged over $600 for two underground junction boxes. The most expensive one at Lowe's is $40. Charged over $600 for a rental for the trencher. When I called the rental company they told me they were $175 per day. Why doesn't a company this big have their own trencher? It's all very shady.

Highly recommend Enoch. We've had Enoch's technician, Roy, come out for different projects around the house. He's helped big time on the plumbing! Enoch's customer service makes scheduling easy. Up front hourly rate, no surprise fees at the end. They have electrical and HVAC techs as well.

I purchased a new 2 Stage18 SEER A/C & Heat system last February 2022. A quote was provided only based on photos I sent to Team Enoch. No one verified or asked questions.  The install went OK and only took a couple of days. The heat part of the system works perfectly but when the weather turned HOT the A/C part does not keep the house cool as expected.  An 18 SEER 2 stage Goodman system should be able cool.  I set the Nest thermostat for 72 and by the end of the day it is 78 to 79 in the house.  There is another 10 year old smaller A/C system for half of the house and it keeps that part of the house at 70 or even lower.
I called Team Enoch and they sent a tech out to check the system.  The tech discovered a low pressure alarm mostly likely caused by the supply side part of the system had popped open with all cooling going in the attic (see photo). The tech repaired it but one day later the same thing happened again.  Team Enoch tech came out again and he determined the return & supply was far to small to handle the amount of air required. He said he would tell Team Enoch.  He did but Miles, the owner, does not want honor the guarantee to fix any issues. Team Enoch wants to charge me more money to make the A/C system cool properly and as guaranteed.  I still have a low pressure alarm to this day (8/18/22). The system never uses the second stage.

I will ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend to use Enoch for any electrical work. We hired them to replace the electrical panel, but several lights were not working correctly after their job. Besides that, they left my electrical outlets and switches uncovered. Then they provided me 2 options for that situation: 1. Pay another $32,000 to rewire every thing in my house; 2. Pay the money even if they did not recover things back. Otherwise, they THREATENED that they would fire a lien on our property.

I highly recommend Miles's team. Team Enoch is a one stop shop for all your needs. Even if you have difficulties he will work with you. No one is ever perfect in this world but all I can say is that if you need someone who will respond on time get the job finished on time and under budget you should call them. They were on time at a difficult job and met and exceeded all expectations.

Do not waste your time with this company. Absolutely awful. Their poor installation nearly burned my house down. I've been trying to get the one service I had done over 6 months ago completed properly. I requested they install an electric hybrid water heater. The tech showed up with a gas water heater. Left and returned after a few hours with a standard electric water hear (still not what I discussed extensively with him or the rep).
The tech did not want to return to get the correct heater (again) so he had the rep call and convince me to keep the incorrect one at a discounted price. Frustrated and wanting the whole thing over with, I agreed. Fast forward 5 months and the water heater stops working. I called Enoch and they sent someone to check it out. (The rep on the phone thought I had the hybrid one which just added to their obvious lack of organization)
Tech comes out and checks the water heater and claims there is nothing wrong with it and we needed to have an electrician replace its breaker.
We have an electrician replace the breaker and before he could leave, it blew again. Electrician goes to check the water heater and finds it completely fried. Obviously not fine as Enoch claimed. The way they installed the water heater was so sloppy, it was constantly sparking metal on metal. The electrician was shocked we hadn't had a fire burst out.
Enoch tech comes back and replaces the burnt parts inside of the water heater but leaves all of the wires out and completely exposed. Tech claims we need to have the electrical line extended to connect it properly. Why would they have installed it this way in the first place then? I keep trying to work with the rep at Enoch for them to send out an electrician to finish the job but they refuse to take any responsibility. I don't know how a business thinks they can improperly install a product, nearly burn a house down then turn to the customer and tell them it's their fault. Absolute trash company.
Oh and to top it all off, before I knew how awful at their jobs they are, I requested other types of work multiple times and never had any follow up.

We started months ago, in a few spurts, and ended up being offered a very good deal with discounts and rebates. But we chose to wait, and months later, I reached back to the rep and while the exact same rebates were not available from Oncor, he did discount the install/equipment enough that I did not pay more.

The install was in a few days, the equipment was as promised, and the price did go up a bit: it went up because in our documents we got a cash discount but got a great 0% through Wells Fargo for 18 months, and we paid about 180 or so more for some Condenser pads (the outside machines) which seemed reasonable, was necessary, and I did price compare and was not over charged or even marked up. While other vendors did cost more, many could not be as quick either. They also removed the equipment, as one would expect. Further, we compared pricing on more than just one model and found the Enoch prices were more  competitive than the others (at least during our reviews).

The key here is that we spent a lot of time researching our buy, had a clear idea of what we wanted kin terms of brand, and knew what others would offer, when we signed. Because of this we saw a lot of value and benefit. But if you don't know what you're doing, and don't spend time to do it, and complain easily, you won't know how much of a great deal you're getting. I think it's best to check out a few other companies for the same products, figure out exactly what you want (need), and then go to this company to see how much better they are.

Great job by Team Enoch. They were one of the first to respond to my inquiry and had a fast detailed quote for my ceiling fan install. Very reasonably priced and the guys didn't take long at all for the actual install, despite the oversized fan and the 20ft ceiling. They observed the COVID protocols, but I'd recommend that they wear booties over their shoes for in-home jobs to reduce the amount of dirt and dust tracked in.

I had bad experience with this installer.  Initially I got written estimate which also mentions price match guarantee. As per policy I had sent them other estimate with written instruction to resolve before Installation the next day.  However I did not hear back, I was busy at work and believed in good faith it would be honored. Thus I did not cancel or reschedule in lieu of the same.

The installer now denies to honor price match, did not respond until installation and being very unprofessional sadly.
So many calls, emails on this and issue still open.

I did look into reviews before signing up but sorry to land here still.
However with above, I'd seriously reconsider this installer.
There are many other local and highly reputed installers.

Update:  The installer promptly responded and did price match.
I thank you and appreciate, just wish installer done it proactively and not wait  post above review to react - updated stars.

Provided me an estimate early in the morning, new water heater installed alled in the afternoon. Philip took the order and explained everything and reviewed the spec's on the new unit and on Enoch's warranty. Juan and James were courteous and took all precautions moving thru the house, and making sure we had a compliant, long lasting installation.

I contacted Team Enoch go get quotes for various services. With the right pictures, they will give you a quote without going out there. They've always been very professional over the one. If you leave your contact information on the site, you may get a call right away. Recently, I had an issue with my AC not cooling well. Team Enoch was honest with me about the busyness of AC jobs in the summer and told me that the rate is significantly cheaper outside of summer. It took a few days to get a quote to replace the whole system but I was really surprised to see that it was a lot cheaper than what other companies had quoted me. I ended up addressing the problem before I got the quote because the tenants couldn't wait and I replaced the coil instead of the whole system. Anyway, it was a good experience communicating with this company.

BUYER BEWARE. We had a problem after attempting to install a nest thermostat. We called team Enoch and they were able to get us in quick but the service was terrible. They came out for two hours and did not solve the problem and were told a new technician would be coming out to help. We reached out multiple times with the same answer- the new technician will be coming out soon. The new technician never showed and the problem went unsolved. We went without A/C for over 24 hours in the hot summer and finally called a new company who came out and solved the problem. The wiring was very messed up when the new electrician arrived and he was impressed with the poor job they did. They did not follow through with the job they set out to do and did not communicate well. I would recommend a different company.

The job was completed to my satisfaction.  They added electrical and a wall switch for 2 lights above new cabinets in my living room.  I felt they got the job done quickly and charged a reasonable rate.  I would definitely call them next time I need electrical work.  I was able to get a free quote by sending a few pictures and describing the work to be done.  Great job all around!

I gotta say I went through 8 companies and they weren't the absolute cheapest but I felt the most comfortable with what I was told about what needed to be done. Miles was the 4th person I'd talked to about having my entire system replaced an honestly I just had a good vibe about the guy I could've spent around 1k less an used someone else but he talked in a language I could understand. He broke everything down so that I understood what was happening I did my research so I knew what I was getting into. I'm totally happy with the system I have my home is very comfortable right now An with the 10 year warranty that I got I'm totally satisfied with the service be received. Unfortunately I lost the paper that had the name of the reps that actually did the work but those guys did a excellent job they cleaned up an left my home in a great situation

Team Enoch provided a same day appointment for an electrical issue. We were provided an estimate prior to the appointment. The electrician arrived as scheduled, quickly detected and fixed the issue. Pricing was fair and reasonable. We are pleased with Team Enoch and will definitely call on them again, if needed.

Fast. Excellent work. Best electricians. In a class of their own! This is the only company I let touch my electrical work. I refer them to all my clients, friends and family and everyone is amazed at the quality and quantity of work they can do.

I have contracted Enoch every time I've needed any electrical and HVAC work over the last 3 years and they have always done a phenomenal job. This last time, I had Esteban change out a bunch old electrical at my house. He arrived early, completed the work in record time, and was one of the nicest contractors I've encountered. They have good customer service and the technician was professional. My only issue was one of the problems was determined to be a result of a faulty dimmer switch, but the technician said he didnt have one on is truck, which struck me as odd, as this would seemingly be a common occurance for an electrician. He did offer to go to Home Depot and get on, but indicated the clock would still run, which meant I would be paying anywhere from $40-$70 for a $3 part. The other thing was I was told there was nothing wrong with the switch in one of the guest bedrooms that were having the same problems. So he didnt fix. I ended up paying $90 and having to fix both myself. Like I mentioned previously, both the guy I spoke with on phone were very courteous and professional and I would probably use them again, but would ask about more detailed questions.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner who explained why they might not have a needed part, which made sense once it was explained to me. I really appreciated him taking the time out to explain (most wouldnt have even bothered). This is another example of their excellant customer service.

Besides the install (builder's shoddy work), everything went very smooth. My water heater was installed for the price quoted plus a few dollars for extra parts needed. They were very professional and friendly. I had my water heater replaced on Monday and already hired them to install a couple of dedicated 20A circuits on my garage this Friday.

Enoch Electric is hands down the best company in the business. I had them come out and install custom lighting in my home theater, bedroom and family room. Rueben was a phenomenal Electrican. He was very knowledgeable and neat. Not only was his work meticulously clean, he also went above and beyond to educate my wife and myself. Warning warning warning! Don't deal with this company, RUN AWAY!!! Team Enoch is at least to say horrible! This company caused us a very painful experience and property damage which was  confirmed by two different contractors. They installed the HVAC, and exactly after 24 hours it started leaking condensation water into the interior  wall. Turned out that they blow the bathroom vent pipe lose inside wall and never tested it to make sure it's functional. The same pipe they broke lose was used for very long time without any issues. More lever there were other vent  pipes next to it that were brand new to use if they would have verified that they broke it. We understand that accidents happen during installation but our shock and disappointment was When we called the costumer service and explained the damage they caused to our property! Denise in costumer service answer was Do you wanna a free plumbing  repair?! shame on you Denise! Someone like you should never work in a costumer service. Karma will get you back! You may not always be able to help costumers but you should at least show some respect. We paid this company over $9000 and they caused us property damage!We could of course not trust them anymore and hired a contractor to fix the leak. I encourage you who are considering  this company to run far as far as you can and look for another place, not all saving are good saving! We regret so badly that we did not read the negative reviews because they're true! We assume that the positive reviews are paid because this company from our experience can't either perform a good job or show respect  to their costumer. We encourage you to look the complaints at Better Business Bureau. You will be shocked how bad this company!! The owner of the company, Miles,  has serious attitude problems, no room to talk about it here. We will spread this review on every platform, neighborhood, family and friends to save people from having painful experience like we ours.

I called Enoch for an AC repair. They gave a specific time slot for the appointment and arrived as scheduled. The repair technician cleaned the outside condenser unit and charged a very fair price. I will definitely use Enoch the next time I have any repair need.

Called them through Home Depot referrals for a ceiling fan change and TV install. Guy #1 comes out. Changes a ceiling fan. All is good. I ask if he can do some outlet work and he says he doesn't have time so he called for a second appt. Starts the TV which is literally taking one TV down, switching the bracket to the new TV and putting back up. We were not changing the bracket that was already on the fireplace. He worked on this for like 30-45 mins. Can't get it even. We even helped him. Finally says he has to go so Guy #2 can do it when he comes out to do the outlet work. So we go buy another bracket just in case it's the bracket that's the problem.

Guy #2 comes out. Show him the outlet work that needs to be done. He says he's only there to fix the TV. Wait what?!?!  The whole reason for the 2nd appt was the outlet work.  The TV was added later. He goes outside to call the office. Spends 10 mins talking...Ok he can do the outlet work too. Literally gets the new TV up and even in less than 5 mins. Not sure we like the placement so he doesn't secure the TV while we decide whether we want to change to the new bracket and he starts the outlets. Show him where I want them. Puts the hole in the wrong place and says it can't go there due to a stud. Well that's not where I wanted it anyway. Ok so put it here. Cuts another whole. Still not in the right place but I'll work with it cuz I don't need anymore holes to fix. Husband comes out and is upset with all the holes. Guy gets an attitude and completely ignores anything my husband says from that point on. His tools aren't charged so he has to do everything manually which is taking forever. These outlets are going in a bookcase that has a wood paneling back. He split the wood around the holes and we have extra holes. The wall is a mess that now has to be repaired AND the outlets aren't even where I wanted them to be. To be clear...I'm talking about the wall itself. I told him to leave the mess on the shelf in the bookcase and that I would clean that myself...cuz ya know fixing the wholes will make a mess anyway.  He finished and we just want him gone so we decide to live with the TV where it is. He finally leaves. We realize he never finished securing the TV and that the outlets aren't straight. Call them back. Ok they will send someone out. Ok but we don't want Guy #2 again.

Guy #3 comes out. He is wonderful. Fixes everything. Looks at the mess of the wall and says that shouldn't have happened. Then tells us Guy #2 said my husband dropped the f bomb which never happened. I was there the entire time. It...never...happened. Urghhh...

So we get two bills - none for Guy #3. We paid one but felt like there should be some kind of relief on the other because both Guy #1 and Guy #2 took way longer than they should have. Response from owner Miles is nope. They already gave us a discount by not charging for Guy #3 and that's enough. Well duh...he was there to fix what Guy #2 messed up!!  No way we should have been charged anyway!!! Well they don't have enough profit margin to give any more of a discount (ummm...called the cost of doing business). Says customers have the luxury of looking at thousands of reviews of them but they don't have that same luxury to see reviews on customers. Says he looked my husband up on Facebook and we seem like kind folks. WTH???  That is more than a little creepy.   And btw...all this is via email not on the phone so I have all this in writing.

His final email to us says at some point we will need plumbing, electrical or HVAC services again and he hopes we would entrust them again. (Yeah like they're the only game in town). Then says he has a small accounting staff so he doesn't have resources to pursue unpaid bills so if we don't pay it the next day he will send us to collections.

I paid the bill cuz I just wanted this mess to be over with. Although we absolutely loved Guy #3 and would have him in our house anytime, we will never do business with this company again.

One more FYI...In comparing this bill to other electrical work we have done. Team Enoch is more expensive. Although maybe not if they did the work in a timely fashion and showed up with charged tools. And I feel bad about Guy #1 cuz he was very nice and worked hard. I just don't understand why he couldn't get it even but it only took Guy #2 like 5 mins.

I verified that this is the correct business unless there are two Team Enoch's that have owners named Miles at your same address.  I'm sure if you speak with him he will remember the situation. I did my research into multiple contractors prior to contacting Team Enoch for my HVAC needs. My evaporator coil failed and needed to be replaced. I spoke with Miles who provided me useful information and recommendations. Though he was not the cheapest solution, I felt that he provided a great value for the service and components to be replaced. On the day of install, the team arrived promptly on time and was very efficient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They wore masks and gloves and were mindful about the quality of the work, while making all the connections and installation points neat and secure. After the work was completed, the areas they worked were cleaned properly and the invoice I received was what was agreed upon. I am highly satisfied with their service and I plan to continue my business with them in the future.

They added an additional outlet behind my mounted TV this week and did a wonderful job.  They were super quick to respond to my inquiry, were competitively priced and were quick and easy to schedule.  The technician that arrived called prior to coming, was incredibly polite and cleaned everything up once he was finished.  Team Enoch made it super easy and did a wonderful job.  I would highly recommend.

Amanda, Miles, and Claire at the Enoch office and their staff of electricians have provided superior service at my home and rental properties.  They schedule appointments quickly and show up on time with a positive and caring attitude.  Their rates are reasonable, and they bid jobs accurately.  I had them install a new outlet in our bedroom, and they were able to get an plug with 2 USB ports, very handy.  At my rental, they fixed a broken circuit, and when a part of the sheetrock fails due to no fault of their worker, they fixed the sheetrock that night at their expense.

I would recommend this company to everyone!  They did an excellent job and it was very affordable.  The electrician was professional - wasted no time- and took care of the job very quickly.  They were also very responsive to my initial inquiry for a quote and the quote was very close to the actual final bill.  I WILL be using them again for any electrical needs.

It's rare to find an electrician that gives you a specific time and not a window. And then shows up on time!  Very courteous and punctual.  Reuben fixed my wiring issues and pointed out items on my list that were actually in good repair. No up selling here.  He addressed all 3 items in 45 minutes. I had also heard a commercial for one of the franchised electricians that would replace all your lights with leds and, when I asked, promptly did a complete inventory for an emailed estimate. Everything was completed within an hour so I could get back to work. Great service!

I needed help replacing two fixtures on extremely high ceilings.  Not only was Enoch able to schedule me quickly, but was promptly on time, and quickly performed the services requested for a reasonable price.  Their technician was friendly, professional and I would highly recommend!

Update: The owner called to discuss my reasons for a previously low  rating. He agreed to waive the Service Call fee since I am willing to have my AC equipment at my properties serviced by his company. This reflects the willingness to talk with customers about their grievances and the company's integrity and its service commitment.

Previously: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. After reading the good reviews on Google, I was hoping that this company would be my go-to company; however it didn't turn out that way. My AC wasn't working so I called and they were very reasonable with their service call price and response; however, the technician didn't know how to fix the issue so he said he would send more experience tech out. In the mean time, I found out through my family that the EcoBee has a software glitch that was the  cause of my problem. I was able to fix the AC on my own so I called Enoch back the same day to tell them and left a message since no one answered the phone. Ten days later, I received a bill for the service call. I asked them to waive the service call fee since I was the one who fixed the AC and that they never even sent another tech out. Their reply was NO, I may pay the service call fee. I have to pay for the service call even though they didn't even know what the problem was nor knew how to fix it. Let me see, I have 4 properties that they could provide yearly maintenance on (and I told them this) but they chose to charge me $65 and forgo all future work on my 4 properties. This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. After a visit from a man named Ira, I lost heat to my water in the bathroom. A few days pass and they came to fix the problem that they had caused and nothing was fixed. After talking to the 'Boss' for over 40 minutes on the phone nothing was still resolved. They didn't take responsibility for the problem and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. If your a woman who doesn't have a handy man around I strongly suggest you do not call this company.

It is rare for me to write a review, but in the case of Enoch Electric Water & Air I must share my very positive experience.  So, my hot water heater stops working.  I assume its time for new one.  I call Bryan at Enoch and ask what their price is to install a new water heater (I had already had other bids, some up to $2,275!).  Bryan asks me to send him pictures of my hot water heater.  He calls me back and tells me that at 7 years old, it's still under warranty (who knew ?!).  They send a crew out who confirms the problem and then Bryan gets authorization to fix it under the manufacturer's warranty.  I am out $0 dollars!  What company does that?  I am blown away by the professionalism, competency and integrity displayed.  I no longer must search out a company to perform my plumbing, electrical, HVAC work.  I know who to trust.

The prompt response to my concern was greatly appreciated,Danny was professional,courteous and friendly,he repaired my issue within an hour it was minor the drain line was plugged.My issue is with the way the management handled my situation.We had Team Enoch install a complete HVAC system in April this year,I have lived in this home for 25 years and in that time had to have the drain line cleaned 1 time a couple years ago.I find it hard to believe that that drain was cleaned 5 months ago and is plugged now.I don't think it was every flushed during the install.Danny advised I should put Draino in the drain line on a regular basis?If that is true I was never made aware of that.That being said after paying almost $8000.00 in April I was given a repair bill for $100.00 and told it was maintenance not under warranty.The response to repair was great the customer service from management not so great!!
