Best Drywall Installation in Chicago IL

The Fixer sent Jeff to look at and assess replacement of an access door in my condo.Once there, I asked him to assemble a box spring and hang my TV . I was out of town when the work was performed. Jeff came as promised and contacted me. He was a clear communicator, accessed the price and completed the job. He texted the finish photos.
They have a user friendly web sight where you can see the details of your job and pay your Bill. They charge 119. Per hour. If you have them out only to assess the job, it is 119. If you use them , the money goes towards completion of the job.
I would definitely use them again, prompt, friendly and professional.

Highly recommend The Good Guys Handyman. Jamie came by to repair our outdoor vents and remove a bath mirror. He also provided us advice on some future work we were looking into. He was personable and did a great job with the work. He also double checked with us to make sure the repairs were what we expected. We will be using them for our future handyman needs. Thanks guys!

She showed me everything she was doing along the way and taught me a few things as they came up in conversation. I needed a handyman for a new place to add ceiling lights and replace a toilet. I thought based on ratings and location that this company would be good. I first contacted the company to ask them if they can complete these tasks. We were scheduled to do something about 8-10 days later. Things were going well at the time.

My building requires contractors to complete forms such as the scope of their work and provide insurance and can take some days before the work is approved. So I provided them those emails to make sure that this wouldn't be an issue. They ignored the email, so I called them to remind them that I sent it to them. He answers the phone and says he'll check it later. He never did. I sent another email regarding questions I had regarding toilet installation, asking him if I needed to provide any other equipment/supplies to complete the installation. I once again heard nothing/no follow-ups.

A week passes by or basically the day before the scheduled appointment. I then was going through my email and basically forgot at that point that I had something scheduled with them and I emailed them to tell them to cancel. They didn't fill out any paperwork or answer any question so even if I wanted to work with them I wouldn't be able to on that day.  

Now all of a sudden I get a call from HandiCo making some pathetic excuse that it hit their spam inbox. Isn't it a massive coincidence how like 3-4 really important emails from me supposedly hit their spam inbox but then they had zero problems reading my cancellation email?

And now I am getting emails from them making new excuses as to why they couldn't get back to me.

I am sorry, I gave this company the best shot I could to work with them and they didn't want to work with me or they were too lazy to answer questions or fill out forms. I have no idea what their service is like because I never got to that point but the customer service was pathetically bad to the point I had to cancel because of it.

I was having an issue with the exhaust fan in my bathroom. The fixer handyman came out exactly on time and was so incredibly kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Servicemax is the deal! They were very prompt to attend to my needs and answer questions. They even came on time for the appointment. And most of all, they fixed my issues. They price is very reasonable too!

Last minute service request at its best. It's was a sunny Saturday when I made the call requesting their emergency handyman services. They came out next day at 9:30am and got the job done before 3pm. The service was 100% reliable and the charge was very reasonable. Best professional service experienced hands down!! The handyman himself defiently went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. We love this business...we have used them for everyday items and to hang all of our lights & ceiling fans.

I love that they are on-time and usually come in under time so under budget as well. What I love most is they can fix anything- plumbing, electrical, painting touch ups, etc....better than having to call 1 person for each job.

Oh, and they have Saturday hours....

When other handymen refused to work on my job, Rob stepped up with his crew to get it done.  Alex was great when he showed up and got things done quickly.

I would recommend them and use them again.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. We had some damage to our kitchen and bathroom from a leaky pipe and had Kevin out to do the repairs.  I couldnt be happier with the work he did.  He was knowlegable, friendly and got the job done.  He worked with my schedule to get the drywall and bathroom tiles replaced quickly even with the Thanksgiving holiday mixed in there.
He was able to come out to our house and give us an estimate and tell us exactly what he was going to do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost.  He finished the work within the time and budget quoted. Our kitchen and bathroom look like there was never any damage to begin with.  
I would definately recommend Kevin and will use him in the future for all our home improvements and repairs.
