Best LED Strip Light Installation in Seattle WA

Igor initially came out in response to our needing a quote for upgrading our electrical panel in order to utilize a full-home generator for power outages (which are far too many near Dash Point St. Park & the incompetency of PSE doesn't help).  
  Simple, right? Wrong. Igor gave us a veritable schooling on a lot of things we should have known, but didn't. Knowledgeable, professional & efficient, he made our decision on whom to choose for an electrician easy to make. While we were at it, we decided to have him replace & install five different lighting systems in the house. Everything went according to plan & in a day & a half it was done, everything worked perfectly & he instructed us on how to use the interlock system to make use of the generator.
  We will have him back out in '23 to redo the entire jury-rigged garage lighting mess that the previous owner installed & install more lights in the house.
  Trust me, there's no need in doing any more research for an electrician...Igor is the guy.

I had a longstanding and very frustrating issue with the GFCI in my garage tripping, despite multiple attempts at troubleshooting shooting the issue on my own for months-it continued to happen. I called Dependable Electric LLC, and talked to Paul (the owner). He was amazing over the telephone helping me try and diagnose the problem. I was very lucky to be able to fit in-between appointments that he had the next day. He was able to diagnose several reasons why my GFCI was faulting, fix them, as well as optimize my electrical system so that I would not run into the same hair pulling problems in the future. He was professional, courteous, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and at a very fair price. It is so hard to find a good & trustworthy electrician, and I'm happy to have found him. Paul really knows his stuff, and I wish more businesses were like his...it would make home ownership so much easier having guys like him when we encounter a problem beyond the DIY/YouTube phase. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much Paul!

By no fault of theirs, we chose the electrician that originally worked on our home. I will say, however, that the positive, speedy, response to our request for service was much appreciated. They're extremely polite and were willing to come the next day. I will definitely keep them in my rolodex.

This company came highly recommended to me by another electrician who was booked at the time we needed service. I contacted them along with a couple dozen other electrical contractors, and Exact were among the first to respond. Jasmine, who works in Operations, was incredibly responsive via email even during the holiday period - that made for a great first impression. She was able to get me scheduled for the morning after Christmas - a near miracle considering all the other contractors who got back to me were unwilling or unable to take on a new project at this time.

As for the project - we bought an outdoor barrel sauna that required the heater being hard-wired to its own breaker. Jasmine requested all the heater manuals and sauna installation guides over email in advance, and was able to get me an estimate without the inconvenience of an onsite visit. This also impressed me, as I believe that with adequate info and photos of the site a visit shouldn't be necessary for a project of this kind. Our home is pre-wired for a hottub, and there's an outdoor box with available slots for breakers within feet of the sauna location, so this was a pretty simple project for a skilled electrician.

The Exact tech showed up precisely on time the morning after Christmas, as expected. He was polite and professional. The job took about 4-5 hours total. Unfortunately the heater wasn't reaching peak temperature after the tech left, and we later learned that some mistakes had been made on both ends - the wires going into the breaker and the wires connecting to the terminal within the heater. However, I am not docking any stars from Exact for this. One, because everyone makes mistakes sometimes, we're all human and the world would be a better place if we could all be a bit more forgiving with one another. Two, because as soon as I flagged the issue to Exact, the manager of their residential business (Eric) called me directly to troubleshoot. He sent a different tech out the SAME DAY to inspect the wiring - and this tech quickly identified the issue and corrected it that day. He even stuck around until the sauna got to the right temp - this was extremely great service, especially considering this was New Years Eve (thank you Kyle!!). We were not charged for any of this additional time as they took responsibility for the issues without any argument on my part. I wish more businesses operated with this level of integrity!

All in all it was a fantastic customer service experience. Our sauna is fully operational now, months in advance of when any other electrical contractor could have done the job. I will be turning first to Exact Electric for all our future electrical needs, and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great electrician.

It's such a relief when a tradesperson is on time, quotes quickly and finishes the job when they say they will!

We are remodeling our house and I can't count how many times I've have people be extremely unreliable and waist my time. Reign city electric was the exception!

Jose worked on two different projects for us and he did a fantastic job. He was on time everyday and professional. He finished when he said he would and I'm very pleased with the service we got! We have several other electrical improvements we will need to make in our home and I will definitely be reusing Reign City Electric!

Alberto from Custom just installed two whole house surge protectors in my home. We often get spikes here and what with all the electronics in everything, those spikes can blow out the circuit boards, which can get expensive. Though I think the job was expensive at nearly $1,000 for ~$200 worth of materials and 1 1/2 hours of labor, at least they called me back and actually did the work. Alberto knew what he was doing and talking about and explained to me what I needed to know. He also cleaned up properly and dissuaded me from also getting a mostly redundant behind-the-meter unit. I'd use 'em again.

The start of work was delayed a week, but thankfully I was able to move back other work I had scheduled to happen after the electrical.

Alex was prompt with an estimate, and very clear about what he was going to do. We replaced an old panel with a brand new 200-amp panel, with the 200-amp service upgrade. He was diligent and prompt, though there was originally supposed to be a different employee working, Alex got everything done on time, on his own, including working late into the freezing night.

I will recommend A+A Electric to anyone I know in the Seattle area.

Center electric moved an outlet and put in overhead lighting in one of your rooms this week. They were great responding and leading up to the appointment setting expectations. They arrived on time (which is a big deal for were we live). They were good to work with, made a minor mess for the project, and the outcome looks great. Will be using them again for electrical needs and will recommend them to family and friends.

These so called professionals had an appointment scheduled to repair our backyard light fixture that kept blowing up light bulbs, that our property management company had been neglecting for a year and a half.  First the guy didn't show up or call & I stayed home all day waiting for the joker who then he calls a week later claiming snow issues and wants to come by right now cuz he's in the neighborhood.  A short story  version, another week later and  22 minutes for these jokers to REWIRE the fixture that they then turn around and bill as trouble shooting and replacing a light bulb, which my property management company has decided to bill.  Come on! Really?  I know how to change a light bulb, you idiots.  I've called Mauro, of course you can only get voice mail. So, I will also be notifying L&I about these bogus billing practices by Mauro Electric.

Briley is the owner and main electrician. Nice dude, honest, fair on pricing, shows up when he says he will, and does a good job. I had him replace 2 pendant lights in my kitchen and also replace the dining room chandelier. I will definitely hire him back for future jobs of replacing my entry way chandelier and adding ceiling lighting in my living room. I highly recommend!
