Best Electrical Panel Installation in San Jose CA

I am a Personal Assistant/ Household Manager and I hired Voltz Electric to perform misc repairs around my bosses property. I was surpised with the courtesty and promptness given to me. My first impression of Matt, the owner was someone who I could allow into my bosses home without feeling uncomfortable. He explained to me in detail about the job, so I could understand. This is important to me and my job. The work went above and beyond expectation and completed when promised.  I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor.

We needed help to replace the exhaust fan in our bathrooms. When we got quotes from other electricians after their visit, they all recommended very expensive work and one recommended that I buy a brand new unit.

When Jason came and take a look, he immediately knew what the issue was. Instead, Jason recommended that I buy the new motors online and the work would be very quick and simple!

Jason's work was top quality and we love his utmost professionalism in helping us with this work.

The team at Willow Glen were professional, courteous, responsive and timely with all phases of the Tesla wall charger install. They filled through but just for the install but the inspections and final signoff. Very pleased

When you call, the owner runs you through some steps to try to fix the problem over the phone. When it doesn't work, he or his employees come to the house. Most electricians go straight for the house call.

I needed to have a Chargepoint charger and a standard outlet installed in my garage, and was referred to Roger by my brothers. Roger was super responsive and gave me a quote almost immediately based off the pictures I sent him. I also had a really tight window to get everything done and he was able to accommodate me. They were professional, punctual, super speedy, and got everything done within an hour. I will definitely come back to Formosa for any future electrical needs!

Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, informative. I had a very old fuse box that needed to be replaced for home improvements. It had at least 5 yellow jacket nests inside. Henry didn't bat an eye did the work contracted, on time and....he and Moises were simply very nice guys to work with. He took the time to mark where the electrical lines when inside the house for future reference. I plan on calling him back very soon to replace a broken fan in our bathroom.

The Good: Service with Victor
Victor came on estimate day to get an idea of what needed to be done to install a video doorbell camera and floodlight for the backdoor. I ended up not needing setup for the doorbell, so only the camera with floodlight was setup. He did the job well in about 1.5 hrs, which is what I expected.

The Bad: Customer Service and Scheduling
I originally messaged the business to get a quote and estimate for how much the job would cost. My misunderstanding that when they come to give an estimate, they actually charge by the hour instead of it being a 5-10 min visit like other companies. I obliged to pay Victor for the visit, but was not expecting to.

Scheduling for the actual job was a fiasco. I was looking to schedule a late morning appt, but could not be promised a time frame as they seem to schedule jobs after each other rather than by time. I chose to do an 8 am for a more guaranteed time per Marcie.

Come day of appt (Tue, Sep 6 as noted in the screenshot), I hadn't heard from Victor by 8:15 so I sent a message and called at 8:30. I'm guessing Nadav answered, but he said that my appt was for Wed, Sep 7. Instead of apologizing for the scheduling error, he said that they get a lot of inquiries on Yelp so they get mixed up and they prefer to call for established customers. They never notified me of that.

Ok so now it's Wed at 8 am (also in screenshot) and Victor still has not shown up by 8:35 am. I called and said that if he did not show up by 8:45, then I would have to cancel the appt. Victor got here at 8:44. So much for a guaranteed time.

Nick was very professional. We was prompt on time, quoted a reasonable price and was very knowledge shared some tips. He installed the Tesla Wall Charger in my house.

Needed some lights repairs, outlets and get fix the doorbell ring. As soon as Brayan arrived he went directly to work. I'm satisfied with the work he did, he just finished all this job in just one day.

EXCELLENT Job!  I highly recommend Jim and EChiBon Electric for any electrical work.  Jim is great on communicating via text messages and, of course, performing the work.  I would hire him immediately for any electrical jobs.

We were having intermittent problems with the ceiling fan. They came out to look at it. The solution was something we could take care of ourselves, so there was no charge. Very pleasant and personable.

My daughter and partner bought their first house, an older property, that needed some much needed work.  Based on Yelp reviews we contacted David and in a matter of days he conducted a walk through, provided a cost to complete and subsequently completed all of the work needed and then some.
Having bought, fixed up and sold several homes over the years I am very familiar with using contractors and in my opinion David is one of the best I have ever done business with.
David and his son Sergio arrived at the time they said, completed the installation of a Nest camera system, installed hallway and laundry recessed lights and fixed several incorrectly wired outlets outlets and switches.
The work was clean, they provided floor coverings; the work was done in the time they said and most importantly everything works like a charm.
Thank you David.  Significant renovations are planned over the next 5 years and your name will be at the top of the list for electrical services.

Technician was very knowledgeable. He quizzed me and I determined that he guided me toward the fix. I had close all the vents and covered the return with a low chair that blocked the return flow starving the furnace for air in and out. Moved the chair and opened the vents and everything worked! Thanks for your guidance.

Caio was great. He actually listened to what I said the problem was (broken breaker), and gave a flat rate to take care of it. Unlike other companies who wanted to charge a fee just to come take a look, and refusing to say how much it would cost to replace a breaker.
Caio was also very professional and personable. I will definitely hire CS Electric again!

We reached out to Jack to add recess lighting in our living room. Jack and his partner did an incredible job and I'm very happy with the final outcome. We had contacted a few other electricians but they refused because of our wooden ceiling. Jack and his team did an incredible job. The cutting in the wood was precise and no damage was done. He also took precautions to make sure the floor did not get dirty/ damaged while they were working.

The entire communication with him was smooth and easy! I highly recommend his work. You won't be disappointed.

I needed a ceiling light fixture changed that involved replacing the junction box and fixing a wiring issue - all requiring going into my ceiling space. Carlos showed up promptly and was done within an hour or maybe a little less.

Love Edwin's team! Don't know why there is only a few reviews here tho ! We had them installed two of our chandeliers (15 lbs and 80lbs), high surveillance camera and electric car garage charger . The appointment is on 8am this morning, they arrived 7:45 to setup their equipments and finished all the job within 2 hours . During Covid , they have shoes covers , masks on and also helped to vacuum the floor once the job is completed ! If you have a heavy chandelier , please make sure you call the team ! !!!!!'
