Our close to 30-year AC finally breathed its last.  I reached out to Fuse for a new HVAC quote, and Roby responded timely to give me an estimate.  His estimate was fast, accurate and very competitive.  I can't commend enough about his communication skills and customer service.  The installation was smooth too.  Now the new HVAC system is up running well everyday.  I am very impressed with the pricing, efficiency and quality this company delivers.  Their operation is so smooth.  Through the process, I've been working with multiple people from different departments, but the transition was seamless. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this company.  Definitely recommend them!

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

We had an issue with the power outlet for the refrigerator. AY EMP was very accommodative in scheduling the work and they were systematic and patient to find what the issue was. Will definitely be using their services again.

I just moved into a new house. Everything in the place was awesome just a little to dark and need to be brightened up. After researching for the best people for the job I found Got Watts!! I couldn't be happier that I did. There was so much work to be done. The dining room needed some ambient lights for above the table. They wired and hung my chandelier for me and were extremely careful with the fragile piece that took me forever to find. They installed the most amazing lights in my kitchen under the cabinets and then really cool under lighting along the bottom of the lower cabinets that illuminate the floor. I have a few portraits and art work that I cherish and wanted a way to showcase them a little better other then hanging them on the  on Jermery suggest some accent lights that shine upon my art and pictures.  It really makes them stand out. All the wiring he did was perfect. My favorite part of his work was in my yard he lite up my walk way and some of my favorite plants in the garden. He also put in a security light in the front and back. We barb b que a lot and he also installed a light to help up cook it up better after dark. I 100% recommend if you have any electrical need these are the first guys you call. As soon as necessary!

Timely (early!), professional, and took the time to get the job done right.  Explained each step of the process in a clear and concise fashion, and left the job site as clean as when they arrived.  Will definitely use these folks again.  Kudos to Gilbert, Kevin, and Alex - nice work gents.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Mike and his crew installed a 22kW Generac generator which took two half days due to the transfer switch coming in later than expected. Mike was always prompt in responding and thorough with answers to all our questions. Since the generator is WiFi enabled, we're able to see when it's running the bi-weekly test and when the unit needs factory recommended maintenance. It's nice to know that we will have power when PG&E starts rolling outages again (or a down tree knocks out power in our neighborhood). Will update this review once we actually use the generator and see how it performs. Mike's bid was same as one other one we obtained, but we went with Mike, since he was able to answer all our questions on the spot. We're very happy with Fisher Electric's work and will be seeing Mike/crew for our Generac scheduled maintenance. Thanks again, Mike!

Jay parachuted in on Sunday evening and fixed an electrical circuit that I popped by trying to install an outdoor light fixture.  He presents himself well, is easy to talk to.  His price was understood up front and he got the job done including fixing and mounting the same light fixture i miswired.  He arrived with power off and left in 45 minutes with power on.  I recommend JJ and will consider him for an upcoming panel replacement project.  thanks JJ

It was not worth my time to request the ostensibly free assessment. Time was set up for July 12th. On the morning of July 12th, I received a text stating that they would like to reschedule to July 26th. Arrived on the 26th without our approval. The person who arrived was briefed on the problem and spent some time investigating it. Other issues discovered were appreciated. I got the quote the same day, ignored the main problem, and gave a quote for everything else except the problem I wanted fixed. Thought it was a mistake, but it's been a week and despite multiple emails, they are still not ready to provide a quote, including the main issue. My experience with them has been negative. They are unresponsive and appear to be focused on skimming.

The process was very smooth!!

I got the quote from Gustavo via Yelp. He gave me a price estimate and then came over to assess the work and explain the process clearly.

The took the time to do the work and beat the time me estimate.
The overall workmanship was awesome and he and his guy took the time to cleanup.

Juan helped us change our ceiling light and ventilation fan efficiently and professionally. Really appreciated him explained all the details and catches while he was on them.

All work was handled with great care, and cleaned up before leaving.

Will definitely call for service the next time!

We need a help to replace our kitchen faucet and I called because I saw the great reviews on yelp.  Norman picked up my call and sent out a follow up email immediately.  He immediately make a visit to do a free inspection.  Then he promptly sent out the estimated cost.

It was a little bit more expensive than our budget, so we tried to fix the faucet as much as we can.  Yet in the end we still need some help.

So Norman made another free inspection, and when he can't do the job, he sent Ray to us.  Ray finally able to solve our problem with the little rusty stripped screw and charge reasonably!

The company responded promptly to my request for service on yelp.  The electrician, Mikhail, came out and assessed the problem.  Even though he was not able to fix the problem, he told me to call PGE who promptly came out and fixed the problem at the pole.  Mikhail was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be done.

We finally upgraded our main panel and had an EV charger installed. FUSE are great from the very beginning till the project was done.
We contacted 5 different contractors to take care of our Zinsco panel that was very dangerous according to the information on PG&E website. Some quotes were lower than Fuse gave me but the presentation of sales persons with other contractors was really poor. They couldn't even answer my questions. Fuse estimator was really professional in covering my questions. I felt his confidence in every word he told.
The final result, timeline, everything was exactly the same as they told me during their first visit for an estimate.
Finally we have a new main panel, sub panel and EV charger installed. It took them only one day to do that. Awesome!
I'm waiting for my HVAC dies so I could have a heat pump installed by Fuse.

P.S. maybe FUSE can take care of mess in my garage. I need to do something with all that old stuff :)

Tom O'Connor is someone we know we can trust and we rely on. He is prompt, courteous and has a great  charm.  I have called him many times and he responds quickly and gets things done correctly.  I have three grandsons. One wants to be a lawyer, one wants to be a doctor and I just am hoping one will be an electrician like Tom one day and have a valuable skill and be trustworthy with people. His partner Julian is just as reliable.

Dave is awesome. So glad we called him. Would definitely recommend him to anybody. Now we have a go to electrician!
